Notice to Gyn and Mohan Babu: Your plan of action/blue print on the following cases. Or else legal action

Dear Mr.Gyaneshwar garu and Mr.Mohan Babu garu sirs.

        I am very happy to receive the following mail from one of our members ( who may be one of those 280 members email you have sent to our members) with his comments, which were already forwarded to you and I am very sure that you both are very much happy with such wonderful comments on your great work.

          But let me sincerely make an appeal to you that since now you have become (un)official spokesperson of great lawyer and your sworn enemy turned very lovable, honest, gentleman, new found friend Mr.Rajendran and also to the illegal association ( name of the illegal association was given to Satyam and Co after I brought the letter from RoSF by you only) that you both ( the failed MB) must come with blue print on the following cases which was all these opposed by you both to be represented by the illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran since his proximity to the villagers/PTs.  Now you changed your stand that they are nice and honest, you deserve the credit for joining the very sworn enemies, whom you were opposing tooth and nail all these 5 years when you were with me.  Those days, when I offered olive branch to compromise, both you and Mohan Babu opposed and I left it at that. Now shamelessly, you both joined with logic is not known and we need not know as such, provided your concise is permitting to be with them. I wish you both all the best.

          Though we thank MB for taking you with him when we sacked/impeached/removed him from GF legal association, we were not sure he is with you since he often than not denied that he is with you. He never confirmed that you both are together in the topple game. Even after my writing several mails to you too, you too did not confirm that you both are together to topple me. Now it is confirmed with your signed circulars to colony that you both are part of the nexus between Rajendran/Satyam and Co in putting the spokes on GO 166 and on my efforts to get the plots.

         But I will take your joining those forces as positively since you both are capable of doing wonders with your outstanding record from past 20 years in doing great work to the GF and I am sure you will also give your plan of action on the following.

1.      On WP 10469 / 2010. You must give your action plan when the judgement will come since the final arguments are over. With help of rajendran contacts of judges, which the illegal association claims, must be explored and finish the task. I will not interfere in all these cases in which Rajendran has filed counter/Vakalats.

3.      On WP 15895 / 2010. Now you say that the hearing has begun with efforts of Rajendran, let us accept with your efforts only it has begun. Please provide us the counter copies of the GP Revenue, Vakalats copy filed by Rajendran, your counter copies and the final date when it will be dicided and the judgment will come to our hands. According to your own mail, final hearing would be taking place on the 4^th March since government has already filed the counter. Please provide us the copy of the same as proof of the same. Or, you both and Rajendran are playing mind game? If so, you both  and Rajendran will be facing the serious legal consequences for misleading and criminal breach of trust.

If that is not required, go on record and you both and your team of illegal association governing body and your illegal lawyer fully responsible for any mishap. Since I have info that the villagers/PTs with help of their lawyer met minister ( they told you also when Satya Praveen met you recently) to influence the case. Now you are saying that your good friendly lawyer Rajendran is doing wonders, please provide the action plan. Or you will be held responsible with legal action on all of them since you are claiming as their front person and spokespersons. .

5.      Provide the copies of the counter filed by your illegally appointed lawyers Vakalats, total documents related to the hearing in of EP filed by Dayanand and assure us that it is fought to protect GF interest. However, if anything goes wrong, you both and all your set of people to whom you are now claiming to be spokesperson will be held responsible and for legal action. Since you say I am creating panic, please clarify the issue in detail.

6.      With regards to your mail on the survey No. 375 cases posted for hearing. But to best of our knowledge, we have no such case filed by association nor the villagers/PTs, which might have been kept under wrap to create a buffer to protect PTs at later date by you all. Now you both unintentionally disclosed it and made it public. I request you both take full responsibility to give full details like case number, court, who filed it and so on. Or else, you both are creating panic in the minds of 375 plot owners to bring them to MB fold. The legal consequences will be serious if you do not come out with proper reply. Do not take me for granted.

Yet again, I sincerely make an appeal to you to not play with lives of plot owners for sake of your self interest, ego and now come with full details. Or else, all of you will sucked ( you, MB, Rajendran/Satyam and Co) in to the legal issue since you are not authorized to represent the association in any capacity, which will be difficult to escape. The reply must come within 6 days.  Or else, issue a rejoinder and apologize for the mistake. This copy of the mail will be sent to colony in few days.

What Gyn and Mohan Babu are doing now?

Dear All,

The 2 new disgruntled forces (Gyn and MB) are so desperate that they are trying their best to fix me in some case or other with help of the illegal appointed lawyers help and monetary support of the politicians, after they failed miserably with their mails and circulars to garner support of the members. After they posted 280 mails to members, everyone reply was so nasty that, I suppose they realized that their game plan went bust with strong messages from members to not to write anything about me and now trying to approach with police case. The humiliation suffered by them is visible with their " do or die" acts. 

