Some more money paid to late Mr.T.Jagadish ( advocate), the relative of Mr.KBR Prasad, the so called watch DOG???

Our informer from the illegal committee, who is supplying the insider information on payments to various people by the illegal association, tumbled with 2 more major payments to late Jagadish, a relative of KBR Prasad and G.Sivanarayana. On the 12th April 2007, they have paid Rs.25,000 and on the 13th March 2008, they have paid yet another Rs,50,000. this is in addition to the Rs. 6,85,000 they have paid earlier on various dates. If we take these 2 also in to consideration, the total will come to Rs. 7,60,000. 

For doing nothing, if they have paid so much, how much I deserve to pay to our lawyers, who have done wonders in getting orders like, at RDO office, which I argued due to their excellent counter, at JC court RR Dist, which again I argued with their counter on RDO order appeal, for contempt petition in AP High Court on WP 1178, for WP 23803 at high court, for WP 3000 at high court, for WA 333 at high court and 2 cases at Malkajgiri court and RR Dist court on our elections,2 at Nampally court on threat cases on me and others, one case at Malkajgiri criminal court on Dr.Shankar Rao, along with Atrocities case appeal in high court on Medchal court case and rape case at Alwal???? If they have paid so much for one case ( no one know which case), then how much they would have looted as cash payment to him?? Those details will come to us soon.

The watch DOG KBR.Prasad, who is keeping quite after I wrote by asking the confirmation, his silence means what I said is correct?? If these details are wrong, the informer said that he will give documents with cheque numbers as proof of his information. Will barking Prasad will come forward with his counter? I do not think so.

Illegal walls on 8 plots???

Dear All,

After I took over the demolishing the illegal construction of walls on 8 plots by Dr.P.Shankar Rao, through his blood brother Mr.P.Dayanand, the follow up with MRO has begun at right earnest by me on the same day, after the same was supposed to be done by SVGK Murthty, who backed out due to some inexplicable reasons. I had a detailed meeting with MRO garu on the very same day when we terminated the arrangement with SVGK and MRO garu assured that he will take it up by the work on the 10th of Oct 2013. Accordingly, MRO wrote a letter to Collector ( No B/2150/2013 dated 30th Sept 2013)  to keep the Land Protection Cell Police at his disposal on the 10th Oct 2013 at 10 am. But I understand that the LP cell wanted to postpone the action on those walls till the Dussara holidays are over since the regular additional police will be busy with bandobast.  

Accordingly, the letter will be issued by the MRO to LP section again. The dates will be updated to you as and when it is issued. All those 8 plot owners, who have affected must be present with their documents photos copies to talk to press on that day to nail the criminal minded Dayanand and his brother Dr.P.Shankar Rao on their fraud. .

What is the status of this case till today?? WP/15895???

Dear All,

No efforts are put in by the illegal association lawyer to quash the WP 15895. I have put in my best efforts to see that AG files the counter. Now it is in hands of the so called illegal lawyer to follow it up with Registrar of AP High Court to seek the dates as I have done in case of WP 3000 and WA 333. But just see what happening. The court records says that no dates are sought by our illegal association lawyer after last hearing on the 3rd June 2013.

Dear All,

Till today, even government has not filed the counter to support us to get the order from the court.  But the so called illegal President circular of Jan 2013 says that the orders have come due to the best efforts of the illegal lawyer with help of judges.  Now why he is not getting the orders with help of the same judges? Though filed on 6th June 2013, not even  a single vakalat is filed till today. Why so, when he has so much clout?

How much money they have paid to late Mr.T.Jagadish ( advocate), the relative of Mr.KBR Prasad, the so called watch DOG???

