Dear All,                                                                                                                      23^rd Feb 2014,

All the 3 earlier public notice cum rejoinders dealt with proofs of Gyn/MB discords with me.  Now I have addressed this letter to them directly since they are “Men in Hurry” since they feel that I have not sent the reply to Gyn signed circular. But please notice that both the circulars to colony were not signed by MB.  and the MB name does not even figure in 2^nd circular at all to the colony. Have they fallen apart within a week? Just watch.  Now see the rejoinder directly addressed to them.  If you all see them, please get me the answer.  More evidences to follow on these elements in rejoinder No 5.

Dear Mr.Gyaneshwar garu and Mr.Mohan Babu garu sirs.                            

I am very happy to receive few mails copies directly written by few of our loyal members written to you (those may be few of those 280 members email you have sent to our members) with their adverse comments, which were already forwarded to you and I am very sure that you both are very much happy with such wonderful comments on your great work from past 22 years. This circular clarifies our stand on your circular dated 27^th Jan 2014 by confirming that we, the legal association committee members are nothing to do with all those cases filed/defended by illegal association’s lawyer, to which you are now supporting. I have written this several times in several circulars to the colony and they can see themselves my old circulars.

But let me sincerely make an appeal to you both that since now you both have become (un)official spokesperson of great lawyer and your sworn enemy turned very lovable, honest, gentleman, new found friend Mr.Rajendran and also to the illegal association that you both ( the miserably failed Mohan Babu in survey 375) must come with blue print on the following cases which was all these days, opposed by you both to be represented by the illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran since his proximity to the illegal association/villagers/PTs.  Now you changed your moral stand ( if at you have) that they are nice and honest, you both deserve the credit for joining the now the much sworn enemies, whom you both were opposing tooth and nail all these 5 years when you both were with me.  Those days, when I offered olive branch to compromise with all these forces, both you and Mohan Babu opposed and I left it at that to avoid backlash. Now shamelessly, you both joined with logic not known to anyone and we need not know as such, provided your morals are permitting to be with them. I wish you both all the best. Now colony residents judge you better than me with your double speak and falsehood you started spreading on us.

Though we all member thank  MB for taking you along with him after we sacked/impeached/removed him from GF legal association, we were not sure that he was with you since he often than not denied that he is with you. He never confirmed that you both are together in the topple game. Even after my writing several mails to you both too, you both too did not confirm that you both are together to topple me. Now thanks to your circular dated 27^th Jan 2014, it is confirmed in written with your signed circulars (not signed by MB) to colony that you both are part of the nexus between Rajendran/Satyam and Co in putting the spokes on GO 166 and on my efforts to get the plots. But I will take your joining those forces as positively sign since you both are capable of doing wonders with your outstanding record from past 20 years and 5 years record of MB in doing great work to the GF on survey 375 and I am sure you will also give your plan of action and blue print on the following cases to circulate to the colony members and 280 mails, if at true. .

1) On WP 10469 / 2010. You must give your action plan when the judgment will come since the final arguments are over on 8^thJuly 2013. With help of Rajendran contacts of judges, (the way he helped in WP 3000 according to your new found friend) which the illegal association claims, must be explored and finish the task. I will not interfere in all these cases in which Rajendran has filed counter/Vakalats.  I will not break my word as done by Rajendran, who went back on his word in case WP 3000 and filed counter and also criminal case on me.

2)On WP 16278 / 2013. According to your earlier circulars to colony, your foes turned friend has filed with motive to delay regularization and cause hurdles for sake of money. Now you say he is doing wonders. Please now sit with him and tell me when will be final order will come? Let the colony know how wonderful you both are in doing some good to the society. I am sure you both in for the game? Or will vanish in the thin air soon. Like earlier groups, who not to be seen anywhere?

