The copy of the petition to CM on not to transfer the MRO in haste

Dear All,

I have already appraised you the developments related to the Malkajgiri MLA, Akula Rajender asking for transfer of our MRO garu with a petition to CM. I have countered the same with a meeting of CMO, Mr.Binay Kumar, the Principle Sec to CM in person with a petition to CM. I have attached the same which is ackn by him with a stamp. May be I will call for a press conference at GF soon to make an issue and I suggest that every member must come and participate the press meet on that day. How many are ready for the same. date will be decided after I get the numbers. If numbers are high, we can convert in to a darna within colony for major publicity to shake MLAs foundation. Alarming news is that our Malkajgiri MLA Akula Rajender asking for our MRO transfer

Dear All,

Yesterday, I was with CMO at his office for our GF work. With my intelligence network I heard a breaking news at  that time in CMO is that is since our MRO garu, Mr.Narasimhan Rao garu is protecting the government lands ( not only in GF but also in several places in Malkajgiri) with iron hands, our constituency MLA, Akula Rajender was not benefited due to the hindrance of our MRO and not towing in line with the these criminal minded MLAs. Hence he joining hands with Dr.P.Shankar Rao, few of our colony illegal elements ( who are with these criminal politicians even before) made a representation to the CMO to transfer him and bring in his own YES master, Mr.Nagesh, who is known for his misdeeds and high handedness like Mukunda Reddy, Krishna, Prem Raj and Kishna Ra in helping these elements.  

I have immediately typed one representation to CM at Secretariat itself and submitted to the CMO. I also sought immediately  an appointment with CM for a delegation to meet up and give our counter representation on all these criminal elements. I will communicate to you the developments in next couple of days.

I also understand that few our illegal committee members along with few villagers of Kanajiguda have met secretly Dr.Shankar Rao at dead mid night ( to avoid public glare) and suggested to stall the regularisation processes after they lost the case in AP High Court with an objection petition to Collector. I am also monitoring the same with my intelligence next work at Collector office also. Let us see what kind of sabotage is going on.

Till the other than those 15 residents supporters with us, if all the residents are not joining openly with me in my fight with these elements, such sabotage on us is bound to happen. Will colony team will take any steps in containing these elements is anybody guess.

letter to AD ackn on illegal association

Dear All,

The quest for the power has not died down yet to these illegal elements. Some want to wear the white shirt and still call himself as President, without anything is done by him, only to satisfy their personal status and ego. Some follow him blindly to just satisfy their title egos as well.. I pity that the illusion has not gone out of their minds about they loosing the posts and positions.

Such classic case has come to my notice 2 days ago. The illegal association President,  approached the AD Survey and Land Records at RR Dist office and said something against me. The AD asked him to prove his credentials. But he could not do so. During that time, AD made it very clear that in the officials records of the AD Survey office, from past 4 years, only has Chandrasekhar's letters and are with them and if they have objections, he asked them to go to the Collector and seek his help since the survey is ordered based on Chandrasekhar objection petition for having stopped the survey. Their attempt went burst. Did they meet Collector? The biggest insult to the so called president is that not even a single person in RR Dist Collectorate has recognised him, including the AD , our sec supt, and so on. Do they need such treatment? Yes, I suppose since their aim was to earn money and vanish and they did so for 10 years.Now they are going around only to save their face since you all may ask back your money !!???.

The Boundaries Survey order issued after vigorous follows up

Hi,

The happy news of the day is that today, I insisted with AD Survey to issue the boundary survey order, which was stopped due to the criminal minded Dr.Shankar Rao ( through his blood brother) stopped it 2 months ago with a false complaint. During the Public Interface time today, I caught hold of the AD Survey and told him to issue orders. He was kind enough to oblige and issued instructions to the Inspector  of Survey to start work immediately. But the ETS machine was booked till 26th July and they wanted to start the boundary survey work on the 27th July. But unfortunately, I have to attend the unnecessary court proceedings of a criminal case filed by the illegal lawyer Rajendran in Nampally court. Hence I requested survey team to start the work on the 31st July 2012 at 10.30 am. The orders were issued accordingly.

I request all our loyal members, must be ready with free time to come and extend the support to survey team. This will allow you to get familiarised with the survey team members and would help when they do the plots survey of your own plots soon. I hope that the 375 survey number members also would come in large numbers to see the developments since it is now clear with court order that 375 is also government land.

