New rogue element group emerged...

Dear All,

As very rightly Wordsworth said " MEN MAY COME  AND MEN MAY GO.... BUT WE GO ON FOREVER" . That is what I am doing from past 6 years. But see what happens in case of the anti socials and rogue elements did from past 24 years.

First, it was without any legal sanctity and sanction, Gayaneshwar, who even kept all his erstwhile committee members in dark that the association was illegally run and he was running GFPOA illegally for years and thankfully, the next set of illegal association rouge elements/anti socials removed him and he was on the roads. 

Then, The Satyam and Co, the pro Shankar Rao group, who had understanding with him that he will not harm house owners ruled the roast for few years illegal with even with unapproved bylaws to their illegal operational convenience. This illegality was exposed by me. They were also now on the roads for their misdeeds.

Then came a set new group of rogue with help of collection master and fraudsters, Ms.Durga, with help of Sadasheva Rao/KBR Prasad, those who have collected several lakhs of rupees in the name of BPS ( which was not applicable to us at all), LRS,( which was also not applicable to us) along with several lakhs of rupees in the name settlement to villagers and GO 166, came and disappeared after the funds are collected. Not even single member lodged police complaint on these groups till now on their frauds. They are not only roaming freely but also causing obstruction to us. 

Then came yet another group, headed by Yogesh Gir/Narasimhan, who, in collaboration with Satyam and Co, collected few lakhs of rupees in the name of out of turn GO 166 regularisation and vanished in the thin air and never appeared again, nor anyone filed criminal case on these elements.  They too went underground. 

Then came new group of rogue elements, headed by Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu/Nagarjuna Rao which broke away from us in the name of funds issue ( which was never been an issue at all) and started campaign as if they are going to topple me forever and by sending all distorted circulars to all sundry, which was exposed by me by para wise their misdeeds. They too got buried forever under the heap of lies and later they broke away themselves due to their own internal conflicts. No one knows their addresses now.

Now a new and mysterious combination of rogue elements emerged, in the name of Convenor, GFPOA ( the post does not exist in the bylaws) with help of few old rogue elements. The so called Convenor of this illegal unit is GVVS Murthy ( I understand that he own 8 plots), who started sending letters to govt and members with help of the database available with Gayan, saying that he is handling all the 3 cases pending in AP High Court and he met AG as well. 

This means, the so called illegal lawyer Rajendran is out since the new rogue element is not using the services of Rajendran?? So called saver of colony Gyaneshwar, who falsely claimed that he met Advocate General and had meeting for 2 hours and going to fight all these 3  cases is also out of picture?? The so called JS and officiating GS of illegal association Sadashiva Rao is out from these cases?? According to me...no. 

Interestingly, according to GVVS Murthy, when I spoke with him on the 22nd April 2015, on his own admission, the so called contempt case is filed by him and not by Sadasheva Rao and nor by Rajendran. When I asked why he is not using the outstanding lawyers Rajendran services, he said both Rajendran and Sadasheva Rao are useless fellows and it is they who messed it up with association matters and all the cases. He will only fight contempt case and not the other 3 cases. But he is doing exactly opposite.  Let us see how many this man will run the show?

But the fact emerged now is that the contempt petition is in the name of Sadashava Rao ( though Murthy says he is useless fellow, hence he will not allow him to file) but used his name for some mysterious reason. It is not signed by Sadasheva Rao either but forged by Gyaneshwar, according to the copy of the petition which is with me. I think Murty, to secure his personal plots,  is picking up one from illegal association, one land grabber, one antisocial and trying to emerge as Convenor for this new rogue group???

On Advice of the revenue officials, I met AG and I had short meeting with AG few days ago. Since he was going out, he asked me to meet him later this week with few documents. During that time, when asked him about one Gayaneshwar meeting him for 2 hours few months ago, he said no one in that name ever met him. But he admitted that some one met him ( do not remember his name) few days ago for 2 minutes and sent them without much entertaining them. I understand it is none other than GVVS Murty. 

Now the question is...

1. Why Murty is now trying to finger our efforts, 
2. if at all he is sincere to solve the issue, he should have come to us? 
3. Who is behind these forces? 
4. Who is funding them?  A new dimension to our episode since many of the residents are watching as mute spectators.  

I seek now the advice of the members to come with their ideas since it is a serious issue, which will further delay our regularisation. 

My best solution would be to file a criminal case ( signed by all members) on all these forces with these documents and put them behind bar? With a complaint, we will assemble at Alwal PS on one 2nd Saturday ( being holiday all can join) and lodge the complaint with police for their cheating, criminal breach of trust, criminal conspiracy and so on. 

Let us wait and see how any will respond?

Ban on sale of open plots at Green Fields orders issued

Dear Members.