3) in case of WP 15895 / 2010. Now you say that the hearing has begun with efforts of Rajendran and let us assume that it is with your efforts only it has begun. Please provide us the counter copies of the GP Revenue ( or AG ), Vakalats copy filed by Rajendran, your legal brains counter copies and the final date when it will be decided and the judgment will come to our hands. According to your own circular to the colony, final hearing would be taking place on the 4^th March 2014 and it is implied that the first respondent, that is Collector RR Dist and government has already filed the counter. Please provide us the copy of the same as proof of your false claim. Or, you both and Rajendran are playing mind game? If so, you both and Rajendran will be facing the serious legal consequences for misleading and criminal breach of trust, cheating and criminal conspiracy.

4) Provide the copies of the counter filed by your illegally appointed lawyers his Vakalats, total documents related to the hearing in Revenue Ministry case hearing. If that is not required, go on record and you both and your team of illegal association few left out governing body and your illegal lawyer fully responsible for any mishap. Since I have info that the villagers/PTs with help of their lawyer met minister (villagers told you also when Satya Praveen and others have visted you several times before and met you recently) to influence the case. Now you are saying that your good friendly lawyer Rajendran is doing wonders, please provide the action plan. Or you will be held responsible with legal action along with all of them since you are claiming as their front person and spokespersons. The same your new found friends said that it is not relevant to fight at RDO and JC court earlier case filed by villagers. Now it is proved to be very crucial, which I argued and got the orders.  Police is going to use these both RDO and JC order copies to arrest villagers soon.

5) Provide the copies of the counter filed by your illegally appointed lawyers Vakalats, total documents related to the hearing in of EP filed by Dayanand and assure us that it is fought to protect GF interest. However, if anything goes wrong, you both and all your set of people to whom you are now claiming to be spokesperson will be held responsible and for legal action. Since you say I am creating panic, please clarify the issue in detail.

6) With regards to your mail on the survey No. 375 cases posted for hearing. But to best of our knowledge, we have no such case filed by neither association nor the villagers/PTs, which might have been kept under wrap to create a buffer to protect PTs at later date by you all. Now you both unintentionally disclosed it and made it public, which was kept in wrap? I request you both take full responsibility to give full details like case number, court, who filed it and so on. Or else, you both are creating panic in the minds of 375 plot owners to bring them to MB fold. The legal consequences will be serious if you do not come out with proper reply. Do not take me for granted.

Yet again, I sincerely make an appeal to you to not play with the lives of 1000 plot owners for sake of your self interest, ego and now come with full details with your action plans/blue print. Or else, all of you will be sucked ( you, MB, Rajendran/Satyam and Co) in to the legal tangle since you are not authorized to represent the legal association in any capacity, which will be difficult to escape. Or else, issue a rejoinder and apologize for the mistake. Also, I wanted 280 testimonial mails on you and Mohan Babu Achievements must be circulated to colony by you both with a signed circular. If you think you have no funds, we will raise loan and send the same to colony??? Please approve our plan. Or, shall we circulate with your approval???

Fitting reply by our members to Gyn/Mohan Babu

Dear All,

I understand that yesterday, Gyn/Mohan Babu sent a circular to colony by misleading that there is no case in Revenue Ministry. But I have certified copies of the petition submitted by the villager to the minister in person and I also have the covering letter sent by the revenue department to RR Dist Collector to submit the report on the same. 

If any of you received the circular from these mischief mongers, as they used to send earlier by misleading you, please confirm to send you the scanned copies of the proof of ministry petition so that you all can fire them for their mischief and falsehood they are spreading with fitting reply.

The request for walls reached 123

Dear All,

Our attempt with a proposal to construct the walls with government permission ( may be sharing the cost) is still on. So far, with today confirmations, it touched just 123 mark ( out of 666 open plots) within 9 days from the date of my mail dated 14th Feb 2014. I know that due to the confusion created by the illegal association backed and broken away faction Gyn and Mohan Babu, few of our members are in 2 minds. But let us not forget the fact that the proposal was taken up with our members demands and since now we have time due to a stay on GO 166 in AP High Court,( which was not published by Gyn/Mohan Babu in their various circulars to mislead the members as if the GO 166 is little away or they are ignorant of the fact on position on GO 166 in the court) the proposal was made and working on that sincerely. It will take final shape may be within 120 days to come with government orders. The MRO has confirmed that he has indeed received the direction order from RDO and the new MRO is just settling down with our Mandal files.