WA 333 dismissed final order copy for your use

Dear All,

I am sure you all are happy to see the details of the final deposed order copy of the  WP 3000 of 2011 and believed that it is in favor government, which is as good as in favor of us. 

Now I have attached the final dismissed order copy of WA 333 of 2011 of the Villagers filed with support of Dr.Shankar Rao and our good friends in illegal committee Sadasheva Rao and Co to scuttle the processes of the regularisation for earningmore money by keeping this issue burning for some more years. Unfortunately to them, I did not allow their shops to be kept open and shut every illegal committee shops to earn money as well their real estate business ( by buying the desperate members plots  at low rate and by retaining in their benami names or by selling the same to their close family members with Rs.50,000 to 1 lakhs brokerage) by depriving them illegal earnings in these forms and also frozen the Vijaya Bank account.  This is the main reason, they have developed grudge on me and filing false and frivolous cases on me from time to time. I am not a coward ( like them) to bow to such pressures and I will see that they pay similar price in form of several real criminal cases as soon as Shankar Rao is behind bars.

Now see my analysis of the WA 333 as below.

1. Thanks to the villagers, the order includes the survey No 375, which is very clearly stated as 1/29 acres/guntas.
2. The order clearly states that the AG has represented the government on behalf of the Collector and MRO.This is yet another proof of our efforts of roping up the AG to depose this case in fast track basis and not because of the so called illegal gen Sec Sadasheva Rao using the illegal lawyer Rajendran's contacts with judge. If that is true, they would have got the order 14 months ago. The order copy is marked to the AG also. ( In case of WP 3000 also, the same protocol was followed and I  forgot to mention)
3. Order says that no illegality passed by the single judge in earlier orders.
4. WA is dismissed in a division bench, hence no chance for an appeal in AP High Court. If they wanted any relief, they have to go to Apex Court with 99% chance of loosing. Cost will be prohibitive.
5. Here too, the WP 15895 of 2010 ( more than 2 years old) is mentioned, which was not told by these illegal elements all these years in any circulars. But let these illegal elements handle it since it is their creation with help of villagers??? They have very good illegal lawyer Rajendran. he will use his influence of judges and deposed in their favor???
6. By dismissal of WA itself, all the miscellaneous applications stand cancelled..This orders value is that if any miscellaneous applications filed without knowledge of the bench also stands dismissed.

Now, since all these orders are cleared with help of Collector/AG, we must regroup and start applying pressure on revenue officials to complete the regularisation processes. I hope to get the notice for survey in next couple of days. Then the whole processes will go smoothly???

Happy Days are not to far for GF

Dear All,

I had hectic schedule yesterday with RR Dist officials and I am happy to say that I was the one who gave the Collector garu, JC garu and to other officials the first official copy of the WP 3000 of 2011 judgement and they were surprised that even with AG office following it, it has not come to them but to me with my relentless efforts. Collector garu congratulated me for my best efforts and promised to move fast on regularisation.

On that count, I am thankful to Collector garu for calling even JC garu for a joint meeting with me in his chambers as soon as I sent my visiting card to Collector garu. We had a 35 minutes detailed meeting on various issues and Collected garu issued instruction then and there to JC garu to implement his instructions and report back to Collector garu for their compliance. I will not able to share the full details to maintain confidentiality since some of the enemies within may carry this news to our illegal association members and also to the criminal minded MLAs to stall the progress.

In the meanwhile, I also met MRO garu at his office and gave him the copy of the court order. He too thanked me and told me that those illegal elements, headed by Yogesh and aSatyam met him few days ago and claiming the full credit for disposing the case. But MRO gave a dirty look to them and gave them back to substantiate their claim. I understand they left quietly later with that kind of embracing questions. Of course, before they left,  MRO told them that it is because of Chandrasekhar garu dedicated efforts and hard work, it has come to this stage. This earful was painful to them.

In the meanwhile few anxious but my loyal members wanted these criminal MLAs supporters and his brother and the criminal MLA must be taken to task for their adventures court cases and the loss of time and money and so on. But many of you may not know that what I have gone through during worst phase, which can not be quantified nor can be felt by you. But,let me assure you my dear loyal friends and members, though I will not be able to disclose those details, I will see that these elements ( both MLA and Illegal association so called committee members) will be paying heavy price for their misdeeds, which will be more than the money and time lost by us. Happy days are not too far and I am sure you all will stand by me during the testing time.