I have been saying from last 4 years that these illegal elements paid several lakhs of rupees to lawyers, for even small cases and took kickbacks from them. But when we asked the accounts, how much they paid, they refused to give the accounts. Now I have tumbled with clinching proofs on the same. I have given the details as follows:

1. On the 26th Nov 2004, they have paid Rs.25,000,
2. On the 26th Nov 2004, again they have paid Rs.15,000,
3. On the 16th Feb 2005, they have paid 50,000,
4. On the 1st Oct 2005, they have paid 25,000,
5. On the 8th Dec 2005, they have paid 25,000,
6. On the 7th Jan 2006, they have paid 50,000,
7. On the 20th Feb 2006, they have paid 50,000,
8. On the 7th March 2006, they have paid 10,000,
9. On the 28th March 2006, they have paid 20,000,
10. On 26th June 2006, they have paid 1,00,000
11. On the 20th Nov 2006, they have paid 75,000,
12. On the 7th June 2007, they have paid 50,000,
13. On the 16th Jan 2008, they ave paid 25,000,
14. On the 13th March 2008, they have 20,000,
15. On the 13th Jan 2009, they have paid 25,000,
16. On the 23rd June 2009, they have paid 50,000,
17. On the 12th Nov 2009, they have paid 20,000.

The total amounts works out to be Rs. 6,85,000 for nothing of big case. These amount are paid to him for one case ( WP 11777 of 2005) in AP High Court? This case is settled in the year 2005 itself. Why they have paid money to him till 2009, that is till his death? How much kick back they have taken?

These amounts is apart from Rs.135,000 they have paid to yet another great lawyer, K.Rajendran. What for? To fight one false rape case on me, one false attempted murder/threat case on me, one as not member in Malkajgiri court, one case to appeal this lost case in RR Dist court? No one come forward to ask them?

I will not leave them. They have to face the legal consequences. All those members, who have not sent the consent letters to Alwal police, must send now to give finishing touches to the complaint. I am sure everyone of you understand the veracity of the situation and come forward?

AP High Court Stays all proceedings on SC ST atrocities case on S.Chandrasekhar

The happiest moment of my life is when the AP High Court, yesterday stayed all proceedings against me by Alwal PS on case related to SC ST atrocities filed by Dr.P.Shankar Rao. What this means is that the proxy war is over. Now the final showdown between the truth and lies has begun. After attempt to fix me with several false and frivolous cases with help of our so called illegal governing body members of illegal association failed to large extent, now the real boss behind these false and frivolous cases has entered in to the scene with yet another false and frivolous case on me at Medchal court by himself. Since none of those cases filed by the illegal association members worked earlier, as a last resort, he filed SC/ST Atrocity case in the Medchal court. We obtained the copy of the FIR through our lawyer Mr.Gopalakrishna Kalanidhi and the same was countered at AP High Court. In a way, I wanted to thank MLA garu for giving me a chance to expose him in the court of law once again his misdeeds/mischief’s/fraud/forgery/falsification/fudging of court orders/fabricating the documents/court orders, blackmail, extortion  and so on.  Interestingly, Dr.Rao brother and daughter are the witness in this case, who are also exposed by me in the AP High Court. During the cross examination, our lawyer will expose several frauds by them and more will come in to light. The 150 acres land grabbed by his daughter will be used now to show how great lady she is. I have approached the AP High Court reopen those cases as an anti corruption activist which was closed by the Shaadnagar PS due to pressure of Dr.Rao and their local MLA as civil case, though the FIR shows several IPC non bailable sections. Police will be under pressure to answer the question why they closed this case without proper inquiry/arrests/charge sheet? 

I wanted all of you to read this FIR and understand the veracity of the leakage of the information to Dr.P.Shankar Rao from our own illegally committee members on daily basis. I have been saying this to you from past 4 years that these illegal elements within colony/residents are playing very critical role in supporting the MLA with day to day reports to him to neutralize me in smoothly running the affairs of the association to get our plots before ( under JAC banner) and after my election as legal President. But many of the residents did not believe and they used to be under impression that I am becoming too personal on these illegal elements, though it is never and not true. The residents did not react at that time to put pressure on these elements to rein then on them and not to be too personal on me by them either. But I took it in my stride and fought these cases on regularization more than personal issues and more or less I have achieve my objective. 