It is a shock of their life to those who are having tacit understanding with the so called Protected Tenants ( PTs), who are villagers in this case( who turned rogue elements with help of our own colony residents), to whom they paid Rs.58.05 lakhs compensation of money collected from open plot owners (without even title issue was not decided by the government in the year 1995) that they will not be allowed to sell any plots illegally ( as they were doing with underhand dealing with the former so called founder and illegal association members) in Green Fields anymore. In a major breakthrough, on our representation, the government issued new orders now as well the ban of the sale of these plots, which will safeguard your open plots. But if any of our loyal members come across with the suspicious activities of the grabbing of plots or sale of our members plots, they must report immediately the matter to Alwal Police, Collector/RDO/MRO and to legal association for necessary follow up with authorisation to us. 

Earlier also, the Collector, RR Dist, directed the MRO to issued orders Sub Registrar to not to entertain any registration in these survey No at Green Fields colony with a ban letter to the Sub Registrar Vallabhanagar, Begumpet in the year 1995 itself. The order copy was with our illegally run assocation from past 25 years. But the issued was kept under wrap by the so called founder and not made public with warnings when such sale were going on since they were beneficiaries.But the illegal trade was going on with help of many anti socials/rogue elements support of the colony. Having changed the status of all the survey numbers as government lands in Pahanis, now the next logical step was this to happen. I was under this undercover operation from past 3 months and at last the government issued proceedings to the concern authorities to hold all sale of open plots and even houses in Survey No 373,375,376,378,379,380,381,386 of Kanajiguda Village, Malkajgiri Mandal. 

Those sale taken place after old and new ban will be identified and will be cancelled with a special order by the government. 

The next step will be initiated as soon as the loans are raised. Those who are having doubts due to the negative campaign earlier by rogue elements, now sure of our efforts, must contribute for the loan at least now. Those who contributed earlier 1 or 2 years ago, if they can afford, must come forward with their might.

These are the reasons, I was telling the members that I do not find time to organise AGM since I will be forced to divert my productive time to such meetings, which are very critical now to have such bans. 

Some of those traitors/rogues elements/anti socials/the so called illegal governing body members, who were ( in the group mail) passing on our internal secrets to our rivals, are now shocked and they never had the clue of my efforts to impose these bans due to the secrecy I have maintained. Now they will scramble for running around with panic since they will not able to sell any open plots illegally. These forces, sit at A/c comfort at home, go by newly bought a/c bullock carts ( unlike I go by a/c car), eat grass ( instead of food like me ) and make such irrelevant comments and try to make an issue out of nothing. But they are decimated only due to their own conflit of interest. 

God is great. 

By the way, according to the great Gayneshwar, what happen to the final orders on 3 cases from the high court, which was ready on 13th Jan 2014 on all our 3 cases with final arguments was overwithout government counters ? Does it take 18 months for the copy of the orders? What happen to AG representing our cases to which he said he had 2 hours meeting with him at his residence? Why now the AG is cold on their meeting? Rogue elements will say 100 things. Let them do it and show it. Then they will know what is the value of other persons, who are doing. I will be on this undercover operation and will come with documentary proofs of their fraud soon. No such argument took place in the court nor orders issued nor no meeting with AG took place. It is a new money making mission with a new group of people. I will disclose the full details soon.

Urgent appeal- Must come to MRO office on 6th May 2015 at 11 am

Dear All members,

I was on some under cover operation from past 15 days to see that it is taken up as time bound.

But by then, it is quite unfortunate that the temporary Kadhis ( stone pillars with wire as fense), built by 3 members before the final sanction to construct the walls to protect the open plots have been removed/demolished by MRO office officials today due to complaint by unconcern Dayanand, who is again trying meddle in to our Green Fields affairs. 

But to utter surprise, even after the written orders from the RR Dist Collector, RDO to remove the walls constructed by Dayanand/Suresh/Ravi Kumar ( son in law of Gaddar) and to book the cases on Dayanand and Co is kept pending by the MRO till today. 

Is it due to some financial benefit or due to caste reasons or due to fear of Dr.P.Shankar Rao? The MRO has to answer tomorrow at 11 am tomorrow ( 6th May 2015) when all our members will meet him. I appeal to all those members at Hyderabad to be at MRO office by 11 am to meet MRO and if possible RDO at any cost to sort out the issue. 

Matter is most serious and urgent. hence must make it.

