Petition to Police by members

Dear All,

I am sure by now, you all would have read the mail related to the court case filed by the unauthorized/illegal association to prolong the issue by few more years only with tacit understanding with the so called PTs.  It is a mutual understanding for mutual benefit. One will act as if they are hit, the other will act as if they are crying. If you do not believe, do not send the attached letter. Those who have not sent will not be disturbed in the future as well. 

I, for the first time, requesting all the legal committee members to extend the help by carrying few of these complaint letters to our members, with addresses with me and get it signed for the members own good. Make them to understand that if they do not come and support us now, we will not able to take it up with better ability and effectively. It is high time that we must finish these so called illegal committee members activities once for all. Or else, it will spread further like cancer and effect us in the long run more, as it has already effected us now. 

Let me make it clear. I need not prove anything to anyone now since I have outstanding record of bring this issue to the fore. I have done my best till now without any expectations from anyone. Now with the interference's of these illegal elements, it is effecting your own life's and benefits.  The more silent you are going to be, the more it is likely to be delayed. Think and act.  Time has come to act tough. We have played enough CAT and MOUSE game. Now it is time to act with full vengeance. No more mercy. DO OR DIE. If delay takes place, funds are required. No more loans and no more GO 166 from tomorrow. Even we do, they will create hindrances.  Now we will stop all these activities and finish these unruly elements and take up the GO work later. It was my decision earlier to wait for some time to change the illegal elements looking at their families by giving several chances. But they do not wanted to change nor I have any hope of they changing for good. Now they have to face the legal consequences. I wanted every member, who think that I am doing right, must take it up with none positive members to convince and bring in as many as possible complaints. That will strengthen our hands. I have done so much with Dr.P.Shankar Rao, the criminal. Now you no choice to help with just with your letters. 

Those who are outside Hyderabad can post or scan and send it. Those who are outside country, can scan and send it. I will see that it is taken up fast. Any delay for GO 166, I should not be blamed. Hence this decision. Please cooperate and gain your lands. If any of you can help with any police department or with any useful contacts from higher levels of government officials, please come forward. Or else, leave to me. I will plan and finish the task with professional way. Trust me. I will not let you down.

Is there is any difference between newly filed WP 16278 by illegal committee and WP 15895 filed by so called Pts / Villagers??

As I was busy with some other issues of GF with CB-CID and case on me and Gyneshwar at Nampally court by the gerat Rajendran, I was not able to send the complaint copy format to you to lodge with police on these illegal association governing body members. But before that, I wanted all of you to see how the plot is hatched by the illegal association members.

Is there is any difference between newly filed WP 16278 by illegal committee and WP 15895 filed by so called PTs / Villagers?? According to me NO. See the analysis as below and also read the copy of the petition sent along with this mail.

