Even much before the Deepavali, they bombs are bursting in the colony. Feku group writes mails to our members to deposit money in Central Bank.. Joke. 

1. This very group of rouges said that the final hearing is over and judgement is awaited in Jan 2014 in all 3 cases. But in case of 15895, it was not even admitted. Even if they implead in this, the judgement will be in governments favor. No use of their impleading. But they did it for money collection. Now they have started and as per their own admission, Rs.12,000 is in on opening day as Boni. God bless them and wish them all the best for their new shop with Feku as their head. Now, they have no right to criticize me since now they realized that no one can do such big issue without money. Better sense prevailed and they have now also realised ground realities. God killed their hypocrisy and they landed on the ground. I appreciate. 
2. This very group, headed by Fekueshwar was saying the argument is over even on case of 24846 and other cases. But now they say they are impleaded just few weeks back. Why after final arguments over to implead in such case when the judgement is expected?  GVVS kept quiet and allowed the Fekueshwar to keep telling lies and now allowed him to be his watchman during the meeting. Good post. 
3. This very group was saying that I collected Rs. 45 lakhs and they booked police case and the case went bust. Now they are addressless. But now I am happy that they turned at least Bikaris of the GF colony and streets and bus stops. I wanted GVVS and S Reddy to be aware that the first to be contributed will be MOHAN BABU, HIS MENTOR FEKU GAYNESHWAR AND HIS YET ANOTHER CHAMCHAA NAGARJUNA. Later on, this very elements will kill your happiness. I have gone through this without they giving even single rupee. The case of my fraud went bust since no proof of their contribution was provided for single rupee. Imagine, if they give, where you will be when they go against you, which will happen anyway? Sri Krishna Janmasthan only. I am only cautioning them to be aware of on these opportunist. They will do nothing but destabilise those who do it. When they can do that to me, why not on them?
4. This very group, supported by Fekueshwar ( Gayn), the new found  messiah of colony GVVS Murty/Srinivas Reddy  said that they met AG for 2 hours, that too a year ago with no progress. Then they slashed that meeting to 1 hour, 6 month ago, 50% discount for the festival season. Now no one knows, have they really met and if so how many seconds. What is the out come? If AG promised, why did not keep it up for 18 months?
5. This very group said that they met RR Dist Collector with one real estate agent ( who is very close to him)  as soon as he took over and he promised to take up the case. No one knows what is the outcome. Can Keku group send a circular on that? No one will send. 
6. This very group again said that they will implead in all the 3 cases and sent the proofs of the same to colony signed by Fekeshwar. But did not disclose to colony that their case of contempt is dismissed related 16006 and they kept secret of the outcome since you all will be questioning them why they lost. 
7. The sleeping case, then the PIL 517 went bust. No news about that even on this case from neither by Fekueshwar nor from his gang of 2 GVVS and S Reddy. Now they are on sleep mode after unessarily fingered a sleeping case and made us to loose our right on GO 166. What made them to do this? Who ill advised them? Is it required to in such nonissue case. What is that they got it by doing so? No explanation will come anyway. 
8. This very group was sending messages that GVVS Murty as Convenor.. of what? GFPOA?? or new association ?? or Feku group?/ Or new looters? 
9. Now  a new Feku idea. The message says quote "A Good news to all is that our representation to Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court for expediting our pending cases has got response through a letter and we are advised to file Expedite Petition before the Hon'ble High Court. We will discuss with our Advocate and do the needful after Court vacations" Unquote. This a new ploy to attract money after they failed in their all attempts to fool you around with all above ill advised ideas. Now the question is when Govt said that they will not implement the GO 166, why they are after all these irrelevant cases which are having no consequences now on our regularisation? Why collect money, fool the people and waste on these non issues and cheat the public? Interestingly, this was strongly supported by the so called legal advisor, SVGK Murthy, who screwed up our 23 years of life, with no positive results, who openly said in the last meeting that he is supporting GVVS Murty. One good thing is all the IRON legs of the illegally run associations members are at one place. Legal association is at a better stead. Thanks to Mohan Babu, Nagarjuna that they took away the Fekueshwar and we are in better position with several good results after they left us. Now the problems will start to this new Feku group. 

I have positive and constructive suggestions to the GVVS Murty. I am sure if he is a sensible, he will take. Or, if he decided to perish, Let him not take it.

