It is an Amazing day with case registered on Villagers/PTs at Alwal PS, who cheated us with wrong information by selling these Govt lands

To add yet another feather on our CAP in the year 2013 itself, we are happy to inform you that the Alwal PS, at last registered a criminal case against 44 Villagers/Dayanand/Syed Akbar Nizamuddin and 3 of those new claimants under IPC Sections 420 ( Cheating) 120-B ( Criminal Conspiracy), 197 ( issuing false certificates) 419 ( impersonation) , 406 ( criminal breach of trust) , 181 ( False statement under oath) ,468 ( forgery for purpose of cheating)   and 471 (using the forged documents) to willfully benefit by selling these government lands. Many Telugu dailies carried these news items today. let me organize and send it later.  

The FIR/Crime No 908 is attached for your ready reference. The complaint copy is also attached. All of you must be ready to depose in front of police to strengthen our claim and case as when we get a letter from the police. 

Now you must know who is next? Any guess? I will come back to you with very good news soon in 2014. I will never leave any of these cheaters to live happily in their houses and create more hurdles. I will see that everyone of them, be it Dr.P.Shankar Rao, be it Dayanand, be it Ravi ( Gaddar son in law) be it Satyam and co, or be it Gyn ( now he is suspected to be involved) or anyone for that matter, they have to face the legal consequences.

Happy New Year...and good things will follow

Dear All Members,

First, let me wish you and all your family members a Very Happy New Year 2014. I am sure and confident, it will be surely better year ahead, with few important news coming in to you all in the next 2 to 4 weeks. Keep following the emails often and keep active your account with a reply every 15 days.

With regard to the year end committee meeting, which took place on the 29th Dec 2013, Sunday, the following development took place as per listed agenda, which is only a information to you and no detailed minutes are sent now. The total Minutes of the meeting with released by our VP, Om Prakash as and when it is ready since he chaired the meeting for a change for the following reason. 

1. Since Mohan Babu wrote in his mail that he has no confidence in me, I suggested that I must stand out of the chairing the meeting and suggested anyone to take over as Chairman of the meeting other than me. Members suggested VP, Mr.Om Prakash Ji name to take the chair since I should not chair in all fairness to conduct this meeting in a fair way for justice to be meted to all. Though no one said that have different Chairman ( customarily only President or in his absence Gen Sec have to Chair) , I myself offered to not to chair. Om Ji accepted the proposal and took the agenda as per list as Chairman of the meeting.
2. As expected, Mr.Mohan Babu, though he came in person to give explanation by defending all his actions, he did not submit the resignations ( though he sent it by mail in the month of Nov) with rigid stand to get sacked. The committee had detailed discussion ( more details will be sent in minutes)  and then decided to sack/impeach him from the committee with several reasons coming from various members. Those who voted in favor of the motion are Inayat, Ram Babu, Nagarajan, Dalappaiah and Om Ji along with my vote. Only Nagarjuna did not vote for or against the motion. After it was voted and removed, Mohan Babu was asked to leave the meeting as soon as it is decided since he has no right to sit in the meeting. 
3. Since Gyaneshwar did not come, no explanation could be sought from him, his removal as CAT team head is in abeyance. Till his name is cleared on land grab allegations, he will be not head of the CAT team. However, he may be removed by a voice vote in a later meeting since it is not a post held by him under bylaws and it is a symbolic post to keep him good humor. 
4. The cases to be booked on all illegal association is sanctioned. The letter format will be sent as soon as it is ready.
5. Funds issue was discussed and though it was decided to open a common bank account on 3 or 8 committee members names, it is not decided who will be on these accounts as signatories. I suggested to have Dalappaiah and 2 more. The same will be decided by the Chairman, Om Ji of that meeting. 
6. Monthly budget is sanctioned. Though many felt the amount of Rs. 25,000 per month is less, I requested to sanction for the time being and later we will enhance. The members agreed. Thanks to them.
7. I requested to follow the members protocol to keep everyone in touch with each others by mail, phone and in persons, if possible. All have agreed. 
8. Mr.Nagarjuna offered to resign since he is not able allot the time as MC member to the association. But since it was not listed in the agenda ( even after asking the members to send any other items to be listed before the agenda is circulated and no one sent any, hence the item was not take up), it was not taken up and no decision is taken. The same is pending with Chairman. But I suggested to him that Nagarjuna can send it by mail and we will circulate to the members to take their views. But at the same time,  I feel ( it is only personal) that he may be relieved since he is asking me to relieve him since he is not able justify his presence from last 6 months. i too feel that he must be respected for his request. The other members ( that is me, Inayat, Ram Babu, Nagarajan, Om Ji) feel that he must be relieved as per his request)  in private discussion after the meeting is adjourned feel that he must be granted permission to get relieved. Let members decide. 

In wake of these developments,  I have proposed to take Prof Anil Kumar in place of Mohan Babu. In private, the proposal is already sounded to the committee members. Majority of them, (that is Inayat, Ram Babu, Nagarajan, Om Ji) have agreed.Only Dalappaiah and Radhakrishna must agree. He will be a very good value addition with his rich experience. Though as President or General Secretary ( as per the bylaws) , they can Co-opt anyone, I wanted the members also to react. 

