Couple of issues to the members attentions, which was suggested by members.

1. First we are filing the counter petition on Dayanand/Shankar Rao for false and misleading information to the court with full documentary evidence.
2. As soon as it is done, all members will be invited for Press meet at Press club to make it public this filing counter case.
3. The members will be addressing in the same press meet about my not taking money in the name of settlement, as the case may be with illegal association. All members will say to press that I have taken person loan.
4. Appointment with New Telangana CM is in the offing with our contacts/resources. Will be updated. 
5. The quash petition is applicable to only Dayanand on fraud case and not to Shankar Rao. This case is not related to land scam. The case is with CB CID.
6. More cases will be booked as offensive on land scammers like Dayanand, Satyam and co and the Great Gayaneshwar and Co soon to checkmate them. 

I appeal ONLY to the like minded members is that please support with loan amount to finish these elements once for all. GO 166 will be anyway happen. We must finish these irritants. 

Those who wanted to make an issue out of nothing later, need not support with funds nor morally. They are anyway out forever from our network.  Those who are not confident or do not have self belief, need not worry. The reason I write this rider is that some of those disgradulated and rogue elements may plant few elements with funds to make an issue later. Those who are ready to support, must write YES, I will clear those names only.

Dear All Green Fields members.                                                                       28^th June 2014

The so called saviors of the colony, both from illegal association as well as the newly born Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu/Nagarjuna have gone underground??? The rumors spreading group of the colony in name of morning walkers (that rouge group) is also disappeared?? I hope it is true??? It will be better for the colony. But have you received several court order copies promised by these elements by now??? Have you received my movement logs on daily basis from these rouges?

The reasons to pose this question is that when 10 of us ( Thanks to our members Mr.Pradeep garu, Prasad Reddy, Kiran, Rambabu, Madhu Reddy, Venugolapala Chary and myself) signed in the panchanama) ) were present on the 24^th June 2014 at 2.30 pm in GF colony along with advocate commissioner, a court appointed advocate to inquire the fate of the plots in survey No 375 ( which is not only government lands but the same is sold by the so called patta holders when they took Rs.58.05 lakhs) and the so called grabbing of the plots from the survey No 379 ( in the name of survey No 375) was carried out with full presence of the revenue officials. This development took place after the most flopped Mohan Babu, the sacked head of survey No 375 and after I took over the issue, the matter has come to this stage with help of Madhu Reddy, advocate member and one of the victim. None from these negative groups ( including the great Mohan Babu, who is one of the victim, but later it was rumored that he has understanding with the grabbers to leave him out of the grabbing and he will not interfere in the 375) were aware of what was going on in the colony for that full 3 hours. If that is case, what is the guarantee that they will save the plots from the grabbers??  When I could know that such activities from so called 25 km’s away ( as per the illegal association members, my house is that far and they filed this matter in the court and lost the case), why they are not aware of such activities being within striking distance?? That is the reason, I say that when there is will, there is a way. But at the same time, shamelessly, they claim that they are saving colony from the grabbers and do “Vasool” (collect protection money) from members in the name of old dues to pay to the villagers, BPS, LRS, GO 166 and so on.  Only GOD can save the colony residents from such elements. There is no evidence of extending the helping hand, even if their rivals like us are doing some good work. But they are the first to point out fingers even if there no faults around with people like us. Are we are their paid servants?? These shameless people make issues out of nothing and will have sadist pleasures. But GOD will not leave them with happiness, whoever it may be. Not even a single negative elements were seen in the colony, including the greats like Sadasheva Rao/Durga ( from whose house we were 10 meters,  while doing this survey, but they find day and night time to finish me from the colony affairs), who says that that he is the Secretary of the illegal association and the greats like Gayaneshwar, who says that you colony residents have to kneel down in front of him to get the plots and he has audacity to say that you all have no alternative than depending on him in the future in his circular and you resident keep quite.

