Important to colony residents

Dear All,

After my repeated and several appeals to colony residents, it was indeed my pleasure to meet the 2 members of Kalidas group ( named changed)  at hotel Taj Mahal yesterday along 2 new group of activist headed by Mrs. Kumaran ( name changed) with copy of the circular and the manipulated letter dated 31st Oct 2014 to the Collector along RDO, MRO and SHO, Alwal,  sent to the colony by the Mahatma Gayaneshwar related 2 plots of Dr.Kamat's son and KS Raghuveer. I think few colony people are coming to terms after I made several appeal by saying that these forces, with help of the illegal association members, anti socials, rogues and land grabbers, having ruined 90%, will ruin further 10% the issue has gone down well slowly in to their minds. This is the 3rd group of strong supporters emerged from the colony apart, Rambabu/Inayat, along with 2nd group Kalidas and 3rd group Mrs.Kumaran. To keep it "anonymous" , Kalidas group will write one unsigned letter to me to substantiate few issue soon. The same will be circulated to the colony. Mrs Kumaran group will work on meeting few like minded ladies to join the mainstream legal association for their support. She also confirmed that she known which founder member is involved in 2 rape cases of the servant maids and she is willing to come out with names after she gathers the womens group soon with a rally. Yes, our colony people did not help those 2 maids due to fear of that powerful founder member, who did all this scare to the servant maids. She also agreed that we need not disclose that rapist name now since he will come out openly on his own with my several traps since he is feeling heat of the humiliation from inside. She said that he will confess soon his crimes since the guilt is killing him. Though we all knew the name, let us not make it public. 

Now coming to our trap, it has worked wonders. I provoked and instigated these divisive elements of the colony by saying that no such letter was given to any officials related to these 2 plots, only to get the snake out of the pit. As expected, the very same day, the snake came out of the pit with venom on us. Now looking at the circular and it so called appended letter to the officials by the great saviour of the colony, 2 things emerged out of it very clearly as follows. 

One is that the cut and past job of the letter is visible with no main content of the complaint with names of the land grabbers getting blanked. The very so called 3 sum broken away transparent group is jittered to release the total content with names of the land grabbers due to fear of those who got affected. That shows who is transparent who is not transparent. While we even send the total FIR copy with the names of the goons and land grabbers to the colony, with whom these so called founders are closely involved during their settlement days,  these mischievous group wanted to keep the every detail secret. As I said, they will never send the copy to you, I proved right with this fabricated letter to the officials. THE ORIGINAL LETTER TO THESE OFFICIALS, WITH THESE BLANKED DETAILS AND THE NAMES OF THE LAND GRABBERS WILL BE CIRCULATED TO THE COLONY AS SOON AS WE OBTAIN THE SAME WITH THESE OFFICIALS SINCE THEY ARE AFRAID TO RELEASE AS IT IS.  

The 2nd thing emerged is that they used one Chandrasekhar of Ion Exchange, who cheated Dr,VS.Kamat family ( I have Kamat letters, both in written and by mails) on the whole episode as Chandrasekhar of Ion Exchange has cheated Kamat by joining the hands with Kanakadurga and Co and swindled money from this poor man. Just see the following mail dated 24th Oct 2012 and then you understand the truth.The handwritten letter by Dr,Kamat dated 25th April 2010 is more damaging than this will be released soon to the colony and the scanned copy to all our mail members.

Regards & very best wishes for the nice work you have taken up-- especially for people like us--who are ditched by scrupulous gang who thinks that money is everything. We came in contact with each other when assuming you to be my former friend from Ion Exchange--who compelled me to invest in scam ridden affair.As soon as,you contacted me by mail & telephone  disclosing your identity,I wrote you a letter on 25th April 2010 describing everything & sent to you all the Zerox copiesof the money paid to ex-commitee from time to time---roughly amounting to Rs.50,000/-under the pretext of something or other.So far nearly Rs. 1.5 lakhs are blocked for last 24 years for no fault of ours.

In addition to this agony,I do not have any receipt for the original money paid to the association in 2 installments,share certificate, nomination form--I had requested my former friend chandrasekhar to put my second son's name--all in vain. Unfortunately, we lost our eldest son Pushkar in 2002---in whose name we purchased plot  no 88 & 89 in survey no. 373 & 376respectively--is no more living.In number of letters,i have asked you, whether my younger son Tushar's name could be added by giving Affidavit & Indemnity Bond---THE COPIES OF WHICH ARE IN YOUR POSSESION.

I requested you to meet me personally,when you come to your sister's place in Vashi so that we can talk in this regard & clear it once.This has not happened so far as you are keeping busy in GFPOA matters.

I have retired in March 1996.Now I am 75 years old with health problems.I do not do anything to earn. My son Tushar is always travelling & finds it difficult to meet you personally. We have complete understanding that to fight unscrupulous people like Shankar Rao,a lot of money is required. After spending so much money & waiting for 24 long years,I would like to have a promise from you that the plots can be transferred in the name of my son Tushar V. Kamat--without difficulty. Since I trust you,I will immediately transfer 5000/- RS for this common cause.