Before it is too late, I appeal to GVVS Murthy to leave all these rouge elements and come to me with his small so called Sr Citizens. Let us work with better coordination and put up all our energies and kill these negative forces. Legal association grouse is that such fringe groups will only spoil and harm our open plot owners interest and that too those who have houses, they will only see that they do not allow the open plot owners to benefit the efforts put in by us. I know these people are using GVVS for their personal benefit and dump him later, as they tried to do with me.  Since I am strong enough, I could withstand. If a weak person like him, he would have committed suicide by now such humiliations. 

A Small example how they selfish they are. Few days ago, the walls of SVGK Murthy family plots constructed by Dr.P.Shankar Rao is broken. If he is really a gentlemen, he would have called me to thanks me, leaving aside the personal differences, which he may have, though I do not have.  Why he did not do it? Will he do it to GVVS after his work is over? They use us as tool and enjoy their personal life with their family in a/c comfort. 

Even, Fekueshwar was like that with us for 5 years. He used act as if he is our boss. When we checked mated him, he instigated the poor Mohan Babu and Nagarjuna and trapped them with false propaganda. They fell into Feku trap. Now they all are addressless. 

I am sure, soon, better sense will prevail before much damage is done. Yes, I have my own 95% strengths and I have 5% weakness. Let us accept. GVVS will also will have his strengths and weakness. Let us accept that too. Let sink the differences and work as team. I know few may not like few issues with us. But our goals are same. Let work out a solution. If they are taker, they all are the winners. If not,  soon, this group also will be addressless as the case may be with other fringe elements with supports of anti social elements, radicals, land grabbers, land mafia guys around. Take it or leave it.

Wall rebuilt

Dear All,

The sleeper cell in the colony of the land grabbers, anti social elements, land mafia, radicals supporters in the colony are in slumbers and still on sleep mode. They talk so much and make all tall promises for sake of money to open a new shop, but the very elements do not know that the plots in main road, that is plot No 14 to 21 of survey No 373 (including 2 plots of SVGK Murty family members plots) which are illegally occupied by Dr.P.Shankar Rao through his proxy, Dayanand with walls are rebuilt yesterday and all those so called custodians, that is founder of colony, his Chamchaas group, so called Convenor GVVS Murthy, his ardent supporters, Srinivas Reddy are not even aware of this. No one called other than me the officials and lodged a complaint. 

Few rogues of the colony, including Sadasheva Rao says that I am 25 kms away and what is the use of having me as President with that long distance. But the very anti regularisation elements are just 2.5 meters away and what did they do? No one has guts to ask them nor they are bothered since they are shameless. 

God is great. With such incidence will help me to expose these elements double standards/double speak/lies/wrongdoing and that will kill them with guilt since I have done without any expectations from even fellows like SVGK Murthy, who once supported me and left me after his work is over and joined the very so called founder, on whom he had grudge and joined me. Such opportunist will die their natural death.  

Let us see what will be their reactions with this news. I am sure they will go underground as they are doing with earlier mails with no answers. Do they have guts to fight Dr.P.Shankar Rao? Will they fight Gaddar and his family? Will they fight MLA Kanakareddy and supporters?

Dear All Green Fields Residents,

 

I am sure all the Green Field residents had nice Dassara festival with your family and enjoyed long weekend.  I wanted to thank majority of the residents for their better sense prevailed by not attending the meeting hosted by the new feku group hosted/headed by the so called Feku founder with his proxy GVVS Murty and his few of his Chamchaas. If any of you have attended and you have achieved anything tangible with that meeting, please update me as well. But what I know little bit is sent here under.

