Rumors about the EGM in 2010 and I have not vested colony???

I understand the anti social elements are active today in the colony with some distortion on the EGM conducted by the illegal association to remove the Election Officer in the year 2010. They are saying that those who supported me during that time and now I have ditched them. Interesting, the very forces went inside the EGM meeting after signing the EGM entry book ( though got elected under my banner) with smiling talk with the extra constitutional authority Ms.Kanakadurga and came out without even one word in favor of me. This shows that these forces having some tacit understanding with the illegal forces even at that time?? May be that is the reasons, they so called audit committee head, who was sacked, did not pursue the matter? That may be reasons, the anti social elements now talk in favor of the illegal association support and go soft on their misappropriation of accounts worth of lakhs of rupees and rake up legitimate issues of the legal association as illegal? That may be reasons, these rogue elements go soft of illegal association President on out of turn regularization funds raising without even any approval of their own illegal committee members and so called EGM or AGM? Those who attended that meeting in the name to see what is going on inside EGM are  great Mohan Babu, Narasimhan garu along with one non member of the committee Mr.Nagarjuna garu. But they did not utter one word in favor of me by MB and Narasimhan and came out without any resistance for sacking the EO, to which they are party to elections. Let them come out with facts now. Let the members in colony know what happen.

Though it is not true, let us go by their analogy that I did  visit the colony after they left me. I know that they have organized few anti social elements and goons of Dr.P.Shankar Rao to kill me in the colony, if I visit the colony. Police also have clues of their plans. I have uploaded this now in website that these forces from the colony and that those forces who are spreading the rumors on me, those rouges are responsible my death in violent manners. But these forces sleep with their a/c on. How do they know I have come or not when they do not even walk in the colony with their heads held high after their shameless acts? Out of the 6 visits, one month ago, during one visit, one lady said that if someone to be sent to jail first, it should be so called founder president first for his misadventure.

Some members, who are in tacit understand with the sacked and disgraced members started spreading rumors that I sought support from them over the phone. But I have incoming phone records of Nagarjuna calling me to prove that he called me just to know what is going on, which is very routine from him and during such talk, he wanted me to send the mail on which he wanted to ask few hard questions on AGM to be conducted. Nagarjuna is one of the advocates of colony AGM. I told him that I was ready with few set norms as per bylaws 1992. After sending the same, I called to confirm with him. He did not revert to me with his questioning them and it is different matter. I do not need to beg, borrow or steal the support like few anti social elements in desperation. It will come on its own. When few went out from our group, 20 joined. If some more go, few more will join. No issues. Let them not worry about my supporters. Even if I am alone also, I will do it. I will not have dearth of supporters. Let them worry to prove that they have numbers with list. Without such numbers, ask them not to yap. They know they are down and out. Or else, they would have boasted with all those supporters names and their testimonials in the mails to all the 280 supporters. Why they silent? Because they got more brickbats than pats. It is matter of time that they bury their own heads in shame further.

Must rush them to some psychiatrist

Dear All,

I heard from colony that few rouge elements were trying to spread carnage on my name and trying sully my image by saying that I have no plots in GF colony. All my records of plots are  with police Alwal and Police CB-CID. They can make an RTI application and obtain certified copies. I am sure they will shut all their 9 holes with that?

While saying so, these anti social elements said today that I enjoyed public funds ( means loans) from 5 years and not done anything from 5 years. These forces are having mental illness and I am sure those hear their saying so, must rush them immediately to some psychiatrist ( may be Dr.Nagender, who is very near to GF colony and admit them in hospital and he was once visited by one of the sacked committee member due to his illness) to check their mental health state.

But I challenge these anti social elements even today. Let them come with 150 GF officials members ( not land grabbers, goons of Shankar Rao) and request to handover the charge. I am willing to do so. I will take care of the repayment of the loans taken by me. They need not worry. If they are first and 2^nd gender, they must come within 3 days. If they are 3^rd gender, they must come within 15 days.

But still I say with confidence that I, that I, that I, that is S.Chandrasekhar only can solve this long standing issue. I know those anti socials elements and  forces are trying to stop it. But they will not succeed.

I never separated Residents and Open Plot Owners... a falsehood.