With this mail details, what do you all residents understand?? According to me, one fraudster joined yet another fraudster to dupe the members in a different ways. But at the same time how come poor Dr.Kamat believed them again and sent the documents to those who cheated them earlier ( which Kamat denies that he did not send the documents after he got my call to not to send),  which exposed the details of the plots?? But the circular said that Dr.Kamat sent the documents. Whom to believe?? Now it is up to Kamat sir to clarify now he is with us or his old friend Chandrasekhar of Ion Exchange, who cheated him.

More skeletons will tumble soon from these forces cupboard soon. wait and watch.

Committee meeting updates

Dear All,

The Legal committee met on the last Sunday and the detailed discussion took place on various issues. The following members were present:

1. S.Chandrasekhar,
2. Mr.Om Prakash,
3. Mr.Ram Babu,
4. Mr.Nagarajan,
5. Mr.Radhakrishna,
6. Prof.Anil Kumar,
7. Ms.Vijayananda

Mr,Inayat Hassan was permitted leave due to sudden death of some family member. Mr.Dallappaiah was in Srikakulam, hence not present. 

As guests, Mrs. Anil Kumar, Sister of Vijayananda and sister of Radhakrishna were present. 

Few of the highlights are as follows:

1. Mr.Nagarjuna Rao, who evinced to resign to join Gayaneshwar Group is relieved as committee member in his absentia since he was reluctant to come to the meeting to take a honorable exist. His sacking from the GFPOA Legal membership will be taken up in the next AGM.
2. He is replaced with Ms.Vijayananda, a staunch supporters regularisation as co-opted member, unlike the divisive forces. We congratulated her. The same will be ratified by the forthcoming AGM.
3. Prof. Anil Kumar, was also inducted in the placed of sacked Mr.Mohan Babu as co-opted member and he was congratulated for induction. His appointment as will be ratified by the AGM. 
4. The committee discussed in detail about the AGM to be conducted and date and authorised the President cum General Secretary to decide the dates and the venue as and when he feels deemed to be fit to organise. 
5. A consensus arrived to organise funds for the AGM if organised. Since no majority residents from Green Fields are supporting other than few, the AGM will be organised at Rail Kalyan only for general members convenience.. 
6. All the old police cases were reviewed and a follow up committee will be formed to assist the President.
7. New police cases on few divisive forces will be filed with police and courts. The entire committee members will come to the police station along with all the supporting members, who will make it to the police station on that day with advance notice. The complaint will be drafted by the President. 
8. All Committee members will also make an appeal to all the members to come forward for funds through the mails as loan only in the name of the President. 
9. Few ideas suggested by Prof Anil Kumar on funds will be floated by him on mail to circulate to the legal members of the GFPOA. Committee members also will meet the members to raise loans to support the cause.

Be aware of fake members calling you or sending mails asking documents???

Dear All,

I have news that few anti socials are calling the members in my name, seeking the documents from them, as if I have asked. One incidents is quoted as example as follows.

In case plot No 87 & 88 demolishing as claimed by these saviors of the colony. The total criminal intents are unwilled now. Last month, I have received a call from Dr.Kamat, (father of the plot No 87, Pushkar, who died few years ago) saying that someone called as if I directed to send the copies of the plot documents since they wanted it for some reasons. Kamat also said he also received a mail in my name from some other mail ID, which I never sent to him. He said that they wanted these papers very urgently. He grew suspicious since he sent these documents to me few years ago to me & I already have his complaint & the copy of the land documents with me, which is already lodged with MRO long ago & called me to cross verify why I asking again. I told him that I have not asked anyone such details & I also told him to not to send such papers without knowing the credentials of such dubious persons. Immediately, I called the MRO & RDO & alerted on this matter. MRO went around & found the construction around these plots based on our information over the phone & demolished the same. But now since this man claims the credit, why he is not releasing the complaint copy given to MRO with their stamp, as I used to do it?? Since it is a bogus claim, he did not do it. Moreover, these “Thees Mar Khans” kept silent & have left 120 plots getting grabbed in and around their houses in survey number 373,375,379,386 with help of Madam Kanakadurga & kept quiet, to which I have fought & getting restored soon. Interestingly, these very forces own plot, that is Mohan Babu own plot is not restored till now. Why he is concentrating only on these 2 plots now?? You will know more about it soon what kind game they have played for sake of money. By the way, the FIR copy is sent to colony by these forces since they committed to go to police with the paper cutting, instead of the MRO complaint?? It will never come, as it happen earlier cases on several issues. 

Those who wanted to talk to Kamat, I will give number.

Happy News-Legal Notice to Gayaneshwar by Dr.Ram Manohar Reddy on land grab --attached

I wanted all our loyal members to recall the mail by the fraudster, lier, mischief master, fingering specialist, senseless fellow, useless fellow, rogue and so called founder of the colony Gayaneshwars mail and circular to the colony along with few of his Chamchaas with the following false information related to a legal notice by one so called useless fellow. Please read this following mail carefully.