But the same residents don't see such too personal attacks by the extra constitutional authority of the association Ms.Kanakadurga with false case on me, Gyaneshwar garu, Dallappa since we have exposed her corrupt practices in collecting money in the name of settlement with villagers, BPS, LRS and GO 166 along with some other pretext or other in every illegal AGM’s for which no proper account or explanation was given by her General Sec husband Mr.G.Sivanarayana??? Do you know how much cash vanished? 

The same residents did not see the personal attack by yet another great Sadasiva Rao filing the false cases in Malkajgiri court and RR Dist courts since we exposed his misdeeds in the colony and he says that I am not a member, where by the truth is that I bought the plots in the year 1986, much before he bought, but he bought the readymade house in the year 1993 or so?? 

The same people did not see similar personal attack by great lawyer Mr.Rajendran with help of paid witness and resident of GF, Mr.Nageshwar Rao ( by share coincidence, he is not only witness in Ms.Durga case but also in Rajendran case, who was not even present in the court that day but used him as his paid witness) and sullied my image? Even the same residents do not see even now that these illegal elements have bullied you for years and hoodwinking you from time to time with false promises of you getting your plots within few days/weeks/months/years/decades with no extra charges to be paid to Dr.P.Shankar Rao and only open plot owners will have to pay???? Did you all do not see that these illegal elements, who are not supporting us, do see the larger game plan to isolate residents for their own personal gains from open plot owners and destroy the unity among all the members to win over the crisis and help our rivals outside??? 

The glaring proof of these illegal elements hand in glove with our rivals is visible with our enemy No 1/our rivals FIR says that of our circulars are with him. Though Dr.P.Shankar Rao is nothing to do with our internal matters of the association political issues, he says clearly says that I have no plots ( para No 5) , which our rivals within colony and the illegal elements used to say often use the same words and they have lost the cases and still carry these tales to him for their personal gains. The word he is using in his FIR is exactly the same words our rival’s illegal elements used to say earlier in their circulars.  One positive outcome of this FIR is that Dr.P.Shankar Rao concedes that I am more powerful than him and the para No 3 clearly says this. But our colony illegal elements and residents do not see such power in me? Let them think once again!!??? 

Para 10 says he gave letters to government to help members of his constituency. But the great MLA forgets that the Green Fields falls under Malkajgiri constituency and not Secbad Cant constituency, which he represents.  At the same time, he did not name who approached them to solve these problems… His brother?? Villagers, who are with him?? Is our illegal association element within colony?? We will seek the names through the court. Let him come out with the names and we will counter that as well. Every point in the FIR will be countered by our legal team, when it comes to us. 

Now para 11 says about our Green Fields website. It means, many of our members are seeing or not, MLA is seeing it every day. But of late the strike rate to website has increased after this complaint, which appeared in media and the public is more aware of the website of GF and they are looking to know more about the plight of the GF and MLA atrocities on the GF members. How much the illegal association lawyer has drawn from our account by blackmailing Vijaya Bank

I was always saying and also sure that our illegal association has retained the so called legal counsel Rajendran to help their illegal activities with a cost to him, which is very lucrative to him than earning with others. That proved to correct with information leaked by one of the barking member, who was in and out of the illegal association, who, sometime praises me and later writes very nasty mails and also says that the illegal association are doing great job, but pleads me to help by vacating the cases from all the courts since their very lawyer is not doing the same. I am sure your guess is as right. 

Now see the details provided by him about the payments to the illegal lawyer for filing cases after cases on me. Though he has cheque details, he did not provide me the same since I may be using it to publicise. 

1. On 2nd July 2010, Rajendran was paid Rs.50,000. But the question is what for they paid, when he is member, who is morally responsible to fight the cases, as I am doing? 
2. Yet again, he was paid Rs.35,000 on 22nd July 2010, within 20 days from the first payment, again what for?
3. He was paid Rs 25,000 on 4th Oct 2010 but no one is ready to explain why he should be paid to fight association cases, when he is member?
4. Again, by blackmailing the Vijaya Bank, he withdrew Rs.24,000 on the 27th Dec 2010, as his fees to defreeze the association account. 
5. This apart in cheque ( total is Rs.1,34,000), the informer says to me that they have paid Rs. 45,000 as cash to him by withdrawing in names of Satyam and Sadasiva Rao for filing cases on me by Rajendran and Durga. What a wonderful idea sir ji.
6. The informer also says that out of pocket expenses were also paid but he does not remember the amounts. 

