The changes in various revenue departments’ postings after the new state is formed & government was formed are almost over. We have a new MRO & she took charge couple of days ago. We met her on Monday, 16th June 2014 @ 1.30 pm at Neredmet MRO office to formally introduce our self to help us in our endeavor.  We also have new Collector & he will give specific appointment soon after he settles down in his new assignment. We also have new CCLA, who is excellent officer. I have sought appointment with him through our known contact. 

In the meanwhile, since no apology came from those 2sum ( Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu) on false information via SMS to CI, CCS, last week, I met & had a detail discussion with DCP, Malkajgiri ( who is nodal officer to seek the details from the cell phone companies to book the criminal cases)  to lodge a written complaint to seek the full CDR and the print outs of the SMS from the Cell Phone service providers to book the cases on those rouge elements. The CI and SI Alwal PS are also kept in the loop. It is matter of time to seek their case to be registered since they have apologized. I have to press for case to be registered with time at my disposal since I am busier with several other issues related to GO 166. I have information that these forces are moving anticipatory bails in courts since they are caught red handed?? There is no escape for them and let their good friend advocate Rajendran advise them it is true or not??

After this meeting, on directions from the DCP, Malkajgiri, the CI garu gave appointment 18^th June 2014 at 12 noon on urgent basis to sort out few issues related to arrest of the villagers for their cheating by selling the government lands to us and for rejoinder circular. The FIR is already registered on villagers. Till today, villagers have not proved their title based on the notice to them.  The members meeting with CI at Alwal PS (which was on hold due to CI busy schedule) with dates will be decided in few days. On that day, we will lodge all the 3 complaint on the rogue elements also with their false claims and frauds and so on.  The CI and SI garu, also said that they will not interfere nor allow those elements anymore with any false complaints on me and cleared the rejoinder cum public notice on those elements circular dated 13^th May 2014 to the colony with several falsehood, lies, contradictions and distortions on their police complaint. The same is circulated to the colony now. Since it is they who broke the understanding with police by not to write any circulars on me with lies, police said that I am free to write rejoinders anytime.  This circular is the testimony of that. Even CI and SI garu were surprised with the false information they wrote in the circular, which never happen in PS. I told them that when they wrote such lies, which happen in front of the police, imagine how much lies they would have wrote falsehood/lies/damaging info in the colony circulars?? They are now seized of the matter.