1. Those who were accusing me by saying that I have taken money from the members, have come to their own senses and started their new shop to raise funds to fight few non issues now only to make money.  If money is raised by me with AGM 2012 mandate as interest free loan, then it is crime. But with so called Feku founder of the GF support, if it is done by handful of persons with criminal background without any legal body, it is legitimate? Thankfully, so called working President of the illegal association Mr.Satyanaryana, confessed that I will take advantage of this kind of funds rising and the news will reach me soon. He is right and I heard him saying in the meeting live. I had last laugh since the very group of Fekus, who spread so much of canard on me, now have come openly to beg with bowl for the funds and opened a new shop with different person as their head to deflect the focus on other old fraudsters, who have done the same kind of looting by not achieving any results for 23 years.
2. Neither any agenda was circulated nor any single paper circulated by the Feku group, which hosted the meeting. Issue discussed was not on record nor sent by anyone as what was discussed. Now having exposed by me that, they will come out with a fake/manipulated circular and so called minutes of the meeting.
3. Though they gave impression that the meeting was called to discusses aftermath of scrapping the GO 166 ( after this feku group  of imposters impleaded in the PIL 517 of 2013, the same was dismissed & no order copy was circulated since they lost the case & kept quite), the issue was not discussed nor any plan of action was discussed with handful of members. Till today, even the much hyped contempt petition, filed by this very group with forged signatures of Sadasheva Rao by so called Feku founder Gayaneshwar is also not disclosed. These all forces talk of my transparency in running the legal association? Do they have any morals rights to question me? What was the plan now was disclosed by the Fekus?
4. But they have discussed for long time to raise funds for some irrelevant case related to survey No 375 and that too at Malkajgiri Court, leaving aside the big issue of 75 acres to a small issue of few plots to take their support in Survey No 375 plots to save their only supporter Mohan Babu plot. No case numbers was given nor there were any details circulated to the thinly attended meeting. But they were asking even unaffected parties of other survey numbers to sign to come to court and give statement at Malkajgiri Court only just to put up a show as if they are doing something. This is either for misleading the members or they have a hidden agenda, which will be exposed soon. These kind of meetings with no clarity and no purpose will only confound the confusion further, created by these anti social elements/land grabbers/land mafia/rogue elements. Do you mean to say they will trust these forces? Imagine, that their own planted members came forward with Rs.1000 as donation to raise the pitch from the other members to join and support. But the GVVS Murty group of supporters proposed to give minimum Rs.5000 and above. Now they will release the details from here on, how much they collected, who are the contributors, on whose name the amount was taken, under what mandate, the heads of expenses on daily basis and also submit the accounts to the our AGM of the Green Fields legal?
5. Interestingly, though Sivanarayana was in town, (who objected his wife to not to attend the meeting, she defied and attended ) no other illegal association members, including much hyped so called JS cum GS, Sadasheva Rao, nor so called President, Satyam nor any others attended, other than Satyanarayana and SVGK Murty. But the great so called founder was ask to be gatekeeper and not allowed to sit on dais. I am very sure that those who attended would have seen the writing on wall with such person’s presence and will see the consequences on this new group with such mercurial and untrustworthy character. After all we have already gone through the grid with very man.  
6. Interestingly, one new face/force, Mr.Srinivas Reddy, who accompanied GVVS Murty to colony to every house to come to meeting wrote one mail on 9^th Jan 2015 and after in slumbers for 8 months again on 7^thSept 2015 which exposed this new group double standards and how the new group of cheaters with help of the so called founder have emerged. See my rejoinder to his mail, which give the total insight of the Feku group agenda, which talks something and does something. My forewarning on such situation is coming turned to be true with this development that the hype created by them slowly is only to come to the funds.This man was so arrogant that he committed in written that the great self appointed Convener of GFPOA, GVVS Murty is not a Bikari nor collected funds. But the meeting did exactly opposite. If Srinivas Reddy has any moral now to defend such acts, he must apologize to legal association. I am sure he will do it since he claims that he educated  and ( unlike me, who is 10^th failed) join us to fight united, shunning the fraudsters like so called Feku founder. I am willing to cooperate provided if they come to me unconditionally. Let them decide who better person is. But now I see you all doing the same thing in your so called very aggressively promoted meeting with 850 SMSes( but flopped show) with hardly 24 people with families attending meeting totaling to 40 members and that too, only 6 of them came forward to put dole ( that too only those who are been planted by you) the Biksham to these new Bikari for your newly opened shop for loot.  At least, in my case, it is 2012 AGM approved public forcing loan that I have taken ( to which the other Bikari camp members of your team, Gayneshwar , Mohan Babu, Nagarjuna are the signatories to those resolutions ) and the same will return after the settlement. 

But in your case, since you have biggest looters group, the entire money will go down the drain, as the case may be with paying Rs.58.05 lakhs to villagers even without title to the villagers by your founder president turned gatekeeper for the meeting, loot of Ms.Kanakadurga ( who came to the meeting even after her husband said not to go due to her nature to loot) in the name of BPS,LRS, GO 166 and old dues settlement to villagers, along with Satyanarayana ( who says he is not aSatyam and the great SVGK Murty) joining the old loot masters and make new Bakara GVVS Murty. 

Since you may have dementia, I have copied and highlighted the objectionable words used by so called educated person like you as follows in your mail dated 7th Sept 2015.

