Public Notice cum Rejoinder 3.
Dear All Green Fields members, Dated 15th Feb 2014.
By now, both 1st and 2nd public notice cum rejoinder would have thrown enough of the insight what was going on with both Gyn and Mohan Babu (MB) and why they tried to defame me to finish me off from the Green Fields forever with falsehood and misleading information related to what they said as not said and so on. Now let us take a break on Gyn and come to the great Mohan Babu with this 3rd public notice cum rejoinder on their circular to the colony, on Mohan Babu, who is not known to anyone of you till he came in to lime light after he joined the legal association to fight against Dr.P.Shankar Rao and why he started drifting from us by joining Gyn and tried his best to destabilize the regularization in the recent past is the story now.
During early stages, Mohan Babu was very much respected by us and was given due respect in the every processes of the association matters by not knowing that he does not deserve that much attention. He thinks himself to be a big leader, but does not deserve to be even ordinary member. According to Yogesh, he is known for his controversies and more known as litigation master in their local colony association. But I did not listen to Yogesh and I have taken him on my own risk and I paid heavy price. He first refused file nomination with a doubt of getting elected. I only forced him to file the nomination and the rest is history. After the election and in first meeting of the committee meeting, the issue of Survey No 375 was raised by him since he is one of affected party. But since I was new to GF issue, I proposed to form a subcommittee and assign the job to someone who is part of the affected plot owner of the very survey number 375. Luckily, Mohan Babu was already in trouble with a case booked on him at Alwal PS related to this survey number and as such someone who is familiar with subject is better than a new person. In the month of Nov 2010, a 375 affected party meeting was called at Advocate/plot owner Mr.Madhusudhan Reddy house. Other committee members like, Inayat, Rambabu, Dallappaiah, Radhakrishna and so on along with may be around 15 of the 375 plots owners attended along with Mohan Babu. Till today, MB was supposed to send the minutes of that meeting. Not sent yet. Looking at the aggression MB shows often for no reasons, I thought he is the best guy to do all the ground work and take up the 375 issue at an appropriate time. All the affected party agreed my proposal. He was assigned the following issues and requested to submit the detailed reports as follows:
- He was asked to collect around 60 plot owners registered documents to analyze the issue related to 375 survey and other adjoining survey numbers plots to fight for our members rights,
- He was asked to get the details of pending cases, if any on 375 survey and was to gather all the documents related to these cases,
- He was assigned to get hold of all the court orders related to 375 surveys, if any.
- He was assigned to get hold of crucial NOC, if at all given by the illegal association, ( Gyn was spreading the rumor of the NOC given by the illegal association by then on 375 with some consideration to the illegal association, but no proof was provided).
- He was directed to follow it up with Governing Body/Management Committee for any help during these processes.
- He was assigned to conduct periodic meetings with those affected and submit the report from time to time by circulating the minutes of the meeting. Not even single meeting was conducted nor minutes were prepared till today in this 3 years.
MB, without much positive results, started passing irrelevant comments on the legal association as if he is champion of the GF and left the very core issue 375 case, assigned to him with no results. Since no meetings were conducted by him, they were restless and many of the affected parties called me and started asking the progress. I used to ask them to contact MB. They used to say that he was not accessible to the affected members, he was very rude with them and also not accessible to me on the ground he was on the way to Vijayawada or coming from Vijayawada, or he is busy with business meetings, or with yearly audit or son broke his hands or legs, or business season or mother and father are not well and so on. I put up with all these excuses and did not put any pressure on him at all, looking at this being the sensitive issues. He took for granted for my mild nature.
But few of the members approached me to intervene directly by removing MB and requested me to take the matter in to my hands. I too thought that since issues like case against Dr.Shankar Rao and his arrest, case against villagers for selling government land and case against illegal association members are nearing, I took pains to write a complaint to the Alwal PS and took the matter in to my hands. Since Gaddar so called son in law, Ravi and others are involved, I too thought that MB is not cut out for that kind of risk and sought help of Police.
I filed a police complaint on 27th Oct 2013 with DCP, Malkajgiri, ACP Alwal and SHO Alwal and took ackn for the same. Since it wasSunday when I lodged the complaint, I went alone and put up lot of strain and by the time I came back home, I fell sick and fever took the toll on me since I worked continuously from past 15 days . I wrote a mail to all the members with a copy to the great man MB on 28th Oct 2013 to follow it up with individual for copies of the police complaint ( to be drafted by him) as per police request and one copy of the sale deed. The sale deeds earlier collected by MB (9 of them) were used with MRO and Collector complaint. Hence more copies were sought. 2 days later, I wrote the following mail.