I have informed the SI of my movements while starting from my house on the 3rd May 2014 and it was not checked by the SI as stated by these elements. I told him that I got stuck in traffic jam, he said he will take rest since he did night duty and will be PS till I come.	The circulars say that SI was checking my whereabouts as if I am a criminal on the run and no such incident took place. It was Mr.Gayanehwar who was hiding from the police when Ms.Durga gave complaint on us to CI, Alwal long ago.
They have given a written complaint but police threw it on their face since they did not find any basis to book the case since it is pure civil matter.	The complaint was even not ackn by police, but they have written as if the police entertained their complaint. They have distorted the facts. No evidence of their police complaint ackn is produced to colony till today??? Did they?
I went with only one advocate that is Mr.Lakshiminarasimhan. 2nd person was an anti corruption activist.	Their circular states falsely that I went with 2 advocates. They were shocked to see the advocate.
Me and my advocate have asked the SI that these 2 elements are agreeing in written that my circulars unnamed persons are these 2 since they are giving in written, but the names are not mentioned by us?	Strangely, they agreed that it is they who are spreading that information. Our advocate asked, when they agree that they are the one who are spreading the falsehood, where is the question of the case?? No mention of that.
At this time, I voluntarily asked the police to book the case on me, lodge an FIR and investigate fairly with our rejoinders and their own circulars with several falsehood, lies, and distortions and so on. If I found wrong, I must be arrested and if they found wrong they must be arrested.	They have not mentioned all these to save their own skin in their circulars. They were dumb struck with my offer. Their faces were swollen with such cool offer. They fear in their face is visible. You can go and meet the SI for confirmation.
When the SI asked about the accounts, I said police has no right to ask, but however, I have accounts ready with me and can be produced to them. But I asked the SI to check what way they are interested to know about my personal expanses when they have not paid even a single rupee as loan nor as expenses and since I spent from my own funds??	Their heroic circular does not state the very fundamental question that I have asked right in front of the SI and they conveniently avoided that issue for their own peril.  They have not mentioned that they kept quite without any answer on this question.
SI was nice and gentle with us and never took any serious view of their false complaint.	The rogue elements circular says falsehood
We told SI that these 2 are Dr.P.Shankar Rao group supporters and we are dead against Dr.Rao	The rouges kept silent.
I told that I have already circulated the consent letters to members for AGM to be organized at which ever place the members ask with choice.	They have not mentioned this at all in false circular and distorting the facts happen in PS. I have showed the copy.
When I said that since these elements are pro Shankar Rao group, if I organize the AGM at colony, they will disturb. I quoted the illegal association EGM as example.	The police said they will provide protection to me/us as they did earlier when illegal association did not allow us to enter in EGM. Not to them. A 100% lie if they to them.
They asked how many plots I have?? I said 2.	They asked them too. They said one each.
I told SI that I am fighting a lone battle with Shankar Rao with risking my own life/personal safety and that too with my own money. I was emotional when I was saying this. I was shedding tears with chocked tone. I told police that if I am wrong, they must arrest me. If they are wrong, they must be arrested.	The falsehood by them is that as if I cried to save myself from police arresting me. On the contrary, I told police to arrest me and produce at magistrate house to seek the bail. Then I told police to arrest these 2 in 3 different cases ready with me. My advocate confirmed that 3 cases are with him. They kept quite when they came to know that I have 3 cases ready with me with fear.
These rouge elements said that they will conduct AGM at colony with their 280 supporters, but they projected as If I am opposing to conduct at colony. I told SI to send their supporters consents to agree with AGM at colony. None came forward to this challenge.	But according to the consents letters from the colony, not even single letter came from any of their supporters. Even these 2 and their hidden supporter, Nagarjuna Rao also did not send his consent to organize the AGM at colony.
SI asked us (me and advocate) what is the solution for this?? I told SI that since the falsehood/lies was started by these 2 anti social elements in form of circulars, I am only sending the rejoinders as public notice. I said that they must stop these circulars, then I said to SI that where the question of my rejoinders??	Then SI said to them to stop such falsehood, lies, distortion, irrelevant issues, and false allegations on us. They agreed. But, thankfully, they started with such bigger falsehood and the police understood their evil designs now. He called them on cell and warned them to be at their place. Or else, he will show the place.

In the meanwhile, understanding with few rouges elements from the fallen out & illegal committee members, the villagers, namely  Mr.Yedla. Satya Praveen & his wife, Mr.Yedla Ramesh, his wife & son, Mr.Yedla Pridvi Raj and his wife have occupied close to 2000 square yards at survey No 386, belonging to few members, which now a government land. Smartly, with help of few of our GF members, they have created a forged and fabricated document as gift deed to their family member out of the government land and trying to sell it to one Public Prosecutor, who promised to help them from the criminal case. But I suggest that those who own the plots in Survey No 386 must go around and see the situation and report to me to take it up with concern officials, if these rouge elements are not checkmated by then by those from the colony heroes.

Now the question is that is the so called savior of the colony and great leaders like Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu/Nagarjuna Rao ( who claim in their own circulars that they have no alternative than depending on them to get out of Wakf case and all cases with help of the illegally appointed lawyer, Rajendran and Satyam from the illegal encroachments and they said that they are not cowards to sit and watch such land grabs) have given any complaint to Police?? MRO?? RDO ?? or to RR Dist Collector? Have they sent any proofs to the colony that they have complaint to these officials with their stamp to colony as circular before this public notice by me? Have they got any FIR registered on them by now?? Or, did they go the Home Minister office to complaint on this for such small issue for such great leaders?? I am sure they will have no answer to this since they are not even aware of these developments since they are busier in other illegal acts. If they would have done by now (being in the colony itself, if they say that they not aware, where and what, it is shame on their part) by this time, they would have published the news in the colony with a heroic circulars to at least impress you all and make capital out of it. I understand that they are watching as mute spectators due to the fear of the villagers, who are ready to expose these forces misdeeds and land grabs.  By the way, did any sincere and honest from GF colony will take initiative to call for residents meeting to appraise the situation to you residents? One of them, who said that he will take lead, left to USA without even telling me.