I also appeal to those members, who are silently watching ( does not apply to those who are active by expressing their opinions on this blog from time to time) the whole proceeding without even a single reply nor with any share of presence to come out openly and come forward with your open heart. Some of those members, who are IAS,IPS IFS and IRS ( though I know them by name,  I do not wanted to name them) and so on, who wield lots influence in the government circle and some of them, who also know these bureaucrats and media and others must come forward to take this issue to logical ends by using your little support as well. I did my small bit. I request all of you to come out from sidelines and share the joy by taking little burden from my small shoulders. It may happen or not is anybody guess. But I am optimistic that now they will come forward since major issue of court case is settled and I am sure they will open up now. I also request every member to come out with their appeal also to send those messages these members to come forward to share their contacts.

WP 3000 of 2011 judgement/order copy received by us

Dear All loyal members of the legal GFPOA.

The long wait for the copy of the judgement of the WP 3000 of 2011, filed by the criminal minded Dayanand, on behalf of Dr.P.Shankar Rao is out. I just collected and returned to send the same to you all. The same is attached for your ready reference and record. 

My analyses on the judgement is as follows:

1. The respondent No 2 is GF and the addresses is shown as PBR Rao house only, as I said earlier. Why the illegal elements poked their nose when we have already filed the counter? The delay is only due to this undue interference.
2. The claim by Dr.Shankar Rao on survey No 375 is also denoted by the court and the judgement will have consequences on the whole GF and not just on few survey numbers. It means, all the survey No of GF, that is 373,375,376,378,379,380, 381 and 386 are covered in the judgement. Thanks to Dayanand.
3. Our legal GF WPMP No 1019 is reflected first in the judgement. 
4. Page 3 para 2 says very clearly that the matter related this issue is already adjudicated in the Supree Court and by which their rights over the issue is already extinguished. But in the sworn affidavit by Shankar Rao brother, this issue was not mentioned, hence it is nothing but contempt of Supreme Court. Do the illegal lawyer of the GF will use his contacts in Apex Court and file a case?
5. Villagers have mislead the AP High Court on JC order. They said it is pending. But it is already disposed of in our favor. This will be contested in their so called claim petition WP 15895 of 2010 ( which is fought by the villagers ally lawyer Rajendran and our so called illegal Gen Sec, Sadasheva Rao/Sivanarayana). Let them fight it with their strong relationship with judge, as per their own circular. I will not interfere. 
6. Now the RR Dist Collector is the final authority for the final call on the right to these illegal elements. 

Now I will not put any special efforts on all those 2 cases pending, which now the illegal association disclosed in their circular and also it is reflecting in this order also.  Let them put their own efforts and use the great lawyer Rajendran to take care with his wonderful contacts of the entire judiciary and judges, which they claimed in their circular.

Illegal Committee meeting

Dear All legal  GFPOA members,

I understand that the 11 years old so called illegal committee members, headed by the so called President aSatyam, with support of Sivanarayana, Sadasheva Rao, Satyanarayana, Rajaiah  and so on along with special support of the so called Organising Secretary and Watch ( Barking ) Dog KBR Prasad are meeting illegally at GF on Tuesday, the 10th July 2012 with an agenda to raise more funds from the gullible members in the name of regularisation of our open plots as if they have vacated the stay of WA 333 and got deposed the WP 3000. Yet another agenda is that they wanted to work closely with villagers and Dr.P.Shankar Rao for a lower rate compromise amount ( instead of Rs.1000 as they demanded earlier, they are now asking Dr.Rao to come down to Rs.500 as extortion money with the share of illegal committee money) and force the open plot owners ( not house owners, who are enjoying and also dominated in the illegal association now)  to succumd to the pressure of the Dr.Rao and villagers.

Apparently, Sivanarayana, the main culprit and fraudster behind the 10 years Vijaya Bank scam, has been specially summoned from Beed ( where he is posted now) for smooth solution with his best tainted image to handle such issues, supported by newly emerged tainted aSatyam for more money along with trioka of new supporters. The whole issue was supported by good (???) legal brain ( Rajender) to work out the formula. Interestingly, yet another so called great legal brain, SVGK is not called for this illegal meeting since they feel that he is slowly leaning towards to us.

