Dear All,                                                                                                                      9^th March 2014,

By now, GF residents would have been shocked with the proofs sent by us related to villagers approaching the Revenue Ministers personally with a petition, which I was revealing from past 8 months.  These illegal association so called office bearers were in slumbers along with their lawyer, sleeping over the matters for 8 months and now the new 2 negative elements, who were aware of these petitions when they were with me are now trying to mislead the members in colony only to defame me with their falsehood. The 33 kv shocker given by me to these 2 new spokespersons with proofs would have exposed them to such extent that went in to hiding, by hanging their heads in shame for their adventurism. Their double speak is well known, no one came forward to expose them till I did it.

These 2 new champions and (un)officials spokespersons of the illegal elements of the colony, who have so many dubious past by accusing me with several false charges, got caught in their own web. First they said that I acted wrongly on the great Mohan Babu for his failures in case of Survey No 375. But when I have substantiated with every proof of his failure by doing nothing from past 5 years, with no list of affected plot owners with him, no minutes of the meetings with him, no records of any cases and no police action by him, they switched over to new false allegation of loans account. When I countered that with proofs of they never contributed even a single rupee to my funds in form of loans and all those amounts are paid in cash to Poorna, (which I took as my liability now to keep my promise to pay back) they switched over new false allegation saying that I have not done anything from past 5 years. When I countered the same with all the results of the progress we made in the past 5 years, like case booked on Dr.P.Shankar Rao, arrest of him, orders by Collector to survey, booking cases on Ravinder ( Gaddar Son In law ), 44 villagers, Syed Akbar Nizamuddin and Dayanand again, they switched over to new allegation of no cases by villagers with minister. Now it is also exposed, I am sure they will come with few more false allegations only to confuse you and keep you supporting them. But let me assure you one thing. It is well known to the world that those oppose me are Pro-Shankar Rao group and those support me are Pro-Chandrasekhar group, who are interested in regularization. The thin line between good and bad is drawn. Which side you are is at your discretion.

Coming to the double speak by these 2 elements. See the mail by Gyn below and how he contradicts one shamelessly in colony circular differently in different occasions.  In the mail, he says Rajendran is thrown out by Gopal Rao, but in circular he says Rajendran is great and doing wonderful job. Now you decide who is right who is wrong.

In one more the mails to me, the great Gyn writes as follows. It was he who suggested that we must file a complaint to bar council on Rajendran quoting one incident of Virabhadra Rao getting suspended. Though I was not having time, he forced me to take revenge on Rajendran for filing the false case on us. But suddenly, he developed love on Rajendran. Why?  You residents decide what the reason for the change of heart is. Moreover, they must come with detailed rejoinder why suddenly started supporting the illegal association as their spokespersons with the illegal president circular with few left out illegal members to the colony now.

Just recollect on the basis of our complaint against Shri Shivachanran and late Shri Veerabhadra Rao, Advocates, their practice was banned for 3 years. However, both the Advocates approached to Supreme Court for stay, whereas Shivacharan was given stay and other Advocate was denied stay. This is urgently we should do and I will also join with you. In the colony circular, they great Gyn writes that my counter was weak and Rajendran argued well in the case. But see the mail to me dated May 5^th 2012, which says exactly opposite. Gyn did not attend even one hearing due to his personal differences with Jt Collector Mr.Jaganatham, who was earlier a plot owner in GF. Though JC told me the total story about the Gyn and his involvement in settlement to the villagers and so on, Gyn told me a different story, which I have to verify with Mr.Janganatham, who is in touch with me even now. I will update you with a circular later after meeting him soon with more developments.

Now you colony residents must get the following clarification from these illegal elements represented by these 2 new champions, Gyn and Mohan Babu, the (un)officials spokespersons of the illegal association. They are keeping silent from past few weeks on various questions I have asked only to cover-up their misdeeds committed in GF affairs. It is they who did wrongs for several years and now they tried their best paint it on me. But if they come out with proofs of the following, they will salvage their little left dignity in the society.