Why the negative forces watching land grab by villagers as mute spectators???

Dear All Green Fields legal association members.

In the meanwhile, with understanding with few rouges elements from the fallen out and illegal committee members, the villagers, namely  Mr.Yedla. The villagers are trying to contact me through a person to leak out several frauds by several ex committee members. One of them is that they have created a fabricated document in the name of one Col.Khader ( who died) and sold his Plot No 10 in survey number 373 to someone with hefty price. If it is true, I hope to get hold of that person, who bought that plot to expose the fraud of that ex members of the committee. I hope the colony residence will cooperate with me on this??

One colony member ( after breaking away from Gayaneshwar) called me few days ago to meet me to support our team with his 12 members team. He was also saying that one servant maid molestation by one ex committee member took place few years ago and no one from colony came forward to support the servant family with police case due to a powerful lobby by that person, who dared them not to do. The resident member was saying that, few colony residents are not coming forward to support us only due to such powerful rogue elements. The full details will be published after we hear the total story with the servant maid name ( of course changed name). I suggest that all the colony residents must protect their servant maids from such elements and come forward with complaint if anyone does such acts to promote the sense of security of the poor and hapless servants maids.  I am sure by listening to this detailed news, they snake will come of the pit and they will deny the news?? Just wait and watch. Or, these elements will go to police in advance to say that we are tarnishing their image?? In a way, it will help us and how and what way will be known to you all if they go.

Nagarajuna Rao, the great will do the following works with immediate effect ?????

Dear All GF Members,

I have no reply from Sri. Great Nagarjuna Rao ( who defected to our rivals) by mail on various issues raised by me even after 10 days. Since he had no guts to reply to my mails, I requested all those to whom he called to call him back and seek his reply on my mails. Surprisingly, he did not lift their phone as well. His promise to send few mails ( possibly the trash mails of both Gayaneshwar and Mohan Joint operation to topple me) was also turned to become lies. He could not even gather a single mail ID to send these covets mails. 

To buy peace from him ( since he is great guy) I have offer to make to Nagarjuna now: He will implement the following from today with his great 2 new found friends. He will just cut and paste the following on Rs.100 stamp paper, sign and send it to me and I will not interfere from now on.These are only 15 out of 24 items and the balance I will follow it up with concern officials.

1. All the plots illegally occupied by Dayanand 8 plots walls ( including SVGK Murty plot) will be removed by him within 10 days.
2. He will book fresh cases on Dayanand for cheating on above issue. 
3. All the walls and structures in Survey No 375 will be removed by him with in 10 days and take rewards from those affected.He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends for JCB, labor, food for support staff, media and so on. 
4. All the pending cases in AP High Court will be followed it up by him and report every days the position to members by mail, ( Now even the letter to AG is already arranged by me and he has no work for that). He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
5. He will meet the ADGP , CID to clear the file to file charge sheet on Dr.P.Shankar Rao and others. He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
6. He will follow with CCS to get NOC to regularisation of our plots to avoid the Wakf issue to be a hurdle, which is now under investigation due to his great friend Gayaneshwar complaint.He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
7. He will get us the copies of the NOC by Wakf, issued by them on the 23rd April 1986 ( the copy is already with our great founder President, but he did not release it to the police since he himself complained to wakf as their lands). He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
8. The final budget from CCLA to construct the walls on government lands and also the part budget to our lands are ready. He will get us approval from CCLA without spending even single rupee.
9. The cases on 42 villagers, Inam, Dayanand, already booked at Alwal police ( FIR No 908) will be followed it up him. All arrest will be done by him and spend his own money.
10. He will get arrested Ravi Kumar and his associates for illegal grab of lands and plots at Survey No 375. He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
11. Case on illegal committee members will be followed  by him at the CB CID. He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
12. He will attend the hearing at Revenue ministry related to GF case filed by villagers,
13. He will attend the Lokayktha case as when the dates are given,
14. He will file a letter to Regd of Society and Firms and organise one minutes book with help of the still founder President.
15. And finally, he issue the threats ( like he did in case of Ram Babu) to all those who do not join them that they will be in trouble with their shops, business, which will closed with help of one anti social element  and jobs, with help of one person from ex CMO office

When he is willing do such great job with help of his newly found friends, why not we take it? He will do wonders with his accomplish financial support ( in the name of good Samaritans contribution) and do not claim any money at the end of day. Let us see how many will believe them??.