Can you remember who has come to you for making complaints against me? If, not I will tell you that one useless fellow came to you and told some nonsense against me. According to your direction he sent reply to my legal notice dated 5th September after elapse of 4 months by denying all facts like you. The reply letter is drafted by you and there is no doubt about it and which is in my hands. NOW YOU CAUGHT IN 'RED HAND' I WILL SHOW ALL THE GENERAL MEMBERS/COMMITTEE MEMBER OF YOURS. AND I WILL ASK THEM HOW FAR IT IS JUSTIFIED TO INVOLVE MY PERSONAL AFFAIRS WITHOUT KNOWING CREDENTIALS OF THE OTHER PERSON. The letter drafted by you and contents of para 3 of the captioned letter: AT THE OUTSET, I WOULD ALSO WISH TO BRING ON RECORD, THE ENTIRE CONTROVERSY WHICH IS DEVOID OF FACTS, IS SOUGHT TO BE RAISED BY SHRI GNANESHWAR, TO COVER UP THE POSSIBLE LEGAL ACTION, WHICH IS GOING TO BE INITIATED AGAINST HIM, FOR TRYING TO DEFRAUD ME INTO BUYING A PLOT BELONGING TO SOMEBODY ELSE. THEREFORE, THE DUES AS ALLEGED IN THE SAID NOTICE ARE "FIGMENT OF IMAGINATION" AND DEVELOPED AS AN AFTER THOUGHT. However, it is observed in your yesterday's mail that same word used by you "DO NOT GO BY FIGMENT OF IMAGINATIONS BASIS". S.Gnyaneshwar, Founder President.

To prove him wrong, now I am attaching the 2 pages of the legal notice copy, issued by Dr garu lawyer dated 8th March 2013 to Gayan. But the false allegation made by this rogue element is dated 12th Dec 2013, 3 months before the date of the real legal notice. Now you can make out that the difference of the dates of his mail and the notice. Their group mischief makers ( Gayan, Mohan Babu. Nagarjuna) very idea was to defame me and finish me with such wrong information to gain the control the association from the back door and do whatever illegal things they wanted to do to earn illegal the money with their anti social activities. But to their misfortune, I have the documents to prove that they are wrong. More documents are tumbling from the colony on their frauds. It will be shared soon. 

With this fraud expose yesterday with all these documents to the colony, the 2 sum, the litigation master Mohan Babu and cunning self centered Nagarjuna Rao have broken away from the great Gayan since the negative image of this criminal minded guy has caught them as well. Though these 2 are no Saints, they feel the heat of the negative image of this Gayan catching them up as well to get buried them further. Now they wanted to distance from Gayan and maintain distance since every negative information on this guy are sinking these 2 sum more and more. This is the once of the reasons, they stopped signing the circulars to the colony or the mails as join statement. We understand from our FIU ( field intelligence unit) that after we released this legal notice to the colony and members by update in website, at 11 am yesterday, as knee jerk reaction and to defend his position with these 2 sum, he released the copy of the counter filed to the court by this man to the colony as panic reaction.  With this, I proved that I am not playing any mischief and it they who are playing double game to finish me. 

Every member, who are inactive ( leaving those 222, who are very active in mail out of 600), must notice and come out openly to condemn such acts and support the cause of my fight alone. Or else, these forces are trying to gain upper hand with their political influence with help of one TRS MLA along with duplicate cement and steel seller/dealer ( who is likely to contest in our ward as corporators during next election to help these forces to their illegal acts) and trying to consolidate their lost ground with such falsehood. If you residents are not acting now, they dangerous is not too far. 

Those open plot owners/members, who have few friends in the colony, must call the GF residents to not to fall into the hands of these anti social elements and forces and come out with whatever information ( albeit secretly to keep their name anonymous)  they can share on Gayaneshwar ( like hitting him with Chappals by one colony lady few years), or on Satyam and Co doing several frauds, or any information, the persons names will be kept confidential as we are doing it now. I have never revealed the names of sources of the information all these years. I will assure you the same even now. Please cooperate.

With this, do not you see the "Devil Quoting Scriptures"??

Read the below words of the great Mahatmas/Swamis/Acharias  group letter and circular to the members by mails as well as in print form to the colony to defame me. .

"On 25th October 2014 the so called self styled leader sent mails to members of his supporters, that there is a emergency Legal Committee Meeting to be held on 9th November 2014 at 5.00 PM at his residence to appraise the stock of situation and General Body to be conducted at Rail Kalyan Mandapam. The self styled does not even know that Emergency Committee meeting means, it should be convened within 24 hours and not after 15 days, then it is a Normal meeting with 15 days notice to the committee members and we hope he will go through the bye laws once again which he is following. But, he is silent about General Body Meeting in his Circular dated .2.11.2014.

With this kind wonderful words, do not you all see that the "devil quoting scriptures"??. This man, for 23 tears, plundered the association funds with several illegal things, paid to the villagers the money on government lands in the name of settlements to villagers, took favors by means of GPAs from villagers on left out lands and did not even file the yearly returns to keep GFPOA as legal with RoSF and cheated the members with his false statement in several AGM on this cheating. They are now coming and teaching me the difference between the emergency meeting and routine meeting?? He talks of bylaws, as if he has followed the bylaws during his tenure as useless committee member for years? In case of Mohan babu, he sends a forged bylaws to me which does not exists in our records when he had dispute on some points. Does this group has any morals to do so? Does this group has any ethics to do so?? 

Atleast, I have conducted meetings as and whenever I can, to see that we do wonders to the GF from past 5 years with all limitation these people created to us, even during the time they were with me. I overcame their backstabbing me and did my best. Now these guys talk of etiquettes, sincerity and honesty and so on?? Do they have any rights??