1. Did colony get the counter copy of the WP 15985 of 2014 filed by MRO, which according to Gyn/Mohan Babu circular has come for final hearing on the 4^th March 2014 in AP High Court? Now the date already over, I hope you all got the copy of the final order, even without government counter? I am sure these kind of magic can be created by only Gyn/Mohan Babu with help of few left out illegal association governing body members and their lawyer, Rajendran, who claims that he is very close to judges.
2. I am sure by now, Gyn would have sent the copies of the legal notice sent by one useless fellow land grabber, who was affected, which is according to Gyn is known to me. But when I denied, he is not willing to come out with the name of the person who sent the notice. Since it is falsehood spread by him, he has not come out with names. See how he is misleading the colony residents with such false information.
3. These 2 negative elements could not come out with road map after the final hearing is over related to the Vijayalakshmi case. Though the final hearing is over in Aug 2013, why the illegal lawyer with help of judge’s contact could not get the order till today? Even these greats could not come out with any explanation?
4. What these 2 elements did not tell you in their circulars is that the GO 166 is on hold with a stay order (which these 2 elements are not aware of) and promising the early regularization to make impact to get your support. They are fooling you with such false promises. Please go and ask them is it true or not. If they say what I say is false, I will send the stay order copy to colony at their cost. Ask them stop fooling you.  But unfortunately, you colony people are soft on such elements, and hard on real workers, like me.
5. Now most important issue everyone of you must ask these 2 negative elements on behalf of the illegal forces as their spokesperson is that the new issue cropped up with stay by Dr.P.Shankar Rao ( though his blood brother) related to the WP 24846 of 2013 as stated below. Are these elements filed counter by 7^th march 2014 or shall I file the counter with help of my lawyer? I will not file if I do not get any reply from them and it is their responsibility to clear this case with their illegal appointed lawyer. What happen yesterday when it came to hearing/ all these details are must be sent to colony by circular. If this case goes exparte, Gyn and Mohan Babu, along with Rajendran and illegal association members are full responsible and will have to face legal consequences.

6. Now what are these 2 new champions stand to file counter in case of exposed Revenue Minister Petition by villagers? Now it is clear that the villagers filed the petition is proved beyond doubt, if your colony residents feel that they are really doing great job, please confirm the same.  But anything goes wrong, the colony residents will be held responsible with demolishing by Dr.P.Shankar Rao at least 20 house with a court order. This is the inside information I can only give you. But if Shankar Rao gets compromised by taking money, I will implead in that case and I see that those 20 houses are demolished. Then you know the power of courts. Watch my words. This is not too far.

Its been more than 2 decades now! Years of struggle and yet facing hardships! Mr.Chandrasekhar's extreme dedication towards the issue has always been appreciated. Justice delayed is justice denied! We will not let our efforts go futile! A few unwanted elements have always intervened and diverted the issue and taking credit into their favour. A struggle of this intensity should not be suppressed. 20 years and counting, we have been fighting relentlessly and have come very close to seeking justice. At this very moment if such elements are playing their games, they will have to face serious actions from all the members! These elements have been warned every now and then but it doesn't seem to bother them. But now the time has come! We members are stronger than before! We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice! These elements should stay out of our way else it will call for serious action from all the loyal members! 

Petition to His Excellency Governor

Dear All members,

I am exploring for an appointment with the present His Excellency Governor garu since AP is now under president rule. The office of the governor was contacted and they said asked me give any representation. I have already submitted one related to delay in arresting the criminal, Dr.P.Shankar Rao and the audience letter with His Excellency  Governor is under processes.  

But one member ( Mohan Rao Karanam) feels that we must meet individually ( without Green Fields name) and without even mentioning about Dr.P.Shankar Rao name with a petition, for whose ( Dr Rao) sake it is delayed. Though I am not keen, since he suggested, I thought I will float the idea/issues to members/public to give their opinion.