The way I feel that even Nagarjuna must be relieved, if members also feel so, we must take one lady member to represent the section of ladies to have a face of ladies of the GF. I propose Mrs. Vijayananda of Vani Welfare Association to be on committee since we must reward them for their solid support without any preconditions. I hope you all agree with me? This will fill all the vacancies and we will be able to devote the time on our others works with support of few new and energetic members.

The detailed minutes of the committee meeting will follow as soon as it is ready from Om Ji table.

GB/MC meeting on the 29th Dec 2013 at 4 pm at my residence ( Uppal) with following agenda

Dear All Legal GFPOA members,

I am happy to inform you that I have called for a GB/MC  meeting on the 29^thDec 2013 at 4 pm at my residence ( Uppal) with the following agenda to be taken up with the committee. 

1.       To consider the removal of Mr.Mohan Babu under bylaws Sec 12 and 13 ( if his resignation is not received in standard format or relieve him with e-mail resignation or remove him if the majority GB/MC approve)  after hearing his grievances on President/General Secretary. The meeting will continue after relieving him, if he is present. Or else, the will carried in his abstention. 

2.       Call Mr.Gyaneshwar, if he is willing to come to since he said he wanted to come to committee meeting to tell something about me and other members. He has expressed this in his mails. But till today, he did not disclose the name of the person, who sent him legal notice on his land grab attempt. He will be relived as head of CAT, since he is not with us and till his name is cleared in this land grab issue, he will kept out of the CAT team for better accountability. As soon as we receive the the details of his land grab attempt with the names of the complainants, the same will shared with you. He may disclose the name in the meeting, if at all he is not involved in the issue. We will help him if Gyn is right. 

3.       The cases to booked on illegal association to protect our GFPOA legal interest and all committee members consents to be taken as witness and the format of the members as witness will be decided and designed,

4.       Based on the AGM mandate the funds as loans to be raised with proper guidelines with committee opinion also to decide to submit the accounts for even loans. If majority decides, the escrow account with be opened to operate the accounts,

5.       Monthly budget to be sanctioned for 2014 operations. As of now, the projected expenses are as follows:

6.       Member protocol to be followed is already sent by mail will be reviewed and passed the same with any changes as per the members suggestions. 

6.   Some issues are likely to raised by members, the same must be sent right now to include in the agenda to be circulated well in advance since we have to give 7 days’ notice to be given to members to know the agenda.

In case of issues related to both Mohan Babu and Gyn, even after they get sacked/relieved from the post of MC member or CAT team, we must work to bury the hatchet and work for betterment of the GF and sink the differences for the sake of main issue, GO 166, which is very tough and also now in sensitive stage. Let us not make any non issues as issues and divert the attention from the main issue for our selfish ends.  At the same time, I assure you that every rupee of the loan amount raised and spent  will be accounted by me in the future for my own safety ( including the loans from the members and outsiders) , irrespective of the members are willing to pay me back or not. I will honor my commitment to return the money after the issue is resolved. Let us not politicize the issue for their own advantage, as the case may be now.

Since minutes of the meeting book, approved by RoS and Firm was to be arranged by Mr.Mohan Babu and Mr.Gyaneshwar ( since they are the one who are complaining on not writing the same), if arranged by them by then, the same will be used for the future with effect from the 29^th Dec 2013 and all the old meeting minutes of the meeting will be struck to it.  Since the records of the RoS and Firms still shows that the first registered committee headed by Gyn is still holding the office as per their records, he can obtain one minutes booked stamped by RoS and Firms to fulfill their obligations.  However, we have no feedback from both Mohan Babu and Gyn on this issue till now and looks like they have developed cold feet. .

Let us co-opt some new member to replace Mohan Babu, who can be value addition than a burden to us in the future without negative thinking and positive approach and who work with some constructive mind.

Constructive suggestions

Dear Loyal members.

The constructive suggestions from many members to raise funds are heart warming. I feel that I am blessed to have such members like Xavier, Kumta, Neeraja and so on to come with out box ideas to help me with funds. But due to the paucity of time and over booked position of my time on GO 166 with several issues on boil, I am not able to consider the proposals to put to members. No doubt,  now the money is in shortage, but I do not want to court any more new controversy by asking for funds. I have enough head aches and I have no time to attend such unwanted controversies created by MB and Gyn. But the suggestions and proposals by few of elite members are worth considering in near future. let us wait and see for an opportune time. 

Interestingly, instead of suggesting and coming out with such constructive funds raising proposals, the greats like Mohan Babu, suggested to high expenditure proposal in one of the last committee meetings, without coming forward with any revenue models.  One of them is to go to Apex Court ( Supreme Court) to file a contempt of court of government and Dr.P.Shankar Rao. I know it is a wonderful option with me long ago, which was on the cards. But I could not exercise this option due to paucity of funds.  That would cost us is close to Rs.5 lakhs. I asked MB to fund as loan ( since MB gives loans to Gyn for his business) but he could not come with a positive response and he did not even replied to my mail sent on this issue. In the same meeting, MB suggests that I must appoint a manager by giving a salary for Rs.15,000 per month ( works out to be Rs.1,80,00 annually ) to look after the accounts ( that is my loan amounts) and other sundry works, which the committee members like him are not able to help. But when I asked him  from where the revenue will generated/come from, MB was affirmative. No revenue model was suggested by him and he kept quite. All the other committee members was watching these proceedings. 