As part of this design and script written by them, as I reported briefly yesterday, both of them went to Alwal PS with my circulars and few mails in the morning and complained to CI. The CI gave very patient hearing and what transpired after that will be known to me when I meet CI today with villagers case issue with government letters to the police. But to their misfortune,  this whole drama was witnessed by Mr.K.P.Sarma, our member in live, who was incidentally at police station on some issue. Since these 2 say that they are saviours of the GF, Sarma invited them to come to CI to strengthen his case. But both of them walked out in a huff with their faces swollen, possibly due to the out come of the meeting with CI. More details will follow after I meet CI in couple of days.

In the meanwhile, before going to the Police station,  Gyn called one of our members by mistake, thinking that he is the SI of Alwal police station and wanted to meet him to fix me with cases. The member heard everything what Gyn said and advised him not to proceed against Sekhar ( me) and it may boomerang on Gyn and Mohan Babu since even police feel that Sekhar is working for a good cause. But as usual, Gyn never listens what others are talking on phone and goes on says what he has to say and the whole advise given by our member drowned in Gyn noisy cribs. Even our member saying that he is not the SI Alwal also was not heard by him. A person, who is with highly charged emotional break down, will behave like this only. They do not listen what others are saying. After may be 30 minutes talk with wrong person, when he calmed down, our member, Mr.Bhaskar Rao, told him that he is talking to wrong person. Then Gyn and Mohan Babu realized their mistake ( it was too late) and shut the phone. Within minutes, I was updated by our members on this issue as soon as these 2 incidents took place. 

Even after these 2 failures, they embarked and called Yogesh Gir to instigate him with some information on him. Yogesh tried to speak to me, but since I was middle of funeral ceremony, I did not take the call. Possibly, they alerted Yogesh of Mr.Sarma lodging the complaint on the land grab ( his plot was encroached by the forces sold by Yogesh), only to see that he escapes with case. These 2 wanted to provoke him for their advantage. But if Yogesh speaks to me over phone, as a precaution, the same will recorded and will be sent to you to hear what he said. 

Will one accused/culprit will be able to help the other to be accused/culprits, who have not filed annual returns and cheated and betrayed our trust? Only time will tell.

I request both Srama garu and Bhaskar Rao garu to confirm what I have written is correct in one line or in detail what they spoke with you.  

I yet again request to those who are silently watching from the sidelines must come forward, strongly condemn such acts and deeds and neutralize them with our unity message in mails.Or else, the matter will drag on yet another 2 to 3 years if they act like this. .

I need help from those who received the mail from Gyn/Mohan Babu

Dear All,

Those who received the following mail from the new spoilers, that is Gyn/Mohan Babu, I seek those members help on the following issue. Please read the Gyn mail Quote" As regards case pertaining to Survey No. 375 is posted for 10th March 2014 "Quote. 

It appears with this mail that apart 5 cases I refered, which I was saying that the illegal lawyer is representing to support the cause of the illegal association future, Now Gyn/Mohan Babu mail, unintentionally disclosed a new case on Survey No 375 with this mail. One of our loyal member wrote to Gy/Mohan Babu to disclose the case number and what for it was filed since he is one of the affected party. But according to available information, no reply came from Gyn/MB till today by clarifying the matter. 

Now the issue is that I firmly believe that the illegal association deliberately concealed one more case ( as they did in case of WP 15895 filed by villagers and  WP 10469 filed by Vijayalakshmi on 28th April 2010 and kept us in dark), this might have been also kept in dark. But in a hurry to become popular, these 2 new elements would have disclosed this case also by not knowing that this was not disclosed by the illegal association or to become HERO's in the minds of members, these 2 elements, as if they are fighting the case on 375, without even such case would have written to only confuse or divert those 375 affected parties.

Now my humble request is that those who received the following mail from these elements, must write a mail to them ( with a copy to me) to disclose the full details or retract their statement to avoid further confusion. I am sure you will come forward to help me to plan our strategy if such case is really exists.

At police station ??? Why???

Today, 10th Feb 2014 at 9.30 am, the new set of elements ( both Gyaneshwar and Mohan Babu), were seen at Alwal PS. But the reasons for the same is not known.

But the villagers have met them couple of days ago to seek their help to save them from the case booked by me. Is it in that connection? or what for? is the question. Please watch them closely. Please update if you have any news.