The deal with me is that I must publish the details, then if I publish, he will also give some more information on payments to others, in cash and how they misused the funds of the association. Interestingly, he still says he is not with illegal association nor with us. So he is in between !!!???

The days are numbered to those illegal activities. I am perplexed that how these elements manage the illegal withdrawals of the funds even after I have given the letter to bank till further orders. So it means, bank is helping them with their insider Sivanarayana???

No demolition of walls by SVGK Murty

Dear All,

The orders passed on to the affected parties in survey No 373 of 8 plot owners walls is yet to acted upon by the so called Dynamite of the GF colony SVGK Murty. I was told by 3rd parties that he is reluctant to take up the matter with MRO, though personally he assured me to go to the MRO to complete the task. But no one knew why he is so indifferent with no mails on the developments from past 30 days, after it was assigned to him through my emissary Sri.Parthasarathy garu around 30 days ago. I understand that no affected parties are willing to go to SVGK Murthy to join him for some unknown reasons. I wanted SVGK to show his leadership skills to rope all the concern and take up the issue with MRO garu since I am preoccupied with several issues related to regularisation on daily basis. He must lead from the front. I am sure he will do it?

Yes, I agree that many of our loyal residents and open plot owners/members do not trust SVGK since they feel that he is more known as "Bol Bachan" of the colony, with no action from him and only he is capable of boasting of his capabilities. But having joined us, as desired by him, we must use him for such small work in GF colony area since he is part of the CAT team now. Work must be shared by all of us. I am sure he will be active again and complete the assigned task of removing walls since his family is also an affected party. 

However, though he wanted to support us, but do not wanted to share the burden of any work, with some reason or another,which is putting and pulling him down, he must come out openly with a email to circulate to our members to know his stand. I appeal to him to clear the air and come with his plan of action. After all he decided to stay with us forever. Why we loose him with an misunderstanding just for sake of some limitation now?

Incidentally, when MRO garu called me with some work, he was saying that no one came to follow up the work assigned to them. He was saying that he might have used them to carry some urgent letter to Collector, RR Dist for the police forces to be deployed during the operation and he sent that letter through me to Collector garu. The Collector ordered the LP section to write to Commissioner Cyberabad. The work is going around all the places and coming back to me again and again. It is sad that a top office bearer who was claiming to be very active earlier, not able to do such small job?? I had and have great hopes on him. But, I am sure he will not belie me?

In the meanwhile, my appeal to join the sub committee membership was also not that encouraging. Only Mr.Nagarjuna Garu came forward to join the funds sub committee. No others came forward to send their names. Let me review and take a decision on how to go about it. I can not stop work in pipeline. Thinking that few will join to take small burden from me and I though I will concentrate on main issues. But it looks like it all likely not taking off. Let us wait and see. Even small jobs like wall removal itself fell flat. I do not know how big issues burden will be executed.

Land grab act by Shankar Rao kin

Dear All, 

The fearful Dr.P.Shankar Rao, who says that I am very powerful than him in checking the land grabs/corruption/crimes, who filed a case on me in Alwal PS under SC/ST Atrocities Act ( under investigation), which is his favorite PS ( since even Ms.Kanakadurga case with Sadasheva Rao and Nageshwar Rao as paid witness, filed on behest of Dr.P.Shankar Rao to checkmate me and later closed by police due to lack evidence) is in trouble yet again due to the land grab act of his brother due to the great land grabber proxy of Dr Rao, Interesting and incidentally, the very same criminal and land grabber, Dayanand is Dr.Rao witness along with yet another land grabber of their family in the Alwal case.  