But let me make it very clear that those who still feel that they can trust me, must come out with only interest free loan for the time being. I promise you that it will be returned whenever you feel that i do not deserve such support. yes, you have to trust me and take such big risk. after all many of the members trusted the worth less illegal committee members and lost their life savings without any results from them. I am sure you are aware that you all came supported first morally and then after my past performance is seen, it was you, who suggested to raise funds, albeit I agreed reluctantly as interest free loan only due to members love and affections with mandate of the last AGM. 

Coming to few issues related to GO 166, I will come out with few developments in next couple of days only if those are confirmed by the officials. Till then, since the issue is very ticklish, I do not wanted to make it public. Few stunning issues also are on the cards. just wait and watch these columns.  If any delay in these processes, it not my making. It is because of Seemandhra strike, others external issues.

Special offer to our members to seek the proof of the documents related Operation Survey No 373 and 375.

Dear All,

Recently, the loan controversy ( created by Mohan Babu ( MB) with support of 2 prominent ex committee members, whose names will be disclosed after final call is taken on that by the committee)  spilled in to the GO 166 work and also on removal of the walls in illegal occupation. MB, having lost the his war of words on loan issue, now started on this as if he is championing your cause without knowing the facts and figures. His supporter also just exactly wrote the same words as MB has written. This means they are working in tandem. But the work related to neither the GO 166 nor related to the illegal occupation removal are in any way are not on hold. It is active and after the strike is called off, due to Seemandhar agitation, our files started moving at faster phase now on both the counts. 

But to clear the suspicion created in the minds of the members by these elements, on selective/ personal demand basis, let me release the documents/correspondence related to demolishing the walls in survey No 373 ( 8 plots) and in survey 375 ( may be close to 60 plots) to see that the smear campaign against me dies down and we must checkmate these elements to go ahead on faster phase. Or else, it may cause setback to us.

These documents are not release all these days only due to some enemy within are colluded with our opponents and passing on these mails to the rivals to alert them. But those who wanted to see and believe the outcome and results, they can write to me to send these documents only on your request basis to just send it to our trusted members on selective basis and to have control over the persons who have sought these documents. I am not loading these docs on the site as well to avoid the leaking to our rivals.  The strong supporters must seek the documents to checkmate those smear campaigners.

But in the name of loan accounts not given, Mr.Mohan Babu (MB) have even started ( by just being only as committee member in legal association, fallen out due to his  mis-adventurism for not following instructions on Operation on 375 during first week of Nov 2013) , he started spreading campaign against me as if I have taken over these 2 issues ( survey No 373 to put SVGK on mat and in case of survey No 375 to put MB on mat). But the truth is that in both the cases, they have failed miserably and having questioned them as CEO of the GFPOA, for their  failures, he has formed a cartel to spread such needless rumors and smear campaign. Possible, a 3rd front is forming with such forces, with help of few destabilizing forces. Though I have only clue, I have decided to wait and watch and pin them down as well after consulting the committee. But we have to wait and see who is their king pin. 

Though I am sure the loyal members will not take these as my explanation ( which I am sure that the members do not need any explanation nor proofs and you all trust me from/by my past records speak of it) I wanted to set the records straight to keep away these forces at check. I too have full faith in  all of you and I am sure you understand that I am taking precautions to avoid the unwanted forces to get these documents and that too only based on our loyal members suggestions. 

Once you have these documents, if these forces call you ( which they were doing earlier) you can pin them down with your knowledge of these activities with proofs. 

2 mails came from one of the prominent member of our group as supporter to MB is under scrutiny and we will take a call to send those 2 mails to you, only after committee considers to do so. But I am sure, with those 2 mails, you will understand what kind of people are in GF ( though we know earlier some) and society we are living in. You will also stop trusting everyone/anyone with such revelations. But I hope you will not get disturbed, when it is disclosed? If telling something on me itself is so disturbing you, imagine what I should be going through?

GOD is great... the stay in AP High Court on SC/ST case is absolute now ( from interim )

Dear All,

It all happened only due to GOD blessings, all our loyal members support and blessings, the interim stay on the SC/ST case filed by Dr.P.Shankar Rao at Medchal Court on me, appealed by me in AP High Court is stayed forever till further orders as absolute instead present interim. The next listing will take place may be 2 to 4 years !!!??? By the time, where will be our enemies? GOD will decide. 

This happen due to the best augment put up by us. But we had chance of asking to court to quash the whole case. But I prefer to keep the case open and tighten the noose around the necks of the crooks till their end.  

In yet another unrelated development, the New RDO ( Malkajgiri Division) called me to say that he has issued the orders to book the cases on all those who encroached lands in Green Fields and remove the walls. I will get the copy by tomorrow.

Now I will not leave all those who stood in between regularization and those who filed false cases on me and also on the lands. You all will see next 30 days the exciting developments, which will silence all our opponents, including the newly born too. Their supporters will also suffer the setback since more or less they are also identified. You will know soon their names as well.

I am overwhelmed with your support

Dear Loyal Members.

Let me first thank all those who came forward with strong defense in favor of me on the useless people mails with several false and imaginative issues to only to defend their mistakes. I am overwhelmed with your support with strong words and I promise you all that I will not betray your faith and I am sure I will live up to your expectation.

