On funds... Uma Prasad garu added Rs.10,000 to kitty

Dear All.

I wanted to add that when Mr.Uma Prasad garu came to see me at my house during his short stay in India ( from USA), looking at my spirit to fight, he saw him in me and he remembered his struggle days. I am sure he come out what he felt when he came to me in his own words. I understand that he too faced such adverse situations when he was in India. He saw the way the negative forces attacking me due to their own frauds and factions as amazing. 

Though I refused to take any financial support from him, I am grateful to him ( and to all those feel like the same way on me) that he not only gave 3rd instalment of loan Rs.10,000, but promised to send every year as loan Rs.10,000 till we get our plots, what may be the outcome of the fight. I reminded him that these are loan amounts and will be returned if I fail to get the plots. 

This kind of faith overwhelmed me and I feel now that I am more indebted to you all more than I deserve.

Recently, even after the negative forces negative publicity on my loans, few of our members, who are generous enough and came forward and contributed even in this adverse conditions. Among them, Mr.K.P.Sharma and Mrs.Meenakshi Sivaraman. Sharma garu came all the way from Nanded and gave a cheque of Rs.5000. This is his 4 contribution and it was so nice of him that he said whenever I wanted funds, he requested me to call him and he ready to contribute.

Mrs. Meenakshi, on her son Sukumar advise, contributed Rs.20,000. This is her 3rd contribution ( first Rs.10,000 and 2nd time Rs. 20,000).  She said that yearly, she decided to contribute Rs.10,000 as loan till I achieve the goal. More heartening statement she made was that even she does not get her plot, it is fine. But she will support a fighter like me. She was saying that old committee took close to Rs.56,000 ( both in cheque and cash) and did not do anything. She is willing to come forward with written complaint to police if all are willing to join her. .

Yes, I am short of funds. And running low with cash. But due to such wonderful gestures, I feel more indebted to all those who supported me during the worst crisis.  I appeal that those who never contributed till now, who feel that they are sure that they are betting on winning horse, must come forward with their first instalment of loan with at least Rs.5000 and come with 2nd instalment may be few months later.

Similarly, those who can afford monthly Rs.1000 or Rs.2000 as recurring loan, of course interest free as my personal liability, please confirm to send only in cheque. The fight is prolonging due to the total story known to you. If we go slow now due to funds, it may be delaying further.  I got this idea recurring loan from members suggestions, who can not give at one go big amounts. Think and come with your advice and ideas. It is welcome.

Mohan Babu, thou is not a HOLY COW.. why???

As I promised, now I have evidence of the criminal activities of the great Mohan Babu, who is claims as if he is a  holy cow and talks about others as convicted with one section of IPC 506 ( which is bailable), himself is under trouble several times with police. In one case, even the police registered FIR against him in Alwal PS ( FIR No 25 of 2010 and can be had on request by mail, or can be downloaded from website) on the festival eve of Sankranti, that on the 12^th Jan 2010. I promised that few FIR copies are under process and will be obtained under RTI. The same is attached for your reference.

Imagine, these persons talk of my conviction with false case. but in this case, Mohan Babu was right royally booked under 4 non bailable sections under IPC. The section are as follows and what for is also reproduced as under:

1.       Under IPC 427. Mischief causing damage to the amount of fifty rupees.-- Whoever commits mischief and thereby causes loss or damage to the amount of fifty rupees or upwards, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

2.       Under IPC 447. Punishment for criminal trespass.-- Whoever commits criminal trespass shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.

3.       Under IPC 506. Punishment for criminal intimidation.-- Whoever commits the offence of criminal intimidation shall be punishedwith imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both; If threat be to cause death or grievous hurt, etc. If threat be to cause death or grievous hurt, etc.-- and if the threat be to cause death or grievous hurt, or to cause the destruction of any property by fire, or to cause an offence punishable with death or 3[ imprisonment for life], of with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years, or to impute unchastely to a woman, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, or with fine, or with both.

4.       Under IPC 34. 1[ Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention.-- When a criminal act is done by several persons in furtherance of the common intention of all, each of such persons is liable for that act in the same manner as if it were done by him alone.]