Thankfully, the whole layout of both survey No 375 and 379 was surveyed and the same was recorded by the advocate commissioner.  The “Pancha Nama” was carried out and I am thankful to those who signed from the colony and also helped with their documents. The official report by the MRI, Malkajgiri to the court and the advocate commissioner is final and the same is submitted by them. The case will be reserved for orders by the judge after they open the cover and study the contents. The outcome of the judgments will be land mark and will help every member in both 379 and 375 survey numbers.  What the great MB, who is suppose to do to protect to his own plot as head of the 375 committee is actually carried out by me after his great flop show for 4 years. I am very happy that he went underground and no replies to my mails along with his other partners in crime, like blackmailers, misleading SMS to CCS CI senders and so on.  Now they knew Lord Ayyappa stood by whom!!! But the mail below sent by MB to finish of the illegal committee President Satyam and so called Sec, Sadasheva Rao shows what kind of double standards he adopted during his long stay, but I have tolerated his all flop show to maintain the unity amongst the members.

Dear Sri. Chandrasekhar garu, Good Evening.  Sorry I could not write a letter regarding Mr.Yogesh Gir activities, as i was busy with my Audit Work. At the outset, I would like to congratulate you on the saturday Press meet and the subsequent dharna conducted in our Green Fields Colony.

Coming to Mr.Yogesh Gir aspect, as I already conveyed to you over phone that he and Mr.Satyam & Co have proposed to get the Plot regularised at Rs.50,000.00 (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) per Plot to get the Demand Note from the Concerned Officials.  This amount has been split into parts, i.e initially the member has to pay Rs.10,000.00 and the balance to be paid to MRO, Collector Office, MLA and others directly by the members on their intimation. He has also informed me that around 25 Members have agreed and come forward to pay the amount and they are waiting for the numbers to go.  He told me that the members can pay directly to the concerned officials and need not worry about the money being misused.  He said all the members will go collectively to get their Demand Notes.

In view of the above and the subsequent developments, I request you to kindly call for a meeting whether it be a committee members meet or otherwise an AGM to discuss the issue of switching sides with the opposition members, as he is holding a General Secretary Post, which is more powerful and can be misused at any level.  I feel it is an important issue and to decide the fate of Members like Mr.Yogesh Gir, Mr.Purnachander Rao and Mr.Narasimhan, as these people have to be removed and to be informed to the concerned officials that they are not representing us in any of the position.

I personally feel that these members are afraid to fight against the Minister as they may have their own Personal Problems and not to get involved in these activities.  Everybody cannot be like you and so we have to elect people who can stand by your side and co-ordinate in your day to day activities.  Please take necessary steps to protect our interest in court cases and the registrar case, as he has signed on our behalf as General Secretary.  Now, what will be the fate of these cases, in case he turns against us? Also, I request you to kindly call for a committee meeting once in 15 days, so that any issues can be addressed in the initial stages itself.

With regard to Saturdays meet, I really felt very bad about the very minimal participation of Members, that too, when you are sending them mails and SMS messages in advance and requesting them to attend. The members must understand the gravity of the situation you are undergoing to get their lands regularised and these type of opportunities should not be missed and cannot be arranged every now and then.  You are fighting against the Minister and the threat perception to your life is so high, I request each and every member to use the opportunities provided by you and the need to protect you from the Bad Elements. I request all the members in future to make use of such meetings and to show solidarity of strength you have to the people who are opposing our regularisation and not by reading the news articles in papers and sending the congratulatory messages. Even I have congratulated in this letter but by attending the meeting and I am very sorry if it hurts the members in any way.  This is only to tell the members that you are doing a 24x7 service, which should be utilized by one and all and stand united.

Coming to funds aspect, I request you to collect the funds directly from the members for the association activities and the expenses incurred need not be taken on loan basis, since we have a treasurer, let him do the accounting and you are doing an yeomen service for the members of Green Fields and this cannot be disputed. When we claim ourselves as an elected body legally and I think you have already informed the Registrar of Society on this issue and we need to account all the expenses incurred by you all these days and the same to be audited and submitted to the members.  I do hope, the members will definitely agree to pass the expenses incurred by you and come forward to share the burden which you are all alone shouldering.  I feel it is my duty as a committee member to express my view in this regard.  I request once again to call for a meeting on the above issues and to send the show cause notice to the members who have switched sides and holding position, so that corrective measures can be taken to overcome the above problems. Today, these 3 sum go to the very elements houses and enjoy their company??? Above all, the great so called founder of the colony says that Satyam is the President and not the Chandrasekhar to CCS CI ?? What is you all are making out of these SMS/mails??? Can we trust these 3sum double tongued people who change their colors every now and then? Can we trust such 3 sum will do justice to you residents? Can we believe these 3 sum to come and save when it mattered most or ditch every one like what they did it to me??  My doubt is as big as anybody in the society.