Now the fundamental question is:
Do we should allow these illegal elements to meet for such sabotage plans and extortion?
Do we have to surrender to such demands?
Do we have to complaint to police about their illegal activities in large groups?
Do we have to go and scuttle such illegal meeting with help of like minded people with support of police?
Do we too go and embrace them with several questions, which they have to answer?
Or, leave them alone to fall on their own weight?
I also understand that the extra constitutional authority of the colony, Ms.Kakanadurga ( who controls all these so called men in the illegal committee), who went to on to complaint to police on us with a false complaint with paid witness Nageshwar Rao and Sadasheva Rao and now the case is  closed, making her best efforts to call those who have left them and joined our legal association since no help was forthcoming from these illegal committee on illegally constructed walls in Survey No 373. But now all new members turned smart and intelligent  and refused to join her with her false promises. For your information, the very same Ms.Durga was contacted 45 days ago when the illegal walls were coming up for help. But she refused to intervene and asked these very members ( who paid several lakh of rupees to her during her peak of extration racket time in the name of GO 166,BPS and LRS along with old dues in both cash and cheques) on the ground that the illegal association has role to extend help and asked these sufferers to approach the MRO and Police on their own. But fortunately, we stood by these distressed members and won their hearts. Now she was wanted to retrieve their lost ground in the name of illegal lawyer Rajendran fighting their case.

With copy of this mail, I urged the illegal association members to desist form such illegal acts further more and concede the fact that the tide is against them and must come forward and hand over the records to run affairs of the association by the legally elected body for better future for them. Or else, the legal consequences will be at their own risk. If they think Rajendran can save them ( who could not help them in Malkajgiri Court, RR Dist court and also in AP High Court due to the Caveat filed by me), they must take a call by today 12 mid night and no call from them will considered as refusal of my offer for peace. This offer is given on suggestion of one of the so called VP and illegal committee member, SVGK Murty, who is in between. I wanted to go public on this issue saying that I have given them 15 chances to mend their ways and come forward to the negotiating table for their own good. It now left to them and to SVGK to pursued these illegal elements to decide their future in the colony. Once I take forward step to put them behind bars, I will not back even an inch on their illegal activities. Better sense must prevail with help of few in between minds. Or else it is their funeral. This does not mean that the frauds committed by them will be pardoned. But some of them, who understand the legal consequences will be better minds to make these irresponsible illegal committee members to understand the out come. I hope they do it?

MRO letter to RR Dist Collector

Dear All,

After making an RTI application to MRO on his letter to the RR Dist Collector on his views about the illegal wall constructions by Dr.P.Shankar Rao, through his brother Dayanand, I see very strongly worded letter by the present MRO on the whole episode. See below the consents and you will understand what I mean is. 

I am very happy that this letter to Collector vindicates me about my views on MRO strong willingness to stand for government and also with us. 

Earlier too, he was positive to help government and he stood his ground on this issue with actions like demolishing the illegal constructions and also booking cases on 6 of those accused, which no other 4 MRO did for us earlier. A government official mentioning about the Ex Minister in his letter is not heard of before due to the fear of loosing the job. none of the erstwhile MRO ventured to write MLA/Minister name before. But I appreciate present MRO for doing so, even by risking his job for sake of government interest and to protect legal right as well. I will send a letter to CM for doing so.

In the meanwhile, I have plans to organize a Press Meet ( both Electronic/TV and Print media ) at our GF colony as soon as we get the original copies of the court orders of the WA 333 and WP 3000 in next couple of days. Please watch this space for all of you to come for the same and join to vent your feelings with the press on only Shankar Rao atrocities.  This will have wonderful effect.

Hi to all members,

Good morning.

I am back after 2 days short secret visit ( to Bangalore???) and I will back in to action mode "Operation Satyameva Jayathe" ( OSJ, code named to destroy the criminal minded elements to grab our lands at GF with help of Dr.P.Shankar Rao) and will activate my contacts with media/press meet at GF soon to be called first to inform the media about the wrong information given by Dr.P.Shankar Rao on his brothers names to court, RR Dist Collector, AD Survey and also playing dirty games with help of our own illegal committee members help cases after cases for their own financial gains with our rivals.