I also made public appeal to members, few days ago that if any of the members, who came forward to loan me due to those members who wanted to quit due to my style of working and gave loan on their personal assurances and wanted to take back their loans, I offered to pay them back within few days as agreed without interest. But to my surprise and joy, in stead of those who supported them asking loan back, they not only gave their strong thumbs up and sent their documents with covering letters, but also 2 new members sent their first installment of 5k and promised to 2nd  installment next month.  Some of those who gave 2 or more installments  have also openly come forward to give their 3rd and 4th and 5th installment as well, if desired. But I prefer the first timers to pay loan of at least 10 k and extend their faith with full self belief. I am sure, just money alone will not give me strength but your faith in my ruthless efforts to get our plots will put me in better stead. 

Coming to the very origin of the controversy, I have spent 2 days from past 8 days in between and tallied all the expenses incurred by me from Jan 1st 2009 till end of Oct 2013. I also, more or less tallied the loaners names with the amount given to me by  only members and not loaned by private parties to me to run the show till today. Those who think that I should make it public ( many members suggested earlier not to make public since our opponents will take advantage ) my loan amounts and also the amounts spent by me from my own resources since it is my personal risk, can seek the statement by specific request. Though I would be happy to publish these details in even in our website, since I am not afraid to be transparent, I withheld earlier also only on members suggestions since even for that kind openness will create controversy. I will follow democratic principle ( though few of them say I am a dictator, I appreciate their wisdom) and keep this offer open for 15 days. By then I will have total update as of the date to release the data of both collections and expenditure. I will see how many of you wanted to publish this in to our website and make it open. But then, who will fill the huge deficit between the loan and actual amount spent by me will be the new question and controversy. Some of them may be ready to latch on to this new controversy, waiting in the Q. 

So let the majority members decide that it must be published or it will be closely held data. Why I ask this question? Becausetomorrow, one/few more controversial person/s ( to defend his/their own failures) will raise his/their ugly head and create yet another controversy and say 

1. Who asked you to spend that much of money? 
2. Who approved your expenditure? 
3. Where are the vouchers? 
4. What is the source? 
5. What is the proof you spent?
6. And many more questions come on to their head at that time.

It does not mean that I will not be able to answer all these question. But I will be in the middle of some important issue. I will be forced to waste my time, as I did not now by diverting my precious time from some important matter related to survey 375 case and demolishing of 8 plot walls. I skipped those appointments along with my meeting the Principle Sec, Home on some important work, which I can not disclose. I am in CATCH 22 situation.

So let me wait for next 15 to 20 days and get the feedback ( votes) from the members and I will put it to the committee for their ratification those suggestions and act accordingly. I do not wanted to take anymore blame from those who do not contribute even one day work, one rupee, one useful thing but come and make an issue on several occasions. Though they have perished, all those who perished will join hands to create needless controversies. I do not want to get in to such situation anymore. I rather do good work without money than get bad name with money. I rather do peaceful job without money than painful accounting with money. I rather get your plots without any expectations ( which I am doing now) than needless rumors of my making money, name and fame.  Few are under the illusion that money poured in tons from every member. but it is not true. May be they are curious  to know what is going on with in us by our rivals and they would be using them as pawns? 

GOD's blessings and your wishes are bigger to me than money. I have enough money to sustain rest of my short life. I do not need to loot and live, like others did. Even if I have no money, I have wonderful goodwill today. At least I have 365 well wishers to sustain for the whole year and who will offer me food every day to eat.Let everyone one of you know that I eat to live but I do not live to eat.  I do lot of work to many temples around town in restoration to its glory, which is my passion which many of you may not know. I rather eat "Prasad" at temple with GOD blessing and live in temple than loot and live with your curse in a palace. I rather live with humility with nothing with me than with humiliation of false prestige earned with looted money in a bungalow. 

My appeal to those negative forces and to those who get instigated by them is that do not be judgmental on anyone, who has better standing than those who have worst name to their tag while instigating.  They do not deserve to pass judgement on others. That is what called as law of equity.

Appeal for helping hand

Dear All,

With regard to encroachments in survey No 375 and also few more plots in other survey numbers, I was to take help from our MC member, Mr.Mohan Babu as sub committee member of 375.Accordingly, he was appointed around 3 years ago. But no proper feedback and any kind support was forthcoming from him from past 2 years 8 months. Since he desired to quit, he was relieved of his duties related to the task given to him with immediate effect.

Now I appeal to one of the affected member, to extend their support to follow it up with government agencies on weekly basis as I am very busy with GO 166 clearance with revenue department and courts along with several tasks in pipeline. 

The member, who will come forward to assist will be co opted at a appropriate time as full time management committee member as soon as we relieve Mohan Babu soon or in soon to be called AGM. Please consider and send your names to short list best possible person.

Police complaint to Alwal PS

Dear All,

I have sent few days ago the covering letter to be submitted to CI, Alwal to be signed and sent to me ( or I gave option to submitt yourselves and requested to send a copy to me) along with your one sale deed photo copy to secure our plots under Land Grab Sheet. I hope those members plots, irrespective of their survey numbers, whose plots are under siege/encroached by any kind illegal elements would have noticed the mail and are in action?

Please update since the new CI ( old CI, who was not in favor of Green Fields since being transferred) appointment is in the offing to close the gap to book the cases. Government officials, like RDO and Collector are are also in loop to act this.