Dear All,

Few minutes ago, one of the committee members, who met one loafer of the colony during walking in morning. During that time some anti social elements said it seems that I trying to divide the residents and open plot owners. In a desperate attempt to gain sympathy from residents of GF, one open plot owner also joined such forces to spread motivate campaign against me. Let you all go to all my 5 years old mails, circulars and SMS and rewind it. In every circular, I requested the residents to join the main stream and come out of the “Maya Jaal” of few elements. But they did not join is the different matter. The campaign says it seems that I am holding to post for my comfort. Let these forces conduct the AGM and get appointed a election committee and get elected? Who is stopping them? I understand that the rouge elements will write a circular on this issue.

Always, loafers will have some reasons or other to defame others. I am not in limelight by choice. I am in limelight that too nationwide due to my outstanding records to fight corruption, land grabbers,  rouge elements and anti social elements like them. They are trying to instigate members to ask me questions, where by even before they ask me the questions, I send daily news updates on every issue. They are just trying to create wedge and enjoy. But they have failed before, they are failing now, they will fail again and again for years and get good beating from the members. It was me who stopped them not to go violent. One of the members of the colony told me that, one ex committee members was beaten by ladies group with chappals few years ago. He will identify himself with rejoinder.  That kind of situation is not too far.

Anti Social elements will conduct AGM??? at GF colony?? They are welcome.

Just I got a call from GF colony from one member that few minutes ago that few rouge elements along with few anti social elements are trying to spread falsehood and motivated campaign against us saying that I am scared on conducting AGM in the Green Fields colony due to goons fear. I wanted to deny the same wanted to give offer to those forces to conduct the AGM and I will attend the same alone if they desired.

But before these forces conduct an AGM in colony to project their strength, they must test their waters by conducting one small meeting of residence of the Green Fields to know their own status and how many are supporting them to conduct the big AGM in colony with funds donated by few business magnets and spurious steel and cement dealers, who are booked under various crimes. I will be happy to attend the same meeting with my committee members ( since we are legal association). Moreover, these loafers it seems say that I am not sincere and honest to conduct AGM in colony. I think few members have hearing problems is known. But may be the others supporters of these rouge elements have even eye sight problems. I have written clearly in my several public notices that if they conduct under the banner of legal association headed by us at colony as per bylaws 1992 requirement to be filled, I am ready. Since it is they who are calling the meeting, let them go around and take signatures of the members demand to conduct meeting as per the bylaw. I am attaching the requisite letter from their supporters to send their request to get approved by the committee and conduct meeting at GF colony under their financial support, with funds raised by the business people with dubious means. They need just 100 members signatures to demand an AGM. I do not think it is a problems to these rouge elements to organizing those numbers from their 280 supporters with their men and muscle power?  

I am very happy that someone with support of business people conducting AGM, which is a novel idea. They must put up their add boards and support them as well to promote the spurious brands of spare parts and steel along with cement. No collection of Rs.300 is a welcome news. The coordinators for arranging the AGM at colony ( as soon as possible) from legal association will be announced as soon as the demand for AGM reaches us from those anti social elements and the legal committee approves. However, if they try to bypass the legal committee, the rogue elements will have to answer to courts and police. Last time, the legal recourse was suggested by one of the greats of the colony to go to court and take a stay order if the illegal association conducts AGM. They announced and cancelled as soon as they came to know that I am moving to court. I am sure they will face the same situation? We will follow the due processes of law. I am sure those loafers have good legal brains to take care of bylaws, in laws and outlaws???

By the way, some of the new loafers wanted to know it seems that how I will live in the colony if I do not conduct the AGM. They said it seems that they see my end. But I too feel that it is not safe to live amidst the indifferent people, 3^rd gender, goons and anti social elements after I regularize these plots is over and quit the colony by selling my property to some good people. I am sure they are so happy to hear this news?

Few anti social elements today spoke to our colony residents saying that I call them as watch DOGS. But what they must understand is that those who say that they will watch what others are doing is right or wrong are called as watchdogs ( that means supervisory body, regulators, overseers) . It is they who said on their own that they will watch my every movements and report to you colony members very loyally like supervisory body, regulators, overseers and as watch dog. But though they did not do so and it is different matter. One day, they said I did not go to court. Did any of you received my movements from past 3 months?