After this is over, I will be after these criminal minded so called illegal committee members code named as " Operation Green Belt" ( OGB) to put an end to all the illegal acts of the illegal committee members and to start with, we will target the so called ex illegal President aSatyam ( for signing the circulars illegal as President of the official GF and for collecting money illegal from members to pay to Judges. Collector, MRO and MLAs and so on) to which he is nothing to do with, Sadasheva Rao ( the so called illegal Joint Sec) for his illegal activities with help of illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran on behalf of the official GF by filing false cases, Sivanarayana/Durga ( the so called Illegal Gen Sec and his extra constitutional authority wife)  for their swindling lakhs of rupees from the members and Vijaya Bank, Rajaiah, the so called illegal Treasurer for helping these illegal elements for signing the cheques for 10 full years and even now signing without any remorse, all those whose names now appear in the recent circulars after the court order, along with other illegal governing bodies members( those includes SVGK Murty,the person who is in between the 2 association ), KBR Prasad, the so called Watch ( Barking) Dog, Satyanarayana, the so called Working/Vice President of the illegal association, who were with these illegal elements for 10 years with full knowledge of the illegal activities, who supported all these illegal activities in silence and so on.

I also understand that the so called illegal President aSatyam started spreading the wrong news of meeting the DRO ( no DRO is now working since he is out of country and only land protection SGDC is in charge, who can not help us), who is nothing do with our issue, JC and RR Dist Collector, MRO  and so on. But he did not disclose with any proof of his meeting with a letter to them and their actual comments. When they said to MRO that it is they ( aSatyam and Yogesh) fought and got the order from the High Court, MRO blasted them for their trying for undue credit without any efforts. I will also come back to you with comments of Collector ( who will be appraised with a letter to not to entertain such illegal elements, but he can entertain them as plot owners and not to misuse the GF association name as such) JC garu and other with official letter from the GF legal body, for not to entertain these illegal elements and also none in the name of the GF unless we have authorized to only protect our interest and not to allow the criminal elements to get in to the GF for the own extra earning in the name of walls constructions to secure the their plots, GO 166 and so on. $ of those who have paid to aSatyam have come to our Gemini TV live and few more follow. As soon as they press for the Police complaint, we will get in to action mode.

I yet again appeal to all of you not to fall in to their trap and get in to their mesmerizing and sweet talks for grabbing the money in the name of regularization's. It is for your own interest to be cautious with these illegal elements with their illegal acts. I also appeal to those who have paid illegally to those elements headed by aSatyam under the grab of "Operation Kamath Hotel" to come forward with their honest disclosers for better coordination's to fix them.

Gyn circular

Dear Plot Owners/Residents,

Firstly let me congratulate Mr. S.Chandrasekhar, our  President and his team  for successfully tackled to dispose off two important Court cases.  My  belated wishes to him and his team  since I was preoccupied due to some unforeseen domestic work.

As regards  the circular dated 27^th June 2012  issued by the  so called illegal association “President” & “General Secretary” about  court cases for disposal. Please note that they did nothing in the present 2 court cases except in making forgeries like byelaws and misusing of funds etc.  It is observed from Circular dated 27^th   that it is not originally signed by illegal “General Secretary” and fraud masters seem to have  cut the signature of him appeared on some other document  and pasted it on the circular and  thereafter taken Xerox to show their strength and unity.  It is all bogus unity and strength. They had  meeting at Chiran Fort  Club on 2^nd June 2012 and what it was transpired  in the meeting would be brought to the notice of members shortly.  If the members/residents are requested to closely monitor illegal “General Secretary” signature in the Circular, then it  will come to be  known  how they are cheating the members.  Why they are doing such nasty things and what face they have in the colony? and at least now realize and stop such type of forgeries and instead  join the  main force to materialize the decades’ old welfare of our own..  If they don’t realize this  still, it is their own fate. A day is nearer that at least minimum 5 office bearers of their illegal Association are going inside the barracks.  On this issue there is no compromise from our side since we have given enough time to them to rectify their misdeeds. 

In the meanwhile, I am  filing defamation case  against Ms. Kanaka Durga for Rs. 15.00 lakhs and a notice is already served  and same  has been acknowledged by her.  Further,  the illegal President/General Secretary of the illegal Association  have enlightened about the case filed by Smt. P.Vijayalakshmi saying that they are closely watching the  case proceedings.  The undersigned has already explained in his Circular dated 3^rd April 2011 that  the Hon’ble High  Court had  sought some information, but still it is not complied by Petitioner.  The petitioner himself has  already withdrawn in favour of Greenfields Plot Owners Association before Additional Chief Judge, Sarrornagar, Ranga Reddy District some where in the year 1994 i.e.  before our Compromise with illegal tenants.  Now, where is the question of entertaining the above petition by illegal President/General Secretary. If anybody try to poke their nose they will be taken into task.   Whether at all  any time the matter of case filed by Smt.Padmavathi has been  brought to the  notice of members.? No!   This  is the first time,  the undersigned is hearing that there is one more case filed by Smt. Padmavathi  and don’t know how many cases the illegal association kept secret  which  God only knows?