GREEN FIELDS PLOT OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Dear All,                                                                                  3^rd May 2015

Yes, we knew that few hearts are burning in the colony with such positive developments like after awards and felicitations from various residents’ welfare associations around the town. But, it is slap on the face of those traitors, who undermined our efforts, sabotaged our wonderful progresses with false information, tried to spread the falsehood with their anti social contacts on our efforts from past 6 years. Yes, I am also at loss of my words to find the mail dated 20^th April 2015 sent by Penta family, headed by Dayanand, the blood and biological brother of Dr.Penta.Shankar.Rao (the sacked and disgraced ex cabinet minister of Cong and the Ex Cong MLA, who did not get ticket for his land grab activities to help his brother), who are professional land grabbers in Green Fields and also in various places of India. Thanks to them, by fingering us, they made us more determined to finish these land grabbers forever from our new state of Telangana. The next step is to initiate CBI inquiry with the help CM garu with help of Forum for Good Governance, with whom I will closely working after I received these awards to seek CM appointment and present our story, not known to CM garu yet. The officials are working closely with CMO.

It is interesting to know that the bravery award given to me recently by NCoRWA, at New Delhi was not known to me as very prestigious as it was supposed to be till I saw the Dr.Rao family members negative letter to the whole award committee by mail by them. But for Dayanand certificate as prestigious , more so that that I do not know that our honorable dynamitic PM garu, Sri.N.Modi ji is involved and the same will be presented by Minister for Urban Development, Mr.Venkaiah Naidu on the 24th March 2015. Dayanand letter clearly states that all and I am very thankful to them for updating me on this issue. Unfortunately, Minister could not make it and sent the Malkajgiri MP, Ch.Malla Reddy garu (who is cousin of our local MLA). But he too left early due to parliament in secession.

Now, I am not only very happy and but also thankful to these rogue elements, particularly Dr.P.Shankar Rao and his biological brother Dayanand for giving me the extra publicity by sending these trash mails to the entire award committee members all over India, made me a hero in their views and the whole committee decided to award me or scrap the entire award if not given to me. All the trash written by him was verified by them and found to be false. I wanted to thank every award committee members for their support to my cause for fighting these land grabbers and I will now work more vigorously to finish such land grabbers from the map of Telangana state, (to which our honorable CM will welcome me,) who are escaping the law of the land with their political power/blackmail, goondas power, money power and so on. I have promised to the NCoRWA that I am in contention for next year bravery award as well by finishing few new set of land grabbers supported by few so called founders along with these old land grabbers, supported by illegal association members. My fighting ability with such anti socials are well documented by many NGOs and many are planning to award more such bravery awards to me. I will send those names to these rouge elements to send their anti letters on me as well to help me in my cause. These anti socials, which send such letters/mails have no basic sense that those who are culprits send such letters, it will not work against me but in favor of me since the very criminal writing on me is advantage to me. I wanted them to do such mistakes forever and help me. The state government award committee ask also may consider for award after I meet the CM. let us what will happen.

As a part of the celebration in Hyderabad on bravery award to me, on 20^th April 2015, Eco-Sure felicitated 3 of us ( me, Ram Babu and Inayat Hassan) for having received the prestigious bravery award by us from National Confederation of Residents Welfare Association, in association with Ministry of Urban Development, Govt of India  for fighting political corruption and land grab at Green Fields. Doyen of the energy industry and now more into Solar energy industry development, Dr.T.L.Shankar graced the occasion. We are fortunate to have him.  Thanks to Sri.Keshava Sundara Murthy of "Spoorthi Padham" for this kind of social issues been taken up by him. Thanks to him for felicitating us as well.  Thanks to our Vice President Mr.Om Prakash garu, Mr.Sai Prasad garu, Mr.PBR garu (and his daughter), Mr.Prabhakar Reddy garu, Mr.Anthaiah garu, Ms.Vijayananda, Ms.Karuna  along with Mr.Inayat Hassan and Mr.Ram Babu joined the celebrations. It is irony that those who really benefited with my fight with such rogue elements in saving their lands did not even call me from the GF colony to greet and wish me or congratulate me nor Inayat and Ram Babu. But the entire Hyderabad Residents Welfare (RWAs) associations and other NGOs are calling us to felicitate us on daily basis. It is shame on our part to work for such colony community, who do not respect their own hero’s. Thankfully, the open plot owner’s support has saved our embracement with their blessings and greetings.  Let us pray the GOD and the Almighty that these forces will be gifted with some wisdom for their better future?

All these days, I have been saying that the disgruntled so called self appointed, self declared, self promoting founder was agent of our enemies. But many of you colony residents kept quiet for best known reasons. Just see the following mail. The great man openly claiming that it is he, who is their agent in leaking the internal matters to our enemies. The mail sent by him is self explanatory. I understand that he claimed that one traitor Nirmal Reddy passed on our message to him and he went to the MLA and gave to him personally. But what these fools do not know is that I use them as my free courier to pass on such messages to several people without our cost and they are helping me my cause free of cost.  Though he thinks he is smart with such blackmail acts, he does not know that it is going to boomerang on him and will blast on his face soon.