• 1.       WP 15895 of 2010 is filed by the villagers in the name of those 3 so called PT holder family members ( Padmavathi, Prabhavathi,Sugunavathi), who are trying to extort extra money from us with help of our own illegal committee members. Interestingly, the great so called illegal Joint Sec cum officiating illegal Gen Sec of the illegal association, Sadasheva Rao is respondent, but by then when the villagers filed this case, I was elected as President.  Why the villagers have sent the notice directly to the illegal association committee members and not to us? I am sure you can understand by now.
• 2.       In the case of the new WP 16278 of 2013, it is exactly opposite. The new case is filed by the illegal association Joint Sec Sadasheva Rao and the respondents are none other than those 3 so called PTs family members ( Padmavathi, Prabhavathi,Sugunavathi).
• 3.       Why now the illegal association opted to file a new case in 2013 ( that too without any locus standee) and prolong the case rather than deposing the old WP 15895 of 2010 with help of the great and outstanding legal council Rajendran, who was rated to be very close to judges by the illegal association in their circulars? according to them, it is because of him, they claimed that the WA 333 and WP 3000 was deposed. Why he is not able to do so the same past 3 years in case of the WP 15895? I am sure you also understood why so.
• 4.       In case of 15895, in their plea, the villagers wanted the court, which they do not want to regularization. But here, the illegal association wanted to regularization. What drama? 
• 5.       Please read SL No 11 in the present plea. They are claiming as if they have put in efforts to get the Advocate Opinion, for which I was the one who gave a letter to the Collector and on my request, the opinion was obtained. I am sure you all will get a bill for their false efforts??? Wait and watch.
• 6.       Please read SL No 14 of this new petition. Earlier, in the AGM (when these illegal association committee was overthrown and election committee was appointed in the month of 16^th May 2010), the illegal association dismissed the significance of the hearing at RDO office on the petition by the so called villagers. They were ex-party in the hearing at RDO and I have taken up and got the order in our favor. I have pointed out this issue in AGM, in my rejoinder and also in my minutes of the meeting. This issue was conveniently not recorded in the minutes.  Now in the petition, they claim that it has significance. See the double standards adopted by these forces.
• 7.       In the same vein, please see the SL No 15 of the attached circular. Even with JC RR Dist, they have not contested the appeal by the villagers No F1/4092, 4094, 4095 of 2009 ( order copy is with you all, sent by mail long ago) and the illegal association was ex-party. At very crucial time, I have contested that appeal and got the order. Also, I safely filed WP 23803 to avoid any petition by these so called PTs. They did not contest that petition and filed a separate case 15895 with help of the illegal association. 
• 8.       When the illegal association was claiming that they got very good order in WP 16006, having not implemented that by the government, why they have not filed a contempt of court case than filing a new case now?? Only to delay further?  Till now, no one has filed the counter and vakalats in the new case. Government has not filed counter in this case either since they are busy in 15895 since I have requested the AG to represent the same with government permission. See the letters sent to you earlier. If they would have cooperated with me, I would given better solutions and ideas. They do not wanted solutions, but further delays to undermine my best efforts.  Do not you all see that?
• 9.   Interestingly, even in this petition, they have not made Dr.P.Shankar Rao or Dayanand or any of those so called villagers/PTs, who have cheated us by taking hefty money. Why?? Think again. Now the case is shifted to different judge from one of the best judges, which are Justice Ramesh Ranganathan, who is very familiar with our issue. I was rushing the counter of the government to see that it is taken up in case of 15895. But I was forcefully tied to the unwanted cases, like Rajendran personal false case of attempted threat. I have wasted all my time by running about on this useless case, filed due to their vested interest. The paid witness Nageshwar Rao in both the cases  is respected in colony even now??    

Let us now settle this issue with a complaint to police by each and every one of you to come openly to support me to take the issue of regularization forward at much better pace.  Our plea to police by you will be a simple letter that they are nothing to do with GFPOA and I will file a detailed complaint on these elements to book them under several criminal cases. Or else, the issue will be further delayed, if these illegal elements are roaming freely with help of villagers and Shankar Rao along with tacit understanding with the illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran, who is keen to settle the personal scores due to his ego with me for nothing than getting our plots.  Even those who do not wanted to support with finance as loan to me, must send this letter to show their solidarity to me. Then they are real supporters. Or else, they are just lip sympathizers.

             I wanted all of you ( those who are still CATS on the wall and not all those sincere supporters, which is well known to me) realize that I am fighting for sake of your right over your plots, which is now close to Rs.20,000 per square yard ( which was illegal bought by some of our illegal association committee members for Rs.2000 to 3000 earlier by cheating innocent and guidable plot owners)  that too I am  taking BIG risk. Those who are putting spokes must be neutralized. Please think and come forward. I have not wasted my time on these illegal committee members all these years since my prime target was Shankar Rao. Now he is on the docks.  Now if we do not put these forces on the dock, these elements will play the game of further delay since they have strong support of Shankar Rao and his front man in association.

The formal letter to police will be sent by tomorrow and I wanted all of you to send it in 2 copies by post to my address. It will be consolidated with my letter to police and will be filed. If police do not act, I will do the same thing as did by the illegal association lawyer, the private complaint to the court. Police has to act, no choice.

AP ex-min Shankar arrested, faints

Former minister Shankar Rao is taken into custody on Monday. — DC

Hyderabad: The Central Crime Station on Monday arrested and charged former minister and Cantonment MLA P. Shankar Rao for fabricating evidence and threatening witnesses in the case registered against him. The case against him is of dowry harassment of his daughter-in-law, Vamsi Priya.

Rao was taken into custody at his residence in Gangaputra Colony, Musheerabad, in the evening and taken to the Central Crime Station. He fainted, which he had done on an earlier occasion as well, and was moved to the Osmania General Hospital.

Hospital sources say he is under observation and rest. Rao’s daughter Sushmita, who was present when the police arrested her father, started yelling at the policemen, and made it difficult for them to arrest Rao.