Further, we have received a Endorsement  letter dated 15^th June 2012  from Home Ministry, New Delhi, addressed to Chief Minister, Govt.  of Andhra Pradesh as well as Central Bureau of Investigation, Hyderabad, to take appropriate action against concerned MLA and his henchmen on the basis of our  complaint submitted along   with  documentary evidence.. Since, we could not meet officials due to by elections in State.  As on today also they are very busy and we are trying to meet officials within a couple of days.

Be careful with unscrupulous elements and  let us  extend our unqualified support to S.Chandrasekhar, President who has taken up a life mission to sort out all the problems of the Colony and get rid of the clutches of unsocial elements.

Fraud of collecting money exposed in the name of regularisation...

Dear All Members,

Even after my cautioning the members about the fraudsters activities of collecting Rs.50,000 in the name of out of turn regularisation of the plots ( within 45 days) at Green Fields by a active illegal group (in the name of payments to MRO, Collector, Judge and so on,) headed by illegal President Satyam/Yogesh/Narasimhan/Purnachander Rao, still few of them, who are not aware of my message have fallen in to their trap and turned victims. One of the ex committee members, who met me recently told me that Satyam and Co, collected Rs, 10,000 as first installment ( out of Rs.50,000) in the name of so called  payment to MRO for the shortcut method of regularisation have lost that money. recently, this group have asked yet another installment for payment to some other officials. The name given by him are as follows:

1. Mr.D.Shankar Rao,
2. Ms.Nirmala,
3. Mr.Srinivasan,
4. Mr.Surendernath

Some more names will be published soon as soon as it is confirmed by those who have paid.

What really baffled me is that when I have widely published in even in every method that not to fall in to their trap, still few of them have missed this message. But at the same time, when I was asking funds only as loan ( that too after the pressure by the members to contribute and also after the due approval of the AGM,) many are yet to come forward, due to lack of trust deficit.  Having come to known about these kind of activities, I still appeal to members to not to fall in to their trap and do not be gullible such forces. Now I request all those, who have not reported this kind experience due to the stigma, must come forward and expose and collect back their money and use your hard earned resources in better way to get your plots. I have my full sympathies to you and I will surely help you if you want any help from me.

We met RR Dist Collector

Dear All Members,  Today, exactly, at 10.30, as per our prefixed appointment, we have met RR Dist Collector garu and presented our case after the WP 3000 and WA 333 court verdict in government favor. Thankfully, though, only just 10 of our members were present, it was very useful meeting with him. He assured us that he will instruct the JC and MRO to call for a joint meeting and sort out the pending issues for sending the demand notes. I have drawn to Collector, RR Dist attention that the survey is still pending even after issuing the orders and also the demolishing of illegal walls are not yet carried it out. I have given a 2 petitions with effect to the same. he has endorsed the same to JC for immediate action. Hope to see some uick results. Copy of the circular by illegal committee attached with our circular dated 29th June 2012

Dear all legal Members and Residents of GF,

As I said a little while ago, I have received the copy of the illegal association circular dated 27th June 2012 and it is attached for your information. I am happy bring the following discrepancies to the kind notice of the members only to educate you to decide what is right and what is wrong. After all the propaganda by these illegal committee members is not new for sake a fresh funds campaign. Be aware of the same.