Please confirm since the cut of date for submission is 15 Nov 2013.

Survey 375 war begun

The part 2 of the war on the Green Fields Encroachments has just begun. The war bungle has sounded today in various vernacular dailies. You can see that in Sakshi City page ( tabloid)  No 4, Eenadu Malkajgiri edition and Andhra Jyothi state page to start with. Other papers coverage will follow soon. 

In the meanwhile, I request all the plot owners, whose plots are under siege/encroached by criminal elements and unconcern must finally come to me with their individual complaint to the police as per the specimen of the  same is attached. Please follow the instruction as per the details below:

1. Sign the attached complaint in duplicate. 
2. This letter is for every survey number plots, who see some kind of encroachment, not just for survey No 375 alone. 
3. Sign only in Blue Color ink,
4. Attached one copy of the your sale deed in one copy of the letter for police to verify. 
5. You can give the copy to Alwal Police on your own ( directly) and send the copy to me later 
6. Or send the original to me to take it up by me. 

Any doubts, please do not hesitate to call me. This will the last chance for those plots are encroached by criminal elements. Hence utilize the opportunity.

All plot owners of 375 survey number owners and encroached plots other survey numbers must approach me directly

Dear All,

Though it is not a significant development of Mr.Mohan Babu ( a Management Committee member), who desired to resign since he feels that I shown him poor lite in case of efforts related to survey no 375, I have proposed to replace him immediately as soon as the resignation is accepted in an emergency GB/MC meeting to be called soon. Though I tried my best to lower his guard, he is adamant and started accuse me of embezzlement of funds ( which I have taken from few members as loan only based on AGM mandate ), with no basis or proofs from him, I decided that by keeping him in the committee, it is going to be more pain in the neck if he stays. I will leave it to committee. 

Now, till the new sub committee takes over from me, I will continue to head till then and all plot owners of 375 survey number with encroachments and encroached plots owners of other survey numbers must approach me directly instead of Mr.Mohan Babu. Urgent... Special mail alert to all plot owners in Survey Number 375, 373, 380 and 381, police complaint lodged on Ravi, ( Son in law of Gaddar)

Dear All members.

The regularisation issue will be back in to its stream since the strike is called off by Seemandhra employees few days ago. I have chalked out a plan to tighten the screws on the officials in the coming days.

To open the 2nd front to government to act on land grabbers, yesterday,  I have lodged a police complaint ( with Alwal Police Stn) on Ravi, the outlawed son in law of  Mr.Gaddar, who has occupied around 60 plots on above said survey numbers and threatening us if we complaint to police or to the officials. But defying his threats, I have made case out of the available documents and lodged the compliant ( copy attached to this mail) and took ackn with police. We will anyway will not get any help from Alwal police stn since Durga controls that stn. But I will see that the case is registered soon with help of our legal team support in the court of law. 

Now I request the survey No 375 sub committee head, Mr.Mohan Babu to call form a urgent meeting of the affected plot owners in all these survey numbers to obtain a individual complaints on Ravi occupying their plots of members with their plots registered photo copies to strengthen the case. The letter will be drafted by Mohan Babu to get it signed by the members. This must be done within 7 days since I have given 7 days time for police to act or else, we will approach the court. I have initiated the processes with this complaint ( which is very long due) and it now from here on, the plots owners must regroup and come to me with their copies of the personal complaints.

The illegal association so called GB/MC members fell in to my trap

Dear All,

I wanted to share with you some interesting facts with you, which was a brilliant idea struck to me to use the so called illegal GB/MC members as my trap to relay some message to Dr.P.Shankar Rao and catch them too red handed for their cooperation with the land grabbers. 

The demolishing the illegal wall on 8 plots dates were relayed to all the members with correct dates in the letter by MRO ( though I kept it secret till the dates were changed and then only sent the mail to all ) since I know that they dates are postponed and I thought it is better use shocking news as bait only to do this experiment with wrong dates of the MRO letters to the traitors/illegal association members. 

Since we all suspected that the Satyam and few left out members of the illegal association ( who are hiding from last few months) are well known co-conspirators with Dr.P.Shankar Rao, I wanted to catch them red handed only to strengthen our hands for future use to expose them.  

Very rightly, they fell in to my trap. They happily printed my mail sent to them with wrong dates of the letter of MRO and promptly went to him and gave same to Dr.Rao. He promptly called his crooked brother and sent that letter to the RDO in person only to complained to him on me. Fortunately, at that time, the MRO was also with RDO. I was also called few minutes later yesterday by them. I was shown the letter to seek that was it correct that I sent. I told them yes, but I also told them that I wanted to catch the culprits who are working with these land grabbers. I have carried the original mail with correct dates and I have shown to them that. They were shocked why they are trying to do all such silly thing. The cat is out of the bag. They understood that what land grabbers are up to. 

Interestingly, the land grabber brother also gave them a letter with a copy to Collector RR Dist. They contents are not known. I have made an RTI application to obtain the same. As soon as I get the copy, we will expose their nexus further more with our great leaders. All these days, I was waiting for some more evidence to book criminal case on brothers. Now I wanted to thank them that they gave me chance with one more misleading information to the officials and court. See how costly it will be on them in the future days to come. See how they will get trapped more and get in to trouble further more. All the best brothers. 

