Dear All Members, 

On 7^th an 2013, I met the Collector RR Dist and appraised her about the one old pending case in AP High Court WP 15895 of 2010 ( filed on 6th July 2010 and ) not taken up by our great lawyer Rajendran, who was to argue. Earlier, when the WP 3000 and WA 333 was taken up by me with government and thanks to Mr.Sheshadri garu, the dynamic erstwhile RR Dist Collector, whom we miss very much, on his request to Principle Sec, Revenue, the Govt issued orders to the Advocate General to represent our all cases in AP High Court and with GODs grace, those 2 stay got vacated. But for illegally appointed lawyers intervention when it came up for quashing, the case would have settled on the same day of filing by the enemies, Dr.P.Shankar Rao and Co. 

But by sitting at home, the illegal association members and their so called illegal lawyer, wanted to take the credit of the vacating those 2  stays by saying that they did it with help of few judges ( may be to saying as if by paying and to be shown that as expenses of the GF association and account it and swindle further more). But I have exposed their lies as soon as the judgment came and I challenged these elements 3 months ago to show their capacity to do the same, if they have really have capacity to quash the WP 15895 order with their judges help  and if they are not doing and failed, I will take up with government to do depose the case. I also offered the great lawyer to withdraw his vakalat if he fails within stipulated time. But, even after expiry of the time, till today, he has not sent his reply nor sent his NOC.  I am sure you all remember my mail with effect to that. I wanted you all see that after last hearing on the 15th Oct 2012, he has not made any efforts to fight for us. Why we need such lawyers, who takes money and still attends only his personal cases in Nampally courts on our legal office bearers false and frivolous cases and RR Dist courts on GF office bearers filed by illegal Joint Sec, Sadasheva Rao? If his fees is paid to fight against legal association member from your hard earned and contributed funds with their false promises and averments? Think again. See the details as follows:

Interestingly, the present bench headed by honorable judge, Justice L.Narasimha Reddy is excellent and the issue will be settled in favor of the government since the matter is already settled at Apex Court level.  Before Dr.Shankar Rao uses his clout, I wanted vacate this.

Thankfully, after RR Dist Collector heard me, she immediately directed JC garu to call MRO to take up the matter immediately. JC garu was kind enough to call MRO garu and asked him to coordinate with me on this issue immediately and he was asked report back to him as soon as the counter is filed. He also directed him to monitor the case closely and post him the developments. Now I have taken over the matter into my hands to nail their lies. 

On their directions ( Collector/JC), I also had a detailed meeting with MRO garu and he is surprised how come the old case is still pending. I told him that the illegal association, with help of villagers has not taken up this case for 3 years and I have now taken over the issue with AG and Collector/JC as well. I also told MRO garu that AG has already filed the vakalat on my bringing it this issue to his notice on 27^th July 2012 itself. MRO was very happy with my alert service to the government and told me that he will direct the AG to file the counter soon. I will get the copy of the counter to be sent  to you. If I do not take it, the danger was lurking over our head of this case too going almost against us Ex Party ( as it would have happen in case of RDO case and JC case earlier, which I fought at very nick of time as party in person, argued myself,  since the illegal association were ex party to help the villagers) and we would have been back to square one. Even, the WP 3000 says that the villagers have no right to seek any relief in WP 3000 but only in their old pending WP 15895 and directed to fight it for title. However, order says that the Collector can consider their GO 166, if at all the villagers have right over it. 

Now I have attached the authorization letter to be sent by every member to see that we again take it up with new Collector along with Court order to see that they are sent out once for all for GF to keep them away from all the illegal activities. The audacity of aSatyam writing to Collector that I am not President, even after I have followed every due processes of the law of the land shows how their mindset is and also shows that they are not law abiding citizens. Moreover, their illegally appointed  and so called lawyer is also seems to be outlawed and he also does not respect the laid down rules for a lawyer to follow with dignity and poise. He will learn soon that very hard way.  I think it is time for everyone of you ( this specific message is  not to those who are already with me, not to the proactive members, or to the reactive members, but to only to those passive members, just sit and watch from the sidelines)  to come forward and those who think that these so called illegal association committee members will do wonders even after 13 years of failures. Let those who are passive must now that they are building castles in air.