1. The circular is signed by 2 different groups from illegal body headed by 2 different illegal governing body members, to show unity among them for further loot. Though Satyam agreed that the he will respect the court order when he was in a meeting at SVGK office few days ago in front of 6 members, but now still he signs as President of the illegal association, albeit illegally for the defunct association,
2. Thankfully, this circular strikes down 7 names from the list of illegal committee members, like the SVGK Murty,TL Prasad, Rajamohan,(  who are now in between ), Mallikajunara Rao, N.Krishna Prasad,D.Srinivas and Mrs.Sugunananda (who are with me very strongly,) for the first time without any reasons for striking the names, I was saying all these years that these members have resigned 18 months ago. Though these members have not made it public their resignations with their own circular with their kingpin, Mr.SVGK, I only helped them to publicise those details long ago with firm information. I am vindicated of my making the public the issue and I stand to be appreciated by them now. 
3. The circular does not say what court ordered in WP 3000 said since they may be trying to conceal some vital details. I will send the copy of the order soon to the colony and also to the members by mail after it is duly received by me with my analysis and comments. They are jumping the gun only for publicity. 
4. Interestingly, this circular says about the WP 16006 is now operational after WP 3000 is vacated. But in actual terms, the WP 16006 was on hold due to WA 333 of 2011 for one full year, which I made to get vacated with help of AG. As usual, they conveniently avoided to mentioning the credit to me only to fool you all. Did you all notice the same?
5. This circular says that a new case number filed by villagers, which was not disclosed by them till now, that is WP 15895 of 2010. Why all these 2 full years in all the Chandrasekhar bashing circulars have not mentioned about this case? If we would have been known, we would have taken help of AG to even get it vacate this as well. But they concealed the same for their own reasons since they are colluded with them. Can you all ask why so with these great leaders?.
6. This circular also does not say anything about the status on the very old case WP 10469 of 2010. This case was defended by the illegal lawyer without any authorisation after we took over as legal committee. Why they have not used the illegal lawyers influences ( who said that it was illegal lawyer posted and vacated the WA 333 of 2011 and WP 3000 of 2010 with help of the judge who is very close to him) and settled in our favor. 
7. The circular does not speak of the removing the illegal walls on 8 plots construction in their own committee members lands in survey No 373. No mention of their action plan on their efforts. Can they fight against Dr.P.Shankar Rao, with whom they have close relationship?
8. Importantly, I wanted all the residents to that they have not mentioned about the case filed by Dayanand in Malkajgiri courts and which is due on the 11^th July 2012 for filing the counter.  Many members defected my camp also is not mentioned.
9. Last but not least, the so called illegal President and Illegal Gen Sec did not mention about their not getting interim order in a case in RR Dist court on me and also about filing 3 more petition filed on behalf of the illegal association by Sadasheva Rao in RR Dist court at cost of association funds.

Now I leave it to the members in the GF colony to decide which side they must be. If they have full confidence in the abilities of the illegal run association governing body, they are welcome to support them and come out openly on that by writing to me. I will not send any circulars in the futures those who are supporting them. As of now, I have only 15 members in my list of residents supporting me and some are taken on board the committee. I do not now the position of rest of them. If no letters coming from them of supporting them, I will take that all those who did not send letters are supporting me? Since the issue is in crucial phase, such hard decision must be taken now or never. It is left you all.

Informed RR Dist Collector on WP 3000 status

Hi to all,

Today, I tried to fix up appointment with RR Dist Collector ( after I informed him about the deposing of the case yesterday)  for detailed discussion on our regularization processes after the court order. When I met him yesterday, I told him that the case is deposed in government/our favor and he was very happy and he asked me to come today after taking time. But I understand that he had series of meetings at Secretariat hence he may be late to the office. I will speak to him and fix up for tomorrow.

Last night, what I understand from one of the person, who was also in the meeting with SVGK last week, is that SVGK has provoked Satyam to use the letter heads of Green Fields to send circulars, but without those who have resigned, like him so on. I am sure this is trap to these so called illegal committee members that he may be lying and I am thankful to him if so. All these days, the Vijaya Bank was asking proof of the so called illegal committee members Gen Sec signature in any papers. Last circular was signed by him along with Satyanarayana. Those 2 are already sent to the Vijaya Bank CVO. I wanted now Sadasheva Rao and Satyam signatures or any other illegal committee members signatures on some latest circulars. I am sure they will send soon on GF letters head with their signatures. Now since the WP 3000 is over, I will be after these criminal and illegal elements to fix them soon. I will fix up an appointment with Vijaya Bank, Bangalore during first week of July to present the total picture on these illegal elements illegal operations of the accounts. The CVC has instructed the CVO to go in to details before the case is booked. Hope to get to that soon? I will also report about the illegal lawyer Rajendran role to the bank.e efforts put in by the legal association. I am sure all the members will cooperate with me in this all important next step?

I am also happy that those who were with them all these years, understood the illegal associations so called illegal governing body members double standards and change their stand quite often than not. They something when some members are present and twist the same with others and use in their favors. I am sure the day will come that all members will join together and expose their misdeeds?