Dear All sleeping Green Fields residents,

We are aware of that you all GF residents are in a state of shock and also in slumbers after you saw the news of the GO 166 is not to be implemented by the present government. But with NO remorse from you residents for you all not supporting a proactive fighter like us is very much visible. The colony residents ladies are talking outside the colony that the men have spoilt the best chance to get the benefit of the GO by not supporting our team and some of the ladies have even unhappy with the way their husbands handled the issue by not support our legally run  association. Now where to go? Those who are close to the MLA also lost out due his family getting involved in land grab at survey No 377 and 378 and even their proximity to Mr.Gaddar family boomeranged due to his family also in a mess with government asking to book the cases on some of their family members. The names are awaited. We will release as soon as we get it.  Those who are so called founders and their anti social elements supporters, land mafia group of the colony are in a bind.

Now coming to the so called founder, who boasted that he has impleaded in all 3 cases ( even after final hearing is over on all these WPs 2 years ago,) by cheating you residents with no benefit out of impleading due to Govt not ready to implement the GO 166, the new savior of you colony, GVVS Murty, who filed left, right and centre impleading petitions by trusting the so called one imposter and faku founder, illegal association so called officiating Gen Sec cum Jt Sec  and sundry, now they all of them went underground after I exposed their fraud in my last circular. I also exposed that they have tacitly supported all the hut dwellers with an understanding with few anti socials and radicals with help of spurious building material and cement. No reply came from them to resident why they have not fought to remove the same.

But now Govt filing counter after my bringing the issue to the notice of RR Dist Collectrate and the court heard and passed orders in case of 22733 , these forces like founder and their team are now in jitters. After all,  it is matter of time before the crack down on these illegal encroachers.  The so called founder, illegal association members, Anil Kumar, the defunct Sri Sai member silence for from  12 months ( while the huts started getting encroached from 16^th Oct 2014, after the MRO, Srinivas took over, who is transferred on our complaint for his inaction as per the new report)  knowing all these all encroachments are illegal and their litigations, these founder, along with GVVS Murty and Co kept quite to allow their illegal acts happening right in front of their eyes who just 2 meters from the spot. You colony residents also were watching all these illegal acts as mute spectators and delayed the issue further. But I being 20 km away acted and saved the colony by getting in to act and partial demolishing took place and balance will be done if you all come forward along with all huts to remove soon.  All these years, Sadasheva Rao tried his best to brainwash innocent members by saying that I am not a member and that too from 25 km, how I will save colony if anything happens? But who saved it now? Open your eyes and see.

The criminal intent of your colony based so called illegal committee members along with so called founder was not checked by you residents  on such acts by precipitated the matter to this extent and lost out the best opportunity to use the chance with 6 years hard work. Now these so called GVVS Murty and Co with all those who have track record of failures for 23 years will help you by calling a meeting on 18^th Oct at colony? The faku founder will save you all residents after cheating you for 23 years by calling himself as founder? You all know what he did it by collecting the money from only poor open plot owners ( not from residents) and paid to so called protected tenants Rs.53.05 lakhs and cheated as if he is founder President.  The so called founder circular also says that no police called him nor GVVS Murty. But I have enclosed the notice served to me with date to you see and believe, which proves beyond your doubt that these all are booked under IPC 420 and investigation going on. I have submitted all the proffs and the statement of close 200 members will be recorded soon.

Yes, as very rightly said by Gayaneshwar in his circular, it is my mistake of trusting one man, an untruthful , faku, a man with hidden agenda , a split personality with jealously, who changes his loyalties based on the personal benefits for 4 years 9 months. I agree and concede the mistake. But for that reason, even after I have apologized, if you all wanted to destroy your future with his further misdeeds, it is up to you all decide. This issue of regularization will linger for few more years if you all do not change your mind and join a fighter like me. If you residents still want to stand by your ego, I have no issues.  But supporting a faku team, will you achieve anything as case from past 23 years?

Now the single point agenda of this new found saviors of the colony headed by Mr.GVVS Murty ( with proxies like founder, illegal association team, baked by agreevied persons like Mohan Babu, Nagarjuna and so on) , a non entity ( who wanted to save his 8 plots) for 23 years is to destroy me by weakening me with such false propaganda. But as I said earlier, the more they try to suppress me, the more they go down further only due to the blessing of the “Shakthi Mata” showering blessings on me. How she destroyed others is known. I have shown this in case of Dr.P.Shankar Rao & Co and in the recent past the new group of the land grabbers. My only last humble plea is to do not fall in to their trap and spoil your future. But you still wanted to not come out openly to support our team, it is as good as you supporting the destructive forces get destroyed yourselves. Please take a call now or never.