All the expenses incurred will accounted every day and  will submit  the accounts every day. He will send the mails every day with effect to that along with his 2 accomplish.

Dear All,                                                                                                                                                Dated 8^th June 2014.

Let us start the day with some positive news, though you GF residents do not like it nor appreciate since you all indifferent from the beginning. The fakus of the illegal association headed by the so called President Satyam and the newly formed dabba masters/ litigation masters/fingering specialist ( aka, Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu along with their new partner Nagarjuna) had yet another setback few days ago with government approving my representation to ask the Advocate General of Telengana to represent all our GF cases in High Court of Hyderabad. This is the 5th representation by me, approved by government, a record by itself according to the Ministry of Revenue officials, who were appreciative of my efforts to secure government lands in GF. The first 2 cases referred to AG on my representation during Mr.Sheshadri garu tenure were WA 333 and WP 3000 around 3 years ago, which was in favor of Govt/us. Later I also made efforts ask government to ask AG to represent WP 15895, which govt approved and the orders were issued, the 3rd in a row. The Advocate General (AG) already filed his Vakalat.  Within few days, the illegal association filed yet another case, WP 16278 also was represented to transfer to AG to look after govt interest after I took up with officials. The same was also approved, the 4th in row in short time. Since the court holidays followed, the same will be taken up by the new AG, Telengana. All these are already known to our loyal members. But did you get the final orders from the great Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu on 15895, which were according to them at final hearing stage, even without government filing the counter? Did you colony residents get the copy of the order on Vijayalaksmi WP 10469, which was heard finally even according to court website and no orders were released by them?

Later, the liars/anti social elements/goons/loafers/rouges, due to their selfish needs, after breaking away from the legal association, even after they stayed with me for 5 years, accused me by saying that I am not doing anything from past 4 years. To prove their capabilities and mettle, I challenged these rouges elements to do it on their own within 30 days to get approval of the govt for a stay filed by Dayanand WP 24846 ( with whom these forces are having a tacit understanding) to transfer to AG with their efforts. Knowing that they got trapped, these forces vanished in the thin air for 3 months and did not surface to accept the challenge nor even ackn my offer. But they tried their best to finger me and tried to create several litigations in various forms, including the false complaint with Alwal PS ( which was thrown at their face) and sending the SMS to the CCS CI, Satish that I am a criminal with land grab case at Kushaiguda, which is now under investigation. Now there is no sound from them what was the outcome of Alwal PS after their circular was sent to the police. These rouges were silent since “Thieves were bitten by Scorpion" ( "Donga Ki Thelu Kutti Natlu")  , hence they cannot shout with pain and if they do so, they get caught.  If they write any falsehood on me, they are surely know the legal consequences.

After no show by these negative elements, later, I took up the matter with the concern officials (even though they were busy with election duties) directly with my representation to transfer all above said cases also to the AG. I am happy to say that I broke all time record of a private person getting orders from government to represent 5 cases by AG in High Court to protect GF interest by AG. Few days ago, the Revenue Secretary, issued the copy of the order (approved on 9th April 2014)  to me with a copy to Collector RR Dist. The copy was personally carried by me from the Secretariat and given by me to the Collector garu few days ago and he immediately ordered concern section to file the counters. Though you colony residents do not react positively to even such feats by me, I have no grouse on you all. I know your limitations with fear of these rouge elements.