         Please fill the attached consent letter ( NOTE: SUBJECT TO YOUR OWN MODIFICATIONS) in duplicate, sign and post it to my residence cum camp office address as below. Yes, you have given such consents 3 years ago, but we need a fresh one since the illegal association so called President since gave a letter to Collector on the 17^th Dec 2012, we needed one with latest dates to revalidate the consents. Those who are out station, for urgent use, scan and send it by email and post the original just by even ordinary post. I appeal to all my ardent followers to call all their co-plot owners, whom they know them personally well but have not join us must be convinced to join for a final assault on these illegal elements. I appeal to our colony gentlemen like, PBR Rao, Gyaneshwar, Inayat, Ram Babu, Dallappa, TSR Murty and few others, ( and may be SVGK Murty, TL Prasad, Parthsarathy, Prasad garu, if they decided to come out openly in support of me) to go around colony with this consent and get residents signatures to keep them safe in their houses. However, do not force any residents to sign since now we will know very clearly who are with us and who are with illegal elements. I CAN ONLY APPEAL TO THOSE WHO ARE IN SLUMBERS TO WAKE UP.  Those who are with illegal elements will not be updated with developments and they can still rely with illegal elements and get mislead, as it happen from 13 years and also in case of BPS, LRS and GO 166 along with many other issues. If Goat wants to trust Slaughterer, let it do it. We must be wise to keep away from these illegal elements, who are trying every possible way to obstruct the smooth regularization processes. Have you every realized the illegal association GB/MC game plan? 

I also appeal to the other members, like TL Prasad, Rajaiah and Anjaiah garu, who have met me several times and said that they have resigned long ago from the illegal association to make it public with their copies of resignations to me to nail the illegal association lies. I will publish them along with my circulars, as I did in the case of C.Raj Mohan. Some of the resignations are with SVGK Murthy, who is holding for his own reasons and appeal to him release the same with his letter to colony or send it me for my use to expose the lies of the illegal association. But still the great illegal President of the illegal association uses their names in letterheads and changes the names often as per his likes and dislikes, and changes like a stock market. Interestingly, 2 names mentioned by illegal president  in one circular few months ago, Narasimhan ( the one who catches the bull by horn) and Purnachander  Rao names are not reflected in letterheads nor in letter to the Collector. Are they with them or left them? They must clarify their position as well with their letters to public, if not to me.

I would like to caution the illegal association with my firm quotes as well. I think they have mistaken my silence as ignorance, my calmness for acceptance and for kindness for weakness. But once if I take it up seriously on the their illegal activities with court of law, they are on the dock. As said earlier and saying yet again, that my first and the enemy No 1 is as of now Dr.P.Shankar Rao and their co-conspirators. Let me first finish his and his group  illegal activities  Then I will come to these internal matters of association and too only due to lack of time. But by provoking me, I hope these illegal elements will not force me to change my position to shift the enemy No 1 position from Dr.P.Shankar Rao  to these illegal GB and MC members of the illegal association? Yet another fraud by illegal committee

Dear All members of GF, 

Let me wish all the members a “Happy Sankranthi” in advance. 

          When good results are coming day in and day out hard with work by me, instead of doing positive and concrete work, few of the illegal association GB/MC members headed by aSatyam is indulging in sabotaging my efforts, creating lots of hurdles and also undermining our GF interest with help of the arch detractors/rivals/enemies/criminals in every possible way in preventing me in representing your interest in every fora. As part such act, aSatyam gave a undated letter, that too in white paper and not in GF letterhead with names of other illegal committee members, with name of Sivanarayana but without his signature to RR Dist Collector saying that I am nothing to do with GF and I should not be allowed to represent GF in any manner. Moreover, he also falsified in that letter that the case in RR Dist court is pending, whereby, the truth is that it is deposed in my favor with an interim order. Only the main petition is still under processes of argument. I have obtained the copy of aSatyam letter written to RR Dist Collector under RTI Act. I wanted all of you see and believe what kind of efforts they are putting to undermine my best efforts to get our lands.  Let me also analyze and take appropriate legal action on them with your support. Then only it will expose them further more on these illegal elements how they are trying to sabotage and undermine me in getting your plots. 