They said it seems that I do not maintain Decency? Do they know what the meaning decency is?? Do you need to speak decently with anti social elements and rouges? More so when they are not identified?? We will decide to call them decently when they prove so to be called with decently.

on Getting support from one steel and cement dealer who is funding by selling the spurious brands and making big money for land grab

Few loafers and the anti social elements in colony are spreading rumors that I am accusing some cement and steel dealer who is nothing to do with colony. If that is the case, why these anti social elements are reacting to such statements if they are not connected with him?

But they connected hence they are reacting. These anti social elements  ( under the guise of association founders) are getting support from one steel and cement dealer who is funding by selling the spurious brands and making big money. Few anti social elements are using those funds and using those amounts in land grab. Is it not connected with Green Fields safety?

Loans issue. needless and useless and senseless and brainless points

Dear All,

Some anti social elements, along with loafers, who are trying to create trouble and promote enmity between members have went around the colony and saying that I have made several appeals in our Green Fields website for funds. But the mental ability of those anti social elements is in question and their standing in the society is in doubt.

Let me clear the picture. The funds raised as loan are very much as per the law of the land and as per the AGM approval in the year 2012 May month. I never asked funds before. But after everyone assured the loans can be raised to speed up the pending regularization, I have taken liberty with only those who can give loans have been taken, not by any blackmail nor force. These elements, who are trouble mongers have never paid even single rupee. They have no right now to ask any questions since they are sacked from the association. Let those who paid can come to my home and seek the accounts, statement of the loan paid members. It is not confidential. It is only private circulation since it is a personal guaranteed loan. At least in my case, I have assured the members that it is personally guaranteed loans. If I fail to get plots, I will pay. Do these anti social elements have guts to give assurances?  

But few anti social elements have sold some others members plots without their knowledge, took kick backs from lawyer’s fees, looted funds of the members in the name of BPS, LRS, old due to villagers, GO 166 and many more heads. Now they are now having understanding with them and sharing the loot as soon as they eliminate me. Surprising that these copy cats and these new anti social elements say that the illegal committee is fighting cases with their own money. Why they are not operating the accounts with yet another court order? They have an outstanding lawyer, who can manipulate the law of the land and get the accesses to the account. Let them take over the accounts and fund to illegal land grabbing.

I have an offer to make ( if they can identify)  to those unidentified anti social elements. Since they think that they are good Samaritans of the GF colony under the guise of land grabbers, let them send same kind of appeal to all the 280 members from their data base even without AGM approval. Let us see how many will believe them and give loans, forget about expenses? The loans will be personally guaranteed by those anti social elements who are spreading falsehood and motivated allegation against me. I bet with them. Even they get 10 laksh ( not as much as 50 laksh as they say in my case), I will cut my neck and give them. Or they will pay me 50 laksh. Good offer. Or they ready? This must be done within 15 days from today. Let them come to me with agreement on 100 rupee stamp papers. I am sure they will vanish from the colony for months and will never reply like many of them I have challenged. If they would have been men, they will. How can in between ( you will know them soon on their own admission that they are in between) can accept?

I have made an open mail to all the members approval for YSR Party meeting

I understand from the colony that few rouge elements along with few anti social elements are trying to spread rumors that I have no approval of meeting the political parties to solve our issues. But what they do not understand is that as CEO and President of the colony legal committee, ( under the court order and not as fraudulent means by few elements for 22 years with fixed AGMs and Fixed Elections)  though I have full powers to run the day to day affairs, I do not need permission from anyone. Moreover, for safety purpose, I have made an open mail to all the members approval and they have approved by majority by mail. I have sent even 560 SMSes on that issue. I have proofs with me and the loafers need not know that I have permissions. See the thanks letter sent to all the members who have attended. You mean to say without their approval, so  many would have come? Do I need permission from one committee member, who is not dedicated nor sincere to attended meetings. But shamelessly, both those who are rouge elements also attended the meeting??? I do not know. Let them confirm.

I get calls from colony  that few loafers and rouge elements( names are not disclosed by them)  are trying to spread rumors saying that I have planned to take over the GF bank accounts just like that. Though it is not true, they are trying to spread falsehood and wild allegations as if I am doing it without AGM authority. But what they do not understand is that (since their brains have gone numb due to summer heat ) even today, I have authority to take over the bank accounts with RR Dist court order. Let them go to their so called illegal association illegally appointed lawyer that do I have authority. If he gives in written that I do not have right to operate,  let them publish as notice. Then I will show I am up to under the law.