Dear All,

As I requested all our members to respond strongly on mails from those disgruntled members, some have already responded so strongly on Gyn/Mohan Babu mail and I am sure, that must have shaken their very foundation of the so called morals they talk about. I request everyone one of you, those who think that they are stooped such low only due to my plugging of the leakages and frauds happening in the GF association from 20 years. 

• Some have benefited paying money to villagers and took kick backs in settlement amounts. 
• Some have benefited by paying hefty sums to lawyers as fees and took kick backs. 
• Some have made money in the name of BPS and LRS, which not applicable to us. 
• Some have made money by saying that GO 166 has come due to their efforts in the year 2008 and collected money to submit to Collector and made money.

But when someone like me is doing it with no such frills and took pains to bring to such level by taking headon with Dr.P.Shankar Rao, by risking my life, these forces started feeling jittery and played dirty with such false and frivolous allegation and switched sides to make more money.

I thank all those who came in support of me with their strong rejoinders on Gyn atrocious mail to them. I plead and appeal to all of you to write in the same vein and fire these elements to break their morale and see that they desist from doing such acts. When they know that it is at the fag end, they wanted to enter and make a big kill. 

By the way, any of you wanted any latest developments on daily basis, please call me or request me over the mail to send the documents on selective basis to keep the track to avoid the misuse by our rivals like Gyn/Mohan Babu/Satyam and Co.

Why sudden love with illegal association headed by Satyam and Co to Gyn and Mohan Babu??? Why??

      The 2 new trouble makers, the Mohan Babu drafted e-mail, sent from Gyn email account on case related to the WP 15895 is received by 4 of the members and the same is forward to me my evaluation. Thanks to them for their free service. After studying the same, 2 issues have emerged out of that, which I though you all must react what I should do and everyone of you have to come with their reactions since it has it bearing on my taking the issue forward from here on since the acts are nothing but to undermine my authority by these elements with help of????

All these years, I have been saying that few internal enemies ( now you know who they are) are there and I have identified them and trying ease them out and working towards that. I have been saying that these forces are working in tandem with our enemies to destabilize the regularization processes only to delay further and once I get out of the way, they wanted to enter in to the pictures to make a bill kill, as they did it before for 20 years. Or else, how it is possible that now, Gyaneshwar ( for 20 years enemy No 1 to all the illegal association members headed by Satyam, who gave bashing in bus to Gyn and wanted to take revenge through me and also to Rajendran, after he filed the case on Gyn in Nampally court and Gyn wanted to take revenge on him by writing to bar Association on him for his misdeeds) and Mohan Babu { who was dead against taking the illegal association members ( including the resigned SVGK Murty) on board in solve this nagging issue} joined the very illegal forces and turned their spokespersons now on several issues which were opposing? 

Now the questions in our minds are;

1. The illegal elements in the association, headed by Satyam and Co, have not yet come out with any confirmation that they have appointed these 2 sacked elements, Gyn and Mohan Babu as their front persons to speak on behalf of them. Why so? If no such confirmation, why we believe them at all? 
2. Or, is it a new group, headed by Gyn and Co ( with active support of Mohan Babu, the sacked, inefficient 375 sub committee members)  funded by Shankar Rao, working over time, since old illegal committee could not take head on, on me and now Dr.Rao has created new monsters to break me? If so, they will know the legal consequences for that soon. How it will boomerang on them will known to them soon. 
3. If that is not true, if no circular to colony by them, with few left out illegal committee members names in new letter head ( after majority of the illegal members resigned) headed by Satyam, Sivanarayana, Sadasiva Rao, Satyanarayana ( VP), Rajaiah, KBR Prasad, Satyanarayan ( RBI), and Dananjeyudu is in circulation in colony. Why so? Is their silence must be taken as acceptance or rejections? 
4. How come the case 15895 which was filed on 6th July 2010, now listed after nearly 4 years and posted for hearing now on fast track basis after several years? Is it because of their efforts or because of my efforts to post it after Collector gave the attached letter to me? ( proof is attached).
5. What efforts the illegal elements along with new nemesis headed by Gyn and Co, put in to get solved all these case from past 4 years is not spelled by them. The very elements, that is Gyn and Mohan Babu criticized Satyam and Co from past 4 years that they have joined the hands with Shankar Rao and putting spokes in the processes. But how come the very force, Gyn and Co joined the very illegal force, Satyam and Co  and putting spokes and what benefit they got out of that? They must tell everyone now.
6. Can the spokespersons headed by Gyn/Mohan Babu/Satyam and Co/Rajendran provide the scanned copy of their counter of 15895 ( along with all the vakalats on all cases) filed by the illegal lawyer and government counter ( filed by AG, who was asked to represent our case with a letter on my efforts and the copy is attached) today itself by mail if they really attended the court and I am sure they would have got copies by now, and then only would have argued the case and send the same by them today itself since they say that the hearing has started ?? Or hearing has started without AG filing the counter in favor of government??  Let them clarify. No such proofs are sent by them. Please note that,I have been sending such proofs all these years. 
7. Will the final hearing will take place even without government filing the counters on all these cases? If so, how? Let the new spokespersons clarify. 
8. The very Gyn/Mohan Babu, who said that Rajendran is Shankar Rao front-man and now the very Gyn?Mohan Babu say now Rajendran is very nice man, Why so sudden change of heart? Is it due to big money played role, or his free help to fight the land grab issues or due to some other love? Those who speak of morals, why they they are not following the very morals they speak? 
9. When the case filed by the illegal association, that is WP  16275 of 2013 filed on 6th June 2013 ( as a back up if the 15895 is dismissed with my efforts only to delay further) when the same will come for hearing and the counter copies of the government must be sent today if they are putting the real efforts. By now, you all know that they are telling the cock and bull stories only to float above the neck deep water. If all of you, on specific request wanted any proof of my making statements on these issues, I will be sent. 