As she was restricting them from performing their duties, the Musheerabad police took her into preventive custody. She was released after a few hours. Shyam Sunder, inspector of police, Musheerabad, said that a case under Section 151 of the Indian Penal Code was registered against her.

Cops lay more charges on Rao

Hyderabad: Former minister and Cantonment MLA P. Shankar Rao’s daughter Sushmita, who was present when the police arrested her father on Monday, said, “My father was not spared even though he was not keeping well. He was picked up from the house when his condition was already weak. It is the sole responsibility of the police if anything goes wrong with my father. They will be held responsible.”

Rao’s wife alleged that her husband was being harassed. “He is being targeted time and again for no reason. There are so many cases against him just for the sake of it.”

Ranga Rao, deputy commissioner of police (Central Crime Station) said, “Yes, he has been arrested and two other charges have been put on him for giving false evidence and criminal intimidation under Sections 195 A and 506 of the IPC. Since he is in the hospital, he will be taken into custody as soon as he is discharged.”

Shankar Rao was granted bail by the sessions court last month on two sureties of ` 10,000 each after he surrendered before the Women’s Police Station attached to the Central Crime Station.

Former Andhra Pradesh minister and sitting Congress MLA P Shankar Rao was today arrested in connection with a dowry harassment case lodged against him by his daughter-in-law, a senior police officer said.

Rao, who represents Secunderabad Cantonment constituency, was apprehended from his residence in Musheerabad by the sleuths of Central Crime Station (CCS), he said.

The MLA was booked for criminal intimidation and threatening the witnesses after CCS police slapped one more case against him over the allegation that he threatened his daughter-in-law Vamsi Priya and her family members for withdrawing earlier complaint lodged against him, the officer said.

Rao was granted anticipatory bail by sessions court here last month on two sureties of Rs 10,000 each after he surrendered before the Women Police Station (WPS) attached to Central Crime Station.

Vamsi Priya in her complaint to WPS had alleged that she was being harassed by her husband Shashank and his parents since her marriage in 2005.

On June 19, Andhra Pradesh high court had issued notices to DGP V Dinesh Reddy, Shankar Rao and his family members, along with the station house officer of WPS at CCS, directing them to respond to a petition filed by Vamsi Priya.

In her petition, Vamsi Priya charged her in-laws of physical and mental harassment and accused police of inaction.

Rao is also an accused in the Greenfields land encroachment case, along with his brother Dayanand.

The CID investigation disclosed that Rao had abused his official position as an MLA to "grab" 70 acres of government land at Khanajiguda near Alwal.

Circular issue to the Residents By Gyneshwar

Dear All GF Residents,

By now all of you would have noticed the developments taking place regarding Dr.P.Shankar Rao and his goons status, who were preventing the regularization with help of few of our illegal association office bearers, who are still claiming as if the they are the savers of the colony. But how many of you know that they are not willing to give up these insignificant posts for what reasons? Now read the story for what reasons they are not willing to handover the association to the legally elected body?

Reason No 1.

Sometime ago, we have approached to  Sub Registrar, Vallabhnagar, regarding Registrations taken place for the last 10 years in respect of our Survey Nos. after the ban came into force on these government lands. We were shocked to find that they were 200 plots registered with help of our illegal association support after they took over the association from the back door and mostly in the relations names of the illegal office bearers or in their close friend’s names. . In our investigation, we found that those who are not supporting, close to the 200 members are these illegally registered plot owners. Their names will be released soon. Some plots are with help of the great lady  and extra constitutional authority of the colony who collected several lakhs of rupees in both cash and cheques  towards Settlement amount, BPS, LRS, Development Fund  and     Membership fee etc.  to run the illegal association. All these amounts are not accounted till now in transparent manner and submitted the accounts to the AGM without proper explanation. After S.Chandrasekhar got elected as President in the year 2010, they do not wanted to hand over the books  of accounts, since he is super smart to catch their frauds. Even without their submitting the books, he caught several of the frauds. Now imagine that if they books are with him, they would have been exposed with more frauds.

Reason No 2.

The real-estate company floated by few so called illegal association office bearers of the Greenfields’ Colony also exposed that how, not only they sold these government plots by taking commission, but also, illegally they  taken  loans by pledging these government plots  from few Banks by paying  commission to mediators. One of the glaring examples of such illegal activity of loans taken from bank is by none other than the great lady. I have enclosed the documentary proof of E.C.  pledging the plot in favor of Vijaya Bank, with help of Staff who is incidentally not a staff of the bank, but also her husband.   The issue was brought to the notice of the bank. But for some strange reasons, the matter was hushed up due to the influence of her husband. If such fraud would have been brought to the notice of any bank, they would taken action immediately. But as a matter fact, Vijaya Bank encourages all the frauds committed by its staff and protecting them.