I do know who rogue is playing the mischief behind GVVS Rao at colony. But I got the feedback yesterday that GVVS Rao was in colony and visiting everyone house and saying that he does not know who is legal association hence he is intervening to settle the post GO 166. It is quite unfortunate that I do not know all these years that GVVS Rao do not know English and he cannot read the court orders since it is in English. But if he is keen, I will get the 2 court orders translated into Telugu and send it to him. It is their job to mislead the public and let them do it and pay the price.

Urgent.. ask GVVS Murty the following questions.

I understand that few got call from one GVVS Murty and he called to attend meeting by him. I understand that few even got mails. Those who wanted to go, before you go, please ask him the following questions to embrace him since he is working his way to only secure his 8 plots by instigating others to join him. Till today, he never sent and laid out any agenda for the large members interest and trying to lure plot owners with support of other rogue elements, supported by Gayaneshwar.An FIR is already registered on GVVS Murty. 

Ask him: 

1. What happen to encroachments by Dayanand, MLA Kanakareddy and Gaddar in 373, 375,378,379 totally 118? Will he remove or he is supporting them? Why he is keeping quite? Why no cases are booked by him on all these encroachers? 
2. He is with Gayaneshwar/Satyam/Sadashevarao or separately doing it? If not, who is behind him?
3. What happen to WP filed by Dayanand on which they met AG several times? Ask him his impleading petition copy by mail. ( Gyan circular says GVVS Murty impleaded in this case with his help) 
4. What happen to WP 15895 in which they got impleaded? Ask copy.  ( Gyan circular says GVVS Murty impleaded in this case with his help) 
5. What happen to the PIL 517, in which he got impleaded? Did he get order in his favor? Why wasted the money and time?  ( Gyan circular says GVVS Murty impleaded in this case with his help) 
6. What happen to WP 22733? Did he implead in this case also? ( he may not know what is this case at all)
7. What happen to WP 7481? Did he implead in this case also? ( he may not know what is this case at all)
8. How many came last time to his house and signed the petition and ask him to release the list by mail to you.
9. Remind him that an FIR is booked in his name in Alwal PS for cheating ( IPC 420)  the GF members for cheating them as Convenor and impersonating as association body member.

Good news is that Police have taken up the case on Gayaneshwar and Satyam and co.

Dear All Loyal member.

Despite our loyal members solid support to us, our team relentless persuasion, hardly 10 GF residents came forward to join us to fight for our right for our plots in GF under GO 166. Now that GO is gone, will there be any change of GF residents hearts? I do not think so since all are with double standards. 

Thanks to our 100 members presence at Alwal PS 2 months ago, the police registered a criminal case ( FIR is made) of fraud of the fake so called founder Gayaneshwar and all the illegal association members, including the so called President aSatyam and so called Convenor Mr.GVVS Murty and the case was under investigation for documents to be collected.  

Most of those documents were provided to police by us and the police issued the notice to record statement of the members who are coming forward to finish the obstructing elements for better future. I will be recording my statement and will send the jist to all of you to understand to give your statement as well. 

The crutch of the issue is that these all elements ( including prime accused No 1 Gayneshwar) are running the association illegal for 23 years, without any legal entity from Regd of Society & Firms ( RoSF) and they cheated us by concealing these facts for years. All these confirmations have been obtained from RoSF and official was made witness in the case. 

My appeal to every member is at least open your eyes and come forward to give statement to police to arrest them and put them behind bars for some days to finish our task of regularisation soon. No need to fear since the solid evidence has been gathered and we will not leave these elements even if they try to influence the police with their political contacts, which they were trying, they will not succeed. 

Now these elements are in jitters and trying to cover up their mistake by joining hands with anti social elements under the cover, as if they are new entity as GF Sr Citizen Forum ( or something like that ) to undermine our efforts to deflate our progress forward from hereon. If those, who are also in the same page as these negative forces, no need to come forward. 

But, our loyal members must finish the task once for all. Please take a call to go forward with your support and delay further. Please make up your mind and confirm to make a list and plan accordingly those who are coming forward to avoid further delay in regularisation. 

Those, who work as undercover agents to some of these anti socials and rogue elements need not forward this mail since it is going to all 1000 members.