On the 19th Aug 2013, police took his brother, Dayanand ( co accused in our case) in to custody on yet another land grab act at Musheerbad and was in judicial custody for sometime.  The paper articles, on which I could lay my hands were attached for your knowledge. With these very same great land grabbers, our illegal committee ex illegal governing body members used to negotiate to pay Rs.1000 per square yards to secure our open plots with NOC from them, but only such payments to be paid by only open plot owners and not residents.  This is the one of the reasons, the majority house owners and residents in the colony are indifferent in supporting the open plot owners cause. This promise was extracted by the the former illegal association illegal President along with his team of other illegal members. This one of the reasons, the residents/house owners of Green Fields  ( other than 20 plus of the residents, who are our hardcore supporters) do not come forward to support the legal association, which is predominantly open plot owners fighters. But for those 20 plus residents supporters, by now, the whole area would have been in the hands of Dr.P.Shankar Rao with walls in each and every open plots, which would have been not protected by these illegal elements for their own selfish interest. The fact is that they are not able to even help to their own so called committee members, ( SVGK Murty, Anjaiah, Rajaiah and so on) whose 8 open plots were occupied by the very great friends and did not come to their rescue.  

But I got orders from Collector  to evacuate and given to SVGK Murty, but he is yet to act on this order and report to me on the action taken report along with his set of affected plot owners. I expected a lot from SVGK Murty,( by going by the face value of his statement that he can hit anybody and kick them and they will fall in Charminar)  when he came to me to leave those illegal elements and join me. But I am bit disappointed with his approach, with no feedback coming from him. My very idea of everyone joining in the fight was the reason to allow them to join us. But, I suppose, their mind set did not change? SVGK only can answer.  Why he is indifferent of late?? Recently he went on to the extent of commenting saying that my power and popularity is coming down and started commenting on me with several residents. But I did not bother since I am a person, who get going forward to achieve objective by taking everyone with me. But if aim is to break our unity, I am not that weak to falls on their feet and beg them not to do any such acts. GOD is with me, 200 plus strong members support is with me. I will get going.

Clarifications from the illegal association so called Organsing Sec and Watch Dog of the illegal association Mr.KBR Prasad.

Dear Mr.KBR Prasad, 

Organizing Secretary of illegal GFPOA from 13 years,

(and self proclaimed Watch Dog on illegal association illegal activities)

I am sure being so called organizing secretary of the illegal association for several years and also as self proclaimed/self appointed watch dog of the same association, you are well aware of your responsibilities as per your own illegal association forged/fabricated/unapproved bylaws (page 4 of your forged/fabricated bylaws 2005 is attached for your ready reference since you may to search at your house without such valuable documents for your use) by members/AGM/EGM and also by RoSF bylaws. Thankfully, it was you, who confirmed to your good friend and the EoC member by e-mail, Mr.Nageshwar Rao, that the bylaws of the 2005/2006 is fabricated and no such bylaws documents were passed by so called MC committee of the illegal association, nor no such documents were even approved by the members in any of the AGM/EGM in any illegal meetings for several years. If you have missed the mail sent by you to your friend Mr.Nageshwar Rao, I will send it to you for brushing your memory, since you have grown old by now after you sent the same several years ago to him. The same fabrication of bylaws issue to be clarified by your so called legal counsel Rajendran is documented in EoC letter to him and to your illegal committee to clarify the same issue. No reply came from you or your great illegal committee governing body till now. Can you come with your straight answer? I do not think so. 

Though with all these illegal activities by you and your handful of loyal illegal association illegal members in the helm is continuing in illegal GFPOA, I wanted few clarification from you on the following issues to know the future course of actions of your illegal MC committee members on important pending cases, in which your illegally appointed lawyer is representing your illegal activities in various courts. I am sure you will not clarify even one bit due to your ego and no show attitude, it is my responsibility to ask you as President cum General Secretary of the legal association to send it to our members to act on your illegal activities soon in court of law, to end your illegal activities. Please take this as public notice and act immediately. Or else, legal consequences will be at your own risk. This public notice will be sent to all the members in colony/by post and by mail as well. Don’t come with your cranky replies as you used to do with me in your personal e-mails. Act with legal responsibilities since you claim to be legal association and the proof burden is on you to act in the future. 