              Interestingly one name, Mr.C.Raja Mohan, who is shown as active member in that letter, since spoke with me and confirmed that he is no more with illegal association and he said that sent his resignation long ago, that is on 30^th April 2011 sent to aSatyam by speed post on 04.05.2011. How come they are showing his name as active member? Whereby, the crucial member of the illegal association, Mr.Rajaiah, Treasurer name and many others names are deleted from the list given to RR Dist Collector. But the entire illegal committee names appear in the circular to the colony dated 1^st Jan 2013. This means, the undated letter to the Collector shows only 7 names ( including resigned C.Raja Mohan) as active members, where by the circular shows 14 names ( including Rajaiah, TL Prasad and C.Anjaiah, those who say that they have resigned but I do not have copies of the same yet with me ) instead of 19 as per the forged/falsified/fudged/fabricated bylaws 2005/2006. One of the circular by aSatyam said that Purnachander Rao and Narasimhan has been inducted as committee members as reward after they left me. But their names are not seen in either Collector letter nor in the letter head of the circular sent on 1st Jan 2013. What kind of manipulation they are doing on daily basis? Even their illegal committee members change like stock market? Let us see If that the case, all members must come forward to smash their network of goons once for all with a letter to Collector, as per the format sent by me? Do you all agree? Please vote with your “Yes”, if so. I also request everyone of you to come on 11^th Jan to hearing at RR Dist Collector office. Does this affect my arguing our interest in RR Dist Collector office on 11th Jan 2013 at 3 pm? It is anybody guess as mine. If such decision is taken by them, it is our members to be blamed for their lukewarm response to be present at Collector office during such hearing. Colony residents must come with vengeance to see that these elements are neutralized once for all. 

            

         One word used by aSatyam in the last para in his circular says to colony dated 1st Jan 2013 ( which is questionable) is that I should behave like a MAN and write circulars like a human being. But I wanted to assure him and also draw his  kind attention that I need not prove to the world that I am MAN and too to him since I have proved several times in several forms that I am Man and the entire World knows that, who is MAN. Taking head-on on Dr.P.Shankar Rao, by bringing him down from the ministry, attempting him to get arrest, putting him back foot and keeping him silence itself is proofs to the world that what I can do itself is the testimony of my being MAN and human being and I do not need any certificate from him for that. It is their so called illegal association 19 members must prove who is MAN and who is women and who is in between.  I am sure he will publish that soon and conduct one more illegal AGM to know where he stands?

                I am sure if he is MAN and win the hearts of all the members to get elected as President of the GF for life time and fulfill his ambition to be white shirt President of GF?  

Not withstanding all such acts of negative work, let us fight together the menace of negative elements and those who are sabotaging from the colony  forever and create a positive atmosphere to get our plots soon. 

             I appeal all the resident along with every open plot owners must come to the 11^th Jan 2013 hearing at 3 pm in support me. If situation warrants, we may be prepared for a dharna in front of RR Dist Collector to checkmate rouge elements.

illegal occupation of GF lands

Dear Members,

I have latest news from the colony that with support of few elements from illegal committee members, few anti social elements were on verge of construction huts near GF Bus Stop. I have immediately informed VRO, Gangadhar, MRI Prabhakar, Dy MRO Kiran and MRO Narasimhan Rao. The team of 2 ( VRO and MRI have landed up and stopped the work. When the officials asked them to tell the name who have permitted to put up huts, they were tight lipped.

I will insist now the officials to book the cases on such elements and arrest them and take action. If they are not doing it, I will approach the Lokayuktha for orders to suspend the officials for failing in their duties.

Incidentally, today’s news papers carried an article that in the Joint Collectors conference, CM said that the VRO and the MRO of that particular Mandal are the liable for any governments and if any one occupies, they must act immediately or they will be held responsible, even after they are transferred from that Mandal, if inquiry proves they inaction. Let us wait and see what action they will take now?

Illegal lawyer Rajendran letter to Collector RR Dist

Dear All,

Just returned from the RR Dist Collector office with the copy of a letter given by Rajendran, the so called illegally appointed and self proclaimed advocate to the illegal association,  to Collector through aSatyam on the 17th Dec 2012 while hearing of our case by the officials was to take place and was in progress. The letter throws few interesting facts and several questions for them to answer us as under. 