If we go without Dr.Rao name and say that our applications are pending under GO 166, he will simply send the same to Revenue Dept/Collector, who are scared to attend the case due to fear of the very Shankar Rao. Once we go and say without core issue, like Shankar Rao and his criminal involvement, we will lose our right to go to him again on the same issue later, with Shankar Tao name, which will be too late.

So I feel that we will make one common petition in GF name and meet him  with few like minded members and also send individual petitions by post ( as per the format to be designed) and the same can be signed by members and can be posted to him in large numbers.  Though I am very skeptical that members will post such petition directly to him (with may be one copy to us) in large numbers, let us make an attempt to such experiment. Only 100- 150 are active out of 600 plus members in mail. So, it will be not sufficient to impresses him.   If majority this format, I will make arrangement accordingly.

Dear Sir,

Though I did not understand what your says, I presume that you are asking us to see Governor and that too on GO 166. Let me clarify the following since when you talk over phone, neither you allow to me clarify what you ask, nor you are willing to read my mails in form of updates on daily basis. Since you leave some mails and read some mails, you lack the knowledge of the total issue as such.

1.       The GO 166 is on hold due to communist party stay order in AP High Court. I am sure since you do not wanted mails, you might have not got the mail as well.

2.       Shankar Rao took one more stay from AP High Court on our regularization to be processed by Collector order dated 15^th march 2013. This also you might have missed. I have sent by mail. O have attached the copy of the stay for your knowledge. This was keep secret by the rivals ( Gyn. Mohan Babu, Satyam and co)

3.       The order of the Collector E5/1400/2008 dated 15^th March 2013 also says to regularize as soon as the case is No WP 15895 is deposed by AP high Court. This order copy 20 pages can be downloaded from website.

4.       Yesterday, on my representation, govt issued orders to Advocate General to represent all our cases to clear from High Court. You might have missed this also since it is a big mail, it would have not come with order copies.

5.       Now since the whole revenue department is under the disposal of the Election Commission, even Governor will not able to call them

6.       Last but not least, I do not know anybody in governor’s office since this issue is fresh to us of the President rule.  If you can help me, certainly we will explore.

What baffles me is that, like you many prefer short cut methods, which will not work in our case since the issue so complex and complicated and no one realized till I took over this 2009.  I get such free advises every day but I request them to come forward  and help me but they make me their enemy for seeking the help and vanishing in the thin air  and do not surface or accuse me of something like what Gyn and Mohan Babu or for that matter all those who left did it. So I do what is the best in possible circumstances. I just listen and leave at that.

The fabricated circular to defend their misdeeds

Dear All,

I just came to know through our field intelligence unit that those who mislead you with final orders is coming on 15895 with a circular last week are trying to defend their misdeeds with a new circular and trying to confuse you all yet again. One who says he do not know English, has sent to it to other, who is an engineer, who talk big and write sweet words to mislead is correcting it ( only when he finds time) and sending it by tomorrow and next few days.  Just wait and watch.  

Now they are running for cover with so much desperation and they will be caught with yet another fraud soon.  I have also laid new trap them and even I have dared to alert to them. But with overconfidence, they still  will do more mistake and get caught right royally. Let us have a fun.

All these copy cats with retrospect effect have tried their best to do every mischief just to copy me. But they got caught. In the processes, our members lost money and faith. But these are still trying emerge to do more damage. It was predominantly house owners  like Satyam, Sivanarayana, VP-Satyanarayana, RBI Satti, Sadasheva Rao, Durga, SVGK, Danenjeudu, now old guard and his company and so on. What hurts me more  this time is that even one open plot owners joined these fraudsters, causing damage to our open plot owners as well.  That is more sickening. But with my faith in GOD, they will face defeat after defeat more in coming days. They will vanish soon in thin air. Keep faith in GOD. When we pray GOD for good, he will help us. When they pray GOD to hurt someone, they will face more humiliation than expected. Some of them are doing vratham every month in the name of Satyanarayan Swamy to will help them??  But they come out of the Pooja and tell 100 lies, 200 mistakes. One goes to Ayyappa every year. But comes out of the deeksha and hurts yet another devotee of the same GOD. He goes to ask GOD bless him. I go to the same Ayyappa to ask HIM to help us to get our plots. HE knows the difference. GOD will see what others are doing.  Let them not forget that.