You know how Mohan Babu escaped the arrest? I was called in as reinforcement and I met then the CI, Mr.K.S.Rao, ( excellent officer, with whom I had very good relationship) and pleaded him to spare them since the lands are government lands and there is some misunderstand on the title due to the misleading statement of Srinivas and I showed him the papers of the court orders. He was convinced and let them off. Thanks to Madhusudhan Reddy, who was lawyer and our plot owner, who also chipped in his advocate title and MB escaped from the jaw of arrest and now he makes fun of others? See how people change colour? When it mattered, he called me. After his work is over, he not only dumps and also defames the very person. These are the leaders

The yet another issue is that the partner of Sri Great MB, that is Gyn is also not a holy cow as such. The FIR related to him in my case, in both the case booked by Durga and Rajendran, he was co accused. He was out of these cases due to my best efforts. I paid Rs.50,000 for Nampally case up to highest court appeals ( with an understanding that we will share the cost equally @ 50%). But he simply he paid Rs.5000 and washed off his hands and now he says I am convicted when it is under appeal?  Not only that. Now shamelessly, both joined the very Rajendran, who humiliated him with case, but now he says that Rajendran is great guy and fighting cases on behalf of GF illegal association with payment of only Rs.1,34,000, whereby, since he also owns the plot, he should have fought free of cost. 

This is what opportunist do. When they get benefit from me, they were with me. When they finished with me, they started accusing me with several lies, falsehood and frivolous issues. They say I talk abusive language as if these elements are  Mahatma Gandhi and as if they are Saints or Vivekananda and so on. Yes, I was convicted due to my misfortunate and that too since not with personal issues with any of these GF residents. Ms.Durga is never known to me and I unfortunately saw her for the first time during the acrimonies EGM to sack Sri Nageshwar Rao garu. I never met Sadasheva Rao before the 16 May 2010 AGM. I never knew the paid witness Nageshwar Rao even now. I never had any issues with Rajendran till the day he filed a case, though I know him from last 22 years. All these elements are part of the illegal activities of the GF from 22 years and filed cases only on me targeting me alone to neutralize me. When we have 9 committee members, why they targeted me only? I am sure you all understand now their motives and the why they all joined against one person??

More FIR copies are on the way on few cement and steel dealers, who are funded by some of our colony great leaders. Now they roam around as if they are gentlemen. But they are not. The anti social elements back them and they use them to threaten fighters like with dire consequences if these are exposed. I have kept a secret mail, which will be mailed to all of you if anything happen to me along copies to police department. They know the consequences. Some have even participated big land grab at Uppal. They are trying take foothold now in GF since they failed in these areas with help of some ex governing body members. I am watching. Let us not allow them to succeed.

a)     Even God will not let you enjoy plot ownership if you intention is to sit and do nothing and hope to get lucky if Chandrasekhar is successful – you are hoping for rewards without showing any faith.

b)     Or are you saying that you have no faith or hope that our plots will be regularized? If that is so, will you sell me the rights to your plot for Rs. 1 Lakh. If you have given up all hopes on the plot, this Rs. 1 lakh should be considered a big bonus.

c)     Or do you lack faith in Mr. Chandrasekhar?  Search through the pages of your life and see if you know anyone with better capability or better tenacity or better honesty who is willing to fight on your behalf. If you do we too will bow to that person. But until such a time, what does it cost you to just share a few good words of encouragement and show of faith.

d)     Or are you afraid that if you join the support group, you have to pay more money?   Chandrasekhar has been requesting for financial help, but have you ever seen an email or request “REQUIRING” you to pay a certain amount. The illegal association in the past and in the present do things like that, but not Chandrasekhar. He will request, but not insist. He will fight for you whether you pay money or not. There are so many members in the email support group that have not paid any money but support through encouraging words.

So please come forward and join the email support group. Out strength in numbers will be of great help in our success.

That was I was requested all our beloved and loyal members to beg them with mail by asking them send mail to shut their mouth and not to indulge in such destructive activities. Though I am pleased received at least 25 to 30 sending loyal members like you all sending  such mails, I am also disappointed and not pleased with balance 500 plus members response ( neither they are reactive nor proactive), who also benefit with my untiring efforts to get their plots with life risk, spending my precious time, my own money with support of few of our loyal  members, losing my health, mental trauma due to such forces, physical strain due to heavy travelling around the town on daily basis, fighting with officials, fighting politicians and fighting system and still not lose the heart to keep the issue active in hot sun during the summer season and take such negative forces in my stride is not a small asking.  To these negative forces, the personal benefit comes first but to me our plot owners interest is critical.  When I think like that, I am baffled that why the balance members, who see every day in day out my mails do not respond like you?