Recently, Times of India carried an article on bank loans and frauds. The issue of the great lady loan has been sighted in that article. I have attached the article for your ready reference. I will also now take it up Chief Vigilance Officer,  Vijaya Bank, Bangalore  on this issue and also with Reserve Bank of India, why they have not acted on our  earlier complaint till today.  

She is such a wonderful lady that she herself is one of the biggest looter of the Association funds. But she goes to Police and complaints on me, Sekhar and Dallappa  with  the direction of Dr.P.Shankar Rao, which was acknowledged  by him  in one of the press meet  that we went to jail  for which she has  taken  help of 2 paid witnesses  i.e. Sadasiva Rao and Nageshwar Rao  who are her protectors.  

What baffles me the most is that how come the colony support such persons who have dubious background. How come they meet such people and call them for functions? How come they allow such people to roam freely in the colony? Why still they do not understand that these elements are damaging our cause and delaying the processes of regularization?  Why they are not allowing person like Mr. Sekhar to work who is working sincerely? Why they file cases after cases on him to obstruct the regularization? It is required now to attack someone personally like Sekhar, who is working tirelessly to settle the matter with his courage? Will this colony residents will wake up now or never?

Let me make it very clear. Taking head on singlehandedly a goon like Shankar Rao is not a joke. Aiding him, some from our illegal association, who are aiding and abetting Shankar Rao. Now you are seeing the fate of Shankar Rao. Soon you will see the fate of these illegal elements of the colony, whom, you cannot claim as your friends due to their dubious activities, which will be exposed to the world with full force.

Sekhar promised long ago several times that till Shankar Rao and their accomplish are put behind bar, he will not come to the illegal committee members and waste his times. He was much focused to see that the regularization must be taken up first by exposing these goons. He lived up to his reputation. He did not touch these illegal elements of the illegal association, though they provoked him several times with several of their misdeeds and actions. Now it is matter of time that he strikes back, which will be unimaginable by them and their family.  Hope now understand and come to terms and seek his pardon? Or else face the legal consequences. They have their eminent lawyer,  who will save them?

Now what is the remedy for illegal association acts to be curbed?

As I said earlier, the great so called illegal GFPOA association Joint Sec, Sadasheva Rao who claims that he is officiating as great Sivanarayana position as Gen Sec ( who himself is a illegal Gen Sec of illegal GFPOA) of the illegal association, yet again filed a fresh case in AP High Court, through their illegally appointed yet another great man and lawyer, Rajendran on 6th June 2013 and the same is regd on the 10th June 2013. It is coming for listing today, 4th July 2013 as per the following details.

Interestingly, as you see below, only Rajendran, as petitioner has filed the vakalat. GP Revenue is Shankar Rao man. Will he file the counter? Only due to this reason, I have approached the government to sanction the AG to represent all our cases in AP High Court. We got favorable orders for WP 3000 and WA 333 only since AG represented the case.

Now the fundamental question is when we already have similar prayer filed by the so called PTs/villagers under guise of the WP 15895 in 2010, with help of our illegal association office bearers ( a match fixing between villagers and our illegal association office bearers  ), which was asked to be represented by the Advocate General by me and AG has since filed his vakalat and is under hearing in the very same bench, why our so called savers of the colony, ( now filed a fresh WP as prayed below) who have filed their vakalat in that WP 15895, did not show up for hearing on 6th June 2013? Why they are not asking the very same bench ( excellent judge)  to quash the same old case on the very same ground as they are asking in the present new case? 

May be this time, the villagers have paid money to illegal association to delay further if we get relief in WP 15895 since AG will any get orders? And the villagers wanted to fight for another 2 to 3 years the new case filed by our illegal association for further delay?? 