By the way, even the final hearing took place on the following case on 8th July 2013, but why the judgement has not come till today? Let us take all these free services from these elements, who have swindled from us for 20 years. If it is not coming to me, it is fine. let it come to you by my asking. Please update with those mails to update our members. It is win-win situation to us hahahahaha..

Several developments

Dear All,

Several developments have taken place from past 2 months and all the copies of the letter/petitions by me to those officials and their replies are with me. But on advice of the members, I have not uploaded those scanned copies to avoid misuse. Those who would like to have or know specifically with documents, can write to me,  to send the same on case to case basis to keep the track of the same.  I am sure you all agree with me?

In the meanwhile, 2 members of our mail group ( out of 555) said that they have received a scanned copy of the circular sent by Gyaneshwar and Mohan Babu ( lots crap written by them) to the colony few days ago. They wanted my rebuts/rejoinder for that to be sent to them, which was already in circulation at colony. I have sent the same to these 2 members and they were very happy that I am exposing them strongly their misdeeds and they feel that they must be made naked by the time I reveal all the 5 more circulars rebuts/rejoinders, which will follow to the colony with proofs. Many of them feel that I must take legal recourse as well. Let us explore the same as well. 

If any of you ( according to Gyn and Mohan Babu, they have sent to 260 members these mails, which may be humbuk according to me) have received such scanned copies, please revert to me to see that I send the rejoinders to only those received such mails with scanned circulars. Assuming that since the circular was sent to colony, I have sent the rejoinder to only colony to avoid the spamming of your mails. If you got the mails from them, please revert to me to send the rejoinder copy only to those received such mails specifically. That will be perfect and fitting reply they got with proofs of their misdeeds.

One more helping hand required

Dear Members,

I am very happy to receive a mail from one of our loyal member, Mr.Tyagaraj Kovali ( a 375 survey number affected plot owners) for coming forward to extend his helping hand to coordinate few small issues related to 375 plot follow up. I have taken him on board as 375 sub committee member and one more member comes from the 375 plot, they will be able to divide the work. 

The work will be very small and simple follow up and all the major portion like court issues will be done by me. The sub committee member must coordinate with affected members of those survey numbers for their statement recording with police, just passing on few papers to police and all simple but important jobs as when it is required only. Sometimes, I may have to be required at 2 places at same time. It is not possible to be at 2 places at same time. I have to prioritise and decide where I will go and balance work will be assigned to the sub committee members. I am sure now some members will come forward to help and see that we finish the task.

In the same vein, I wanted 2 members from 373 ( 8 plots) also to come forward, I will be able to assign some of the small jobs to them and the major issues will be handled by me if at all such issues come up. Though we have orders from Collector, the follow up is not taking place since I am more involved in the AP High Court, Secretariat, filing of counter to WP 15895 and so on. I am sure, those who are affected and some from other survey numbers also will come forward to help me. Please give your names and extend your helping hands. We can not seek any support from the colony residence since they are mostly selfish, other than those who are already with us. They think that their houses are safe and they do not need our help. But they will know when they need our help and come. We will take steps to teach them few lessons at that time. 

But let me assure all of you that the regularisation may be delayed due to external reasons. Not because of my efforts. some of those, who left us recently are trying to spread such campaign for their own political reasons. But let us not fall in to their trap. 

I appealed and I have sought help from some of the top bureaucrats long ago, who are owning few plots in our GF layout, to use their officials contacts to back us. But to my utter surprise, no one came forward to help us. I am doing everything single handedly and facing the flaks from unwanted forces. Those who can chip in their contacts can come forward and help to see that the issue is taken it forward with your contacts also. I will coordinate with such top officials, if they are willing to extend the helping hand.