Let us not bother about such forces. Let's get going. They will die their own death soon on their own weight. Wait and watch. 2 cases are booked by 2 people on them. One on fraud by the great Mahatma for cheating one Dr on land deal. One by a Col. Khadar (??). They will be at their place soon.

Dear All,

See below the statement by the great Gayaneshwar, the messiah of your colony by his appeal to attend the AGM, if organised. I wanted to thank him for the same. But, in the first place, he and his 2 team members are sacked or to be sacked from the association due to their anti association activities and they will not be allowed inside the AGM venue. Even, I generously allow, the members will take care of them and I need not bother since most of you have already written that you will ask him bring the achievements from 23 years from his side first. I am very sure, he will show one achievement, that is paying to villagers by bulldozing the members with psychological warfare by saying that we may lose the lands and cheated us by paying to the villagers on these government lands and did not file case on villagers till today. 

Quote . "The Founder President and along with other members will be attending the General Body Meeting as and when it takes place.  All the members are requested to attend the said meeting without fail and raise their voice in respect of the following points, since he has not done anything concrete for the last 5 years and wasted our time, energy and money."

Do not you see this as very funny?? These very forces, stayed with me for 4 years,8 months and took the credit of my achievements with several posts I have given to them. Now these backstabbers, as opportunist, they say that I have not done anything from past 5 years??. How many are with them on this statement?? Let us wait and see in the AGM. To them, it is, "Vinasha Kaley, Viparitha Budhi". May GOD take care of us... and show them that HE/SHE exists??

Disruptive and antisocial elements wanted to dislodge the AGM??

Dear All,

Many callers from our loyal GF members group of GF mail were worried that I was not sending any mails from past 15 days. But, as usual, I was on some secret and undercover operation with government agencies and I was keeping all my movements confidential and secret since it will have bearing on the operations. The development will be known to you as soon as the action takes place. Please kindly bear with me.

In the meanwhile, I was under funds mobilisation operation and thanks to few new loyal members and also to my daughters, (the younger one gave Rs.72,000 recently from her salary savings and elder one gave Rs.2,50,000 in the month of May 2013 from her salary savings and marriage gifts to pay to few debtors, from whom I have borrowed funds on interest) and managed to run the show from past 3 months with little funds. The expenses went up due to the one case related to 8 plots and other routine expenses shoot up due to repeated daily visits to various offices. None of the 7 plot owners ( out of 8 plot owners), other than, thanks to Mr.Shankar Rao garu ( who was cheated by Satyam/Yogesh Gir group in the name of out of the way regularisation with Rs.50,000) paid even single rupee as loan to me. Shankar Rao garu, on behalf of his brother in law, he looks after his interest and he paid even earlier the loan. This has put the pressure on my the funds and I was slowed down with my efforts to go to the Apex Court with an SLP on the land grab Shankar Rao and his brother. Some of those members, who called me on my appeal and sent mails to send funds as loan have promised to send soon, but either forgot or postponed due to their own funds positions. Let us see what best can be done. 

In the meanwhile, according to our FIU ( field intelligence unit), the broken away faction so called 3 sum leaders and illegal association members, with help of few anti social elements/goons had one secret meeting on last Sunday somewhere at Begumpet to mobilise the goons team to disrupt the AGM, if we conduct as per the committee meeting approval. I also understand that, they planned to send mails to all our members ( if received, please update me), by saying that you all must attend the AGM, which is very crucial meeting, only to create the rukkus by these forces. But what they do not understand is that we are very well prepared to handle such eventuality with help of police, to which the Alwal PS has already promised and assured ( in coordination with Chilkaguda PS) us when these Mahatmas and Swami went to them in the month of May 2014 with a complaint on me. After WARNING THESE 2 sum by SI and Ci of Alwal PS, TO NOT TO SEND ANY CIRCULARS TO THE COLONY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, THEY WERE TOLD TO ORGANISE AGM ON THEIR OWN, IF THE HAVE GOOD SUPPORT WITHIN 15 DAYS (TO WHICH THEY AGREED ) AND RUN THE ASSOCIATION ON THEIR OWN, ALBEIT LEGALLY WITH PROPER PROCEDURES. Now since they know they are down and out, they wanted to create the disturbance with such plans.

Please also suggest your views to counter these elements and I am willing to plan accordingly, if the AGM is approved by the committee. 

But for funds position, which is very critical for me to run the association on day to day basis,  with loans taken from the members, I have no reasons to not to call for an AGM long ago. I end up paying my own money from past 3 years or with help of our committee members, due to short of collections, even after collecting the AGM organising fees @ Rs.300 per member/person. But the cost overshoots due to less than 200 members coming forward to pay the money for the meeting. Even if the food is not organised ( the food is organised due to full day AGM) and make you to starve by conducting the meeting till evening, the cost is @ Rs.200 per person. If 200 members do not come forward to pay, the cost is Rs.40,000 and some members do not pay, by which we will end up chipping in the balance deficit with our own funds. This puts pressure on the resources. If I increase the fee to Rs.500, I may face the criticism for recovering the cost from the few motivated and planted members. Hence the issue is pending. 

I understand that next 9th  Nov, the day I called meeting of the committee, the cricket match is taking place at Uppal stadium. Let me see if we can change the meeting place at some where in Secunderabad or the prepone the date date by a day to Saturday evening. I will revert to by mail and also by calls to the committee members with change of plan.