Can you get AG sanction???

Dear great Mr.Gyaneshwar garu sirji and Mr.Mohan Bau garu sirji.

Good morning to you.

I just came to know yesterday evening that the AG to represent our case ( WP 15895 and also to be represented by AG the newly filed case  by your new found friends from illegal association on villagers WP 16278 / 2013 ) was valid for 2 years only was expired and we have to take it up with first collector again, RR Dist with a representation to renew, then to revenue ministry through their Revenue Secretary ( lands ) and then it will go to law ministry and then after approval , it will be come back in the same route. Then collector will communicate to the RDO and MRO to represent the case as it was done last time sir.

Now since I am not doing anything past 5 years, I was fooling the public, you both are doing wonders from past 22 years, can you go the RR Dist Collector ( since you both going every day to RR Dist Collector from past 22 years) and do the needful sirs? You will get wonderful positive publicity for your sincere fight to get our plots in GF and that too you both are also doing with your own money ( without looting members  like me) and sending the circulars to members sir. You both are capable of doing this in 10 days flat sir.

However, if you say that you both are not having time and money, please let me know, so that we will try ( I cannot assure you sir) and it may take at least 120 days sir. Can you send the representation drafted ( with your good English) by you both with new letterheads of the few left out illegal association members, whom you are now supporting with your new posts as their (un) officials spokespersons and send it to me to take it and do it on your behalf sir?? I am sure you will cooperate sir to take credit for such wonderful job sir.

WP 15895 of 2010 as final hearing on the 4th March 2014 turned to bogus claim

I said it so. The Pro P.Shankar Rao forces activities is exposed once again. The claims by Satyam and Co spokespersons, taken up by both Gyn and Mohan Babu with a circular to the colony on WP 15895 of 2010 as final hearing on the 4th March 2014 turned to bogus claim and the case is yet to be admitted ( see the status column below) for hearing even as per the website of the AP high courts as below. Moreover, the GP Revenue is not suppose to represent our case since it is assigned to AG (who already filed his Vakalats with my 2 years earlier letter) and the new Vakalat is yet to be filed with new letter released just yesterday.

Gyn/Mohan Babu for their circular to colony with false information on Petition

Dear Sri Gayenshwar garu,

In your letter(circular no 4)  dated 27 February 2014, addressed to the members of Greenfield, an attempt was made to establish that Sri S.Chandrasekhar is a fraudster and lair.

I am really shocked to note this because in his circular letters , Sri Chandrasekhar never referred to granting of permission by the authorities but only mentioned the issue as a proposal.In case you had not seen those letters, I would be very happy to forward to you for your reference.

In this context, I would also like to invite your attention to para 4 of your above circular no 4 ,where in it was mentioned that the officials who were contacted by you had confirmed that permission for construction of walls was not given.Please inform members whether the confirmation so given was in writing.If so,provide the same to them in support of your accusation.If not, What moral right you have to accuse Sri .Chandrasekhar with whom you had worked till recently.

I ,personally appreciate the efforts put in by you and appeal to you to come back to Sri Chandrasekhar to strengthen our cause.

RED Letter Day- Direction Order (DO)/GO released to ask AG to represent our cases

Dear All,

Yesterday was yet another landmark and RED letter day in our efforts to cross yet another hurdle with all these roadblocks caused by these several divisive forces.  

On my petition to Collector,  I am happy to inform you that the revenue ministry, through the Principle Secretary, revenue department , after approval from the legal department and Chief Sec, they have released the DO/GO ( Direction Order/Govt Order) letter to Advocate General to represent 2 cases in AP High Court with immediate effect. 