But, I am sure by now you all would have read my 24^th May 2014 Public notice cum Rejoinder to the colony, which gave you several facts on police complaint dated 3^rd May 2014 on me by the colony greats Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu. But by now did you great colony residents get any clarification with copy of the police complaint with ackn of the police? I am sure it will not come in your life time since the complaint does not exist and even if it is sent, you will know how shameful they exposed on them. Did Gayaneshwar say aftermath of their 3rd May circular to the colony and the after effect by the police? Did he Gayaneshwar send any circular  on what SI said on his circular before the CI approving our rejoinder to his circular? I am sure those live and thrive with false propaganda will not tell truth in their life time. Police are waiting for one more circular from these 2 with such falsehood. That will be end of their standing in the society.

I am sure the earlier circular also mentioned that few rouge elements sent SMS to CCS CI with false information on me and my character. Though it was not surprising, it was shocking to know that the police found that the SMS was sent by 2 rouge/anti social/evil forces/elements on me to the CCS CI Mr.Satish are none other than Mohan Babu and Gayaneshwar.   These all new cowards (though they call they are not cowards in their circulars) could not take on me with any good work in GF affairs nor they could do anything to society, they started spreading such lies/falsehood/distortion/disinformation campaign/false propaganda and so on to tarnish my image in the society. Now it is up to us to give green signal to police with written complaint with several criminal sections to arrest them and put them behind bars, our lawyer team said to wait for few days to organize the team to work on this. 

These rouges elements think that they are indispensable with their acres of land grabbers friends, duplicate branded cements dealers and spurious steel dealers. But GOD is great that these forces fell in to their own trap. Thanks to my close friend, Gopalakrishna Kalanidhi, who is my brother and advocate and also teaches at AP Police Academy,  with his contacts in home department, the Police also found that these 3 forces are in touch with each other’s unduly for hours together and talk to each others with several SMSes  to plot to possibly to kill me with some goons support. One of the names taken out by them was one convict Mr.Anil from Chilkanagar, who is close to the duplicate cement dealer, who plotted to kill one of the RED Tiger members recently.  I have a secret witness from colony, who told me that these forces are planning to execute without any trace. Police are on the watch on these elements. They are just waiting to lodge my written complaint to book them for this fraudulent SMS to CI CCS on false information of land grab in Kushiaguda PS. It was found that a misleading draft SMS from one rouge elements phone No 9246505713 went to the phone No 9177603459. The 2nd rouge element promptly sent the same to one of the CCS CI phone No 8179368975. The police are in contact with the service providers to take printout, if we give written complaint. We will meet the Alwal police next week and give complaint along with all our members. After the case is registered, the will act on these rouge and anti social elements. But by now with this circular, I am sure these 2 rouge elements would have deleted the SMS by now by Which THEY WILL HELP US IN DESTROYING THE EVIDENCE AS WELL to book additional sections. Fortunately, the CCS CI will be the witness. Did they write any circular by denying the same? I am sure not.

In the meanwhile, 2 greats who sent circular to the colony on police complaint to Alwal on me are silent from past 15 days? Why? Did they send the copy of their police complaint with stamp of police station for your study as circular? Why they are quite now?? Do you want to know? It will be said by us with a circular after police clear the circular for their misleading circular sent to colony. All colony guys, who are supporting them must go to them and find out what police said to them on the circular sent by them.  You will be in for shock.  A element to this group has joined and he was sought the explanation for his anti association activities. He is silent and possibly gone underground with these 2 old elements? Such characters only can flock together.  Their education, ethics, etiquette, morals, their conduct are not based on their family standards, but by their association with such people. 

Let us see how brave they are, or cowards of what standard by sending the copy of the police complaint. The liars and anti social elements by spreading falsehood of a land grab case on me at Kushiaguda has helped us to take it forward. The acres land grabber, spurious steel and cement sellers, spare part dealer who are also financiers to these elements will be taken to task if they do not mend their ways. It is matter of time for them to be locked up.  Police found that no such case on land grab was booked in that police station on me. Even the SI, Devender confirmed that these 2 elements came with complaint on me, which was found to be false and they were thrown out of the PS without any FIR and the circular by the rouge Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu saying that the police put me on mat was false. Or else, if my claim would have been false with my rejoinder on the 24^th May, they would have sent 6 pages brave circular by now to colony with several heroics. Even the SI called these rouges to bang  them for such fake/false information/circulars to the colony on what happen in PS with a warning to them  to behave properly and our rejoinder circular is ready and will be released after CI final clearance in few days.