I am happy that those who came forward to join but those who are not keen, I am afraid that they may have to go through long processes individually later to get NOC from government. I am not creating panic but fact remains is that the government agencies are lethargic and do not attend individual request since they are busy otherwise with lots of money making machine. Today, since we are requesting the government on cost basis, if the proposal goes through, it will benefit all of us. Those who are still keen, come back to us by end of the month to submit the final list with a proposal. Those who got the RDO letter copy on selective basis to avoid in falling in to wrong hands such letters, it will strengthen their belief that the issue is on the roll. 

Looking at the mails and circulars sent by the disgruntled elements to our members, their aim was to create the discord amongst us and also to create the deficit of truth. But I am sure, you all will not fall into their trap and come out openly, whoever were in 2 minds.

Walls

Dear All,

         I have sent the RDO letter to MRO, asking the report to construct walls in government lands to those who confirmed the participation. These confidential letter from RDO was sent to only those who confirmed to come forward to join to construct walls. 

           The proposal from RDO to MRO says that they must identify the government lands and also the eligible applicants under GO 166 to protect those plots also. Given situation, the whole processes may take at least 90 days for an approval, provided if it is in normal condition prevail soon. So no need to worry about the funds right now. If government comes forward to do on their own fine. Or we will chip in with our funds to protect our plots.

Our Case - Arguments with out COUNTER? Fooling us

Dear All,

On 12th Feb, Mr.S.Chandrasekhar called me to check where I am since he knows that I am with AAP party, Raj Bhavan Road. I informed him that I am at AAP office. He made a request to help him on some small work since he was having some pressing commitment in Secretariat to attend a letter to be collected/released by Revenue Secretary on AG representing 2 cases of GF in AP High Court.

He directed with a request to me to go to RR Dist Collector office to collector a letter from E section and hand over the same to MRO, Malkajgiri.  As per his request, I collected a letter from E section, that is a letter from Jt Collector written to Tahsildar Malkajgiri Mandal stating that WP No 15895 is pending before H 'ble High Court.

Jt Collector also authorizing the Tahsildar to file the counter on this case urgently since the case is now admitted with efforts of Chandrasekhar. The letter was with a copy of the counter sent by MRO for RR Dist Collector approval. 

 

Now I am at a loss that some people are sending mails and misleading our Plot owners and members that the arguments took place on this case whereas NO COUNTER is filed by the Advocate General yet till today, who was assigned the job to argue. How it is possible without government counter the argument? 

I have submitted the letter at the Tahsildar's office same day. I have confirmed the action immediately to our President garu and he was kind enough to thank me for helping him. 

This is for your information to not to believe some section of people who appear to do something but they are misleading all of us.

Dear All,

I have already sent the government letter of RDO to those who sent their confirmation to join to construct walls in our plots with possible government support of funds or with our own funds. The RDO letter is clearly says to keep it ready with GO 166 eligible applicants with sketches.  Those who got the copies, please read and revert to me with your comments and doubts. 

So far 45 members have confirm in 2 days. But for commercial viability to bring down the cost, we need more members. I know it may be playing in your mind that we may have to spend now. Better secure it now with walls and the GO 166 will anyway will be implemented as soon as the stay is vacated. Think it over. I have no personal interest. The very proposal to construct walls was taken up by me on members demand.

The Revenue Department has initiated measures for protecting 12,700 acres of prime government land identified in municipalities and mandal headquarters from encroachments, said Revenue Minister N. Raghuveera Reddy here on Wednesday.

Addressing a video conference of Collectors and Joint Collectors at the Secretariat, Mr. Raghuveera Reddy said that according to the report furnished by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA), 4,700 acres of government land in municipalities of 11 districts and 8,000 acres of land in mandal headquarters in nine districts were identified at an estimated value of Rs.1,000 crore.

The government has released Rs. 30 crore so far for the construction of compound walls or for erecting barbed wire fencing around the prime government land and the CCLA will soon organise a meeting, he said.