1. The letter by the illegal lawyer Rajendran is dated 15th Dec 2012 and it was already given by him to the office of the Collector, RR Dist through some unidentified persons and obtained the ackn in the inward section. Illegal lawyer sent the letter in his letter head but signs for Green Fields at the bottom for GF. Who authorised him? AGM?? if so which AGM?
2. The inward ackn stamp of the Collector office also shows as proof that it was given by the illegal lawyer on the 15th Dec itself. You can see the same very distinctly with the stamp on the top.
3. If that the case, why again aSatyam gave yet another letter in front of everyone at Collector hearing by announcing that he is President of GF and he has letter from his lawyer for seeking postponement of the hearing? In such cases, if any postponements were sought by anyone, they call and tell us. Why they have not done the same in this case? What is the motive?
4. This means, they are aware of the postponement of the hearing before hand kept quite only to antagonise us?
5. When the letter says very clearly says that the illegal lawyer is not in town only for 3 day, i.e. on 17th 18th and 19th Dec 2012, why the great illegal President asked dates after 27th Dec 2012? The dates asked by aSatyam was heard by everyone in the court hall as if it asked by lawyer and the same was not written or mentioned in the illegal lawyers letter that he needs dates after 27th Dec, which aSatyam said as if the lawyer has asked dates after 27th Dec? Who ever were present on that day, please correct me if I am wrong.
6. Why aSatyam wanted to act on his own to prolong the hearing for that long time? Was he helping someone and benefited by that? Please think it over.
7. Moreover, our case is long dragging affair from past 4 years and in those circumstances why the illegal lawyer did not ask the postponement of the Bangalore case, which might of been new case to him and not that old as 3 years than his new case? Why he has not sent his Jr t take notes and argue later?
8. Why illegal lawyer takes interest in his own cases in Bangalore and Nampally Court and appears, even after taking that high fees, but not our cases? Even WP 15895 is yet to deposed of by the illegal lawyer in AP High Court, in which he is still a illegally representing lawyer even after I requested him to send his NOC to change the lawyer after I took over.No communications have come till today.
9. Last but not least, why aSatyam came and represented instead of the illegal Joint Sec, Sadasheva Rao, who is suppose to representing all the cases, albeit illegal by over looking the bylaws 1992 or their own forged/fabricated/falsified,/fudged bylaws 2005 or 2006, which they themselves do not know which is correctly forged. Interestingly, according to SVGK Murthy, the in between committee member, the alteration/fabrication/fudging/falsifying and forging the bylaws of 2005/2006 took place in his absence but he agreed and confessed  that the formalities to effect the bylaws after few corrections suggested in various meeting to put to the 2 AGM/EGMs have not taken place. This means,effectively, the so called bylaws 2005 and/or 2006 is defunct. 

I also read the copy of the letter ( which is in white paper and not on Green Fields letterhead) given by aSatyam to Collector to not to entertain me as President. I have applied for the copy with a RTI and it will be with me soon. That will expose them further more. If that the case, you all must come forward to smash them once for all with a letter to Collector, as per the format to be sent by me? Do you all agree? Please vote with your Yes.

2013 started with a bang..... copy of the GF boundary issued

Dear All GF members,

Having prayed for my success by you all in every temples/churches/dharga's and also every GOD, your prayers are answered by every GOD of every religion and also particularly by our Lord Vijaya Ganapathi for having prayed him devotion during last Ganesh festival.

The boundary marking survey, which was pending for last 3 years due to obstruction created by the criminal minded Dr.P.Shankar Rao and his Co, along with some of our own so called illegal GB/MC members,  has been completed. Last week, I have sent the panchanama copy, which is the final stage for issuing the drawing of the boundary. I have written at that time that the boundary marking drawing will be with us within 15 days. I am happy to say that with my pressure on the officials worked and they have released the drawing within 7 days and same was given to me yesterday in a special meeting at AD Survey office in presence of Inspector, Mandal Surveyor of Malkajgiri Mandal at RR Dist office. This will be analysed by me along with our earlier satellite boundary and will raise objections, if any and the final Tippons ( Tippons are nothing but the concrete boundary dividers/pillars) marking will be done with in 30 days. Hopis this land mark development will carry us forward for better heights in the year 2013?