Public Notice cum Rejoinder

Dear All,                                                                                                                                 2^nd Nov 2014.

Though it is not relevant to dumb and deaf Mahatma’s supporting members of the colony residents, I am happy to only intimate you that our legal committee is meeting on 9^th Nov with open agenda along with relieving of the great Acharia Nagarjuna (since resigned) and also consider his sacking him from the membership of the association due to his anti association activities after show cause notice that why he should not be sacked from the GF legal association membership.  If Mr.Dallappaih also wanted to resign due to his health reasons, which he evinced earlier, we will also reliving him if he is coming forward to resign with his letter, provided if he has not changed the mind and continue. The 2 vacancies created by Swami MB and Acharia Nagarjuna will be filled with Ms.Vijayananda and Prof Anil Kumar. If Dalappaiah is also resigning, the same will be filled with Mr.Ananthiah, if he agrees to join our legal GFPOA, leaving the defunct Vani Welfare Association. If he is not willing, we will take some strong candidate, who will be not only loyal but also with some ethics, not like who left us by back stabbing. The AGM date also will be considered in the committee meeting.

The Mahatmas of the colony is at it again. In the last circular, the shameless fellows talk of curse from the GF members?? Who will get the curse is not known to them?? Let us take the stock of the situation.

These greats are the one who paid our hard earned money ( many of the GF residents & some of those X committee members at that time also have not paid to villagers settlement money is known to me) to the villagers so called settlement money and cheated all open plot owners. When Mahatma Gayaneshwar was cornered by the residents of his settlement with villagers with some kick back arrangements, he left them from paying. But he did not release the list of those who have paid/ not paid to villagers till today from the colony to protect them by not exposing. This is nothing but cheating. By doing so, did they not get curse from the open plot owners? Or else, to prove me wrong, let the great man Gayaneshwar release the total list of members, who paid the settlement money to the villagers, who did not pay. Then you all will know who is right who is wrong?? Will he do it?? No. He will not release since he himself did not pay it. This is one of the reasons, the residents are not willing to come out openly to support the open plot owners with tacit understanding with these forces. Will great Swami Mohan Babu is having guts, let him publish the list by collecting it from Gayaneshwar, to prove me wrong. Then he is a man. Or else, he is….?? If MB asks these details (which MB will anyway will not ask due to fear of and to avoid confrontation), from this great Mahatma, but he does, this man will expose Mohan Babu’s frauds to checkmate him. Watch my words. These details will not come out as much secret as the lakhs of rupees kick backs from the villagers. By going as per their own statement of course, it is these 3 sum, who will get curses from the 1000 members and also punishment from the GODDES Shaktimata, not me for exposing these forces.
2. It is these forces who are creating hurdles with false information, mischievous campaign, distortions of various issues, lies on several court case, supporting the wrong doers, cheating members and so on. In such situation, will curse will come to them or to someone else??
3. It is they who are supporting the duplicate cement/steel dealer (the name will be disclosed by them soon since they  are fighting themselves and they will come out with his name soon), who is very close friend/relative of Mahatma to sabotage the efforts put in by us, not me, who is  putting best efforts. Will the curse will come on them or on me??
4. As very rightly said by one of the 15 residents, who joined us along with Kalidas group, one of the colony resident wife, Ms.Babita ( name changed to keep her identity secret on her request), it is because of the very so called founder president (of India), the colony is in such state of affairs. She was saying that the colony residents, silently supporting me only to expose these forces at an appropriate time.  She was saying that the last hope to settle this issue is me with my team, not these forces, which are self centered & cunning. She says that these forces will go to any extent to save their skins and stab anybody with their anti socials elements support. She assured that if these forces organize any meeting in the colony, that they will reach the venue with right ammunitions’… that is Chappals. This shows curse on us or on them??
5. It is these forces, who cheated the gullible outsiders ( KT Raj/ D.Virunchi/SN Chaterjee and 3 others) with a promise to sell surplus lands in Green Fields for Rs.1,00,000 and cheated them. Will they get curse or me?? Few curses are already at work on them. More curses will follow.
6. It is these forces that are supported the cheaters of the illegal association governing body members & their illegally appointed lawyers, not me. Now they are their (un)official spokes persons. For such betrayal and back stabbing, will the curse come on them or on me?? You all please site and decide.  My Goddes-Nagamata will save me, but who will save them for their wrong doings?? Though you may not support me, you all will live to see that soon. One thing is sure. They will never name any Child in their family Chandrasekhar for next 10 generations for their fear of that name. They think of me everyday more than they think of their own family.

Coming to the case number WP-32520 of 2010 related to the survey No.375. The Devil Circular No 13, it is given as WP-32530 deliberately only to mislead since the issue is already deposed & the wrong number was given to avoid any trace of the case in high court website. It was filed by these illegal association on the 22-12-2010. The very case was deposed on the FRIDAY, THE TWENTY FOURTH DAY OF DECEMBER TWO THOUSAND AND TEN, 2 days later. By then, we were elected as official GF office bearers. Where is the question of the show cause notice before admission?? Or they not cheating you all with some misleading information to earn few brownie points and earn more money from you?