What actually happens is that the audacious statement of Gyn and Mohan Babu is that when I claim 600 plus are with me and if it is true, they say why only 25 respond to me? It is valid question, but invalid logic. The myth of few responding must be broken with overwhelming members condemning their acts. We must not lose our heart for their canard and smear campaign.  Many of our members, when they see their mails ( sent by me to be transparent with even on their criticizing me)  and my defense ( to appraise the truth and facts), our members go in to depression. Imagine that those large members who are not directly affected with acts of  carnage and falsehood by these forces going in to depression and feel unhappy with such negative developments, what should happen to me, who is taking directly the thud of these forces? I should have left this fight long ago, or would have died with shock for their malicious campaign only to defend their wrongs.  

But I am sure you all agree that my fighting spirit is still very strong and I take them head on with my rejoinders with facts figures and the truth with evidences.  The numbers to show our unanimity is the issue. Everyone, who reads our daily mails send their reactions in their names and that goes in to the blog, they must be ashamed of their acts. This is key. Even few of members subscribe to my view and they write in their mail to do so with our other members. But many still stand as passive onlookers. This boasts the morale of these negative forces and they act cowardly and try to demoralize our efforts, instead of getting demoralized with such overwhelming support from our mailer group. Even someone else in my place do not get such support, they would quit long ago, not knowing that these forces up the arm only to get in again to sell our plots ( once we do not show interest) to others and make money. That is what happen with few of them now and they are the one who sent legal notice to few earlier illegal association members to either return their money or return their plots.  Around 60 plots are in such state in various survey numbers. If that is not the case, what is wrong in me to oppose me with several falsehood and frivolous cases? Why they rake up none issues and try to neutralize me to keep me away from GF and return to make big killing???

Admittedly due to the smear campaign by these forces, the funds contribution dried up and I am running low on funds. Once funds position is low, my trips to officials, courts, police, other departments come down from daily to  once in 2 days. This slowdowns our progress. No one understands that to fight such a big battle with a crocked groups singlehandedly  is not that easy.  Even those 500 mute members wait to see few more years for my capacities/capabilities and then wanted come openly means, those who are watching from sidelines do not have rational capacity to decision making. This hurts our cause. Hence I only can make appeal to those who did not come forward  till now to bash them on mails, must open up both mentally and big with financially.

However, even such support is not coming from the mute members due to their self doubt, I will not stop the fight till the results are achieved. Money will be raised as it has been done earlier with my own efforts, thanks to those members who supported with loans  ( if those members who have not paid loans, do not pay even now) and will take the issue forward, what may come. I am sure no one is doubting my credibility. But few of our members have their own reservations since they lost money with no show illegal association earlier. Now coming to the annual returns not filed with RoS and Firms by your new close friend and partner Mr.Gyn to topple me, as I said earlier, I know that he is also in big fraudster, liar, cheat and mislead all of us from several years since we trusted him so much. But I kept quite only to see that we first finish the GO 166 and go to all these fraudsters. 

The truth is that when I went to RoS and Firms on the 10^th Nov 2011, to collect all the annual return papers with an RTI, I was shocked that none of them were filed with proper legal sanctity and no fees is paid to renew our GFPOA with every year Rs.100 fee to the RoS and Firms and with every year change of GB and MC members signed by the new committee.  Even Mr.Narasimhan, when he was with us, knows this since he went once to RoS and Firms, which was kept secret by me only to cross verify my doubts as witness. None of the legal formalities are followed by Gyn. Only due to this, we are not able to even take his signatures and buy one minutes book and start writing the minutes since he is also illegal persons due to such actions. I have attached even the bylaws requirements to file the annual returns with every year GB and MC members names afresh to legalize. Now you know who is spitting the venom on whom? You know you know why they are doing so? Only to defame me and escape from the law of the land.