Rejoinder to aSatyam Circular and 15 hard fact questions to him to answer

Dear All,

I am sure, by now you all are delighted with a mail from me on for provisional copy of our boundary marking carried out by AD Survey and Land Records with 3 years delay. 

But, yesterday, I understand that the self styled and so called illegal President of the GF, the great aSatyam, sent a circular to the colony as if he is doing a great job to regularize our plots at GF. In one of the columns/paras, he as threatened me with dire consequences if I claim as President of GF and if I do not stop, he will attack me, which he said it seems to wait and watch how it will be. I will wait for that outside his house as and when he says, of course alone. It is outrageous to write such circular by a person, who has approached the courts with unclean hands ( RR Dist court confirmed in their order this word) and writing on a persons of my stature who is not only clean and strait forward. 

But I have few simple questions to ask him, since he just clarified only one of the many doubts in you all minds ( that is their conspiring with opponents to help them in delaying the regularisation)  and if he is sure of answering all of them, I will not only consider him as President but also as a Man. The hard questions to him are:

1.    Why he has not clarified on what basis he is claiming as President of GF, when his tenure has ended on the very day after 2 years of his holding the office in 2009 May as per bylaws 1992 or as per his own fabricated/forged/falsified/fudged bylaws 2005 or 2006? He continued without election to hold the office illegally for 10 years and wanted to do so even now for few more years?? He is not able to digest the reality without the name of President to GF? I am very sorry for that.

2.    And more so, when the GB/MC was dissolved in the AGM on May 2010 and after appointment of Election Committee, how come he will be President, albeit even illegally for more years, apart for 10 years?

3.    On what basis he is still under the illusion that even after his own man was appointed as Election Officer and he conducted the election with clean hands and processes and declared all of us as elected unopposed due to no nomination to contest any posts?

4.    While dismissing his own close friend as EO albeit illegally, in an illegal EGM in June 2010, he declared in that EGM that they will conduct an EGM for just for only elections in the month of Dec 2010. Why he has not conducted elections then even after extensions he has done it illegally?

5.    Even that the elections and my being President is in doubts to him, on what basis he is not willing to accept the Malkajgiri Court order on my membership and my election as President? If the order is interim in nature, why they did not contest the final petition in Malkajgiri Court and yet to pay the cost for losing the case after the final petition was withdrawn by him?

6.    Moreover, as a slap on their face, the appeal in RR Dist court was dismissed their contentions and though it was an interim order the court declared as not only me as member but also as President till next elections. Please ask him to read page 2 of the court order along with Para 55 in the same court order, if knows English. Or seek his great advocate help to make him understand the court order in English.

7.    Why his circular is mum on many issues I have raised several times in various circulars, like collecting cash by Ms.Durga from gullible members in the name of non existence BPS, LRS, old dues to villagers and to GO 166 and not accounted?

8.    Why he is quite on his own collection of cash from 200 gullible members in the name of fast track regularisation and walls construction in GF with help of Yogesh/Purnachander Rao and Narasimhan by paying to officials?

9.    How far it is true that he paid only 1.75 lakhs to Yogesh to pay it to the officials and rest he has kept it, as said by Yogesh to me in person?

10.  Why some names are cut in the letter head, when he is claiming that he has 19 members? Why the new 2 member’s names, Narasimhan and Purnachander Rao names are not included in his new letter head?

11.  Why he has not conducted AGM last few years ( 2011 and 2012) to get elected himself with help of illegal General Secretary Sivanarayana and also with help of legally elected Gen Sec, whose tenure has expired after 2 years on June 2012?

12.  Why he has not clarified about burning of the account books and all records, which was confirmed by SVGK Murty that he was also invited but he did not go and has not come out with proof of the books/records are being available with illegal association GB/MC? Even Vijaya Bank inquiry officials have written in their report to the CVO and CVC that the books are not made available to them by saying that it is not there with them. It means, by the time it was burnt?

13.  Why he is not able to take head on with Dr.P.Shankar Rao and just attack me personally than helping you all members as responsible President on Shankar Rao, albeit, even  illegally also by holding the office?