Looking at their families, I suggest to colony well wishers of these elements to suggest to these 3 elements to apologize with in 2 days or face the legal consequences at their own cost and peril. If not now, it is going to be their burial of their future in the society with such several false charges on me. Police also saw all my rejoinder circulars written by me and found to be correct with all records with me. The members joining me at Alwal PS later will decide their fate, if they do not come forward to realize their mistake and apologize or face the heat of legal action. Let them put aside the prestige issue for their own and come to seek pardon. I have gone through this trauma with a false and framed case by the illegal lawyer Rajendran. He will anyway face the punishment from the GOD, Lord Ayyappa and also legal consequences later. Or else, they will be nowhere in the society. I am not Satyam to tolerate for their false charges to be taken it easy. But will colony residents will change with all such truth and punish these elements? Let us not hope for that from heartless people. GOD will save me from such elements.

I have no reply from Sri. Great Nagarjuna Rao ( who defected to our rivals) by mail on various issues raised by me even after 10 days. Since he had no guts to reply to my mails, I requested all those to whom he called to call him back and seek his reply on my mails. Surprisingly, he did not lift their phone as well. His promise to send few mails ( possibly the trash mails of both Gayaneshwar and Mohan Joint operation to topple me) was also turned to become lies. He could not even gather a single mail ID to send these covets mails. 

To buy peace from him ( since he is great guy) I have offer to make to Nagarjuna now: He will implement the following from today with his great 2 new found friends. He will just cut and paste the following on Rs.100 stamp paper, sign and send it to me and I will not interfere from now on.These are only 15 out of 24 items and the balance I will follow it up with concern officials.

1. All the plots illegally occupied by Dayanand 8 plots walls ( including SVGK Murty plot) will be removed by him within 10 days.
2. He will book fresh cases on Dayanand for cheating on above issue. 
3. All the walls and structures in Survey No 375 will be removed by him with in 10 days and take rewards from those affected.He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends for JCB, labor, food for support staff, media and so on. 
4. All the pending cases in AP High Court will be followed it up by him and report every days the position to members by mail, ( Now even the letter to AG is already arranged by me and he has no work for that). He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
5. He will meet the ADGP , CID to clear the file to file charge sheet on Dr.P.Shankar Rao and others. He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
6. He will follow with CCS to get NOC to regularisation of our plots to avoid the Wakf issue to be a hurdle, which is now under investigation due to his great friend Gayaneshwar complaint.He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
7. He will get us the copies of the NOC by Wakf, issued by them on the 23rd April 1986 ( the copy is already with our great founder President, but he did not release it to the police since he himself complained to wakf as their lands). He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
8. The final budget from CCLA to construct the walls on government lands and also the part budget to our lands are ready. He will get us approval from CCLA without spending even single rupee.
9. The cases on 42 villagers, Inam, Dayanand, already booked at Alwal police ( FIR No 908) will be followed it up him. All arrest will be done by him and spend his own money.
10. He will get arrested Ravi Kumar and his associates for illegal grab of lands and plots at Survey No 375. He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
11. Case on illegal committee members will be followed  by him at the CB CID. He spend his own money along with his 2 new found friends.
12. He will attend the hearing at Revenue ministry related to GF case filed by villagers,
13. He will attend the Lokayktha case as when the dates are given,
14. He will file a letter to Regd of Society and Firms and organise one minutes book with help of the still founder President.
15. And finally, he issue the threats ( like he did in case of Ram Babu) to all those who do not join them that they will be in trouble with their shops, business, which will closed with help of one anti social element  and jobs, with help of one person from ex CMO office

When he is willing do such great job with help of his newly found friends, why not we take it? He will do wonders with his accomplish financial support ( in the name of good Samaritans contribution) and do not claim any money at the end of day. Let us see how many will believe them??.

All the expenses incurred will accounted every day and  will submit  the accounts every day. He will send the mails every day with effect to that along with his 2 accomplish.