Congratulating the AP Land Management Authority officials for measures launched for the resumption of unutilised government land sanctioned by various departments to private parties for different purposes, the Minister said, “Our intention is to ensure proper utilisation of land.”

‘Target is to distribute all government land’

The video conference was basically addressed by the Minister to assess the preparedness of the district administration for the seventh and last phase of distribution of agricultural land to the poor in the wake of agitation in Seemandhra.

While 78 lakh acres of government land had been distributed so far in the State, 1.3 lakh acres of land was identified for distribution to 80,500 beneficiaries in the ensuing phase.

“Our target is to distribute all the government land to the last acre.

In future, if required, the government can purchase land and distribute it to the poor,” he said.

Mr. Raghuveera Reddy asked the Collectors to get village-wise certificates of the extent of government land available for the assignment. If no government land is available, then certificates to that effect should be submitted.

Of about 27,000 revenue villages in the State, government land is available for assignment in 7,600 villages and no land was available in about 19,800 villages.

But ‘No land Certificates’ have come from only 10,000 villages so far, he said.

Vacant posts

Noting that there were vacant 2,025 VRO posts in the State, Mr. Raghuveera Reddy said that Collectors could fill 30 per cent of vacancies immediately by promoting eligible VRAs.

The Revenue Department would soon fill 1,980 VRO posts and 4,634 VRA posts.

How many of you are willing to construct the safety walls to our plots if the CCLA permits???

There were clamor for construction of retention walls for our individual plots from long time at GF for those opne plot owners.  It may become reality soon? According to yes. 

As government policy, the CCLA, AP ( Chief Commissioner for Land Administration) has directed the Dist Collectors of RR Dist and Hyd to construct the walls on large swats of government lands with a special GO, in and around Hyd and RR Dist. But at the same time, GO does not say or speak anything about the small plots of 250 square yards plus of government lands like ours. 

3 months ago, In this connection, I met the CCLA Mr.IYR Krishna Rao garu ( CCLA and Special Chief Secretary) to permit us with a proposal from our side to contribute financially, if they permit us to participate in their efforts to secure these government lands at GF. He was kind enough to listen to me and he asked me to come with a written proposal. On the 16th Nov 2013, I have submitted the detailed proposal and with the copy of my proposal, the officials are directed by CCLA garu ,to explore on this issue by submitting a special report on GF with specific order. I was asked to coordinate with RR Dist Collector, RDO Malkajgiri, MRO Malkajgiri along with other revenue officials. The directions issued accordingly to the MRO through RDO by Collector, RR Dist. MRO also issued instruction to MRI, VRI, VRO to coordinate with me, who are willing to join the proposal. This issue was confirmed by RDO yesterday. 

If they permit us I wanted the following confirmations from you.

1. How many members are willing to come forward with their consents to join this proposal?
2. How much money you are willing to contribute to secure your plots?
3. If I suggest 100% contribution by us, or 2/3 of the total cost or 1/3 of the total, which ever may be accepted, will you join to secure your plots, without any motives?
4. How much time you need?
5. Are you willing to come to MRO office for periodic meetings with VRO/VRI/MRI?
6. Will you agree for my No Objection Certificate (NOC) as GF requirement, as suggested by CCLA?

Based on the feedback from our loyal members, I will submit the list to the CCLA/RR Dist Collector/RDO/MRO with GF NOC and I will follow it up with these officials. The cost details will be shared as soon as it is approved.

Personally, even if the CCLA approves us to spend 100% cost by us, we must agree since we will have hold on our plots and can secure from the encroachments. The GO 166 can be followed as soon as the court cases are settled. I hope you all agree with me?The copy of the confirmation by the government can be had/sent on selective basis, whoever are willing to give their consents.  This was one of the secret mission I was in from past 3 months. I was waiting to communicate this only after the confirmation from RDO.

What Gyn and Mohan Babu are doing now?