MAIN PRAYER TEXT

to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondent-1 in processing / considering the applications submitted to them in terms of G.O.Ms.No.166 dated 16.2.2008 by the members of the Petitioner Association and members of the Green Fields Colony citing the reason of pendency of WP.No.15895/2010 as highly illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unjust and unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides being opposed to all canons of equity, justice and fair play and consequently direct the Respondent-1 to consider and dispose of the said applications expeditiously however within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court

Now I have the copy of the petition filed by these illegal elements. When I studied in depth, I clearly felt that these elements are up for new kind of problems. It can give relief or it can delay further by few years. Why they are interfering in the GFPOA affairs when they are nothing to do with association? The handful illegal elements in illegal association are taking a say without any local standee and causing further delay and trying to cash on the situation??

Now what is the remedy?

I will send one petition drafted by me to all of you to police. I not only plead and request everyone of you to sign and send it to me. I will file bunch of these petition with police and they will not have any other option than acting. I will use all my clout in police department and see that they are put behind bar as early as possible. I send it to only those who say Yes. If the numbers are substantial, say close 100 plus. I will take it up with police. Or else, let us reconcile to the fact that the inevitable delay due to these kind of elements acts have to be tolerated and suffer further?

Let me wait and see how YES and how many No will come?

My quest to dig deep to unearth the sabotage attempt of Dr.P.Shankar Rao, the criminal minded MLA of Secunderabad Cant and set of goons to stop the regularisation has met with yet another success.  When I made an application under RTI for inspection of all our files with government agencies, I tumbled on one of these letters of Dr.Shankar Rao dated 9th April 2010, writing to the ex CM Sri.K.Roshaiah garu, 

According to criminal minded Rao, the pattedars, ( which means those villagers whose forefathers surrendered these government lands in the year 1953 and 1955, but still these 42 villagers, who took Rs.58.05 lakhs from us by blackmailing us) without naming them, who they are, approached him to resolve the issue pertaining to this land since he is a great leader, and he is the only person under the SUN can help these yet another criminal villagers. Hence he took the pity of these villagers and saw the order of RDO, which was fraudulently obtained by paying heavy sum by the great Shankar Rao, which was not disclosed by him to the CM.

Moreover, his letter does not say the following as well:

1. He did not disclose in his letter to CM that these government lands are bought by him in his benami Dayanand name,
2. He did not disclose that the order of the RDO order is quashed by the JC RR Dist order No  F1/4578 dated 24^th April 2002 by the RR Dist Revenue officials after having examined all the relevant records before pronouncing the judgment to cancel the ORC and declare these lands as government lands, the litigant have approached the AP High Court yet with false averments.
3. he also did not disclose that he approached the AP High Court common judgment WP 11777 of 2002 dated 29^th Dec 2005 and he lost and it is in favor of the government, which Dr.P.Shankar Rao is twisting the words in their favor for unlawful gains through their letters.
4. Dr.Shankar Rao letter CM also did not disclose that 3 SLPs, one Review and one Curative Petition are dismissed at Apex Court level on these government lands disputes. Those who have concealed the true picture/facts must be punished as per the law of the land and the action by the government must be deterrent for others to keep away from the litigation.
5. Moreover, he did not disclose that not even a single application for the regularization under GO Ms. No 166 dated 16^th Feb 2008 is made by his benami Dayanand and 3 others, who approached him. 
6. He too disclose the important point that having kept quiet for 40 years after surrendering these lands in the year 1953/55 by their forefathers, under old survey number 289, under what circumstances and under whose influence now these so called PT’s and villagers are making claims on government lands must be taken in to cognizance and must book cases under several IPC sections for cheating the government with several false pretext. All these claims by 3 of the petitioners in WA 333 cannot be entertained without any proof of the legal heir certificates nor without any succession certificate un/sec 40, even though it is government lands to consider their applications of the objection petition. 
7.  Dr.P.Shankar Rao, did not disclose his dated 29^th Nov 2008, with false information about the SLP as pending is considered and it is because of that false information, the regularization has delayed. But no criminal action has been taken for this false information. Even the erstwhile MRO false information without verifying the truth to the AP High Court WP 1178 and his written letter to Collector is ample evidence of his involvement in the conspiracy. 
8. The letter by MLA, Dr.P.Shankar Rao, dated 10^th June 2009 and 30^th July 2009 with false information about the SLP 24897 ( as if it is in his favor) has been not disclosed by him. 
9. Moreover, the AG gave opinion in favor of the government as well. That is not disclosed by him to the CM. Now how come and can MLA say that he is helping the villagers, which was actually a fraud on their part? Did government registered any cheating, conspiracy, fraud and for fabricating the documents cases now?I

But even after such kind of efforts, many are still in slumbers. Some of the members, who are yet to be connected to the GF group mails ( after seeing me in media from last 4 years on GF fight) possibly still think that they are seeing wonders from the illegal committee? Only GOD can change them???!!!!