The fakus of the illegal association headed by the so called President Satyam and the newly formed dabba masters/ litigation masters/fingering specialist ( aka, Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu along with Nagarjuna) had yet another setback yesterday with government approving my representation to ask the Advocate General of Telengana to represent all our GF cases in High Court of Hyderabad. This is the 5th representation by me, approved by government, a record by itself according to the Ministry of Revenue officials, who were appreciative of my efforts to secure government lands in GF. The first 2 cases referred to AG  were WA 333 and WP 3000 around 3 years ago, which was in favor of Govt/us. Later I also made efforts ask government to ask AG to represent WP 15895, which govt approved and the orders were issued, the 3rd in a row. Within few days, the illegal association filed case, WP 16278 also was represented to transfer to AG to look after govt interest after I took up with officials. The same was also approved, the 4th in row in short time. All these are already known to our loyal members. 

Later, the liers/anti social elements/goons/loafers/rouges, after breaking away from the legal association,  accused me by saying that I am not doing anything from past 4 years, To prove their capabilities and mettle, I requested these rouges to do it on their own within 30 days to get approval of the govt for a stay of Dayanand WP 24846 ( with whom these forces are having a tacit understanding) to transfer to AG with their efforts. Knowing that they got trapped, these forces vanished in the thin air for 3 months and did not surface to accept the challenge. But they tried their best to finger me and create litigations in various forms, including the false complaint with Alwal PS ( which was thrown at their face) and sending the SMS to the CCS CI, Satish that I am a criminal with land grab case at Kushaiguda, which is now under investigation. No sound from them what was the outcome of Alwal PS after their circular was sent to the police. These rouges were silent since " Thieves were bitten by Scorpion" ( "Donga Ki Thelu Kutti Natlu")  , hence they can not shout and if they do so, they get caught. 

After no show by these negative elements, later, I took up the matter with the concern officials ( even though they were busy with election duties) directly with my representation to transfer all above said cases also to the AG. I am happy to say that I broke all time record of a private person getting orders from government to represent 5 cases by AG in High Court to protect GF interest by AG. Yesterday, late evening, the Revenue Secretary, issued the copy of the order ( approved on 9th April 2014)  to me with a copy to Collector RR Dist. The copy was personally carried by me from the Secretariat and given by me to the Collector garu by 5.30 pm and he immediately ordered concern section to file the counters. 

Those who would like to have copies, can make a request to send selectively to avoid any misuse by the anti social elements. Or can be downloaded from the website.

Dear All members of Green Fields legal.

The new dispensation ( government) in Telangana in place with officials posting is taking place in full swing. I have kept my plan ready with several visits with our members to the following officials, to which every member must participate to strengthen our case. Or else, the land grabbers are on the prowl and it will be complicated further if the support to these meetings are not shown with large numbers. No doubt, I am the face of Green Field and the flag is flying high, but at the same time, your personal presence with your grim face will help to deal with officials to react with sympathy. Or else, they will avoid and delay further.

1. Vist to RDO, ( to seek the demolishing illegal compound walls and houses along with permission to legal title holders wall constructions as per CCLA proposal) 
2. Visit to MRO,( for follow up of all above issues and to file counters to WP 15895. 16278 and 24846) 
3. Visit to both RR Dist Collector and Joint Collector. ( For GO 166 implementation) 
4. Alwal Police station with complaint on anti social elements of illegal association along with new rouge elements and other land grabbers,
5. ACP Alwal office for follow up on these complaints,
6. DCP Malkajgiri office with same complaints follow up,

The officials like, CCLA, Principle Sec ( Revenue), CID, DGP, AP High Court, Advocate General office and so on will be attended by me alone without members and public requirements.

SMS was sent by Gayneshwar

Dear All,

Though I was not surprising, it was shocking to know that the police found that the SMS sent by 2 rouge/anti social/evil forces/elements on me to the CCS CI Mr.Satish are none other than Mohan Babu and Gayaneshwar.   These all new cowards ( though they call they are not cowards in their circulars)  could not take on me with any good work in GF affairs, they started spreading such lies/falsehood/distortion/disinformation campaign and so on. Now it is up to us to give green signal to police with written complaint with several criminal sections to arrest them and put them behind bars, our lawyer team said to wait for few days to organize the team to work on this.  