Dear All,

The 2 new disgruntled forces (Gyn and MB) are so desperate that they are trying their best to fix me in some case or other with help of the illegal appointed lawyers help and monetary support of the politicians, after they failed miserably with their mails and circulars to garner support of the members. After they posted 280 mails to members, everyone reply was so nasty that, I suppose they realized that their game plan went bust with strong messages from members to not to write anything about me and now trying to approach with police case. The humiliation suffered by them is visible with their " do or die" acts. 

As part of this design and script written by them, as I reported briefly yesterday, both of them went to Alwal PS with my circulars and few mails in the morning and complained to CI. The CI gave very patient hearing and what transpired after that will be known to me when I meet CI today with villagers case issue with government letters to the police. But to their misfortune,  this whole drama was witnessed by Mr.K.P.Sarma, our member in live, who was incidentally at police station on some issue. Since these 2 say that they are saviours of the GF, Sarma invited them to come to CI to strengthen his case. But both of them walked out in a huff with their faces swollen, possibly due to the out come of the meeting with CI. More details will follow after I meet CI in couple of days.

In the meanwhile, before going to the Police station,  Gyn called one of our members by mistake, thinking that he is the SI of Alwal police station and wanted to meet him to fix me with cases. The member heard everything what Gyn said and advised him not to proceed against Sekhar ( me) and it may boomerang on Gyn and Mohan Babu since even police feel that Sekhar is working for a good cause. But as usual, Gyn never listens what others are talking on phone and goes on says what he has to say and the whole advise given by our member drowned in Gyn noisy cribs. Even our member saying that he is not the SI Alwal also was not heard by him. A person, who is with highly charged emotional break down, will behave like this only. They do not listen what others are saying. After may be 30 minutes talk with wrong person, when he calmed down, our member, Mr.Bhaskar Rao, told him that he is talking to wrong person. Then Gyn and Mohan Babu realized their mistake ( it was too late) and shut the phone. Within minutes, I was updated by our members on this issue as soon as these 2 incidents took place. 

Even after these 2 failures, they embarked and called Yogesh Gir to instigate him with some information on him. Yogesh tried to speak to me, but since I was middle of funeral ceremony, I did not take the call. Possibly, they alerted Yogesh of Mr.Sarma lodging the complaint on the land grab ( his plot was encroached by the forces sold by Yogesh), only to see that he escapes with case. These 2 wanted to provoke him for their advantage. But if Yogesh speaks to me over phone, as a precaution, the same will recorded and will be sent to you to hear what he said. 

Will one accused/culprit will be able to help the other to be accused/culprits, who have not filed annual returns and cheated and betrayed our trust? Only time will tell.

I request both Srama garu and Bhaskar Rao garu to confirm what I have written is correct in one line or in detail what they spoke with you.  

I yet again request to those who are silently watching from the sidelines must come forward, strongly condemn such acts and deeds and neutralize them with our unity message in mails.Or else, the matter will drag on yet another 2 to 3 years if they act like this. .

I need help from those who received the mail from Gyn/Mohan Babu

Dear All,

Those who received the following mail from the new spoilers, that is Gyn/Mohan Babu, I seek those members help on the following issue. Please read the Gyn mail Quote" As regards case pertaining to Survey No. 375 is posted for 10th March 2014 "Quote. 

It appears with this mail that apart 5 cases I refered, which I was saying that the illegal lawyer is representing to support the cause of the illegal association future, Now Gyn/Mohan Babu mail, unintentionally disclosed a new case on Survey No 375 with this mail. One of our loyal member wrote to Gy/Mohan Babu to disclose the case number and what for it was filed since he is one of the affected party. But according to available information, no reply came from Gyn/MB till today by clarifying the matter. 

Now the issue is that I firmly believe that the illegal association deliberately concealed one more case ( as they did in case of WP 15895 filed by villagers and  WP 10469 filed by Vijayalakshmi on 28th April 2010 and kept us in dark), this might have been also kept in dark. But in a hurry to become popular, these 2 new elements would have disclosed this case also by not knowing that this was not disclosed by the illegal association or to become HERO's in the minds of members, these 2 elements, as if they are fighting the case on 375, without even such case would have written to only confuse or divert those 375 affected parties.