Major development on 375

Dated 26^th Jan 2014,

Hyderabad.

Dear All Green Fields members,

First, let me wish you all a Happy Republic Day.

It was all these years, only speculation that the survey number 375 plots were alienated ( by giving NOC to the villagers and they got ORC with help of our illegal association support)  by the illegal association headed by Sivanarayana, Sadasheva Rao and Satyam by giving a weak defense and allowed the villagers to obtain the ORC in the year 2004 from RDO, Chevella. Though it was alleged by so called founder president of the GF, Mr.Gyn earlier several occasions, no solid proof were provided by him nor did he put in any efforts to deal with such allegations to book the culprits. When I saw no special interest is taken by him, this issue was in my radar and I was watching closely these developments as soon as the new RDO, Malkajgiri has come and it was boon to us. Now we have full blown proofs of the illegal association fraud with us now, how they committed this crime with help of few villagers and illegal committee members for financial gains.  Who shared how much money is matter of details. That will come out soon. See their brazen violation of our rights to get our plots for sake few lakh of rupees.

All these day, we were under the impression that illegal association fought to protect our rights for these plots in even survey number 375. But in reality, these illegal forces helped the villagers to get ORC vide file No-L/945/2004 dated 30^th July 2004 in the name of one Mr.Yedla Ramesh Babu and few others, who was part of our agreement to forgo their share of rights over these government lands in the Survey No. 375 before the title dispute was settled in the year 1995. But to our utter shock, the Collector RR Dist order No F1/4578/1998 dated 29^th Jan 2002, already declared these lands as government lands, including the survey No 375. But how come again they obtained the ORC much later in the year 2004? How they managed the officials?

Now the questions are:

1.      How come these villagers managed without our association knowledge got the ORC for a small portion of land and that too without any proof of neither their legal heir certificate nor the succession certification?

2.      How come the villagers and illegal committee members managed so secretly with few illegal committee members involving the fraud to lose the plots in Survey No 375?

3.      How come the legal committee head SVGK Murthy (who claims that he is legal brain of GF for 10 years) did not disclose nor fought this case at RR Dist Collector office, which we all trusted all these years?  

4.      Moreover, how come a Jigir lands can be granted ORC when it was surrendered in the year 1953/1955 under the old survey number 289 and plotted in the year 1987 itself?

5.      Why the illegal committee have concealed the order of the Collector RR Dist No F1/2893/2000 dated 20^th May 2002 related to survey No 375 all these years in various AGMs, whereby we have paid to the villagers for an out of court settlement Rs.58.05 is not mentioned in their written arguments, while fighting this case?

6.      If the illegal association knows that such fraud was committed by the villagers, why they have not booked criminal cases for cheating all these years for selling these government lands?

           By helping the villagers/ so called PTs, these illegal elements in the association headed by Satyam/Sivanarayan/Sadasheva Rao/ both the Satyanarayana’s/KBR Prasad/Rajaiah/Jagan Mohan Rao and others have caused willful loss to the plot owners. We must book criminal case against them soon.

       The recovery of Rs.58.05 lakhs with 12% simple interest per annum petition filed by legal association (Crime No 908 of 2013 at Alwal PS) will take care of the recovery of the money with an attachment of the property notice on those villagers/PTs who cheated us. The case is under investigation and the government has confirmed that what we said is right. The police have to act on them soon. For some reasons or political pressure, the police do not act, we will take legal course and fix the issue.

All those affected, who are in so called 375 surveys no must join to fight for their rights. Our complaint on Ravi is registered and the other persons, like Y Ramesh Babu, Suresh and others will be sucked in to the crime by investigation.  They will be booked accordingly at a later dates.

I wanted to update all these since our members must join in large numbers to take this complicated issue to forward by large support base. Or else, the criminal forces within and outside will exploit our being not united and will take advantage of the situation. The illegal forces will not come forward since they are tainted and they are trying their best to sabotage only to cover up these misdeeds. That few/handful of them, who withdrew their support to legal association and think that they can get their plots, they are dreaming. Few forces have leaked out such plot owners disinterest on their plots and the criminal forces are at it again to occupy and encroach those plot with walls and neutralize them with no support coming from the legal association coming in for their own mistakes. Let them dump their ego and join the main stream legal association and lend their helping hand and secure your plots.  this is only advise we can give them and it is up to them to join or not.