Coming to the Eenadu article dated 24^th June 2014 you all can draw your own inferences/conclusions and the devastating role played by few from the colony. The copy of the letter sent by Gayaneshwar to the Wakf is traced ( sent by mail to everyone by him) the same will sent on request to prove that he is villain who created the issue for no fault of us.

Yet another cheating by Dayanand ... in the AP High Court

Dear All,

I have just received few calls from our members saying that Dayanand has conducted a press meet yesterday and appeared in few dailies.  Let me clarify for your immediate use as follows:

1. I was never made  a party to this petition during the final hearing. No cross examination took place in the court. No summons received by me during the hearing.
2. The false court order letter given by Dr.P.Shankar Rao was SLP 24897 as per his letter to Collector RR Dist, mentioned by me. But I was told that Dayanand was saying that SLP 24987  in his counter, which was  never complained on this SLP number and which is not a false document. 
3. He was saying it seems that I have cheated members in the name of getting plots in Green Fields by taking money, a feed given by our rivals from the colony. 
4. After getting full details, we will file counter to challenge this order, if any.  
5. This is only to quash the FIR on Dayanand and not on Shankar Rao and the lands issue is still with CB CID. No need to worry.
6. I will also organise the media/press meet to counter the same. I will let you know the date and time.

Breaking News. Court Commissioner visited the colony on Survey No 375....

When they could not even notice my presence in the colony for 3 hours, from where they can send my movements??

Mr.Prasad Reddy ( our member Ms.Sudharshan Reddy's son), whose mother was one of the committee members earlier in illegal association, resigned on our advice, was also present. The great lady DON collected Rs.36,000 ( both in cheque for Rs.18,680  and cash)  from her and cheated her without protecting her plot. The receipt is attached for your ready reference. The plot is just few feets away from the lady Don house and she did not resist the Ravi Kumar ( Gaddar son in law ) constructing house and left to their fate.

Dear All,

Today, the most popular Telugu daily, Eenadu Hyderabad city edition ( Tabloid) has covered the plight of Green Fields.

Will the complainants, that is Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu to wakf will solve this issue as per their own claim in their own circulars?? Only GOD knows. I have been saying that every member to join the legal association to neutralize these forces. But hardly 200 out of 1000 are only active in supporting me and many still sit as "CATS ON The walls" . The issue is getting dragged further only due to the apathy of our own silent members.

After reading the yesterday circular, the villagers are again trying to contact me through a person to compromise with me and also leak out several frauds by several ex committee members on land grabs. The rumor was that one of the ex committee member who did such fraud is that they have created a fabricated document in the name of one Col.Khader (who since died) and sold his Plot No 10 in survey number 373 to someone with hefty price. Earlier it was said that this plot belongs to one Ms.Shobha Naidu.  If this news is true, I hope to get hold of that person, who bought that plot to expose the fraud of that ex members of the committee. I hope the colony residence will cooperate with me on this?? But I am also aware that many resident are afraid of the ex committee members, who may join together and expose the residents loopholes also. But those who are not having such loopholes must come forward to extend the support????

Yet another surprise news is that one colony member (after my breaking away from Gayaneshwar) called me few days ago to meet me to support our team with his 12 members team, with few from colony and few from outside colony open plot owners. He wants me to meet me soon. But immediately, he was seeking protection to servant maids of the colony. Though what he said may be some personal issue, he was also saying that 2 servant maids were molested ( or may be raped) by one ex committee member ( he did not say the name yet) and that took place few years ago and no one from colony came forward to support the servant maids family with police complaint or case due to a powerful lobby by that person, who dared them not to do. The resident member was saying that, few colony residents are not coming forward to support me only due to such powerful rogue elements, which spread panic among the maids. The full details will be published after we meet that gentleman and hear the total story with the servant maids names (of course changed name). If we are in civilized society, I suggest that all the colony residents must join hands to protect their servant maids from such elements and come forward with complaint to police if anyone does such acts to promote the sense of security of the poor and hapless servant’s and maids.  I am sure by listening to this detailed news, the snakes ( those who did this act) will come out of the pit on their own with guilt and they will deny the news as if we have said about them?? Just wait and watch who did that. Or, these elements will go to police in advance to say that we are tarnishing their image?? That is the trap as we laid to other elements, which went to police earlier. Our earlier circular never said who is rouge, who is loafer or who is the anti social elements, but they went to police agreeing that it is they who are written in the circular in written to police, which is yet to be released by them. In a way, it will help us and how and what way will be known to you all if they go. Our master plan and strategy is working well. Let us not name them. We may not know them also. They will come forward on their own and confess of their acts?