Now my humble request is that those who received the following mail from these elements, must write a mail to them ( with a copy to me) to disclose the full details or retract their statement to avoid further confusion. I am sure you will come forward to help me to plan our strategy if such case is really exists.

Today, 10th Feb 2014 at 9.30 am, the new set of elements ( both Gyaneshwar and Mohan Babu), were seen at Alwal PS. But the reasons for the same is not known.

But the villagers have met them couple of days ago to seek their help to save them from the case booked by me. Is it in that connection? or what for? is the question. Please watch them closely. Please update if you have any news.

Dear All,

As I requested all our members to respond strongly on mails from those disgruntled members, some have already responded so strongly on Gyn/Mohan Babu mail and I am sure, that must have shaken their very foundation of the so called morals they talk about. I request everyone one of you, those who think that they are stooped such low only due to my plugging of the leakages and frauds happening in the GF association from 20 years. 

• Some have benefited paying money to villagers and took kick backs in settlement amounts. 
• Some have benefited by paying hefty sums to lawyers as fees and took kick backs. 
• Some have made money in the name of BPS and LRS, which not applicable to us. 
• Some have made money by saying that GO 166 has come due to their efforts in the year 2008 and collected money to submit to Collector and made money.

But when someone like me is doing it with no such frills and took pains to bring to such level by taking headon with Dr.P.Shankar Rao, by risking my life, these forces started feeling jittery and played dirty with such false and frivolous allegation and switched sides to make more money.

I thank all those who came in support of me with their strong rejoinders on Gyn atrocious mail to them. I plead and appeal to all of you to write in the same vein and fire these elements to break their morale and see that they desist from doing such acts. When they know that it is at the fag end, they wanted to enter and make a big kill. 

By the way, any of you wanted any latest developments on daily basis, please call me or request me over the mail to send the documents on selective basis to keep the track to avoid the misuse by our rivals like Gyn/Mohan Babu/Satyam and Co.

Why sudden love with illegal association headed by Satyam and Co to Gyn and Mohan Babu??? Why??

      The 2 new trouble makers, the Mohan Babu drafted e-mail, sent from Gyn email account on case related to the WP 15895 is received by 4 of the members and the same is forward to me my evaluation. Thanks to them for their free service. After studying the same, 2 issues have emerged out of that, which I though you all must react what I should do and everyone of you have to come with their reactions since it has it bearing on my taking the issue forward from here on since the acts are nothing but to undermine my authority by these elements with help of????

All these years, I have been saying that few internal enemies ( now you know who they are) are there and I have identified them and trying ease them out and working towards that. I have been saying that these forces are working in tandem with our enemies to destabilize the regularization processes only to delay further and once I get out of the way, they wanted to enter in to the pictures to make a bill kill, as they did it before for 20 years. Or else, how it is possible that now, Gyaneshwar ( for 20 years enemy No 1 to all the illegal association members headed by Satyam, who gave bashing in bus to Gyn and wanted to take revenge through me and also to Rajendran, after he filed the case on Gyn in Nampally court and Gyn wanted to take revenge on him by writing to bar Association on him for his misdeeds) and Mohan Babu { who was dead against taking the illegal association members ( including the resigned SVGK Murty) on board in solve this nagging issue} joined the very illegal forces and turned their spokespersons now on several issues which were opposing? 

Now the questions in our minds are;