Condemnation required on Cowardly acts by few criminal elements within

Dear All,

After making all the noise after WP 15895 is posted on 20th Jan 2014, we did not hear the outcome from these illegal elements on the results of the posting till today. The illegal association said in their SMS as if the case is on final stages. But I was in the court secretly. I did not see anyone in the court, that is Satyam, Sadasheva Rao nor Sivanarayanan along with lawyer in tow.  The opponent lawyers also were never seen. The case was adjourned for 3rd Feb 2014.

In the meanwhile, few cowards/few gays within ( neither men nor women) and those who could not take headon on me directly have sent 6 anonymous letters ( without any signatures) to Joint Collector, RDO and MRO saying that I have collected Rs.75,00 lakhs  from plots owners in the name of regularisation and warned the officials that I am recording their conversations with me. These kind cowardly acts required strong condemnation from every member of our GF family. 

I know who they are. I will not disclose their names till police confirm the identity. Or, they may expose themselves due to anger on me of my writing this mail with hard facts. Let them fall into my trap. But the truth is that the letter was without signatures of those persons names they have written in that letter. The same letters did not have the from address. All the letters are printed in the same computer in the same printer. The same letter was sent to officials, who even did not bother to look into contents and returned the copies to me for our criminal investigation. I have already lodged police complaint and the FIR will be registered as soon as the court permission is granted. We have clue who they are. Criminal intent was clear. One was posted Lal Bazar. One was posted at James Street post office. One was posted at HPO Secunderabad. Where did they post rest are under investigation. No prizes for guessing. Police wanted to send it to forensic department to take few fingerprints. Let us see after the case is registered. More may surface and that will help our cause. 

Why these cowards and gays did this? These cowards/gays, could not take me head on with me on many issues they have raised and I have successfully countered them every question they raised point by point from past 4 years.Such fellows are feeling insecure due to my overwhelming presence in GF. So, they, along with some other criminal elements, resorted to such cheap acts. Now they will expose themselves.The trap is laid. 

I will not get bogged down with such cheap and divertive tactics. I know how to handle the matter. I am sure GOD will help me to get hold of them. I will expose their naked body in the colony soon.

Dear All Loyal members.                                                                                             18^th Jan 2014,  

Before we deal with issues, let me belatedly wish you and your family very Happy New Year 2014. Since I was preoccupied with several issues, I could not send the greetings earlier than this day. I am sure you will appreciate the delay and delay may be condoned.

Coming to the regularization processes of our plots, as I said earlier in the month of Sept 2013, that the 5 cases pending in various courts (WP 10469 of 2010,  filed on 29th April 2010 filed by Ms.Vijaya Lakshmi, WP 15895 of 2010, filed by Padmavathi & 2 others, an appeal filed by the above said 3 co-accused/villagers with Minister for Revenue, WP 16278 of 2013, filed by our great illegally run association on 6th June 2013, EP No 40/2010 filed by Dr.P.Shankar Rao, through his brother in 2nd Senior Civil Judge, LB Nagar at RR Dist,) are creating issues with the government. Even after seeking the clarification from the so called Organizing Secretary Mr.KBR.Prasad, the same has no effect. But today SMS to open plot owners (not to residents) speaks only on 15895. No details are forthcoming from these illegal elements to cooperate with them to sort out the issue. This shows their intentions and their attitude in solving the problems. The so called legal counsel, Rajendran, who boasts of his close proximity with everyone in courts, has not solved this issue till today. But he claims that the 2 cases, that is WA 333 and WP 3000 solved were due to his efforts. If so, why these 5 cases are pending for this long? No court cases are pursued by these elements.

In the meanwhile, as I have promised, the cases related to the villagers and so called PTs cheating us by selling the government lands in the year 1995 and our association paying compensation to them to the tune of Rs.58.05 lakhs has been not taken up by the illegal association for 20 years due to their own tainted image. I am happy to inform you that I have taken up the matter with the police and a case is registered in Alwal PS FIR No 908 dated 29^th Nov 2013. The copy of the FIR can be had on request by mail. The matter is under investigation and I am sure the whole money will be recovered with 12% simple interest per annum. If they do not pay back, I will approach the higher court to attach their properties and recover the money.  Also, if they do not stop filing the fabricated, false and frivolous cases in various courts on title claims, I will approach the higher court with contempt of court and other cases soon.

Alongside with this case, the FIR is also registered on Mr.Ravi ( so called son in law of Gaddar) who has illegally occupied several plots in Survey No 375 without any legal rights and the matter is under investigation.  Those who have not given written complaint to me till now can go to the PS Alwal and meet the SI, Bhaskar garu and give your complaint on illegal encroachments with your plot sale deeds. The SI will add your names also as witness. The fabricated documents related to the 375 will also be seized during this case. Some officials, who helped him, will be also taken to task soon.  FIR copy can be had on request by mail.