14.  Why the great Satyam has not clarified on paying Rs. 100,000 as fees ( 24,000 as cheque and balance in cash) to Rajendran, yet another great lawyer?

15.  Why Satyam has not come out with the list of illegally governing body and MC members, who are supporting him, with fresh letter head? Why some names are cut, when he claims that he has full support of all the illegal members?

One word used by aSatyam in the last para in his circular says ( which is questionable) is that I should behave like a man and write circulars like a human being. But I wanted to assure him and also draw his attention kind attention that I need not prove to the world that I am MAN to him since I have proved several times in several forms that I am Man. The entire World knows that, who is MAN. Taking head-on on Dr.P.Shankar Rao ( by bringing him down from the ministry), attempting him to arrest, putting him back foot and keeping him silence itself is proofs to the world that what I can do itself is the testimony of my being MAN and human being) and I do not need certificate from him or from them for that. It is their so called illegal association 19 members must proved who are men, women and or how many in between ( neither men or women). Please ask him to submit the list of the final men and women along with in between to publish.

I think, this is enough to him for the day and I will come out with 15 more questions as soon as he answers all these with proofs. I am sure he is MAN and will answer all of them and win the hearts of all the members to get elected as President of the GF for life time and fulfill his ambition to be white shirt President of GF? The proof of information on illegal association to Collector and DRO and JC

Dear all,

Many of our GF loyal members thought that all these days I have not informed about the illegal association is nothing to do with GG nor anything to do with regularisation with all the government departments. But the fact is otherwise. On the 6th Aug 2012, I have informed the same to the Collector, RR Dist, ( same copy was given to her on the day of one of the hearings) , JC RR Dist, DRO RR Dist and MRO Malkajgiri Mandal along with AD Survey and Land Records.  I have attached the ackn copies for your ready reference. If you read, you can understand that how strong steps I take but still due to insensitive members, I fight lone battle. 

But the fact is that since these illegal association GB and MC members have strong support from Dr.P.Shankar Rao, I are not able to neutralise them alone. I suggest tat everyone of you must come forward to join me with a police complaint on their illegal activities to check them from such obstructions. I plea to all of you that now you have a strong leader in me and you must take firm and sure step to come out openly to support me and follow me to some meetings with Police, Collector in large numbers and so on to have faster and better results.

Dear All our Loyal Green Field members,

Let me wish you and your family a Happy New Year 2013. Looking at the amount of efforts have gone in the last 3 years, I am sure the year 2013 will see results by getting our plots soon. I appeal to you to pray for the same and give your moral support to achieve results. 

Coming to the last hearing, on 17th Dec 2012, on objections to regularised our plots, filed by the villagers and Dr.P.Shankar Rao, through his brother Dayanand clearly shown how the illegal association few GB members ( aSatyam, RBI Satyanarayana, extra constitutional authority Durga, along with few unidentified crooks) who were present but with help of their illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran working in tandem with the opponents is very clearly exposed. After several postponements in last 4 sittings, with great difficulty, when the Collector met for the hearing on that day at 3 pm, aSatyam got up and introduced him as President of GF and said that his lawyer Rajendran is busy in another case in  court and hence he wanted a postponement. With effect to that, he has given a letter to the collector. Though the contents are not known, I am sure this is surely a lie to prove beyond doubt. To prove their lies, I wanted to say that the entire courts in Hyd and Telangana were boycotted. The papers article shows even a photo of the event. If that is the case how come Rajendran is busy in another court?

Now the questions are:

1. How come the others lawyers were present at RR Dist Collector office on time for this crucial hearing, if at all the courts were working and that too when this date was fixed well in advance?
2. How come only the Rajendran was allowed to argue in the other courts when all courts were shut?
3. If even it is true, why illegal lawyer has not asked his Jr to come take the notes ( which is normal practice) and defend our rights later by taking a date? Or why aSatyam did not offer to take the notes and come back with a fresh dates for their defense after the villagers and Dayanad lawyers argued their versions?
4. Why aSatyam say they wanted the dates only after 27th Dec 2012, with so much of gap? When the illegal lawyer is free in between dates ( from 18th to 27th Dec), why they asked the dates after 27th Dec? But at the same time, how come Rajendran came to the Nampally court on the 20th Dec 2012 at 11 am to argue the criminal case filed against me, when he was not available till 27th Dec?
5. Why still illegal association support the opponents for gains?
6. Why our members are not coming forward with me to lodge police complaint on these illegal elements?