Fortunately the DIG, RoS and Firm said that since I have interim court order, I can wait till the final order and with that order I can file the renewal letters with fees. Even he said that I cannot write minutes of the meeting in a new book without ratifying the old minutes books stamped by RoS and Firms from past 18 years. If we buy new book without stamp of RoS and Firms, it is not valid. Since you both are planning to bury all these bones ( which will fall from the cupboard after once the issues of GO 166 resolved), you both have to set right the legality to save your both position. I am sure now you have come to senses? I have in written from RoS and Firms that “ NO ANNUAL WRITTENS LISTs ARE FILED FROM THE DATE OF INSECPTION OF GFPOA, THAT IS 1992). Your new partner knows this and now he is worried man since one after the other scandals are coming out and he may be in trouble hence he latched on to your useless controversy and tried to politicize and escape. First I would like to clarify that you are not able to understanding the contents of  my  mails and unnecssary throwing challenges on me.  Read carefully, then reply.  There is no hurry in giving  reply.  SENT MAILS, DON’T SEND AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I also first would like to clarify to you that you must first read fully all the mails and must understand what it means to you and know that what you are writing ( just simply do not copy the contents sent by MB) and that you will abide by what you say. Some of the issues on which you are backing out to go through self imposed punishment since you do not know what you wrote and what you promised. This may be because the mails are written by someone and you send it without reading the contents.

1.  First you say that you will apologize to members if you said chiller committee. Now you back out. That may be because of you did not see the draft sent by MB?

2.  You said that you met some unnamed Sr Citizen, who made you to eat grass with some sensible and good advice to you. But to our surprise, you do not disclose  his name. But we have information from our intelligence sources, that you met Mr.Pardhasarathy. Now, either you deny or confirm with whom you met. Or name the person. You beat around the bush and play tricks to confuse the members with your fabricated incidents. This will go on with your colony resident illegal committee members. Not with me.

3.  You said that you never complained on MRO, I sent the proof. Now back out saying that you never said. Why do not you complaint to police that I have sent wrong mail and defaming you?

4.  You never clarified that you have filed annual returns with RoS and Firms or you never filed it. So it means you accept the mistake?

5.  You said you send the circular. I said send it. No circular is sent to colony and no copy is sent to me. Now I suggest that you send it and help me.

6.  You only said that you are approached some imaginative persons from the rivals to join them with big post. Today you do not know what you are talking and blame us as if we said.

Please have a close look at all the replies and abide by it. I am suggesting that only for your own safety. I am not dangerous like MB. Once if such contents goes to your close friend MB, though he claims that he is sincere honest, if he is really, he may take advantage of such loose talks and put you in trouble at a later day, like he has done to me now. When he can back stab me with such false changes in rage, with cynically and with so much vengeance, after all you are nothing to him.

I am sure, by now you all residents would have been dump struck due to the false allegation flaying thick and fast through circulated by the 2 new watch dogs of the colony with a 7 pages few days ago.  But all these are the part of the very smear campaign by these 2 from past few months. The very allegation were flaying from past 5 months and all these what found in the colony circular is already replied to them via emails for their emails and the same is also uploaded from time to time on website to awaken our intelligentsias of the colony.  The members in mails have reacted to these allegation and condemned their attitude in such acts.

But to be fair and to be sincere in my endeavors, to promote the competitive atmosphere within us even in the early states itself, I challenged these 2 elements with the following offer. The dates can be seen in the timeline of the mails and you can understand. Offer was sent to them at 5.26 pm and the great MB thankfully, acted very fast ( may be without consulting the partner Gyn) and the sent the reply by 9.48 pm on the same day, that is 10^th Dec 2013.  Please read and then you will understand.

1.       If you get arrested Dr.P.Shankar Rao with the same old case ( FIR at Neredmet, now with CB CID, which is very easy) or with any new case within 30 days, I will concede the ground to both of you, but not to illegal association. I will hand over the legal association to you both President and General Secretary with effect from the day get arrested him. I will work under you.

2.       And /Or, book one case on Dayanad and get him arrested within 7 day from today on 8 plots, I will hand over the legal association to you,

3.       And/Or, book one criminal case on any of the 48 villagers within 15 days and recover the money paid by us within 120 days, I will hand over the association to you golden platter.

4.       And/Or, just in anyone case on anyone of the illegal association members, get them arrested on the issue, within 60 days, I will resign from association for you to take over.