Interestingly, earlier, the first lie by the very same great Mahatma, in one written circulars said that the illegally, the ORC was on 375 was granted due to NOC by Sivanarayana & Co (today, they are hobnobbing with them)  to Mr.Venkatswamy vide order No C/5573/97 dated 27^th April 2001. As 2^nd  lie, in yet another circular, then he changed the statement by saying that the villagers got ORC for only for 0.34 guntas without naming the order number after the Satyam & Co gave NOC in the year 2003, with some monitory consideration. As 3^rd lie, now he says that his close villager friend, Y.Ramesh Babu got the ORC with file order number L/945/2004 dated 30^th July 2004, much later to the settlement to the villagers with Rs.58.05 & that too after the lands are already turned a layout, where by the ORC is granted only to the agricultural lands & not to plots. If the first one is true, the 2^nd one is lie. If the 2^nd one is true the 1^st one is lie. If both are lie, the 3^rd one is correct. Which one to believe??

Moreover, when the very Y.Ramesh Babu ( who is very closely association with Gayaneshwar & Co during the settlement time to pay Rs.58.05 lakhs & even now) has already given renunciation by surrendering the survey numbers 373,375,376,378,379,,380,381,386 in written agreement & the same is recorded with RR Dist Collector orders as withdrawn cases. When the right is with us on all the survey numbers of the GF in their agreement while taking Rs.58.05 lakhs, where is the question claiming the cancellation of ORC? We must question their very intention for such acts & book the criminal cases. Why the great Gayansehwar keeping quiet for 20 years? Please seek the copies of those 3 agreements with the villagers from founder Gayaneshwar, since he says he obtained all the copies from the court & there was BIG Q at his house to see these documents all these days. Joke of the year.  

To rein these forces with needless cases, if at all these rouge forces & anti socials have guts, they must have booked cases under IPC 420 for cheating & also criminal conspiracy under IPC 120 B/34 along with other section. Why they forces are soft peddling on them? It is because of their inept handling due to their ( Gayaneshwar & 2 sum, Satyam & Co & the illegal lawyer cum more a broker Rajendran)  vested interest with these villagers? Do not you all see their criminal intent?  I am sure they will never come out with convincing answer/ truth but surely divert your attention with some other non issue in the next circular, as they are doing now with my several of questions unanswered. Now since I have booked the cases on villagers FIR 908 in last Dec 2013 for illegally selling the government lands to us to recover the Rs.58.05 lakhs for cheating us by selling government lands, that too after very clear agreements, the great Gayan & Co along with illegal association will not book the cases on them since they are feared of the villagers due to their own loopholes, now I will also file yet another criminal case on them since it now exposed by the very man who is supporting them. I will use these anti socials elements written circular as witness. Or, do these 3 sum have guts to file the cases or yap simply with useless, needless, senseless and shameless circulars? Keep watching the villagers now, they will request Mahatma to not to book any cases & he will readily oblige them and justify his move for our peril.

But interestingly, the Devil circular No 13 never says what is the status of the so called show cause notice & what for the so called show cause notice was issued even after Mahatma confess that the high court has disposed with the order & no role of High Court on this case. Please see the website with correct case number & see the order of the High Court. Then you will understand their Faku claims of these Mahatmas/Swamis/Acharias. You residents can watch the fun as usual, do nothing.  

With regards to self appointed founder President (of India) statement related to the house constructed by Yogesh Gir in GF is not demolished, I think this man has gone mad & all o f them needs immediately medical attention along with his 2 supporters.  The same is completed on the 12^th Feb 2013, which went live on TV channels & on 13^th Feb 2013, printed media covered the same in the front pagers. The copies can be had from me. But I think that day, these people went underground to save their skin along with his 2 chamchaas?? But at the same time why Mahatma is asking me, instead of he doing it to gain confidence of their colony members? Useless fellow talk and do nothing. I will show what I am soon.

Anti Social Elements circulars

Dear All,

If any of our handful and sincere and loyal members of GF open plot owners, that is those who received the printed hard copy of circulars ( not soft copy/emails) by post from rogue elements Gayaneshwar and Co only must confirm by mail that they have received printed circulars from these elements. This copy will work as evidence to file the defamation case/suit on these loafers. Please send that copy with your address printed on the cover. I will use these covers as evidence against them for damaging our cause. Then only these forces will be curtailed with such activities, which is harming our interest. 

Any suggestion to further curtail these forces are welcome. We must handle these mischief mongers with IRON hands.  

Those did not receive such printed circulars, I do not wanted them to bother to reply.

However, you are welcome to condemn these anti social elements on their sabotage attempts.

Beware of false information by Gayaneshwar... by post

I understand that few disgruntled elements (aka.. Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu) have posted few circulars to some of those gullible members ( who often fall to such elements) only to try to distract their attention from the main issue. 2 of those members called me today to update with such development that they received the circular. Since these loafers failed to attract the members with their mails with several contradictions/fake information/misleading data/falsehood on various issue/mischief, now they have opted to post printed circulars with such fake information to the very same members, who are already in our mail group. These members, who received these circulars have bring the evidences and I suggest that those who received the circulars, must update me immediately to me to plan accordingly. I appeal to come to police station to give statement if we decided to book the case. 

In any case, these members said they will fire these loafer elements by phone and they advised me to lodge a police complaint and they will come to police to give witness for such fake/misleading/falsehood information on legal association. We will call for a emergency committee meeting and take the stock of the situation. We will decide the agenda of the committee meeting, includes the sacking of the Nagarjuna who is with these rogues and undermining the efforts of the legal association. The AGM also will be called to fix these rogue elements.