These rouges elements think that they are indispensable with their land grabbers friends, duplicate branded cements dealers and spurious steel dealers. But GOD is great that these forces fell in to their own trap. Thanks to my close friend, Gopalakrishna, who is my advocate and also teaches at AP Police Academy,  with his contacts, the Police also found that these 3 forces are in touch with each other’s unduly for hours together talk to each others with several SMSes  to plot to possible kill me with some goons support. One of the names taken out by them was one convict  Mr.Anil from Chilkanagar, who is close to cement dealer, who plotted to kill one of the RED Tiger member recently.  Police are on the watch on these elements. They are just waiting to lodge my written complaint to book them for this fraudulent SMS to CI CCS on a false information of land grab in Kushiaguda PS. Police found that no such was booked. Even the SI, Devender confirmed that these 2 elements came with complaint on me, which was found to be false and they were thrown out of the PS without any FIR and the circular by the rouge Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu saying that the police put me on mat was false. Or else, they would have sent 6 pages brave circular by now to colony with several heroics. Even the SI called these rouges to bang  them for such fake/false information on what happen in PS with a warning to them and our rejoinder circular is ready and will be released after CI final clearance.

Looking at their families, I suggest to these 3 elements to apologize with in 2 days or face the legal consequences at their own cost and peril. If not now, it is going to be their burial  of their future in the society with such several false charges on me. Police also saw all the rejoinder circulars written by me and found be correct. The members joining me at Alwal PS by next week will decide their fate, if they do not come forward to realize their mistake and apologize or face the heat of legal action. Let them put aside the prestige issue for their own and come to seek pardon. I have gone through this trauma with a false case by the illegal lawyer Rajendran. He will anyway face the legal consequences. Or else, they will be nowhere. I am not Satyam to tolerate for their false charges to be taken it easy.

Are they ready for a change for good? Only 2 days time will tell.

Rouge elements cell Numbers who sent SMS to CCS CI identified

Dear All members of the Green Fields legal.

The telephone numbers of the rouge elements sending an SMS to the CCS CI is identified by the police and is under investigation. The details as follows.

It was a misleading draft SMS from one rouge elements phone No 9246505713 went to the phone No 9177603459. The 2^nd rouge element promptly sent the same to one of the CCS CI phone No 8179368975. The police are in contact with the service providers to take printout, if we give written complaint. We will meet the Alwal police next week and give complaint along with all our members. After the case is registered, the will act on these rouge and anti social elements. But by now with this mail, I am sure these 2 rouge elements would have deleted the SMS by now by Which THEY WILL HELP US IN DESTROYING THE EVIDENCE AS WELL to book additional sections. Fortunately, the CCS CI will be the witness. Did they write any circular by denying the same? I am sure not. 

In the meanwhile, 2 greats who sent circular to the colony on police complaint to Alwal on me are silent from past 15 days? Why? Did they send the  copy of their police complaint with stamp of police station for your study as circular? Why they are quite now?? Do you want to know? It will be said by us with a circular after police clear the circular for their misleading circular sent to colony. All colony guys, who are supporting them must go to them and find out what police said to them on the circular sent by them.  You will be in for shock.  A element to this group has joined and he was sought the explanation for his anti association activities. He is silent and possibly gone underground with these 2 old elements? Such characters only can flock together.  Their education, ethics, etiquette, morals, their conduct are not based on their family standards, but by their association with such people.  

Let us see how brave they are, or cowards of what standard by sending the copy of the police complaint. The liars and anti social elements by spreading falsehood of a land grab case on me at Kushiaguda has helped us to take it forward. The acres land grabber, spurious steel and cement sellers, spare part dealer who are also financiers to these elements will be taken to task if they do not mend their ways. It is matter of time for them to be locked up.  

Now police are tracking  movements of all these rouge with several anti social elements and all of them will be on the docks as soon as the formal complaint is lodged by next week. I request everyone of you to come forward to support to checkmate them forever.
