It is for the 2nd time from past 2 years, that all the top 3 of the RR Dist, Collector and 2 JCs are transferred at one go and the matter has come back to zero level yet again in case of Green Fields. Now I have start again the total briefing to the new set of the officials to take it forward.

The Collector already joined. Both the JCs are also joined. May be we will get appointment only after hey settle down.

Breaking News is that illegal association calling for a meeting

Dear All Loyal Members,

Just few minutes ago, our Field Intelligence Unit called and said that there is rumor in the colony is that the illegal association ex committee members, headed by Satyam & Co/and or/ joining hands with Gayaneshwar and/or Anil Kumar ( defunct Sree Sai Welfare Association so called President) are now in panic mode and wanted to call a short notice meeting ( without any banner) with an paper advertisement on may be 18th Jan 2015. Possibly, this is a joint strategy by all these fringe forces to gain their lost group and try to attack legal association with some hidden agenda. Though we have all legal option open to finish their meeting with a stay order from the court, if they use the Green Fields legal association name, we will watch their moves only silently to fix them later from the sidelines. A new group of joint looters is emerging, more to fool the residents. Hence they must be more cautious. 

My appeal to our loyal members is that:

1. Do not respond to their appeal, since they have no right call meeting in the name of Green Fields Plot Owners Association,
2. And do not attend such meetings called by any others unless we clear it, which may be projected as support to these anti regularisation elements,
3. All residents also must be kept away from this meeting to safeguard from their misleading assurances and bogus claims. 
4. Tell also those Cats on the walls to keep away to protect their interest also, since they are more susceptible to such offers. 
5. Do not pay any money in the name of expenses for the future meetings, which may be only to distort the facts and distract your attention on legal association. 
6. Our undercover agents will give feedback to us and we will keep you posted the developments with their hallow promises. 

Why I say so? This way only to neutralize our pole position ( since legal association is heading now)  and try to distract few poachable members to cross fence. But though we are not bothered with such picklish minded members, we must caution them with such offers from dubious characters. Rest left to their individual decisions. 

Members must react to this proposal as well to circulate their opinion and motivating the CATS on the Walls. 

I also appeal to all our loyal members to plant their own agents to get feedback than attending on their own. Since it is likely public meeting at may be colony, anyone can attend. Possibly ask them record the proceedings with phone-cam, take photos and keep the copies of the docs distributed by them with you to bring it to us to file criminal cases at later dates.

Meeting at GF colony

Dear All,

Some more details emerged about the so called meeting of handful members at GF after the panic buttons pressed by few residence. 

In the processes, I understand that Gayaneshwar deliberately mislead the handful of these members that some land grabbers were trying to attack him at his residence on instigation of somebody. 

This is only to gain public sympathy than the facts. 

The fact is as follows:

The circular by me to the colony with MRO covering letter ( Gayaneshwar went and shouted at one ot the newcomer of RDO office as if he revealed these names, but the fact is by then when I came know that the letter is missing at RDO, I applied an RTI at MRO office and got it)was supplied some villagers to these so called grabbers. Among them, one of them is dead. How can a dead person can grab the land?? This is the question the family asked to withdraw the complaint on the dead. But he is trying mislead the public with false propaganda to gain public sympathy. 

According to the so called grabbers, who are not yet booked by police with efforts of Gayaneshwar, after they met, he slammed the door at his residence and did not allow them even to talk. Immediately on call from him to one person, they went to one duplicate  cement & steel dealer ( who is close to radicals and anti social elements) and he threatened these grabbers that he call police abd book them and asked them to not to disturb the great Gayaneshwar. The simmering differences are growing to blow away everyone. 

Now the question is why they both joined hands( Gayan and this cement dealers ) to finish the land grabbers? I understand from our sources that these rickshaw pullers are turning into threat to this so called cement dealer as his competitor in all building material. Their differences have turned our GF as platform for their turf war to be used by the cement dealer. One is aiding the other in their activities. This is understanding. 

More details will emerge after these leaders meet me later at our term for a common meeting they were supposed to be calling. Let us not surrender our pole position to these elements.

How much they spent in last 25 years.. by both founder and ex president??