Now with related to the legal notice to the Vijaya Bank by illegal lawyer to defreeze the accounts, all these years, we were not sure what was real contents in the so called notice consists of. But to large extent, we were sure that it was related to the blackmail letter to the Vijaya Bank to de-freeze the illegally operated account in favour the illegal association governing body. Now his letter also reveals that he threatened the bank with Rs.1,00,000 compensation from Vijaya Bank if the account is not made operational. But as a lawyer, if he is sending without knowing the law of the land, it is very sad. I have attached the notice ( which given to me by the bank on CVC advice) for your own conclusion to be drawn.

Today, the CVC officials has further revealed few details are:

1. The great lawyer, Rajendran not only mislead that the legally elected body like us as false, but also did not disclose that the election were conducted by the very illegal association appointed election officer, Mr.M.Nageshwar Rao, but under contest in a court.
2. Lawyer did not disclose the details of the pending case in the Malkajgiri court, when this dispute was on while giving this letter, which is nothing but misleading.
3. The lawyer named the legally elected body like us as unscrupulous elements, but the letter from RoS and Firms revealed otherwise, that they as illegal and unscrupulous elements. 
4. Though he wrote in his notice to the bank that the illegal body members are holding office for 10 years as if they are legal, RoS and Firms letter proved otherwise, These docs are crucially documentary evidences to prosecute all these illegal elements along with the extortionist lawyer.  
5. The great lawyer Rajendran played as adjudicator role by certifying the illegal body as legal and blackmailed the bank of legal consequences, if the bank not de frozen the account.  
6. It is also confirmed by the bank records that as soon as bank got panicked with his illegal notice, when the account is made operational, he was paid Rs. 24,000 as fees in cheque and Rs.76,000 in cash by illegal association without proper authorisation from the legal GB/MC members and also with approval of the AGM. After all, he has done wonderful job and he must be paid more for his great job. But unfortunately, the account got again frozen as soon as I contested with a letter from Regd of Society and Firms. Their luck ran out, the account was frozen  and started all kind of false and frivolous cases against me to defame me.

Now you all suggest how to go about on these elements to see that we get our plots early?

Police to act tough on drug peddlers Crimes Against Women In Cyberabad Have Come Down, Says Police Chief

Hyderabad: Cyberabad police on Friday said that they had specific information from the Crime Investigation Department (CID) and other intelligence agencies that drug peddling network was going to get active in view of the upcoming New Year celebrations. 
    Addressing the annual press conference, Cyberabad police commissioner Ch Dwaraka Tirumala Rao said that teams had been constituted to specifically act on available inputs to nab the peddlers. 
    “Special focus is given to limit the use of drugs. As of now, there is no exact data on how many foreigners are there in Cyberabad. According to the information given by Hyderabad police, most of the foreigners arrested in drug peddling cases reside in Yapral and surrounding areas. So, we are keeping a watch on them,’’ Tirumala Rao said. 
    Replying to a question on the slow progress in court cases involving MLA Shankar Rao, Tirumala Rao said that investigation in the Shankar Rao case was under progress and he would be questioned soon, the commissioner said that the matter was being probed from all angles. 
    According to the commissioner, in 2012, murder, kidnapping, cheating and missing cases went up significantly. However, crime against women came down in Cyberabad. 
    “In a few days, we are expecting consent from the state government to set up nine new additional police stations, four women police stations and three traffic police stations in Cyberabad. We will also be launching software called Petition Tracking Monitoring System that will help us keep track of the status of the complaint,” the commissioner added. 
    Tirumala Rao also said that the city police despite staff shortage was often entrusted with providing security to VIPs and international events. “As of now, the Cyberabad police strength is 5,000 but there is a need for 5,000 more cops,” he said.

Dr.P.Shankar Rao in trouble yet again....

Dear All,

The days of the our enemy, like Dr.P.Shankar Rao and their chamchas are over. First it started on the criminal minded MLA with my filing a police complaint. That was followed by Malkajgiri court order to book the and the FIR was booked. Later, the AP High Court dismissing their petition on default and followed by arrest attempt on MLA by police and he running away are well known. 