This copy also will go with some changes to traitors.  They will carry this mail also to them. We will still catch them yet again. This line will not be in their mail. That is the change.

RR Dist Collector Met me today with my warning

Dear All Loyal Members.

Due to my pressure from several quarters, today, I got a call from the Camp Clark (PA) of the RR Dist Collector with an appointment at 3 pm at his office. As per the same, I have taken a representation, which is attached for the members reading.

This is nothing but short of warning to the RR Dist Collector to expedite matter as early as possible or else, I will file a contempt of court in AP High Court. He read my representation and called the DRO right in front of me and asked him to examine and report to him with in 7 days. I also told Collector garu  that the counters for 2 cases, one filed by villagers in high court and one filed by our great lawyer Rajendran yet again in high court, on behalf of the Sadasheva Rao is not yet to be done. He said that it will be taken up within a day or 2. I was asked to be in touch with JC and DRO on this matter and if any delay, he told me to meet him. No show by our great illegal association so called GB/MC members from past 97 days after they filed the case to follow it up for counter. 

What every staff knows in the Revenue dist of the RR Dist ( in Collector office, RDO office and MRO and AD Survey office) is that I am very calm and quite to get work done in a peaceful manner. But if they take me for granted, they do not cooperate, I will warn them in written ( as I did in case of Dr.P.Shankar Rao) and make their life miserable them. I am sure this letter ( please read and give your feedback) will send the chill down the spine???

I am sure and also confident that the Goddess Vijaya Durga, like Vijaya Ganapathi from past 2 years, will shower victory on us over the evil forces of the colony, (both outsiders and insiders) and will give desired satisfaction of our achievement this year. The trend is evident that we are close to achieve the goals soon.  With no circulars from ex illegal elements from past 10 months, it is evident. 

   

I request ever member to read what I have written below word by word and see what kind of conspiracy emerged in last 2 months with help of Dr.P.Shankar Rao with help of our own neighbors from the colony and are so called savers of the colony.     Also ready the petition copy filed bgy me in AP High Court as my plea to stay all the proceeding of SC/ST case. The judgement is already sent to you on the same day of pronouncement.          

I have attached the Petition copy of the AP High Court to stay the case against me by Dr.P.Shankar Rao. I have already sent the judgment copy few weeks ago. The happiest moment of my life is when the AP High Court, 26th Sept 2013 stayed all proceedings against me by Alwal PS on case related to SC/ST atrocities case filed by Dr.P.Shankar Rao. It is a major setback to great Dr.P.Shankar Rao and to his co-conspirators and many such false and frivolous cases will also fall flat based on this citation. I am sure the police will take advantage of the situation with help of my citation and file the quash petitions on their cases in AP High Court?

What this means is that the proxy war is over by using the goons all these years in the colony between us. Now the final showdown between the truth and lies has begun. After attempt to fix me with several false and frivolous cases with help of our so called illegal ex governing body members of ex illegal association failed to large extent, now the real boss behind these false and frivolous cases has entered in to the scene with yet another false and frivolous case on me at Medchal court by himself. Since none of those cases filed by the illegal association members worked earlier, as a last resort, he filed SC/ST Atrocity case in the Medchal court as a private complaint since the Alwal police did not register a case on me since they too know that his complaint is a false and frivolous.

We obtained the copy of the FIR through our lawyer Mr.Gopalakrishna Kalanidhi (he is like my brother) and the same was countered at AP High Court.  In a way, I wanted to thank MLA garu for giving me a wonderful chance to expose him in the court of law once again his misdeeds/mischief’s/frauds/forgeries/falsifications/fudging of court orders/fabricating the documents/court orders, blackmail, extortion  and so on to grab these government lands.  Interestingly, Dr.Rao brother and daughter are the witness in this case, who is also exposed by me in the AP High Court. During the cross examination, our lawyer will expose several frauds by them and more will come in to light. The most glaring 150 acres land grabbed by his daughter ( great lady Ms.Sushmitha) will be used now to show how great lady she is and how she used the local MLA to grab the lands of poor Reddy farmers. I will approach the AP High Court to reopen those cases as an anti corruption activist which was closed by the Shaadnagar PS due to pressure of Dr.Rao and their local MLA as civil case while all sections in FIR are non bailable sections under IPC, how did police close the case as civil matter??. Police will be under pressure to answer the question why they closed this case without proper inquiry/arrests/charge sheet? The police have to tell the truth or else they will be trouble and will lose their jobs.

I wanted all of you to read this SC/ST case FIR and understand the veracity of the leakage of the information to Dr.P.Shankar Rao from our own illegally committee members on daily basis. I have been saying this to you from past 4 years that these illegal elements within colony/residents are playing very critical role in supporting the MLA with day to day reports to him to neutralize me in smoothly running the affairs of the association to get our plots before (earlier under JAC banner) and after my election as legal President. But many of the residents did not believe and they used to be under impression that I am becoming too personal on these illegal elements, though it was never and not true. The residents did not react at that time to put pressure on these elements to rein then on them and not to be too personal on me by them either. But I took it in my stride and fought these cases on regularization more than personal issues and more or less I have achieved my objective. 