Coming to the Mohan Babu the great’s omissions and commissions, who talk of all ills about me, see yourselves all his mails to the members before he broke away due to his own failures for which he was sacked/impeached. What it means is that all these mails sent by him to the members earlier are fake?? It means that he was faking me with praise, but actually he does not meant what he wrote? It means he is cunning person with hidden agenda with few others to topple me? Just see the first of the series of the mails by him. You will understand how “fekuchands” these people are.  The very black sheep about whom I was talking in the month of Aug 2012 in mails are none other than the very Mohan Babu, on whom he wanted to call for a meeting to sack him. But I kept quite only to be united to fight for 1000 members cause.

I have received your mail today regarding the self doubt about the regularization of plot by our committee member.  In this connection, i request you to kindly call for a committee meeting once, so that the black sheep can be removed by voice vote and can take the clarification from the member if any.

Due to my personal problem, i could not be in touch with you for the last two months or so and if you have any issues, you are always free to call me for an explanation.  I know how much pain you are taking on behalf of the members and nobody in this society will do for the sake of others.

My only concern is that in spite of clearing the hurdles one by one, we are getting new one every other day, i really do not understand how we are going to cross all the hurdles created by our own members as well as outsiders.

As far as i am concerned, i have no doubt about your integrity and sincerity in which you are taking our cause to the logical ends.

With regards to their tacit support to Rajendran, they used to instigate me against the illegally appointed advocate of the illegal association at that time to create wedge with him to gain political capital & now they support the very person, who caused so much damaged to our cause. Now these elements praise the very 2 villains of the colony, Satyam and Rajendran??? Now they go and sit in the same persons house for drinks??

Dear Sri. Chandrasekhar garu, Hope this letter finds you in good health and cheers. Coming to the regularisation of our plot concerned, you have been relentlessly pursuing it for the last three years and you have also achieved so much during the process which has benefited the green field association members.

I have been telling you the day I joined hands with you to finish off our own Illegal Association members first, so that it becomes very easy for you to finish the balance work with your simple abilities.  It is this people who are creating hurdles in the process and i request you not to extend or send any feelers for compromise.  Please initiate immediate action on these lines so that nobody should represent us other than you in any forum.

It is really a surprise to me, when a person like Mr.Shankar Rao, can be handled by you, why not these small fries first.  You have asked them several times to submit the accounts and in spite of that they have not obliged, which means they are not bothered about you and our association.  I am really disappointed with you on this aspect.  When we claim ourselves that, we are the legally elected body, why should we allow Mr.Rajendran (advocate) to represent us.  Why not we cancel the vakalat given to him thereby you can represent or you can appoint the lawyer who can handle our case to our satisfaction.  Since you already have some 15 advocates working in tandem with you on several cases, it will be prudent to handover the case to one of them. 

Please do not mistake me for giving a piece of advise, as I am really frustrated with the developments cropping up one after the other and you have put so much of hard work which should not go waste and delayed.  It really pains me deep in my heart because the efforts you are putting day in and out for getting the regularization work, which nobody can do and it is beyond comparison.  I really do not know whether our members understand the amount of work you do to get the plots regularized should not be measured in terms of money alone and this can be judged only when the members accompany you.  Giving money on loan is something different and the amount of tension, pressure one undergoes during the process cannot be measured/ valued.  All the members are indebted to you along with their family members who are going to enjoy the fruits soon under your prezidentship / leadership.

I request once again to issue them legal notice to handover the documents and inform them not to represent us in future failing which all the illegal members should be put behind bars and since you have been declared by court as elected president and those who are violating the same should be booked under contempt of court, which will automatically force them to come to terms with you.