Now the question in the minds of the members and public is who is next to booked with criminal cases? Who is in the hit list next? It is illegal association headed by Satyam and 8 others? Is it the illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran? Is it the other land grabbers of our member’s plots? Is it ex general secretary who forged the land documents and tried to knock out the members plot? Or someone new?? I said it that I will do it. I did it now by booking them. Now just wait and watch.

Yes, the illegal running the association with few left out members, close to 9 of them will be taken up with court soon and we will see that they are taken in to task. Even asking the list of the left out illegal members names from the so called Org Sec, KBR Prasad, no list is provided by him till today and we have to take action soon with available names with us with no responsibility on us to prove that they are in the illegal committee or not. Or else, they will create more hurdles in the long run. Let us see what best we can do it. As of now, we have the names of Satyam, Sadasiva Rao, Sivanarayana, Satyanarayana ( OP) , Satyanarayana ( RBI), Rajaiah, KBR Prasad,  Jaganmohan ( Power Grid) and Dananjeyedu ( Bank) along with illegally appointed lawyer. We will book the cases on them first and they will give the other names involved the illegal association to the police from past several years. If no resignations reach me within few days, no one will be legally spared. The entire ground is prepared and it has to be put in to operation. As I said earlier, the No1 enemy, Shankar Rao is on the docks, No 2 villagers are on the docks, No 3 Ravi is on the docks. The next number will be decided by me based on their involvement in the land grab and others issues of illegalities. But it is matter of time. The illegal association has taken us for granted. But they cannot take law in to their own hands due to their proximity of a lawyer, Rajendran.  Having tampered with law and played with the lives of the members, they have to face the legal consequences. I never touched them due to my focus on GO 166. Now it is on hold till legal hurdles, handled by the illegal association is cleared. If we do not put them on the dock, they will create more hurdles. Their stakes are high due to high land value. So they have to see that the GO 166 is not implemented with my efforts. But I will not relent and will see that they are punished for their wrong doings.

With regard to one of the MC member, Mr.Mohan Babu, who was removed/impeached from the committee and also from the membership of GF due to his indulging in anti association activities.  Detailed minutes of the meeting to remove him will be circulated by the VP, Mr.Om Prakash, as and when he prepares the document.  Prof. Anil Kumar is co-opted in his place.

With regards to Mr.Gyaneshwar, his decision to distancing from the legal association is welcoming news to us. We appreciate that he do not wanted to be associated with legal association for his own reasons. Since the reasons will be published by him by a separate circular, we will reply based on his circular with facts, figures and also with proofs. He is no more involved in the Colony Admn Team (CAT) matters. The other existing members of the CAT team, Mr.Inayat, Mr.Ram Babu, Mr.Dallapaih and Mr.TSR Murty will continue to be looking after the colony matters.  We request few responsible citizens of the colony must come forward to extend their helping hands by fulfilling the culture of the legal association. A police and residents meeting is on the cards to prevent thefts in the colony. Please do feel free to come and express your views for better coordination to solve the issue. Do not go by the bias spread by few vested interests in the colony. I am open to constructive suggestions.

Be aware of the fraudsters raising the heads again... for swindle

Dear All Loyal members.

Today, few members called me to say that they received one funny SMS message from one Mr.Satyam, Sadasheva Rao and Sivanarayana coming from one phone number........... saying that 

Quote

" Dear Plot Owners. wish you a happy new year. RR Dist Collector has given her verdict in favour of regularisation of our plots subject to WP/15895 of 2010 clearance by the high court. This WP is posted to 20th Jan & favorable verdict is expected. We will soon come back to you with further course of action" 

Unquote. 

But interestingly, this SMS does not speak of the other 4 cases pending in various courts. The circular is already sent to colony with details and no one from the same illegal committee came forward with any explanations on that those pending cases. Moreover, till today, it was me who was following with government to file their counter and also followed it up with officials for posting the same after the vacation. Having seen the posting in the list of court, now they claim the credit and wanted to start their business with their new partners. 

How many of you have received this message? Please do call on the same cell number and ask them what happen to the following cases? Please give me feedback what they said.

What surprised me was that no circular was sent with left out 9 members names to the colony on this issue. But they sent this SMS to the open plot owners to garner their support. Why this sudden love on open plot owners? My guess is as good as your guess. 

Who is behind such campaign? Those 2 who left us recently? This s also as hard guess as yours. But be watchful and update me if you have received any SMS or circular on illegal association letterheads.

FIR on Ravi ( son in law of Gaddar ) is registered. Wanted coordinators on behalf of the Survey 375 effected plot owners

After last week fresh complaint ( apart my old complaint on the 27th Oct 2013) on Ravi ( son in law of Gaddar) who illegally occupied several plots in survey No 375, the FIR  is registered in PS Alwal under the same old FIR No 908 of 2013 as one of the culprits. 