Please update the status of the following cases after you take the details from your yet another illegal so called Joint Sec and so called officiating General Sec Mr. Sadasiva Rao ( yet another great leader for all the illegal activities and for filing false cases on me) and send a reply as circular to the colony with few left out illegal association governing body members printed on the new letterheads ( or I will send the names of the few left out illegal members, if you do not know the names of the left out members since many of them out of 19 illegal governing body members have resigned from your illegal association without your knowledge and of the watch DOG like you). None of these cases will be impleaded by us since your team of illegal association members are handling without any authorization from us even after I have taken over the legal association, after the elections in May 2010, 2 court orders and subsequent approval of the 2 AGMs.

1. WP 10469 of 2010, filed by Ms.Vijaya Lakshmi ( wife of Bheema Chary, whom I made one of the co accused in the present case in CID, which you may not know) filed on 29th April 2010, pending for 3 years with no updates from your great President in various circulars and kept mum for years. Since you claim that you are going to court to follow it, please update us the status.
2. WP 15895 of 2010, filed by Padmavathi and 2 others ( all 3 are also the co accused in the case with CID) on 6th July 2010. Why you all are soft peddling on this case for years with strong backing of the judges your President and lawyer have in the high court???
3. An appeal filed by the above said 3 co-accused/villagers with Minister for Revenue, in which you got the notice dated 15th April 2013 against the order of the Collector RR Dist. No sound by your illegal JS or so called illegal President on this till today. What is secret behind this case??
4. WP 16278 of 2013, filed by your great association on 6th June 2013, when all these are still pending?
5. EP No 40/2010 filed by your close friend Dr.P.Shankar Rao, through his brother in 2nd Senior Civil Judge, LB Nagar at RR Dist, a new case came out in light now,  which your illegal association is aware  ( are you aware of this, or will you deny this as watch DOG???).  
6. RR Dist court case on our entire legal association office bearers on their election validity, filed your great JS, Sadasheva Rao.

Any other cases you all know, but might have kept confidential due to your internal arrangements with our rivals without our knowledge, if any such cases, also must be disclosed and must update the status. All out comes on all these cases are your illegal association responsibilities. 

Not only you and your illegal association office bearers run the association illegally, but also you have taken the burden of the 1000 members on your shoulders ( quote your illegal JS, Sadasheva Rao words in many occasions )  without any authority and with your own personal hidden agenda and interest, I warn you to come out openly with your clear plan, failing which you and your illegal team will face legal consequences for any delay, outcome and also the members wrath in form of sacking you all as members of the legal association by the members in AGM, soon be called by us.  I hope you understand and act responsibly? 

By the way, what your illegal association will do on specific order on 8 plots walls by Dr.P.Shankar Rao brother to be demolished and same order is with our good friend and dynamite SVGK Murty, who would have told you by this time. Will you take up the work of demolishing them with help of MRO? Or simply yap for years with all false promises and collect money in name of settlement money with villagers, LRS, BPS and GO 166 and so on and enjoy your life and sit and criticize others?

No updates on 8 walls from SVGK Murty

Dear All members,

As of today, I have update from the MRO office ( today I went to collect some papers applied under RTI) that none of our affected land/plot owners, under leadership of dynamo SVGK Murty has met MRO for the 2nd time to follow up the demolishing the walls on specific orders from Collector. Surprisingly, when I called 2 of the affected parties yesterday and today, they are even not aware of SVGK meeting with MRO as such. I have no mails from SVGK either on his first visit nor to the 2nd visit to be under taken along with all 8 affected plot owners in the last couple of days. I have called him 2 times and no response from him on his plans.

I now request my emissary Mr.Pardhasarathy Anna to go to SVGK Murthy Residence or Office to update his future plan on this assignment, or if he not ready to take it up, if he says so,  I will handover the same task to someone in our sub committee under the new leader, if they are willing to take it up, or I will take it up to finish the task. We can not hold it for long and must strike when the iron is hot.