Thanks to such rogues elements and they will not anyway smile in their life time and their happiness also will be short lived by passing on such information, which is beneficial to us. I will use these elements in the future also to deliver such messages free of cost as my courier to many more anti land grabbers and useless elements.  A new twist in the tale is that a new element is introduced to put spokes in our efforts by the illegal association so called illegal Jt Sec and officiating illegal Gen Sec, Sadasheva Rao, who put one unknown person, MVVS Murthy as his front person to file a contempt petition, that too without Sadasheva Rao signing the petition due to fear of legal implications and making a forged signature of someone else to avoid any criminal proceeding against him. But what he does not understand is that I will go to the bottom of it and finish such forces with no qualm. Wait for more details and our undercover team is working on this issue. But it is clear that some so called founders, self appointed so called President is backing these forces. He is helping our cause by doing so. Thanks to him. Wait for more details. New group other than illegal out fit...

Dear All,

Day before yesterday, when I was with officials of the Collector office,I understand that one Mr. GVVS.Muthy has filed a petition with Collector RR Dist, claiming himself as Convenor ( there is no post exists in our bylaws 1992 as such) with his letter dated  21st Jan 2015 ( Recd by them on 29th Jan 2015) and started representing the Green Fields as if they are also legal committee. It was shocking to me and sought the copies of the confirmation of such letters. The same will be supplied under RTI soon. 

I was told that along with Murthy, 25 plus fellows signed in the petition. Who are those behind trying undermine our interest with such new set of illegal members in the name of Green Fields? After we get the details, we will file a criminal cases on them as well along with Sadasheva Rao. If this group intention is good, why they did not consult us to seek our support or they should have joined us as well a lead group with legal stamping. Instead, why they went on their own?. Why they formed a separate outfit in Green Fields name? 

Interestingly, the officials of the revenue department say that the following contempt petition is filed by Sadasheva Rao on his order WP 16006. But I understand as per Mr.Murthy own words, it is he who filed this contempt case. What is the sanctity of this new group creating a fresh kind of confusion?  Looks like they do know that the GO 166 stay is anyway will not be vacated to regularisation our plots. But to gain the foothold to start funds collections, the new illegal outfit formed to subvert the law since the Sadasheva Rao group with Satyam is burried in the sands of Green Fields with our efforts. They do know that if they file any cases on his title, the legal consequences and criminal cases will be followed. 

Let us wait and see what will happen.

We are happy to update you that the 3rd Anniversary Celebration of EcoSure Conference (the Solar Energy Industry) promoted by “Spoorthi Padam” Telugu Monthly Magazine is taking place on the 20th April 2015 from 3 pm onwards till 6 pm.

The event will be held at F(T)APCCI KLN Rao Auditorium (Federation of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hall), Bazaarghat, Red Hills, Hyderabad. The Solar industry is facilitating S.Chandrasekhar ( for his bravery awards by NCoRWA for fighting against land grabbers)  and both Inayat Hassan and Ram Babu (for their support to prevent in land grab at Green Fields) also by NCoRWA along with Chandrasekhar on that day.

I am sure many might have noticed the Mr.Manju tweet herein on complaints by individuals on land grab of their plots to obtain court order for demolishing and criminal cases.Now I am asking this only for sake of strengthening my hands since the criminal forces ( both outside and within association) are trying to take advantage of your silence and trying to defame me as if I do not have mandate to file cases by saying that I am not President. My format of the complaint cum mandate is only to protect your own interest. Hence I requested. 

But out of 100 plus reports of land grab, only 4 complaints have come. The response so lukewarm that it will costly to go to high court and obtain orders. Hence I kept on hold till numbers increase. To get order, if at at least 20 members come, the cost by each person will come down considerably. If I take up with my money, I will not able to run day to day issues. Hence I am going slow. 

I am sure you members understand the situation and come forward. The Survey Number 373 plot owners/members occupied by Dr.P.Shankar Rao/Dayanand ( chargesheet filed in RR Dist Land Grab court by police), survey No 375,379 occupied by Gaddar son in law and survey 378 occupied by huts and MLA must be a joint petition to bring down the cost of the PIL high court. 

Recently, Qutubullapur colony obtained similar order from high court on RR Dist Collector, which I sent long ago. I am baffled by why members are hesitant?? Please come with your reactions/suggestions/ideas if I am wrong in doing so.

Met our MP at New Delhi during conference.

We had great opportunity to meet our Malkajgiri MP, Ch. Malla Reddy garu at New Delhi during the Confederation of Residents Welfare Association (CoRWA) conference. He was received also by Inayat Hassan and Ram Babu at conference and later after finishing the conference, they saw him off. 

When these 2 members petitioned to help on Green Fields, he asked them to come to Hyderabad after parliament and he would look in to it.

Last week, I have sent few photos on the bravery award winning at New Delhi.