But the same residents don't see such too personal attacks by the extra constitutional authority of the association Ms.Kanakadurga with false and frivolous case on me, Gyaneshwar garu, Dallappa garu since we have exposed their corrupt practices in collecting money in the name of settlement with villagers, BPS, LRS and GO 166 along with some other pretext or other in every illegal AGM’s for which no proper account or explanation was given by her General Sec husband Mr.G.Sivanarayana??? Do you know how much cash vanished? This will be known only when all of our members come forward how much they paid cash to the duo Sivanarayana and Durga in the last 13 years. Even the so called President Satyam is not aware of the cash collected since he is only keen to continue as President just as fancy to the post. Let us get hold of the bank statement (through CVC, New Delhi, which is under processes) and see where the cash has gone when we find the same amount is not deposited from past several years. How much illegal lawyer got his share out of it will be known soon.

The same residents did not see the personal attack by yet another great Sadasiva Rao filing the false and frivolous cases in Malkajgiri court and RR Dist courts since we exposed his misdeeds in the colony and he says that I am not a member, where by the truth is that I bought the plots in the year 1986, much before even he does not know where the GF was and he bought, but he bought the readymade house in the year 1993 or so?? If he is sincere, then why he is so keen to use the great lady and extra constitutional authority of the colony to book a false and frivolous case on me and become a paid witness to that case along with colony Nageshwar Rao? Why the colony residents do not ask this question and send a circular with his explanation? When 80% of the present residents of the GF knew me well that I am with GF from 1995 ( including Power Grid Jagan Mohan Rao, RBI Srinivasan, RBI Madhava Rao, who were sitting in my office for committee meetings during 1995 to 2000) and so on , why they are silent on that and they do not go ask the fraudsters Sadasiva Rao for defaming me? It is not personal attack? Why this double standards? Or, they are afraid of Sadasheva Rao since he may expose their misdeeds?

The same characters in the colony, as residents, did not see similar personal attack by the illegally appointed great lawyer Mr.Rajendran with help of paid witness and resident of GF, Mr.Nageshwar Rao and Sadasheva Rao??. It is by share coincidence, that, colony Nageshwar Rao is not only false witness in Ms.G.Kanaka Durga false and frivolous case but also a false witness in Rajendran false and frivolous case , who was not even present in the court that day but used by illegal lawyer as his paid witness and sullied my image? Go and seek his convincing reply. If he ( Nageshwar Rao ) is telling the truth, GOD will not punish him. If he says lies, my Shakthi Mata will take care of me and punish him. Ask him to swear in front of his own GOD that he was present on that, during the argument (not threats as such) between me and Rajendran? Why such fundamental questions are not raised by the rational citizens of the great GF colony with great Nageshwar Rao?? Are they scared of colony Nageshwar Rao due to his clout in CMO office since he may book some false cases on these people if they expose?

Even the same residents do not see even now that these illegal elements have bullied you for years and hoodwinking you from time to time with false promises of you getting your plots within few days/weeks/months/years/decades with no extra charges to be paid to Dr.P.Shankar Rao and only open plot owners will have to pay???? Did you all do not see that these illegal elements, who are not supporting us, see the larger game plan to isolate residents for their own personal gains with open plot owners and destroy the unity among all the members to win over the crisis and help our rivals outside???  Can you remember when did the last official circular on illegal association letter head by Satyam with few left out illegal GB/MC names appearing in the colony by saying the regularization is over?? Then where did your much sought after great President Satyam went?? Can you find out and ask him why it is delayed after he promised that it is over but nothing happen from that day onwards? By the way, Satyam collected 9 6 names are with me) with help of Yogesh Gir, Poorna and Narasimhan several lakhs in cash in the name of out of turn regularization by paying to officials. Has anyone got the plots with his help? Why no one is asking that? Keeping quite is accepting their fraud and keeping salient due to the fear of these elements will book false cases on you all also?

What happen to their reply to my letter to yet another greats, KBR Prasad (the so called watch DOG, who barks on wrong trees and who claims that he is ex Organizing Secretary, though he himself does not know what he organizes ) of the ex illegal association reply to the questions I have asked on 5 cases pending in various courts ( to which the their illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran represents) with numbers and sent circular as public notice? Where did he go? Can you search and ask this self Dabba master to clarify the status? Do you know where he is, if so I will go and ask him, if you all have no guts? Where did your great so called illegal Working President, Satyanarayana, who is known for his short temper for decades and goes and tell my own circle that I have no plot ( but he used to sit in my office in the year 1995 to 2000) and he does lots of loose talk in public, but does not come to rescue when 8 plots are encroached by Dr.P.Shankar Rao in the dead midnight? But he is ready to go to Dr.P.Shankar Rao in dead night for negotiating to pay money @ Rs.1000 on behalf of open plot owners along with other illegal association team? Does he know what a collective responsibility is?? Or collective wisdom is? Do the resident do not see his false allegation on me as personal attack?

By the way, why the so called illegally lawyer Rajendran, who is saying that he is fighting all cases but do not file a case on Shankar Rao, Dayanand, Villagers, officials and who ever obstructing the regularization but by wasting his time on false cases and draws money for filing cases on me, one at Nampally, one at RR Dist Court, one at Malkajgiri Court ( both of them lost) and one at Alwal PS and withdrew Rs.1,34,000 and wasted your money for their personal gains? When he has no mandate from the legal association, run by me to represent our interest in courts, if he does so, why no one is asking him to keep quite? Do your colony residents do not see he takes personal interest to attack me personally with false and frivolous case but does not come to rescue the 8 plot owners with an eviction order from the court? He is afraid of Shankar Rao or officials?  His Ayyappa Swami, who is also my GOD knows why. By the way, the very Rajendran was sitting beside me in several meetings in my office in the year 1995 to 2000. Do these residents do not know this?