The officials called me yesterday to take the copy of the letter and to handover the copy to the AG, Collector, RDO and MRO. The copy of the Collector is already given yesterday itself. The balance will be finished in next few days. This DO order includes the WP 15895, which the Gyn says it is in final hearing stage at AP High Court with help of illegal association lawyer Rajendran help, even without government filing the counter. When we have asked how it is possible ( even Thyagaraj pointed in his mail when he collected the counter copy to be filed from Collector office to MRO), no sound from them.

The AG already filed the Vakalat on my last petition 2 years ago. Now the only the counter is to be filed. I will be on the job and update you soon. 

On selective basis, those who wanted these copies of our efforts with correspondence with collector, request from Collector to Revenue Dept with our petition to them, Revenue department sanction letter can be sent based on my discretion only to those who ask on exclusive basis  to avoid for negative elements sabotage on our efforts.

Did new copy cats sen the Final order copy to you from Gyn and Mohan Babu on WP 15895??

Dear All Members.

We have decided to take free service offered by those 2 new copy cats and champions of the Green Fields, that is Gyn and Mohan Babu on all the 4 pending cases in AP High Court. Lat week, their mail to you said that they are getting the order of WP 15895 of 2010 since final hearing is taking place on the 4^th March 2014.  Please wait for 7 more days and see if you are getting any mails from them with final orders. Then you know what they are talking.

Till today, even after several reminders to these 2 new copy cats and greats to send the para-wise  remarks/counter filed by GP Revenue or AG related to this case to prove that the final hearing is over. But even after several days, they went underground from that day onwards I asked these copies and started writing irrelevant circulars with falsehood on Walls and Revenue Ministry cases and so on. Now I have nailed them with documents to prove we are right by mail and also to the colony, I am sure they will never surface with replies. Let us wait and see what new falsehood they will spread in the new mail or circulars. We have laid a trap for that too.

Surprisingly, today, these 2 new champions were never seen anywhere ( 6 places) where I went. Where are they? These 2 copy cats  said that they will update you on my visits as new Watch Dogs on me??? Let them say first then I will send you proofs where I went.

Gyn/Mohan Babu for their circular to colony with false information on Petition

Dear All,

Yesterday, I have sent the proofs of the petitions filed by the villagers/so called PTs with Minister. But the Gyn/Mohan Babu circular ( attached) says that I am lying and no such petition was filed. Just see how dangerous campaign they are launching on us to destabilise and delay the GO 166.

Even on walls, they said I am misleading you as if I said the permission has come for walls. But the mails from me are that proposal to allow us to construct walls were to protect from encroachments with cost share basis. Here too, they wanted to finger the government by depriving us the benefit with their negative vibes. 

If you read the attached circular and the proofs sent by me, yo will understand the veracity of the claims. 

I request everyone of you to condemn their attitude and if they have no capacity to help us, it is fine. But let them not spoil the chances of getting the plots.

We do not approve the actions of both gyan and mohanbabu and strongly condemn their actions which are detrimental to the interests of open plot owners. I request them to cooperate with Sri chandrSekhar who is trying to help the plot owners

I strongly feel offended by these stupid and negative elements undermining our effort to secure our land and regularise. I feel all our open plot owners who have come forward to build the wall should strongly protest this behaviour and work towards exposing them for their criminal acts.

I condemn in very strong words , their unnecessary and uncalled for interventions and would like to inform them that we are all solidly behind you ( Sri Chandrasekhar) in your genuine efforts and we are very confident that no one else other than you ( Sri Chandrasekhar) can achieve the ultimate goal ( ie getting our plots regularised in our names).

We have seen for all these years what the so called old committee has done to achieve the goal and we have no faith whatsoever left in them. Hence there is no question of our believing their cock and bull stories let alone getting carried away by the crocodile tears they are shedding now.