But in all fairness, I have not touched that account since it is tainted account. One of the so called audit committee members, who is now with rouge elements and anti social elements is trying lay his hands to take over the account to finance his business using that amount by supporting the illegal association governing body and  illegally appointed lawyer to share the loot. I understand today from the colony that few Rouge elements spreading falsehood and motivated campaign on expenses incurred by me related to GF issue by meeting personally several people in the colony. They says it seems that inflated to the expenses as if I have claimed the money from the members/ or from the association.

But what their brains do not understand is that ( that may be die to summer heat, they are suffering mental imbalance) whatever expenses they are saying to the colony is correct but what they are trying to achieve is as if I am claiming right away the expenses. But the reality is that what I spent from past 5 years will be put to the AGM at appropriate time for subject to approval of the members. They are deliberately twisting my words and trying to confuse the members. Moreover, they are trying to spread falsehood and trying to cover-up their misdeeds and try to raise the same issue again and again to only to escape the issues I have raised. Did you all see and noticed that these forces NOT answered even one question raised by me?  I am sure they are hanging their heads in shame and trying cover up by putting brave front by asking the same questions in different forms. But I am sure it is matter of time that those who say they pray LORD Satyanarayanan Swami and LORD Ayyappa will punish them and their family for their wrong doing. The same way, if I am wrong, my family GOD ( Vytheswaran), my village GOD ( Renukamba/ Mahakali) and my pet GOD, Nagadevatha will punish me as well. I am praying these GODS also to punish them for their wrong doing soon to put an end to their evil designs.

The lawyer statement is old and sent since they said I have not fought.

I understand that few rouge elements and loafers are spreading rumors personally in the colony that I sent the lawyers statement of the cases fought by me are pertains to my personal cases. But what those rouge elements missed out is that the lawyer statement is pretty old to prove that I fought the cases and now we have added few more to fight the cases. Moreover, my every public notice says very clearly that all these cases in AP High Court vakalats are filed by the degenerated and yet another rouge elements who went ashtray in the Green Fields after making the money. All these cases are filed only after I stepped in to GF affairs when I played key role to curb the corruption by the illegal elements to stop my progresses.

Interestingly, those rouge forces forget that I am nothing to do with any of those cases vakalats filed by  illegal lawyers and I will not fight with any lawyers all these cases. I have made it clear and they do not understand English since they are from Telugu medium. Please someone, who is a B.Tech graduate explain the meaning of my statements in several public notices. Let them fight it since it is they who filed vakalats and swindled money from the Vijaya Bank to the tune of Rs.1,34,000.  Since these new loafers support these yet another rogue elements now, they will too face the legal consequences soon along with them which we will  file criminal cases on these all rouge elements soon. They are on progress and the illegal will curse these loafers later since we will go very hard on the left out so called ex illegal committee members for antagonizing us.

I understand that few rouge elements of the colony along with few loafers are spreading rumors that I have not coming to straight to the points asked by them. Can you all find out who they are since I do not have their names??  They were meeting residents and trying to poison their minds. But, do you all see the same in my replies? If so, please tell me which are the points not clear to you members and not to the rouges elements. The Meeting with M.Hanumatha Rao ( the TRS MP candidate to be contesting from Malkajgiri) was fixed by Mrs. Uma Raman ( our plot owners, who knows him personally) yesterday morning ( 14th April 2014 at 8 am). Thanks to Uma Raman and his friends, we presented a petition to help all Green Fields victims. He was kind enough to assure us and promised to take up with media also in couple of days during his visit to GF.

What is the negative elements view on which party we back ??

The political scenario is that in the case of Malkajgiri MP seat is that the Cong is out ( since we will not support them anyway) and other parties like YSR Cong, TRS and Lok Satta ( now tainted ), TDP are main parties from whom we have to extract promises since BJP is not contesting due to seat adjustments with the TDP in MP seat. What is the status of the illegal association views, Sri Sai views and the newly formed elements views on their support? Will they come out openly whom they back it as group for benefit of the GF??

I am sure they will not come out with their views and only will criticize others since their mind set is like that.

Govt letter to Legislative Sec to sanction Shankar Rao persecution.. Thanks GOD

Yesterday, as I said, it was hectic day in this hot sun and the first half of the day was with bureaucrats and had a follow up meeting after CS meeting few days ago, with other officials and finally, after high pressure lobbying, the government yielded to our demand for sanction prosecution of Dr.P.Shankar Rao when I threatened the officials that I will move petition in both High Court and Hon'ble Apex Court contempt case on officials, if they delay further. Thanks to prompt action by CS, he sent our letter to the Legislative Secretary to vide his letter No 133/Poll.D/A1/2014 dated 10th April 2014. The copy of the same is attached. 