But now, AP High Court order on this criminal minded MLA false case and complaint on CM related Red Sanders has backfired and the court has issued warning to him to either withdraw the case or pay the cost immediately. I have attached the copies of the news items of the same. See and enjoy.

This will be followed by my secret action/crackdown on all these criminal minded GB members and MLA together soon.I have given them several chances but they have squandered the golden chances. That is more because of the tacit understanding with MLA and over confidence on the ability of the illegal lawyer. But now no more chances, Enough is Enough.

More starling details on Vijaya Bank

Dear All Members,

All these days, we were not sure what was real contents in the so called illegal lawyers letters consists of to the Vijaya Bank. But we are sure that it was related to the blackmail letter to the Vijaya Bank to de-freeze the illegally operated account in favour the illegal association governing body. His letter also said that he threatened the bank with Rs.1,00,000 compensation from Vijaya Bank if the account is not made operational. But as a lawyer, if he is sending without knowing the law of the land, it is very sad.

Today, the CVC officials has further revealed more details and directed the Vijaya Bank to give the letter copy to me for filing a police complaint with a copy to Vijaya Bank C and MD for immediate action on the extortionist lawyer. The officials told me that:

It is also confirmed by the records that as soon as bank got panicked with his illegal letter, when the account is made operational, he was paid Rs. 24,000 as fees in cheque and Rs.76,000 in cash by illegal association without proper authorisation from the GB/MC members and also with approval of the AGM. After all, he has done wonderful job and he must be paid more for his great job. But unfortunately, the account got again frozen as soon as I contested with a letter from Regd of Society and Firms. Today,  I also attended one of the false cases under trail in Nampally court, filed by the great lawyer Rajendran under IPC 506. This is the 2nd case after the first false case got closed, filed by the great lady don, with help of Dr.P.Shankar Rao. I am not afraid with their intimidation with such acts. But one thing everyone must know and they must realise is that GOD will not leave them happy in their life time for the wrongs they are doing on me. GOD court is stronger and bigger and see what kind of punishment HE will give it to them soon.

In the meanwhile, I was called by the RM of the Vijaya Bank, Hyderabad on direction of the CVC officials to provide all the documents I wanted from the bank to move on these illegal elements with criminal petitions in the police stations and courts. I had a detailed meeting with the RM along with Mr.Gyaneshwar in the afternoon. He is totally convinced that the criminal minded lawyer and Sivanarayana played a vital role in the Rs.14 lakhs swindle from the account after the same was de-frozen. He said that he will give the total documents required by me in next couple of days. He has laid a trap all these illegal elements with a letter. Just wait and watch. The copy of the letter by illegal Lawyer Rajendran will published in the web as soon as it is in my hands. As I said before, the long hand of law with catch them soon since they are adamant to not to come to me for a peaceful negotiation and settlement. 

Moreover, the limping Satyanarayana, who is so called Working President, was spreading falsehood with several comon friends of mine as if he is right. But he got good dose of medicine from them and asked him to shut his mouth. I thank my 40 years friends for such timely support from a rogue who is talking morals. This looks and sounds to me as if the "Devils quoting Scriptures".

Survey Panch Nama report

Dear All,

The humongous efforts to get the survey of the boundaries of the GF each and every survey number is done last week and the certified copy of the Panch Nama report is released to today after the due formalities within record time of 10 days. The tippons/map of the boundary markings will be ready in next 15 days after the software is downloaded. Once we have the draft copy of the boundary, I will take it for final copy after having a close look at it.

This is one among the positive developments after I took over 3 years ago. I am many more success to follow with your blessings.

Copy of the letter from Ministry of Public Grievances

Hi,

As  attack from all sides strategy, I have also written a letter to the central Home Ministry on no action from the CM of AP on Dr.P.Shankar Rao on the 9th Oct 2012. The same was followed it up with a reminder since no reply came from the center nor the state CM. 

When I was in Delhi, I had a talk with the Home Ministry guys, They directed me to the Ministry of Public Grievances officials. They confirmed that the letter was indeed received by them and it was sent to the Principle Sec to the CM to act on it with an ackn to them.