This word “MB not responded “was taken very offensively by MB and the same was backed by Gyn due to some mistrust on the so called legal notice sent by some useless fellow, which you would have read by now. They hatched a plot to defame me with unwanted issues and raked up a controversy. Gyn says he knows MB very little and met only 2 or 3 times. But he knows me very well from past 20 years. Then why he has not trusted me and sought any clarification even when I offered to clarify on the mail written by me and jumped the gun to supported MB? These 2 people went over board and tried their best to defame me with falsehood and raised needless controversy. The self destructive reply by MB as follows:

As you are aware that my parents (Father & Mother) have passed away in the month of September 11th and 16th and I have to do all the rituals every month. I have performed my mother 45th day ceremony yesterday only. I was taking care of my parents all these years who are 82 years and 76 years old and are sick for several years. I was attending them and keeping at my residence (not leaving the parents at old age homes) till their last breath and I am so attached to them, as I am their only son.
Knowing fully well, you have not bothered to ask me before sending the mails to members, whether I will be able to take it forward as I am yet to recover from the shock. Even after sending the mail, you have not called me or informed me over phone to cross check what I have done for the last two days. In your letter, you have clearly mentioned one week time to get the complaints from the members.
On receipt of your mail, I have communicated to 375 survey member about the issue and we are assembling at my residence today.
Without verifying from me and without taking any information from me, you have sent the mail today informing the members about me not responding to your mail. I don't need any body certification about my work or involvement. You are there to do it on 24hrs basis, as we all agreed that we will not be able to devote time like you. You want to do it like what you have done to Mr.Krishnamurthy to prove me wrong. If you cant take your committee member into confidence, it is better to part ways and there are people who will dance to your tunes. Please do not expect that from me. When basic etiquette are not maintained in our association, it is better to say bye and contribute from outside to the cause of regularisation like other ordinary members. You may take some one into committee in my place, as i will not be able to associate with you any longer.
Even in our last committee meeting at your residence, when one of our member raised issues about accounting etc, you want everything to be off the record about the meeting and you said you are not writing about it, as we all have resolved on all the issues. But later on, after two days, you started writing mails about it one after the other causing embarrassment to the members. You have only raised issues which are convenient to you and ignored others. What are you trying to derive from these acts, if you get pleasure by disowning/disreputing your own committee member, please enjoy by doing so.
You have given one week time to do the job and you could not wait till the time and you want to convey to the members about me in bad light within 48 hours of sending the mail. Whether the person has seen the mail or not or in what state of mind is irrelevant to you. You derive more happiness in doing so and this you do it when there are no other issues to highlight your worthiness or to prove your success, as you want to engage people in some form of discussion. This is in bad taste and does not augur well to your status and this was conveyed to you in person also.
Anyway, the complaints will be ready during this week, as some of the members are not in station and expected in a day or two. The copies of the documents of survey No.375 are with you, as we have given two sets of documents last time at your residence for your records. One set of copies of affected members, we have submitted to Revenue Authorities through you, which may please be recollected.
I have requested again all the members to bring the copy of the document which will be collected now and submitted at the earliest.This is for your information.
Please send this mail to all the members so that they will know that I am not there in the committee anymore and just an ordinary member like others and be part of the regularization process by contributing any funds which are required from time to time.

Do I deserve such treatment from a nonentity in the society? Do I deserve from a person, who is not known anyone before joined me, to do such acts and against interest of the 1000 members? Do I deserve to listen to such nonsense from a person, who has no worth? But for Gyn mail as follows, things would have died down. But it was Gyn, who added fuel to the fire.
Dear President Garu,
I don't understand why tough fight is going on between you and Mr. Mohan Babu. After seeing the both mails, I understood that you have given 10 days times to complete the task. Instead of waiting 10 days, 2nd day itself you have started sending mails to members he is not carrying the job. This is not fair on your part. You should have waited for 10 days, thereafter you have every right to question him for not completing the task. Secondly, you should not ask the members to approach directly to approach you with relevant papers. The question of approaching you is only arises after 10 days i.e. elapse of 10 days times given to Mr Mohan Babu.
Thirdly, if you have any grievance with him you should settle the score outside the Association and not within the Association. If news spreads outside every colony member will laugh on you. This is my comments and decision left on both of you. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, S.Gnyaneshwar,
In this whole issue, why Mohan Babu sent the copy to Gyaneshwar and why Gyaneshwar sent reply within no time on this issue by mail jumping in the fry to precipitate the matter is the question. Why Gyn fished so soon in to the troubled waters, unless he is interested take advantage of the situation? Was he waiting for a chance to hit me since I was gaining lots popularity in the state due to Dr.P.Shankar Rao episode? Please all his circulars to the colony by rewinding the copies from your homes. Most of them were public bashing of the Satyam and Co and Rajendran bashing for his misdeeds since he filed cases on us. He has gone to the extent of helping me to file the cases on them even at Mahankali PS and came along with Mohan Babu and came forward to even sign the letter and give me consent to file the cases by saying that the illegal association has operated the bank account without proper authorization to them. But all of sudden, he backtracked and on his own admission, he got a good post offer and even they are ready to pay Rs.10,000 as salary to him to join the illegal association, but he declined to that offer and now he supports by contradicting his own mail sent to you. What do you understand out of all these? Yes, I agree that all the colony residence are very intelligent and smart. They will understand who is right and who is wrong? Both of them has their own hidden agenda. They wanted to defame me and take advantage of your psyche and make most out of it. Are you ready to fall in to their trap? Think again. 4th rejoinder will give more shocking details of their misdeeds.