After 20 days efforts fetched us results on not giving ticket to Dr.P.Shankar Rao, I moved on to the government officials on this issue. It is satisfying day to me.

In the meanwhile, I has appointment with Hyderabad Top Cop few days ago and got his clearance to takeover our Vijaya Bank fraud case also by the CID. Yesterday, the copy of the letter by Top Cop was given to me. The same letter is in processes at DGP office to send our file to CID. I will attend this also.

The Breaking News... Many MP candidates wants to meet me. But we will not support Congress since they failed earlier

Dear All,

Today is very hectic day since all the party MP candidates wanted to rope me for supporting them during the ensuing elections. I received call from the Poll Manager of Survey Satyanarayana. He wanted to meet metomorrow and he will confirm the time. I will go but will we not support the Cong since they failed miserably from past 5 years by both MP and MLA.

I was very privileged to get a call from the former DGP Sri Dinesh Reddy (IPS retd)  garu to seek our support on behalf of the YSR Party. It is he who helped us during his tenure as DGP to control the rouge MLA Dr.P.Shankar Rao with attempted arrests. I had 2 hours meeting with him and just returned few minutes ago. He was briefed by the YSR party support to us as per their promise in the future to our cause also and he wanted us to support his election as MP. He promised to take up the issue and see that he solves within no time. 

Personally I am for Sri Dinish Reddy garu since he is upright police officer and he  helped to our cause as duty towards the common man and did an outstanding job to curb the menace of Dr.P.Shankar Rao to large extent.  He also said that he will rope all the 7 MLA under Malkajgiri MP constituency to support to our cause. 

The TRS MP candidate Mr.M.Hanumatha Rao is in touch with our loyal members and he too wanted to meet me. i will surely extract the promise from them too.

The Malkajgiri AAP MLA contestant, Ms.Surpiya, a visually challenged Lawyer  ( I support her NGO and I sent few photos earlier also related to a function organised by her) happen to be my close friend, also promised to help us to get our plots. 

I also met today the BJP MLA candidate of Malkajgiri Ramachandra Rao at a function and he was very keen to help us. 

We are in great demand and some more candidates to follow to meet me soon. Let us wait and watch. Of course, the first party who supported us was YSR party 3 years ago and I am sure due to the sentiment of YSR garu promise ( when he was alive)  to us in regularisation of our plots are invaluable. We must exploit the sentiment with the party and support them. But we will take a call after I arrange a meeting with the selected party MP candidate and we will show our strength and extract promise from them.

Special day of my life... great news to GF

Dear All,

While thanking few members congratulating me on Dr.P.Shankar Rao not getting tickets as MLA for him and his daughter was due to me, I was overwhelmed the way everyone greeted at RR Dist Collector office yesterday and the entire 50 plus media people for my achievement for stopping only one man, who hoodwinked for 7 terms to be the MLA and the same person not getting due to me is something high asking . Interestingly, all the political party supporters who were outside the Collector office also met me to praise for my feat by stopping such forces from getting the seat. 

I wanted to thank all those sincere and honest members, who stood by me during my worst time of my life. From past 24 days, hardly I slept for 3 hours to be awake to send faxes to Sonia Madam and Rahul Ji to see that this family does not get ticket. I am happy that GOD answered our call. This is first major breakthrough in breaking these forces so called Nehru/Gandhi backing to do what they like. I will see that he is sent to jail soon along with all our other negative forces, on whom the FIR is already registered soon. 

I wanted to thank all the media ( both print and electronic) people in backing the winning horse. It was their support made e HERO. 

While they were coming out of the Collectorate after 3 pm, when I was entering in to office of Collector,  the candidates like Sarve Satyanarayana stopped after seeing my entering and had 10 minutes discussion with full public media glare. He too congratulated me for my feat. Even M.Hanumantha Rao, TRS candidate from Malkajgiri LS spoke with me for 45 minutes in the collector office by congratulating me. YSR party MP candidates Mr.V.Dinesh Reddy (former IPS and retd DGP)  key supporter, Vijay Kumar Reddy wanted me to work as their candidates Poll Manager or in some capacity. they promised to support our cause, as they already sent a fact finding committee. they wanted to stand by their word. 