Urgent on walls

Dear All,

Coming from where we left last time on walls, the issue related to the walls construction in government lands with orders of the CCLA (boundaries of the GF). It is quite unfortunate that our erstwhile MRO, very dynamic lady officer, Mrs L.Ramadevi was about to take up the issue, she was transferred with high level conspiracy to dislodge a very upright officer from our Mandal. I understand that she got transferred with help of few politicians by our few GF disgraced and illegal association members, who were behind the move since she may be causing the hurdled in their path to make money in the name of GO 166 due to her strict approach, when implemented.She just stayed for 3 months. She got transferred under the guise of promotion. Now I have taken up the matter with concern officials after the new MRO has come. They have clarified that first, they will finish the outer boundaries of the GF government lands with tenders to be floated and waiting for the sanction of the budget.  Work may be assigned to GHMC. As soon as the outer walls are constructed, the individual walls permission will be given based on the eligibility list of the GO 166 applicants of the open plot owners after we provide the list. Cost of the open plots walls will be paid by the plot owners (as per government tender rates) and not by government as requested by us. This proposal is in line with our idea and the NOC for open plot owners of GF members will be issued by the MRO to the legal association headed by the President and or the General Secretary along with their permission letters, whoever is in the saddle at that time. The officials asked me to submit the written proposal referring all the communications of the CCLA, Collector RR Dist, RDO and MRO letters. The matter will be taken up soon.

The disgruntled elements, headed by Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu are trying their best with help few politicians to stop this for their own good.  They are trying to stop from my stride on this issue. But they will not succeed.  If all the plot owners, unitedly, meet once the RDO and give the reminder notice for the same since the orders are already issued by CCLA/Collector-RR Dist, we can speed up to protect our plots from grabbers. But I am doubtful about how many are ready to come to RDO at one go??

Please suggest  your readiness for such meeting. I will arrange the same after taking a date with RDO. But this will be on a working day and not on Sunday or holidays. 

In case of outstation members, they can send one signed letter ( format can be sent by me) to RDO to speed up with a copy to me. Are you ready to protect your plots? Please advise.

Before we get in to the motivated falsehood spread with devilish circular No 13 in the GF colony by few Mahatmas and Swamis, let me share the news that the final copy of the para wise remarks for all the 3 cases to be submitted to the high court is ready and the same would have been sent by now to RR Dist Collector and the Advocate General by the MRO office.  Since the permanent MRO took over just few days ago, the matter will be followed by him. With this, the very final assault on these rouge elements, land grabbers with support of few colony based anti social elements trying to grab the government lands will end soon. As soon as these steps are taken, the RR Dist Collector, yet again asked the RDO and the MRO to finish the demolishing the illegal structures ( those who took up the 2^nd floor without permission in government lands also was to be included, but let us see will it be listed due time constrains), houses, compound walls and huts with help of the GHMC. Since these operations will be on massive scale, the media will be present with heavy police bandobast/support. Anyone comes to stop the operations, will be arrested as per the orders of the RR Dist Collector and DCP of the zone under section IPC 353.

Now coming to the devil No 13 circular by the colony Mahatma, the great Gayaneshwar without the signatures of his 2 other co accomplishes. I am yet again vindicated that all these days, my claim of with my personal efforts, all the cases related to GF are to be represented by Advocate General of the state (AG) and the same is now confirmed by the very forces, who were in denial mode and saying that the cases in high court are heard with help of the GP-Revenue and they mislead that the orders will come anytime and cheated the members with falsehood and mischief. The 2 cases, WP 3000 and WA 333 also was on my request, the AG represented and the cases were deposed in no time, despite the hurdles created by Rajendran, the illegally appointed lawyer of the illegal GF association with few handful members, to whom these  negative forces are spokespersons. Te forces with vested interest are together to delay the matter with the filing the counters, without any authorization from legal association. They will anyway pay the legal price soon.

Even, the last circular rejoinder by us proved one point that the very negative forces not only confirmed but also confessed that none of the cases are final hearing stage, as they claimed all these months and they were clinging to the GP, as if he is representing the government. The memo of appearances’ on all these cases are to be filed in the name of AG and automatically, the notice of hearing will go to the AG and not GP as claimed by these forces. In case of the WP 15895, the memo No WPUSR 8408 /2012, by the ADVOCATE GENERAL was filed on 27-07-2012. The cock and bull story of the agitation was not in the horizon in the year 2012. Rest of the memos will be filed as soon as the counter and the Collector letter to represent reaches the AG. The orders to represent the government interest have reached the AG from the Principle Sec, Revenue. Since the present AG is new, he may not be aware of these details yet. He will be appraised officially by RDO/MRO along with me soon as legal representative of the GF. Incidentally, all the officials memo of the government, clearly says that the AG will be representing our cases only due to my representations to the government to secure the interest of the government lands. Orders refer my communications as well in official’s letters. The copies can be had from me on request by mail.