Coming to the Mahatma (Gandhi) Gayaneshwar of the colony & the so called founder President (of India) making an unwarranted statement saying that the in the past 25 years, the GF has not spent as much as I claim to have spent from past 5 years. I have statement from the very rouge elements given to me after he obtained the same from bank statement in his name as founder president from the Vijaya Bank in 2013 to nail the illegal association members with a criminal case on those with whom is he is now roaming now due to settlement with some undisclosed amount to keep his mouth shut.  The testimony for my statement is that all the rivals joining hands publically (like “Janata Pariwar” opposing the Modi by Lallu, Mulayam,Nitish,Gowda) during the recent land grab time to oppose my march with successes. Now these arch rivals of the colony are shamelessly friends with common minimum program to loot further, to which I opposed.

Earlier, according to Mahatma (Gandhi) of colony told me when he was with me, that the total collection of illegal association from 21^st Aug 2004 (this is based on the computer statement this rouge got from the bank & not includes the old statement in handwritten from the ledger) to 5^th Aug 2013 is Rs.38,46,851.30 & this is the collection only in cheque ( not the cash amount collected & looted/swindled as counter collection by Kanakadurga & looted from the members without depositing the same in Vijaya Bank account or other dummy bank accounts opened for their own loot like PNB and so on, which is close to Rs.58 lakhs cash). As of 5^th Aug 2013, the total expenses is Rs.37,72,018.65. The balance when I took over the association after the elections in bank is Rs.74,832.65. According to the very Mahatma, the handwritten statement of collection cheque & expenses from 6^th June 1994 to 20^th Aug 2004 is Rs.86,00,987.53 in all bank account so far declared. This total amount does not include the secret bank accounts maintained by them. The major expenses out of this collection are Rs.58.05 paid to villagers. That leaves Rs,27,95,987.65 in the account. But the day when Mahatma was sacked & left the association for good, the balance in the account was Rs.55.270.65. This means, the Rs.27,40,717 is spent on luxurious life of Mahatma?? Looking at the staggering two groups of looters running the association for 25 years without any results, the total wasteful expenses is Rs. 65,12,735.65. This very statement is according to the rogue elements and not by me. This expenditure is without any tangible results from past 25 years with 100% failures by the founder so called president  and Satyam & Co. The statement of the Vijaya Bank account is sent to the rouge vide their letter No ROH/R&R/729/2013 dated 28^th Aug 2013 to the great Gayan just before he wanted to book the case on Satyam & Co group with Mahankali PS with these statement as proof of the loot. Both Mohan Babu & Nagarjuna were present at PS when the case matter was taken up with PS as witness. Let them deny, I will prove otherwise. Since Mahatma says all the copies are with him related the court cases & the bank statement at his house from past 25 years, you can go, stand in the queue and see it. Or else, you can go to the bank, obtained the same copy & prove me wrong. Or downloaded it from the website. Prove me wrong.

Incidentally, the CB CID also obtained this very statement from the Vijaya Bank while investigating the case now by them after high court order. It is matter of time that they will go behind bars.  This is one of the reasons the 3 sum are afraid to sign the joint circulars since the 2 sum also get sucked in to this fraud as abettor since they have knowledge & they know that IPC 108 will be applicable on them. So now, they quietly dumped the main conspirator/cheater ( IPC 420) & vanished from the criminal group to save their won skins. Now after fall out, these anti social elements say that I have swindled? On what basis they made such irresponsible statement? More so when I am in neck deep debts with interest free loans from members & outsiders support, that too without even paying single rupee by these rouge elements, they make a mockery with such baseless allegations?? But at the same time, these 2 sum paid 30K each to Durga in cash & are keeping quite with no cases or with any fuss. But they make without paying single paisa to me? To fight the rogues/cheaters, you have to be the 1^st gender, not 3^rdgender.