9 Sub Committees for various task in Green Fields

Dear All,

I have formed the following Sub Committees ( SC) for the follow up of the various issues related to the GF in the coming days/months. The SC will report the assigned jobs by President/General Secretary to him from time to time by following it up with the concern departments/officials. This could may be weekly or fortnight or even could be monthly appraisals with reviews on the pending issues. I have taken this decision due to various reasons and one of the reasons are that since I do every thing myself, some of the committee members feel that they are not able to contribute to the cause and they also wanted to join in contributing by their physical presence.  I appreciate them for their gesture. Moreover, too much pressure on me due to various works on GF regularisation issues now in pipeline. I am sure few active members will come forward to take few task in their hands and support me to reduce the pressure. The sub committee name are as follows, which be headed by President cum General Sec:

1. Circular and Colony Admn Team Sub Committee: We have Mr.Inayat ( Joint Sec) /Mr.Rambabu ( MC Member) with lead of Mr.Gyaneshwar, who is CAT head.
2. 8 plots demolishing Sub Committee. Mr.Om Prakash ( Vice President) will the Chair of the SC. SVGK along with affected parties will follow it up with MRO, Police and GHMC and report to me.
3. Survey No 375 Sub Committee: We have active member Mr.Mohan Babu (MC member)  to look after this. He will give the other 3 names along with him. The President will be  chair of all the sub committee. 
4. Funds Sub Committee: ???? Names to be given.
5. Collector and RDO office and MRO follow up Sub Committee:???? Names to given.
6. CID/DGP follow up sub Committee:????? Names to be given.
7. Secretariat and CMO follow up sub committee:????? Names to give.
8. Illegal Association cases and Vijaya Bank cases Sub Committee:???? Names to be given.
9. Other cases in AP High Court and small court Sub Committee:???? Names to be give. 

All the inputs will be given to these sub committee members head by me and they will follow it up every week/fortnight and or every month and update to me to circulate to our honorable members the developments by mail. While going to these offices, I will take them along with me and introduce the officials to follow it up with them on a fixed date to get familiar with issues. Where ever you find question mark like this, (????), it will be filled with one of the governing body members as Chair ( after they give their names) of the sub committee and we will selected the other members out of the names give by ordinary members in mail to join the sub committee to go with them from time to time. 

I am sure this will be welcome by the legal committee members/governing body members and also by the members?

Moreover there are several issues need attention. It is physically impossible for one person like me to do it during the peak time like this. All these days, I managed with limited man power, with who ever backed me voluntarily. But I now need openly help from all the governing body members and must come forward to take heavy load on me.  

Few top of the line and important issues will be handled by me, which crops up from time to time. This will not only will lead to ease pressure on me, but if any eventuality, they can still run the association.  Any issues missed by me now, will be updated later.

What is the position of 8 plots walls?

Dear All,

The demolishing of 8 plots walls specific order issued by Collector of RR Dist has been handed over to the dynamic man of the colony Mr.SVGK Murty by Sri, Parthasarathy garu as my emissary to carry out the work. Till today, on record, I have no information to pass it on to all members about what is the situation on these plots. I understand from SVGK Murty that after meeting the MRO, he spoke with me over phone on MRO reactions and I requested him to put it on mail to circulate the visit report. But no reply from SVGK so far.

They were supposed to be meeting MRO yesterday again ( 21st Aug 2013)  along all the 8 affected parties. But even that development is not appraised to me till now. I request SVGK to update the same to circulate the same to our honorable members to add feather in the cap to our team, who carried out the task.  Since Gyaneshwar garu is busy with few important issues, I request Parthasarathy anna to follow it up with SVGK to report to me, if SVGK is busy or do not wanted to send any mails to me on these developments. 

However, let us take call, if SVGK is not able to carry out the task and assign the same to some other member of the CAT team, if he is reluctant to go further from here on. The golden opportunity of the specific order to demolish the walls, illegally occupied by Dr.P..Shankar Rao, through his arrested proxy brother Dayanand should not missed since brother  will be released only on 29th Aug 2013 and before that dynamic SVGK must finish the task. Will he do it? Please come back to me, if they have any limitations. I tried to call and speak to SVGK to find out on phone, yesterday. But no response from SVGK. Please revert to me act fast.