The Crime Investigation Department (CID) of Police has sought the permission of the State government to prosecute Congress MLA from Secunderabad cantonment P. Shankar Rao, having completed the probe into a land grabbing case registered against him and his brother Dayanand.

Various offences

The permission of the government was being sought because provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act were added by CID to the case earlier booked against him by Neredmet police under provisions of the IPC. The government’s prior permission was necessary under the Act because he is a public servant. The Neredmet police had charged him for various offences under the IPC, including criminal conspiracy, trespass, forgery, intimidation and cheating.

Thereafter, the case was transferred to the CID for a thorough investigation.

A CID release said its investigation disclosed that Dr. Rao abused his position as an MLA to grab 70 acres of prime government land at Khanajiguda near Alwal which was worth Rs. 400 crore. In conspiracy with Mr. Dayanand, he threatened government officials and prevented them from discharging their duties by criminal misconduct.

Dr. Rao and Mr. Dayanand thwarted the process of regularisation of land by revenue officials in favour of members of Greenfield plot owners association.

Aggrieved by this, a beneficiary Chandrasekhar lodged a private complaint in a metropolitan court at Malkajgiri alleging that the brothers trespassed into the land with a view to grab the same by creating false documents and threatening witnesses.

They connived with some other accused in the process. The court referred the complaint to Neredmet police station where a case was booked.

When the case was transferred to CID, a total of 34 official and non-official witnesses were examined and their statements recorded.

As many as 18 documents were gathered as case objects.

Hyderabad: The noose is tightening around the neck of former minister and Secunderabad Cantonment MLA P Shankar Rao, who is already in trouble as the Hyderabad police are waiting for an opportunity to arrest him. Now, Crime Investigation Department (CID) sleuths are mulling adding new sections, both Indian Penal Code (IPC) and other laws, to the existing charges during the course of the Greenfield land dispute case investigation. 
    A few days ago, the CID officials, while requesting sanction to prosecute Shankar Rao under the Prevention of Corruption (PC) Act, also reportedly informed the government that additional sections under the IPC and other relevant laws would be added during the course of the investigation, as prima facie they found that some more charges could be applicable in the alleged fraud committed by Shankar Rao, his brother Dayanand and their associates. 
    “Besides the PC Act, the Benami Transaction Act, the AP Land Grabbing Act,the Income Tax Act, the Representation of People Act, IPC sections 182 (giving false information to a public servant in order to cause him to use his lawful power to the injury or annoyance of any person), 152 (assaulting or obstructing public servant when suppressing riot), 464 (making a false document), 503 (criminal intimidation — Whoever threatens another with any injury to his person, reputation or property), 199 (false statement made in declaration which is by law receivable as evidence), 177 (furnishing false information), 181(knowingly stating to a public servant on oath as true that which is false) and other relevant sections were mentioned by the CID officials in their recent letter to the government,’’ complainant S Chandrasekhar, president of Greenfields Plot Owners’ Association, told TOI. 
    The CID officials recently held a meeting with the victims of Greenfield layout and verified documents submitted earlier as evidence and corroborated the documents gathered by the investigators. The CID officials during their investigation had found that Shankar Rao had abused his official position as a public representative and which was also reportedly substantiated by a letter written by then Malkajgiri tehsildar P Narasimha Rao on June 1, 2012 to the then Rangareddy district collector. 
    In the same letter, Narasimha Rao had also mentioned that Dayanand threatened the officials of tehsildar’s office with dire consequences when they went to demolish a compound wall besides abusing them. 
    When contacted, additional director-general (CID) T Krishna Prasad said no additional sections were added as on Sunday. “During the course of investigation, depending on the evidence, new sections will be added. However, as of today the investigation is sealed with the Prevention of Corruption Act and relevant sections under the IPC against Shankar Rao,’’ Krishna Prasad added.

I am sure,  by now  all our members would have seen the news papers of this day, Sunday, 30th Jun 2013 related to the criminal Dr.P.Shankar Rao being on the dock. The man proclaimed himself as Dalit Tiger now turned as small time cat and hiding in hospital to get bails after bails by paying heavy sum to lawyers and  manipulating the judiciary.Will he get away this time??

This is land mark development will take our case forward at much faster pace.