5.       And/Or, get vacated any 2 cases out of 6 cases pending in various  Court, within 15 days, I will resign and go on hiding, after returning the entire loan amount.

6.       And/Or, get orders from anyone government officials on GO 166 within 90 days, with your own efforts, without collecting any money from anyone with your own resources, I will leave the association, give 150 sqrd plot offered by Ram Babu to you both to share.  The plot will handed over to you on the day we get our demand notes.

You both are boasting that you will dislodge me. That is not difficult. The easiest thing is to dislodging me. But if you both are having guts, do the above and show to the world that you both are men with guts.  Thanking you.  S.Chandrasekhar.

You can make out by seeing that the offer that I have made is fair and profitable to them. I was pretty happy with the immediate response of the great man, Mohan babu on the same day that he is accepting the offer. But till today, I have not received the agreement copy on a Rs.100 stamp paper. The pretext was they wanted all the papers. But for that, I immediately replied that with just 10% papers, I have brought the issue up to this level. And all the documents, given by the yet another great Gy is already not only with him but also uploaded in to the website and can be downloaded. I am very transparent and clear with papers and documents in displaying no secret was maintained right through. But both of them developed cold feet and even after 30 reminders, they have not complied with the request to take up the matters of their interest and balance can be handed over to me. I know you colony residents will not be happy with this offer and if really if they take it, you will have to be under Gyn mercy and I sure no one is willing to be under him to face such situation. But to call for a seize fire, I made this lucrative offer and though one accepted, but they went back, may be due to unknown reasons. Since they may deny no such thing has happen, I have sent the copy of the great MB mail reply to me as well for you all to be sure that what I said is right.  These answer several issues of their circulars since they say I have not done anything from 4 years and not to trust me. But I offered them to take over here on and be happy to share the burden. Did they come??

Coming to the minutes of the meeting not written by me, let us accept that what they say is right for a moment and I full accept and concur with him that I did not write the minutes.  But what did this great Gyn did it? Do you know? See below the details known to MB, later he not even replied him from past 4 months. Even I offered to in yet another mail to go to the RoS and F to obtain one copy of the minutes book to start from now since according to the books of the RoS, even today, Gyn is the top man of GF. Not Satyam and Co.

This was not disclosed by me to members since he was with us. Now you joined him, ask him to show the returns filed to RoSF. He too managed by giving money to officials in RoSF ( like the illegal association managed for 12 years) and did not file yearly returns. Do you want the proof? I will send it to you provided if you accept one of the challenges.

1.           Option one. I will give you this proof if you apologies for your mistake  you have done due to 375 and write a mail to members that you did a mistake,

2.           Option 2. You give me Rs.50,000 donation to arrange the proof. I will give you. Or he may have the filed returns with him, please ask him to give it to you, which possibly he will not give you since it will expose him.

3.           Option 3. You will write similar letters of his fraud to all the members, by sending me the original with Rs.10,000 to post to all members. I will do the labor job.

4.           Option 4. You will file a police complaint on him and get him arrested for criminal breach of trust IPC 406 and cheating IPC 420. Do you have guts? I know you do not have. You just simply yap.

5.           Option 5. File a case in court for his fraud.

6.           Option 6. Get me the name, who has sent the legal notice to him?  

Just sitting at home and yapping around is not enough my dear MB. Take challenges and come forward. Those who are cowards hide, not brave like you, who will not hide. Come and show that you are a MAN. Moreover, I gave an offer to go to RoS and get one stamped minute’s book. You and Gyn are great guys. Still as per the RoS letter, he is the President. Till today, there is no response from them. But they mislead colony residents with such falsehood and wrong information again and I am not sure the illegal association is aware of this fraud, which was very much answered by us in mail and uploaded the replies on to the website. Few from colony  in mails are aware of this offer. Since I corner the great Gyn with proofs on several issues from past 4 weeks in the colony circulars, having lost ground and got exposed, the latest circular was more Mohan Babu centric and wanted to attack through his name, as if he is holy cow, that too without his signature. Why so? That will known to you next week.  Gyn thinks, but also pretends that the great MB is a Holy Cow, outright sincere and honest. But I will prove him wrong.  The idea was to educate you to know the truth, not their falsehood and lies. It is only to wake call to you, though I am not sure will you?? Let us see!!!