Do such people, who claim that they are B Tech and well educated can, do such immoral acts? Can they talk of etiquettes with others?  Can they talk of ethics? Can they talk of sincerity, integrity and honesty?? Before they do so, they must come clean why they did such cheating with public. I once again congratulate from the bottom of my heart for the extra ordinary work done by you.  I am also proud of myself, as i am associated with you all these days.  This is an eye opener for all the wrong doers in our association. Hope from now onwards, they will refrain themselves from creating any fresh hurdles for our regularisation work. Also, as discussed over phone, please submit this FIR copy to our case No.WP 3000, so that the court may vacate the stay. Normally, the court should have taken the paper and media coverage into consideration for vacating the stay given earlier. Public notice cum Rejoinder

Dear All,                                                                                                                                              21^st June 2014,

The changes in various revenue departments’ postings after the new state is formed & government was formed are almost over. We have a new MRO & she took charge couple of days ago. We met her on Monday, 16th June 2014 @ 1.30 pm at Neredmet MRO office to formally introduce our self to help us in our endeavor.  We also have new Collector & he will give specific appointment soon after he settles down in his new assignment. We also have new CCLA, who is excellent officer. I have sought appointment with him through our known contact. 

In the meanwhile, since no apology came from those 2sum ( Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu) on false information via SMS to CI, CCS, last week, I met & had a detail discussion with DCP, Malkajgiri ( who is nodal officer to seek the details from the cell phone companies to book the criminal cases)  to lodge a written complaint to seek the full CDR and the print outs of the SMS from the Cell Phone service providers to book the cases on those rouge elements. The CI and SI Alwal PS are also kept in the loop. It is matter of time to seek their case to be registered since they have apologized. I have to press for case to be registered with time at my disposal since I am busier with several other issues related to GO 166. I have information that these forces are moving anticipatory bails in courts since they are caught red handed?? There is no escape for them and let their good friend advocate Rajendran advise them it is true or not??

After this meeting, on directions from the DCP, Malkajgiri, the CI garu gave appointment 18^th June 2014 at 12 noon on urgent basis to sort out few issues related to arrest of the villagers for their cheating by selling the government lands to us and for rejoinder circular. The FIR is already registered on villagers. Till today, villagers have not proved their title based on the notice to them.  The members meeting with CI at Alwal PS (which was on hold due to CI busy schedule) with dates will be decided in few days. On that day, we will lodge all the 3 complaint on the rogue elements also with their false claims and frauds and so on.  The CI and SI garu, also said that they will not interfere nor allow those elements anymore with any false complaints on me and cleared the rejoinder cum public notice on those elements circular dated 13^th May 2014 to the colony with several falsehood, lies, contradictions and distortions on their police complaint. The same is circulated to the colony now. Since it is they who broke the understanding with police by not to write any circulars on me with lies, police said that I am free to write rejoinders anytime.  This circular is the testimony of that. Even CI and SI garu were surprised with the false information they wrote in the circular, which never happen in PS. I told them that when they wrote such lies, which happen in front of the police, imagine how much lies they would have wrote falsehood/lies/damaging info in the colony circulars?? They are now seized of the matter.

I have informed the SI of my movements while starting from my house on the 3rd May 2014 and it was not checked by the SI as stated by these elements. It was Mr.Gayanehwar who was hiding from the police when Ms.Durga gave complaint on us to CI, Alwal long ago.
They have given a written complaint but police threw it on their face since they did not find any basis to book the case since it is pure civil matter.	The complaint was even not ackn by police, but they have written as if the police entertained their complaint. They have distorted the facts. No evidence of their police complaint ackn is produced to colony till today??? Did they?
I went with only one advocate that is Mr.Lakshiminarasimhan. 2nd person was an anti corruption activist.	Their circular states falsely that I went with 2 advocates. They were shocked to see the advocate.
Me and my advocate have asked the SI that these 2 elements are agreeing in written that my circulars unnamed persons are these 2 since they are giving in written, but the names are not mentioned by us?	Strangely, they agreed that it is they who are spreading that information. Our advocate asked, when they agree that they are the one who are spreading the falsehood, where is the question of the case?? No mention of that.
At this time, I voluntarily asked the police to book the case on me, lodge an FIR and investigate fairly with our rejoinders and their own circulars with several falsehood, lies, and distortions and so on. If I found wrong, I must be arrested and if they found wrong they must be arrested.	They have not mentioned all these to save their own skin in their circulars. They were dumb struck with my offer. Their faces were swollen with such cool offer. They fear in their face is visible. You can go and meet the SI for confirmation.