Let me make it clear. I wanted all our members to support those who are willing to come forward to solve our problem, be it YSR Party, AAP, TRS or BJP or TDP. I will not support Cong even if they give in written since they ditched us after YSR death. But at the same time, you all have any personal affiliations with any party, you can take your own decision. I will not come in your way. All the party representatives are calling me to seek our GF members support. Irrespective of the parties image, I will take a call and only write my personal view. It is up to you all to take it or leave.  Let us not make an issue nor any controversy.

Good titles

Dear All,

I am sick and tired of writing names of these negative forces and I feel that since they are from the same group, I will not give their names in the future. They are not Mahatma Gandhis nor any infamous personalities. Hence they do not deserve to be identified with their names.  They expect that I should publish their names with respect, as if they are greats. But they do not deserve any recognition  with their names but I wanted them to be indentified with their acts and misdeeds.

Now onwards, in the future, I will not identify any persons with their names of the illegal association and their supporters, who are working against our GF interest but surely identify them with few wonderful titles like loafers, lafengays, lucchas, rouges, land grabbers, anti social elements, crooks, goons and so on.

But interestingly, those who are working against our interest, they will react to my new titles and words with such names on their own that I am writing in vulgar language on them ( certifying themselves as what they are) and if that means, they are indentifying with those titles, who are supporting these divisive forces. So now this will work very well since many characters, who joined these forces, should not be identified with their names. But they will help us by identifying on their own in circulars. Even legally, if these forces react to such names, the legal issues will take care of them since the names are indentified by them and not by us. It is win-win situation to us. Let us have fun.

In all my earlier circulars, you have seen many proofs against these 2 new great’s claims as bogus, wrong, falsehood, lies, defaming & damaging me. My circulars are well backed with documented in anticipation of such plan in their mind way back in 2010 itself. But they are not aware that I have kept them under surveillance. MB meeting Gyn in the name of giving loans is only a smoke screen, while planning to dislodge me. Now more revealing on their falsehood and lies as follows:

The circular dated 17^th March 2014 by Gyn ( Mr.Gyany to MB)  and MB ( Mr. Reliable to Gyn) says that I have not give loan a/c & expenditure a/c to these 2 greats when they asked & they say that I sent them out for that reasons. I am sure by now you all have seen the reasons written by them in their own mails & now they are misleading you for saving their skins with different story. But the fact is totally different & I have promised to them that I will give them accounts ( though they have no right since not paid even single rupee as loan or expenses till today but I still agreed to satisfy their ego since I was sure they are likely to make an issue out of nothing soon) with conditions as follows. But let us go by their face value of the statement that I have collected Rs.35 lakhs & not give accounts. Now, I have sent my mail to them as public document to come and take the a/c if they fulfill the following conditions. Till today, they never even ackn the mail dated 4^th Jan 2014 nor had guts to accept these conditions. With this silence, what you make out? The selective portion mail of my fair offer is sent as follows.

Mr.MB will be the witness for the assurances. 

1)       I will submit the list of those who loaned (according to you Rs.50.00 lakhs), but you must assure me that if it is less than Rs.50 lakhs, the balance will be paid by you to me. Suppose, if the loan is Rs.10 lakhs, the balance Rs.40 lakhs will be paid by you as punishment for wrong information as defamation amount without court intervention. I am sure you are ready since you have BIG financier, MB with you.

2)       Yes, I have accounts ready with me & I am ready to handover to you, provided if you give me assurance that you will pay the excess spent by me in form of D/D in my name on the same day? You can collect as much as you want from members & profit from that deal? I will resign and get out of your way & I will not come on your way in GF matters forever. I am sure it is a fair deal? You and MB will be kings of GF kingdom. Of course, this is subjected to neutral auditor & not by my auditor Mr.Ananth Rao. .

3)       Yes, I will give you full statement of account of my source of funding. But you must be ready to give list of those 3 plots documents (sold without my knowledge to my clients/friends/relations and later they complained to me for not registering the plots in their names, (but I did not interfere since I wanted to save you) you promised to Mr.K.T.Raj, Mr.Dasari Virunchi, Mr.S.N.Chaterjee when you were sitting in my office to collect the Villagers settlement money 1995? Or, if you have paid back their money as refund since they came to know that you have cheated them, please give that cheque numbers to prove that you have not done anything wrong and sincere in returning the money? I am sure you remember this incident. If you say no, I will bring all the 3 members to your house. Are you ready? Can I publish their phone numbers for members to talk to them directly?