I also request everyone who are in the mail to update their cell numbers and also plot numbers for any urgent communications. All of you must be ready to travel to Hyderabad in short possible time.

Dear All,

Just 2 minutes back, I was told that the illegal association committee members, Sivanaraynana and Sadasheva Rao signed circular was issued by taking full credit of the deposed  WP 3000. But I also understand that they have not mentioned several burning issues like illegal compound walls in their own committee members plot ( Anjaiah) , 150 illegal electrical connections, illegal AGM to be conducted and so on. I will react to that circular as soon as I get the copy.

But I wanted to thank SVGK, for provoking them to send the circulars in the letter heads of the illegal association, signed by those important 2 illegal governing body members, which will be very useful for us for filing the same with Vijaya Bank and also with the police soon. My next job will be after these illegal elements to be fixed since more or less, the criminal minded Dr.Shankar Rao is out of the way now, unless the illegal committee indirectly support him with some other case.

 

I also understand that the owner of the present illegal office ( who has given notice to vacate the illegal office with immediate effect) was told that Sivanarayana will be in Hyderabad only on 7th July to settle the accounts of 24 months rent dues and vacating the office. But how come he signed now the circular without being in Hyderabad?

 

In the meanwhile, both SVGK and Mr.Anjaiah must clarify about the resignation of Anjaih from the illegal association before we file the counter on case in Malkajgiri court. According to SVGK, he advised him to resign on ethical grounds before he comes to me and he did it according to him. But his name reflects in the circular letters head today. SVGK to please clarify. SVGK must ensure that any of these affected members must not play double game with me, which may prove fatal later.

Clinching evidence of their sabotage of WP 3000

Dear All,

I have been saying  from the day one that the notice copy of the WP 3000 shows clearly Mr.Raghavendra Rao address and the notice was handed over by the postal guys to us. But why illegal JS/GS, Sadasheva Rao is playing the game by filing the 2nd counter with his illegal lawyer Rajendran? That too after I have filed the counter? See the 2nd page of the notice.

Even, the counter filed by Dayanad also shows the same address as above. Just see the attached first page copy of the counter.

This shows that these illegal elements wanted to delay the case by helping the Shankar Rao and his henchmen. Or else, why they are keen if the notice was not for them?

New Petition No 1 notice of Sadasheva Rao...

Dear All members,

I have attached the notice of the new petition sent by great Sadasheva Rao,to be filed in the same RR Dist court, where the court earlier did not grant the interim injection and confirmed our election as valid since I was member of the association even as per their own records. This time, they made all the legal committee members as parties and shockingly, a new twist to the tales, he says that the following names are not members of the association and they are contesting the same. Only Sadasheva Rao decides who is member and who is not member of the association.  Those who are not members as per the mad man is:

1. Mr.D.Narasimhan,
2. Mr.Inayat Hasan,
3. Mr.Dalappa,
4. Mr.Rambabu,

What baffles me the most is that they are saying now is that the great Sri. Narasimhan,( who was with us earlier and now with aSatyam/Sadasheva Rao and Yogesh group)  the so called man who wanted to take bull by horn is not a member, which I was not aware of all these years and the election committee headed by Sri.Nageshwar Rao ratified his nomination only after verification of the documents. How come now suddenly, his close friend, Sadasheva Rao who offered to sell Narasimhan plot at Rs.8000 PSY 2 years ago says that he is not a member? These great so called men only can answer to the public. In a way, I wanted to thank Sadasheva Rao since he is helping me to get rid of Narasimhan in this way, who turned pain in the neck for legal association, by saying that our election is backdoor method election. If he contests this petition, first he has to say and prove that he is member of GF for his long term interest. If he says that election are a facade, then he will automatically get out of the association with court order by disqualifying him, which is a disgrace for anyone. That will be a proofs of his guilt and I am happy that Sadasheva Rao is helping me in my cause. Who ever is not going to contest this petition, they will be out of the association. Keep it up Sadasheva Rao garu. 

More interestingly, these mad guys are saying tat their new found friend Yogesh Gir is a member. So, all these years, they said he is not a member and now they accept him as member. Thankfully, they are not saying that I am also not a member, which was publicly and falsely propagated all these years by Sadasheva Rao & Co and he filed the very case in the court for this reason. Now he is not saying so. Thanks Sadasheva Rao.