But I asked the SI to check what way they are interested to know about my personal expanses when they have not paid even a single rupee as loan nor as expenses and since I spent from my own funds??	Their heroic circular does not state the very fundamental question that I have asked right in front of the SI and they conveniently avoided that issue for their own peril.  They have not mentioned that they kept quite without any answer on this question.

When I said that since these elements are pro Shankar Rao group, if I organize the AGM at colony, they will disturb. I quoted the illegal association EGM as example.	The police said they will provide protection to me/us as they did earlier when illegal association did not allow us to enter in EGM. Not to them. A 100% lie if they to them.
They asked how many plots I have?? I said 2.	They asked them too. They said one each.
I told SI that I am fighting a lone battle with Shankar Rao with risking my own life/personal safety and that too with my own money. I was emotional when I was saying this. I was shedding tears with chocked tone. I told police that if I am wrong, they must arrest me. If they are wrong, they must be arrested.	The falsehood by them is that as if I cried to save myself from police arresting me. On the contrary, I told police to arrest me and produce at magistrate house to seek the bail. Then I told police to arrest these 2 in 3 different cases ready with me. My advocate confirmed that 3 cases are with him. They kept quite when they came to know that I have 3 cases ready with me with fear.
These rouge elements said that they will conduct AGM at colony with their 280 supporters, but they projected as If I am opposing to conduct at colony. I told SI to send their supporters consents to agree with AGM at colony. None came forward to this challenge.	But according to the consents letters from the colony, not even single letter came from any of their supporters. Even these 2 and their hidden supporter, Nagarjuna Rao also did not send his consent to organize the AGM at colony.
SI asked us (me and advocate) what is the solution for this?? I told SI that since the falsehood/lies was started by these 2 anti social elements in form of circulars, I am only sending the rejoinders as public notice. I said that they must stop these circulars, then I said to SI that where the question of my rejoinders??	Then SI said to them to stop such falsehood, lies, distortion, irrelevant issues, and false allegations on us. They agreed. But, thankfully, they started with such bigger falsehood and the police understood their evil designs now. He called them on cell and warned them to be at their place. Or else, he will show the place.

Satya Praveen & his wife, Mr.Yedla Ramesh, his wife & son, Mr.Yedla Pridvi Raj and his wife have occupied close to 2000 square yards at survey No 386, belonging to few members, which now a government land. Smartly, with help of few of our GF members, they have created a forged and fabricated document as gift deed to their family member out of the government land and trying to sell it to one Public Prosecutor, who promised to help them from the criminal case. But I suggest that those who own the plots in Survey No 386 must go around and see the situation and report to me to take it up with concern officials, if these rouge elements are not checkmated by then by those from the colony heroes.

Now the question is that is the so called savior of the colony and great leaders like Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu/Nagarjuna Rao ( who claim in their own circulars that they have no alternative than depending on them to get out of Wakf case and all cases with help of the illegally appointed lawyer, Rajendran and Satyam from the illegal encroachments and they said that they are not cowards to sit and watch such land grabs) have given any complaint to Police?? MRO?? RDO ?? or to RR Dist Collector? Have they sent any proofs to the colony that they have complaint to these officials with their stamp to colony as circular before this public notice by me? Have they got any FIR registered on them by now?? Or, did they go the Home Minister office to complaint on this for such small issue for such great leaders?? I am sure they will have no answer to this since they are not even aware of these developments since they are busier in other illegal acts. If they would have done by now (being in the colony itself, if they say that they not aware, where and what, it is shame on their part) by this time, they would have published the news in the colony with a heroic circulars to at least impress you all and make capital out of it. I understand that they are watching as mute spectators due to the fear of the villagers, who are ready to expose these forces misdeeds and land grabs.  By the way, did any sincere and honest from GF colony will take initiative to call for residents meeting to appraise the situation to you residents?
