The most bizarre and silly objection petition filed by Dr.P.Shankar Rao, through his blood brother Dayanand with Collector RR Dist to stop the hearing by the JC, Jr, RR Dist ( Mr.Jagan Natham) on the GO 166 implementation objection has been received by me. The scanned copy will be sent to the GF site by tomorrow. You can view the same later.
The most shocking point in the petition is that Dr.Rao is alleging the JC ( Jr) owning a plot in Green Fields, hence he should not hear the proceedings due to his substantial interest in GF. Admittedly, JC was holding one plot, that too around in the year 1996, the same was sold by him in the year 2002 due to several litigation. I have full details of these transactions, for which I was working all these days secretly.
But what baffled me the most is how Dr.Rao got to know the details of the plot owned by JC without some help of our illegal association members and that too from our file copy? how he got the copy of the plot documents owned by JC garu in that short time? How he came to know when he was not present when the same issue was raised actually by their friend lawyer Mr.Raghupathi Reddy on 6th Sept 2o12 while hearing was going on? Can any of you guess?