But now I wanted to have a coordinator on behalf of us to follow it up with Police Alwal related to this issue. The ideal situation is that someone who is effected plot owners will be good to have as coordinator and request some one to come forward to assist us to take it to logical ends. The follow up includes of recording statements of the victims ( our plot owners) as witness as soon as police issue notices under CrPC 163. Following names are listed as witness.

3. Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy Plot No 127,
4. Mrs. N.Sunitha Plot No 129,

11. Mr.Madhusudhan Reddy. ( He must take his documents to police) 

These above said members only will get first priority with police when demolishing takes place. Rest have to go on their own to PS and lodge separate complaint on their own. I have no data base of rest of 375 effected along with other survey numbers since MB did not give me any info. Even then I requested members to come directly  and lodge complaints with me as per prescribed format given/sent by me. But no one responded other than the following. If any encroachments has to be removed later on their own, it will take yet another 6 to 12 months. Be aware of this. Go and see the plots. If you find any encroachments, you must be ready to lodge personal police complaint as per police new rules. As association, I will give full backing with documents. We are with you. but come forward with your complaints as well. 

As soon as it is done, the remand notice will be issued and case can be taken it forward. The statement pf MRO and RDO will be registered soon as these as government lands. Those dates has to be fixed. He has to follow it up.

Let me be clear. Since I am not able to find time due to multitasking on GO 166, the person who come forward must be sure of that he will be able to do it. I do not wanted any more head aches like Mohan Babu/Gyn did it earlier. These 2 are not with us, itself is a bonus. Now I do not wanted to have someone new to create issues with No rhymes and reasons. Things are going smooth and let us not disturb with problems creators. If no one is coming forward, the action will be delayed since I will take it up when ever I find time. No complaints please. 

Some useless fellows like Mohan Babu and Gyn will not be entertained to criticize me for no fault of me. MB did not do anything on 375  for 2 years 8 months. But now he and Gyn are questioning me why I have not done from past 28 days? This is unbecoming of him and Gyn.  I have been saying that I need some backup guys. earlier, trusting MB, I appointed him. He betrayed me.  Now, no one is coming forward only due to their inabilities and I appreciate that. But I will anyway do it. But at my pace due to lack of time. Members must be aware of this.

Open Plot and house owners of Green Fields as Witness to Villagers/So called Protected Tenents cheating case

Dear All like minded and loyal members.

I have happy to inform you that police recorded my ( draft) statement related to case booked on Villagers cheating us by selling government lands to us by taking Rs.58.05 lakhs. All the documents were given by me which was in order. The police were shocked why the government has kept quite all these years.

The police now will also record government officials statement in this regard in next couple of days. They have also issued notice u/s section 91/160 CrPC to depose as witness to our plot owners and house owners, who got cheated by these culprits. The compulsory statement are required as witness from both governing body members ( that is VP garu- Mr.Om Prakash, Joint Sec- Mr.Inayat, Treasurer- Mr.Dalappaiah) and by the present management committee members ( that is Mr.Ram Babu, Mr.Nagarajan, Mr.Radhakrishna, the newly co-opted members Prof Anil Kumar along with Ms.Vijayanand). Along side, the police gave permission to others to depose as well to strengthen the case. The notice by the police is attached for your ready reference. 

Now I request every members ( both open plot owners and house owners)  to come forward to show our unity and strength to take it forward to avoid the rival taking advantage of sabotaging the issue with help of few internal enemies and enemies within. Since the newly co opted members are active and the better coordination is expected, now we must take the issue to a new level. Unlike the old and illegal committee, we must stop stabbing each others back and work for betterment of GF to reap rich rewards of getting back our lands. Let us not fall in to their trap like Mohan Babu, who feel to Gyaneshwar trap for their own personal benefits. They have their own personal Jenda ( flag) and Agenda ( read selfish needs and egos) but we have larger interest to protect your lands. We put our best foot forward to end such attempts earlier also and succeeded. Let us now take it forward at a better pace. 

Just simply give your names to first inform police. Let us see how many they will take as witness. Since 44 so called PTs and Villagers are booked, I suppose they need 44 of the witness to make the case stronger. 

What should have been done by the first legal committee, headed by the greats like Gyaneshwar and Co, who paid money to the villagers and got cheated and have not taken any action, or by the illegal committee, who colluded with these elements, who were to book the cases on these elements, they never did it. But, now I have taken up sincerely and step forward to show the their place. The money must be recovered to see that our funds are bolstered. Please extend your cooperation to see that we bounce back.