The glaring proof of these illegal elements hand in glove with our rivals is visible with our enemy No 1/our rivals FIR says that of our circulars are with him. Though Dr.P.Shankar Rao is nothing to do with our internal matters of the association political issues, he says clearly says that I have no plots ( para No 5) , which our rivals within colony and the illegal elements used to say often use the same words and they have lost the cases and still carry these tales to him for their personal gains. The word he is using in his FIR is exactly the same words our rival’s illegal elements used to say earlier in their circulars.  One positive outcome of this FIR is that Dr.P.Shankar Rao concedes that I am more powerful than him and the para No 3 clearly says this. But our colony illegal elements and residents do not see such power in me? Let them think once again!!??? 

Para 10 says he gave letters to government to help members of his constituency. But the great MLA forgets that the Green Fields falls under Malkajgiri constituency and not Secbad Cant constituency, which he represents.  At the same time, he did not name who approached them to solve these problems… His brother?? Villagers, who are with him?? Is our illegal association element within colony?? We will seek the names through the court. Let him come out with the names and we will counter that as well. Every point in the FIR will be countered by our legal team, when it comes to us. 

Now para 11 says about our Green Fields website. It means, many of our members are seeing or not, MLA is seeing it every day. But of late the strike rate to website has increased after this complaint, which appeared in media and the public is more aware of the website of GF and they are looking to know more about the plight of the GF and MLA atrocities on the GF members. Thanks for free publicity by our rivals/MLA.  Since it is more followed by our rival Dr.P.Shankar Rao, I also request all our members also to follow the Green Fields web site home page at www.greenfpoa.org for all missed information in the mails to update you and spread the awareness to ignorant members about the efforts put in by the legal association. 

I once again appeal to all residents to sink difference, ignore these illegal association elements and their handful supporters and come forward to solve long standing issue to take it to logical ends. What are issues I am following alone?

Let me clarify that I have been fully busy with the regularization work back ended work without much of publicity. I have stopped writing on the developments since our members wanted me to keep it secret till the work is over. I do not wanted anyone to be under the impression that I am only after exposing the frauds of the illegal committee. It is incidental that I am writing those details to you to educate you all on what kind of illegal activities took place and those so called governing body members betrayal for having trusted them for 13 years. 

As of now I am on follow up on the following:

1. Government counter to the villagers appeal to Revenue Minister, filed to delay our regularization. The case has to be disposed soon. But it was held us due to Seemandhra strike. Our bad luck.
2. Disposing the WP 15895 by the Advocate General ( AG) in AP High Court. The AG already filed the government vakalat as their representative. This is held up due to the NOC pending from the illegal lawyer Rajendran. I will obtain with criminal case on them soon.
3. Final hearing dates on Vijaya Lakshmi case in AP High Court. The NOC is still pending with illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran.  I will obtain with criminal case on them soon.
4. The final counter by Collector on the new case filed by the great Sadasiva Rao with help of illegal lawyer in high court. This will be also has to be obtained NOC by filing a criminal case on them.  I will obtain with criminal case on them soon.
5. Nampally court appeal on my conviction for paying Rs.1000, filed by illegal lawyer Rajendran, This case is taking too much of my time. But this is filed on me only to intimidate me to keep away from GF, filed on behest of Dr.P.Shankar Rao. 
6. Follow up with CB CID on Shankar Rao arrest. If delayed, I will file a case in AP High Court for speedy justice. Till his arrest, our GO 166 will be in limbo only. 
7. RR Dist court case on our election. The case is again shifted to fast track court. 
8. Quash petition on Dr.Shankar Rao SC/ST case on me in AP High Court. Now I have stay. But it has to quashed soon.
9. Vijaya Bank fraud case in various police stations. Activity has begun. 
10. Criminal cases on Illegal association fraud case in Alwal PS. Police complaint is already filed. 
11. Criminal case on Rajendran in various police stations. Police complaint is already filed.

13. Fresh case to be booked on 8 walls on Shankar Rao and Dayanand,
14. All illegal construction in survey No 373 to be removed with a special order from Collector. The 373 members meeting will be called for soon.

16. Quash petition with MRO on villagers 2 case ( a new case and which is not known to you all) 
17. GO 166 implementation letters after clearing all the above issues from Collector RR Dist after a joint meeting with all the officials of RR Dist,

19. Follow up meeting with Principle Sec, Revenue, on orders to clear our file,follow up meeting with chief secretary on our file, follow up meeting with CMO on our file,
20. General PR follow up with Media,
21. CVC follow up on Vijaya Bank case,
22. Funds arrangements to fight the issue. Now itis precarious. hence trying to arrange funds for above works. 
23. Planning and coordination on every issue. 
24. Other miscellaneous follow up with various departments. 

All these are done by me as single hand. The sub committee appeal by me is not encouraging. I understand that every committee member have their own personal issues, unlike me, who is devoted to the GF cause on 24X7 basis. I have no complaints. But it will take time. That must be understood.