Yet again, these 2 elements (“Fingering Specialist – FSG” Gnyaneshwar and the “ Litigation Master-LMMB” , Mohan Babu)  have faced such set back that they thought I am just playing mind game on a case filed by villagers with Revenue Minister and they thought that if proof would have been with me, I would have uploaded in the site. But I have deliberately did not upload, but only to trap these illegal elements and the newly formed negative elements.  With effect to this, they wrote a circular to the colony saying that no such case was filed by the villagers (since these Gyn and MB might have thought that villagers are telling the truth to them, who are in touch with these 2 elements from past 3 months) and these 2 elements had sadist pleasure for a day only by thinking that they have exposed me.  I have countered them in the colony with proof of the Petition to Revenue Minister with dates and also with the covering letter of the Principle Secretary to the Revenue to collector, along with collector detailed report to the Revenue Minister through the PS Revenue. It was shocking to them and they have to face flasks of the members since they are playing dirty games with lives of the members.  

The details of the rejoinder cum circular to the colony as follows:

Quote the circular “According to the eyewitness account is that the villagers went to the Hon. Minister Mr,Raghuveera Reddy and met him along with the villagers lawyer, Raghupathi Reddy, whose friends have very good contact with the Ex-minister on the 15^th of April 2013 in noon. With dangerous intention, they tried to confuse the Ex-minister saying that the Green Fields lands are a SC/ST village and it is getting grabbed by upper cast people. This mind game is very dangerous and they played the same game to win over him. The petition also was with several hidden agenda items to take back the lands from us. He gave a patient hearing and asked the OSD to forward the petition to the Principle Secretary ( Revenue) immediately, who was kept in the loop on this petition to seek the report very urgently. The 25 pages villagers petition was forwarded by a special messenger to the revenue department on the same day and the same was received by them on the 15^th April 2013 itself. Now let these elements go by taking these proofs, the so called saviors/champions/new watch dogs of the colony, Gyn/Mohan Babu along with Satyam and Co with 20 years of failures in GF affairs can go to the Ex-minister and find out the truth at Ananthpur. For any good, they may not travel to this extent. But let them go now.

After due examination, the petition was forwarded to the Collector RR Dist vide PS Revenue Memo No 14695/JA.1/2013 dated 10^th May 2013 to examine the same was sent to Collector for specific remarks to the Govt for taking further necessary action in the matter. The petition was received by the Collector office on the 24^th May 2013. The issue came to my notice from ministry offices, revenue department, from the collector from our contacts, I had a meeting with Joint Collector on this issue. The file was circulated to the E section to prepare a detailed report to send it to the PS-Revenue department to defend the government rights. Accordingly, the 5 page RR Dist Collector reports was prepared vide letter No E5/1400/2008 dated 22^nd July 2013 and sent to the Principle Sec, Revenue. The copies were supplied to us under RTI act vide their letter E2/3766/2013 dated 24^th Aug 2013. All these documents can be downloaded if you wish from website. Or, you can send an email or you can your email ID by SMS to us to send the personal copies to nail these elements, who are out to defame us. Now the question is our mind is why Gyn, who knows personally very well that those villagers (that is according to Gyn, the villagers are called the other parties) filed these petition (I told him this info when he was with us and he confirmed to me that I was right) now defers? Unquote the circular.

I have attached those documents for your ready reference. But this what happened to those who wanted to do negative things and will face flask if they do anything against me. What is that they are going to achieve by doing such negative things with negative mind set?

Now divide is very clear. Those who talk good about the Green Fields are Pro-Chandrasekhar faction and those who talk against GF are Pro-Dr.P.Shankar Rao faction/elements. Now I need not tell who is who. It is decided by media/market/public at large.

They have faced similar fate with MRO office related to the walls construction. The mail is already sent to you.

The 2  disgraced and broken away members from the main stream of the legal association due to their own making and EGO, that is greats Gyn and Mohan Babu ( one is known as “Fingering Specialist –FSG” Gnyaneshwar and the other is known as “ Litigation Master-LMMB” , Mohan Babu) have faced such insult that their faces turned red when they went to MRO office of Malkajgiri Mandal to verify the truth of my efforts of constructing walls to project the same as fake. But this what those who wanted to do negative things will face against me where they go. I wanted to see the eyewitness account statement as follows.