4)       Yes, I have 4 plots in Gatkesar and desperately sold 2 of them with GPA. Though it is my personal matter, since you have dragged this issue to GF domain, I will give you the documents to you. But you must give the equal amount to me of the present market value to compensate for your defaming me. Interestingly, your close friend, Vijaya Kumar, who is the one who helped me to contact a broker to sell this plot. Mr.K.T.Raj also is involved and I will bring him to you, who are asking your house address. Please call them and take confirmation before you sign the bond on Rs.100 stamp paper. 

5)       Even in this committee meeting, we have discussed and we will send you the proof of the account opening with statement of account every month, provided if you send your copy of the legal notice sent by some useless fellow, who sent you this due to an attempted land grab by you. 

6)       Let us 2 ways and not one way. We will exchange the documents simultaneously after a middleman ratifies the documents asked by you and me is matched. I am sure you for the game?   Sekhar.

As said earlier, all these forces, just wanted to make mountain out of mole & they knew that I have challenged them with these on the 4^th Jan 2014 itself, as the mail timeline suggests. They also knew that this was sent only to mail GF group & some colony members, who are in this mail group. But to confuse you, mislead you, to defame me, to save their skins since I was having exposed them, to drag our name in non issue as issues, they deliberately did it with circulars with wrong facts & falsehood and distortion. I am sure all intelligent of the GF colony understood their motives. They wanted to gain their lost foot hold, due to their own making will go to any extent in desperation. The results & consequences of this will be telling on them very soon. They are tampering with law of the land as the case may be with illegal association. Where are they now?

Also, according to the very circular, they said that I have not/never engaged any lawyer & never fought any cases from past 5 years. Those GF residents who wanted to see & believe them are in for a shock. Just see below the mail sent to all the members on 11^th April 2012, as the timeline of the mail suggests.  Do I need to prove again that I am right & these 2 elements along with their new found friends are wrong? This is old list & 6 more advocates joined recently in panel of lawyers.

All these lawyers are however worked or working free of cost (plus expenses to file the case and court fees and so on). I promised to these all learned advocates friends that I will pay them when I have the control of the association accounts as much as I can and think. They all agreed since I am fighting for the GOOD cause.  Incidentally Mr..Swamy attended one meeting in Yaddamma Nagar Colony.

This shows that how much money our so called ex illegal governing body members swindled from our accounts in the name of fees to lawyers and so on. More so that they have collected cash from members and did not account it yet, which could be the real source of their income without any work for both these illegal committee members & also to the lady don of the colony to file false cases to protect her from these all frauds, the one and the only Ms.Kanakadurga. Recently, one member from Mumbai ( who do not wanted to be identified now) told me that this female took close to Rs.25,000 in cash & Rs.16,000 in cheque in period of time and did nothing to get their lands. This lady don used to sit outside the AGM and collect the money & then only allow everyone to come in to the AGM after paying the amounts. They were conducting the AGMs illegally without proper authorisation as per the Regd of Society and running the association to collect money and simply cheat you all with emotional blackmail of getting your plots. Did that happen to you too? Many of them told these kind of sad stories. But, all these cases will fight only when I have all the members support. I wanted every one of you to campaign for me on this fight to finish so that we all will be able to teach them a lesson, who played fraud on us. Now, they are exposed and no AGMs are conducted now a day in GF and no money is collected after I came in to picture by exposing these illegal operations. But who ever paid, will be recovered & will be put to proper use, only when all of you come forward to support me. I am sure I have countered their every word, every line, every para, every page, every circular in detail & it is in black & white & they have no reasons for them to crib & cry foul now.  All that I wanted to plea to the GF residents is that you must come out openly & finish these divisive forces, both in illegal association headed by Satyam & Co & these 2 new found self-styled WATCH DOGS of the colony from out our society & put the regularization on the track. I am sure that few sensible & intelligent residents of GF colony will see their ill motives & diabolic designs to delay the very core issue, which is regularization. You all know that I am very focused and fighting with single agenda. Hope you all will open your eyes & see yourself how these forces played fool of you for decades. Let us take care of them later. First dump them.