1. The illegal elements in the association, headed by Satyam and Co, have not yet come out with any confirmation that they have appointed these 2 sacked elements, Gyn and Mohan Babu as their front persons to speak on behalf of them. Why so? If no such confirmation, why we believe them at all? 
2. Or, is it a new group, headed by Gyn and Co ( with active support of Mohan Babu, the sacked, inefficient 375 sub committee members)  funded by Shankar Rao, working over time, since old illegal committee could not take head on, on me and now Dr.Rao has created new monsters to break me? If so, they will know the legal consequences for that soon. How it will boomerang on them will known to them soon. 
3. If that is not true, if no circular to colony by them, with few left out illegal committee members names in new letter head ( after majority of the illegal members resigned) headed by Satyam, Sivanarayana, Sadasiva Rao, Satyanarayana ( VP), Rajaiah, KBR Prasad, Satyanarayan ( RBI), and Dananjeyudu is in circulation in colony. Why so? Is their silence must be taken as acceptance or rejections? 
4. How come the case 15895 which was filed on 6th July 2010, now listed after nearly 4 years and posted for hearing now on fast track basis after several years? Is it because of their efforts or because of my efforts to post it after Collector gave the attached letter to me? ( proof is attached).
5. What efforts the illegal elements along with new nemesis headed by Gyn and Co, put in to get solved all these case from past 4 years is not spelled by them. The very elements, that is Gyn and Mohan Babu criticized Satyam and Co from past 4 years that they have joined the hands with Shankar Rao and putting spokes in the processes. But how come the very force, Gyn and Co joined the very illegal force, Satyam and Co  and putting spokes and what benefit they got out of that? They must tell everyone now.
6. Can the spokespersons headed by Gyn/Mohan Babu/Satyam and Co/Rajendran provide the scanned copy of their counter of 15895 ( along with all the vakalats on all cases) filed by the illegal lawyer and government counter ( filed by AG, who was asked to represent our case with a letter on my efforts and the copy is attached) today itself by mail if they really attended the court and I am sure they would have got copies by now, and then only would have argued the case and send the same by them today itself since they say that the hearing has started ?? Or hearing has started without AG filing the counter in favor of government??  Let them clarify. No such proofs are sent by them. Please note that,I have been sending such proofs all these years. 
7. Will the final hearing will take place even without government filing the counters on all these cases? If so, how? Let the new spokespersons clarify. 
8. The very Gyn/Mohan Babu, who said that Rajendran is Shankar Rao front-man and now the very Gyn?Mohan Babu say now Rajendran is very nice man, Why so sudden change of heart? Is it due to big money played role, or his free help to fight the land grab issues or due to some other love? Those who speak of morals, why they they are not following the very morals they speak? 
9. When the case filed by the illegal association, that is WP  16275 of 2013 filed on 6th June 2013 ( as a back up if the 15895 is dismissed with my efforts only to delay further) when the same will come for hearing and the counter copies of the government must be sent today if they are putting the real efforts. By now, you all know that they are telling the cock and bull stories only to float above the neck deep water. If all of you, on specific request wanted any proof of my making statements on these issues, I will be sent. 

By the way, even the final hearing took place on the following case on 8th July 2013, but why the judgement has not come till today? Let us take all these free services from these elements, who have swindled from us for 20 years. If it is not coming to me, it is fine. let it come to you by my asking. Please update with those mails to update our members. It is win-win situation to us hahahahaha..

Several developments

Dear All,

Several developments have taken place from past 2 months and all the copies of the letter/petitions by me to those officials and their replies are with me. But on advice of the members, I have not uploaded those scanned copies to avoid misuse. Those who would like to have or know specifically with documents, can write to me,  to send the same on case to case basis to keep the track of the same.  I am sure you all agree with me?

In the meanwhile, 2 members of our mail group ( out of 555) said that they have received a scanned copy of the circular sent by Gyaneshwar and Mohan Babu ( lots crap written by them) to the colony few days ago. They wanted my rebuts/rejoinder for that to be sent to them, which was already in circulation at colony. I have sent the same to these 2 members and they were very happy that I am exposing them strongly their misdeeds and they feel that they must be made naked by the time I reveal all the 5 more circulars rebuts/rejoinders, which will follow to the colony with proofs. Many of them feel that I must take legal recourse as well. Let us explore the same as well. 

If any of you ( according to Gyn and Mohan Babu, they have sent to 260 members these mails, which may be humbuk according to me) have received such scanned copies, please revert to me to see that I send the rejoinders to only those received such mails with scanned circulars. Assuming that since the circular was sent to colony, I have sent the rejoinder to only colony to avoid the spamming of your mails. If you got the mails from them, please revert to me to send the rejoinder copy only to those received such mails specifically. That will be perfect and fitting reply they got with proofs of their misdeeds.