After searching RDO office for hours ( since they do not know where it is) , both Gyn/Mohan Babu  gave up to search the RDO office and went to MRO office and try to seek the audience with MRO and Dy MRO. In a way, I am very happy since they never visited these offices in the past 5 years even once, not even once, now visit these offices often, not to do good, but to do bad to GF. But by then, it was too late to them since the Green Fields issue was well briefed by me, by the outgoing MRO to these 2 new officials and also by the new RDO and their office staff along with MRO office staff that the only persons, who helped government to neutralize Dr.P.Shankar Rao on GF government land issue is none other than Chandrasekhar, and to these officials, the only name registered in their minds.  These 2 negative elements ( Gyn and MB) waited for long hours and at last, they entered in to the cabin of the MRO. Our eye witness, Mr.Dalit Sekhar who was inside the campus and saw their interaction with these 2 officials for just 15 seconds ( my showing these 2 elements photos, my description of how these 2 elements look, one is fat, short and curly hair and other is black and short, these eyewitness recognized as Gyn and MB)They asked MRO ( even without introducing their names, from where they are coming and purpose, )  that has the MRO permitted construction walls in GF was the question they asked.  Immediately one of the officials, said do not ask anything about the Green Fields and get out. I know they will deny all this. But the audio of the eyewitness account will be sent to all as soon as it is recorded, which they are willing to give detailed account. These 2 elements have no choice than returning empty handed with red faced.  But I am happy that they are made to run around with my news and I am sure they spend their own time, energy, money and run around for some more years to make them spend their own money to various offices and I can assure you that they will not succeed in their mission to destabilize GF victory.  Now to make them spend, I will also few fake news to those elements, so that they go around and struggle to get the news. Full time pass. We will have last laugh….hahahaha.

But what these 2 negative elements do not know is that I have already sent the RDO letter on selective basis to those who confirmed to me that they are ready to come forward ( so far 141 only) to construct walls and even then after my sending on selective basis, someone would have passed on the general mail on this issue to these elements out of 666 mails I have sent. But they thought I am misleading the members and they planned to gain some support of the members as if they want to expose me. They do not know that I have deliberately laid mines under their carpet by censoring the documents, which will blast on their face. I was also since closely monitoring their movements on how they are planning to finger our efforts to do good, I have not sent to their undercover 3 members the RDO letter, who wrote that they wanted the RDO letter copy. Then these 2 elements thought  I am laying since I did not send the copies to those undercover agents. Then they had a grand plan to expose me as their efforts to win few members support in their destroying the GF colony one more time to make money freely and without my fear of checking them. Unfortunately, as I expected, since I have sent the proof of the RDO letter, their plan blasted on their face. They quietly retreated and went in to underground.  But they did not stop at that. As a face saving measure, they wrote a circular ( copy can be downloaded from website)  and tried to poison the colony resident members with falsehood who are well entrenched with houses. The GF colony residents are known that they are not bothered on walls for open plot owners nor regularization since they think they are safe with houses.  Moreover, they do not believe Gyn at all. Which is universally knows truth.

We have countered them with rejoinder cum circular to the colony as follows:

Quote our circular to the colony “Coming to the protecting walls of the open plots. It is pathetic to see that these disgruntled/out of favor  elements are trying to make “mountain out of mole” by creating the discord/mistrust in the minds of the open plot owners, who are dreaming to have the walls to their plots from several years much less before the regularization takes place. Interestingly, one of them who suggested to have walls along with 100 plus members 2 years ago was (after demolishing his plots illegal wall), none other than Mohan Babu himself and was a party to such proposal for his selfish needs once. Now since he left us, he is raking up controversy on our efforts with yet another controversial figure of the colony, who is the self proclaimed founder President of GF, Gyn. The issue of walls came up when I met CCLA with an appointment on the 16^th Nov 2013 at 2.15 pm at his chambers. He was upraised of the illegal construction in the GF with paper articles and he was kind enough to listen to me in detail. I have proposed to construct walls to entire open plots in GF government lands along side, I have also proposed to the share cost if the government gives permission to individual plots owners as well on cost share basis since it is government lands to construct walls. I gave written proposal and the same was forwarded to Collector RR Dist vide CCLA office letter No BB1/1123/2013 dated 21^st Nov 2013. These all copies also can be downloaded or can be had on request. The new “Watch DOGS” (old Watch Dog, KBR Prasad is retd after barking for several years) can run around to CCLA and obtain or can be had through their proxies. The Collector received the proposal and the same was forwarded to the new RDO (Malkajgiri Division) to seek their report with marked sketch of open plots to identify to consider our proposal. In any of my communication, I have never said that the walls constructions were permitted to individual plots ( but only government land will be protected with walls) and we are seeking permission to construction walls to open plots also based on the MRO report, that too only to the eligible GO 166 applicants. To project that I am wrong, these elements are trying to cover-up their mistakes with someone rights. What they did not do in 22 years, I made attempt to help the members.

Till now, the proposal was not communicated to the colony with circular since you all are comfortably living with houses and you do not need walls. You need only people like Gyn and Satyam to create trouble and not one who will solve like us and you all put up with such elements. Even GOD will not pardon you all for such kind of attitude. Except around 25 members of the colony residents, many of you are watching from the sideline what will happen if you do not join us. But one day your own houses will be demolished by Dr.P.Shankar Rao (which he is now planning with his contacts in new state). That day, no one, I repeat, no one will support you, other than Chandrasekhar. Think again and decide to be with us or with those who ran way when 8 plots were occupied by Dr.P.Shankar Rao/Dayanand. The orders to demolish and book the case are already issued. Think again to be with those who did not protect 60 plots in 375, gave NOC and took money and kept quite till I booked cases on all of them. The orders to demolish and book the cases for this also released. Think again to be with those paid money to the villagers without title and kept quiet for 20 years without booking cases. Now, I have booked the cases and Govt also issued orders to book the cases and take action on them. It is matter of time . All these 3 order copies of the government can be had on email request.

This has relevance only to the open plot owners and the mails/SMS and circulars went to only open plots owners. Why these elements are so much frustrated with such developments? Those who wanted to have my proposal letter to CCLA to permit the walls, the letter by CCLA to collector on our proposal to Dist Collector and his letter to RDO, RDO letter to MRO, MRO letter to the VRI/VRO/MRI can be had from website or can be requested for personal copy by mail. The officials at these revenue departments do not know who is Gyn/Mohan Babu since they are also new (even admitted by Gyn in his circular that they knew) but the old MRO and Dy MRO are kept in loop in this issue & the copies of the letters given CCLA are with them as well. Since it was asked to keep it confidential all these days till it was communicated to MRO, they would have been cautious. Moreover, the original proposal was with CCLA, why these officials come to know now what will be the decision. The detailed report called by CCLA through Collector RR Dist on urgent basis will take at least 120 days since our layout is too big. Let us wait and see what will happen. I am sure if the government permits, these elements will have problems since the open plots cannot be encroached by these elements’. I have proved time and again, I do not tolerate nonsense & misdeeds, be it Shankar Rao, be it Ravi (so called son in law of Gaddar), or be it Satyam & Co or Gyn & Co. I have no love lost with such elements. Now it is your time to prove that you are with me or with them, that too for your own good. All these days, the reason to be away from me is since I was with Gyaneshwar. Now I am not with him forever. No more excuses from residents of GF anymore in the name of Gyn or likely to join the illegal elements? Do not leave this settlement to your children. Move on quickly” . Unquote the circular by us to the colony.

I wanted everyone open plot owners to condemn such negative acts of these forces and trying to undermine our efforts to get walls for securing our plots in the name of exposing falsehood with our true  efforts to win support of the members with their dirty acts. What punishment do they deserve for such acts? Please decide and we will carry out the same. Even the falsehood they tried to spread on the Revenue Ministry with a petition was not filed by the villagers was exposed with proofs by me.