Here too in case AG representing our all cases, I was vindicated that these illegal forces, represented by their (Un) official spokesperson Mahatma Gayaneshwar and Co were misleading with falsehood and cheating the members by saying that the GP is seized of the matter from past few years. But their action proves otherwise and differently with their own admission that they met the AG, that too at his residence to seek the help, as if these forces are doing a great job without any authorization from the legal association, represented by us. THESE ILLEGAL ELEMENTS HAVE NO RIGHT TO REPRESENT US AND THE MATTER WILL BE TAKEN LEGALLY SOON WITH THEIR LETTERS AND CIRCULARS WITH THE AG. The same will be communicated to the AG as well at an appropriate time to keep these forces in leash. THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS TO REPRESENT THE GF IN ANY CAPACITY.

Now, coming to the walls in government lands and permission to the open plot owners at Green Fields. Till today, these anti social elements could not expose me as if I am claiming the permission as false. These rogue forces have already had all my 20 pages communications with Govt with them under RTI. When they realized that what I said and what the documents they have confirmed my statement, they did not release those documents to avoid the embracement to them. I am sure, you all have noticed their silence as proof of my statement?  They are misleading with some other matter to only divert the attention. This trap, laid by me worked very well. Since the old MRO kept the letters ready to send it to the Collector RR Dist for floating the tenders to seek the rates, the same will be taken up by the new MRO soon. RDO was appraised of the matter by us last week. No need to worry on this front. These forces will fail miserably in their efforts to sabotage our efforts and that will death knell to these forces.

This is what will happen to rogues when try to undermine some good efforts by us to help the members. All these 22 years, the great Mahatma Gayneshwar and Co, achieved only one thing, that is paying to the villagers Rs.58.05 lakhs in a hurry, even by knowing that these lands are likely to be government lands and hurried these transitions for their own good. But now these very forces question me what I did in 5 years? Do these forces a have any moral rights to question me when they are guilty? If they would have been sincere and honest, in the year 1996 itself, this man would have booked villagers for cheating us by selling the government lands and should have recovered the money with interest, which would have a big corpus to us. Why he kept quite all these years and left this mess to be cleared by me after several years? Due to fear since he may be killed by them or the favors he got from the villages? Now the FIR 908 of 2013 is outcome of my efforts.  Let us go by their own statement that I have not done anything from past 5 years. Let them come out with their achievements from past 22 years, or even just last 11 months with his 3 sum?  Then you all know what they are talking. I do not think I need to prove to these anti socials what I did. The world knows what I did and they are with me. More so, GOD is with me. Their jitters with my huge strides itself is the proof of their failures.

By the way, what do you make out of their several letters numbers they have written devil circular No 13?? Did any of you understand what Mahatma is writing? I have not understood what for he wrote all the scrap. If any have you understood, please clarify. For your information, due to the cadre allotment delay, there is no CCLA for Telangana till last week. He is trying to mislead you all with his letters. They are trying to impress you gullible members and they know that you all are susceptible to their falsehood, which proved time and again in the past 22 years.  You colony residence silence made him a monster and today, he is trying to get his foot hold back and will exploit the situation once he gets in to the colony affairs with his Maya Matalu. How many believe the great Gayan in colony? Please send the name directly to me by SMS, who believe him. I will circulate the names to colony and do not send our rejoinders to them. I will also send my achievements to colony from past 5 years what I did after I get their list of flop shows. The Mohan Babu, in 5 years, flopped in one issue given to him. That is Survey No 375. But he listed 26 achievements under me (which was circulated to you all long ago) under me and now he question what I did?? They are conflicting their own statements.

Yes, I used to say great about the ex MRO and now I say differently after he is caught. They same analogy applies to these forces also. Earlier, when they have done nothing nor anything to GF, I used to praise these forces to keep them in good humor. Now I come out with lots of frauds and misgivings, falsehood they spread on me. T time that changed and we know who is what and who right. These forces are not being trusted forever. But to our misfortune, we have to be with them for few years. That has damaged our cause and delayed our regularization.

The great say that he has sent to all the 280 members the mails and they are reading those and reacting to the those mails by understanding my wrong doing. But I have spoken to all these who used get the mails, that is, Chalapathi Rao, Thyag, Sai Prasad and so on. None got their mails from past 3 months after they warned not to send any mails to them. These cock bull story can be verified if you want. I can send the phone numbers to prove me right and prove them again wrong.  The whole life, these forces survived with falsehood. After all this is nothing. They tell falsehood and play mischief and still they think that they can get away. But it is matter of time that they will catch with their wrong doing.

It is unbecoming of these negative forces by attacking me on personal front by raking that I go by A/c car and eat in Tri Star hotel and so on. Since they do not find any faults in my working, they clung to such irrelevant issues and try to divert your attention with falsehood. You mean to say that these rouges go by Bulla cart to all these places from past 22 years? They eat grass and survived for 22 years or may be even last 11 months with help of Swami Mohan Babu?? At least I have one car with me and I use it for good of GF work. These forces have ill-gotten money and have 2 cars and use it for their own personal gains. As practice, I do not eat outside food. But since sometimes it is beyond lunch time meetings, I am forced to eat outside food as force measure.  Is it wrong? If so, let it be. Eating with loaned money is sin to do good job, I have no qualm of accepting the same. GOD will punish me or them, the same will be known soon.

Rest of the details will be circulated with more evidences and I know that it will not impact your attitude towards these forces. But it is my duty to bring you the facts and rest is left to you for your won judgment.