GO on regularisation of encroached land lacks clarity

Poor home work by the state government before bringing in the order on regularisation of encroached government land has left revenue authorities and some applicants in a tizzy.The revenue officials are worried on how to proceed on the process of regularisation applications as many guidelines are ambiguous and the authorities themselves are confused on some issues.
For regularising encroached government land in Telangana, the state government had issued two GOs (Nos 58 & 59) last week. As per the GOs, only encroachment in the form of a functional building unit is to be considered for regularisation.
Official sources say the GOs did not provide any clarity whether only land where a building has come up should be considered for regularisation, or the entire premises of the house.
For instance, if an applicant has applied for regularisation of 1,000 sq yards and the building is confined to only 250 sq yards and there is a compound wall for the entire premises, there are no instructions whether to consider the entire 1,000 sq yards or only 250 sq yards. In the absence of clarity on the issue, the revenue authorities may have to consider the entire 1,000 sq yards for regularisation, which is against the spirit of the government orders.
Similarly the state government did not shed light on the 4,000 pending applications which were accepted in the earlier regularisation scheme (under GO 166).Many of them have paid the required fees and have not yet received final orders on their applications, because of a stay order from the High Court.
Now, these applicants are approaching the collectorates seeking clarity on whether they should apply afresh or if their applications would be cleared. But officials, who are awaiting government orders for handling such cases have advised that persons, whose applications were rejected earlier on the ground that they came up after the due date as per GO 166 (constructions that came up prior to 2003), can now apply as they become eligible as per the present GO (the cut off date for the present orders is June 2, 2014).
“As many as 80,000 applications were rejected in RR district mainly because the constructions came up after 2003. Now they can approach the revenue authorities for regularisations,“ Ranga Reddy joint collector Champalal told TOI.
When it comes to Urban Land Ceiling (ULC) land, the government said unobjectionable surplus land of ULC would be regularized by way of alienation.
But people in possession of such lands say they have already paid for it and ask why must they pay the current registration value though they have already registered the land in their names.
“As per GO 744 issued by the previous government, ULC land regularization would be applicable for open land as well. But under the new GOs, ULC surplus lands are to be regularised only if they have buildings,“ a revenue official of Hyderabad said.
In the earlier regularisation scheme, there was a mechanism with different levels such as collector, CCLA and state government, who were appropriately concerned depending upon the size of the plot for regularisation.
“At least ULC officials are not in the committee for regularising ULC land,“ said another revenue official.
Meanwhile, the districts' administrations have started receiving applications for regularizations. Ranga Reddy administration have even started mobile help desks in large bastis where applications are being given free of cost.
Regularisation guidelines
According to the GOs, upto 125 sq yards, no penal amount would be collected for regularization.
For the rest, the applicants have to pay the basic registration values for regularizations. Up to 250 sq yards residential buildings 50% of the basic value, up to 500 sq yards, 75% of the basic registration value and in case of above 500 sq yards, the applicants have to pay the entire basic registration value of the land to the government. Applications can be submitted at the respective mandal offices. Last date for receiving applications is January 19.

It Hurt me...

It hurt me.

Today, one of our loyal members called me to say that few rogue elements of the colony are trying spread false propaganda by saying that in the month of May 2013 marriage of my daughter was performed with the loan collected from the members of GF as loan. This loyal member defended me and fired him by saying that all such are baseless allegations and without any basis. On behalf of me, he offered to those members to go to me and seek refund, which is promised by e while taking the loan under 2012 AGM approval. This is not the first time and it is not likely the last time with such propaganda. But they hit all time low by spreading such carnage on me due to their defeat with such false propaganda in association matters. So they wanted to unsettle me with such personal attack. 

But those who gave loans to me think that it is true,  they are not only welcome to come to my residence and see how I arranged the funds for the marriage and what I sold and performed the marriage, but also they can see what I have collected and how much and so on. If they are not satisfied with my explanation, they must bring their payment proof with their cheque numbers along with other details like plot numbers and take their money back immediately and  be with it. 

Let us not get too personal like Rajendran, who filed a case only because I exposed his mischief but still I paid penalty, let us not hit that low like Durga filing a case on me with 2 rogues as paid witnesses, let us not hit that low like filing 2 cases on me by Sadasheva Rao and Co saying that I have no plots and tried to spread the falsehood and lost all the cases and we do not find there addresses now.

At the same time, I also appeal to everyone of you, who still think that you are betting on winning horse, please extend your financial loan support and the same will be paid by me as my personal liability. Now again, after the police started speeding up the 2 cases ( one on villagers and one on Dayanand, who was arrested and released on bail/Shankar Rao), the expenses are going up from past 2 months due to my regular follow up.  But what I appeal is that do not neither believe such rumours nor try to keep quite if any try to do so for our members good. If these anti social elements are active with such ideas, it is more so due to the invisible forces funding them to malign me to gain advantage. 

Please give your honest feedback and you all must stand by me when such forces are trying to attack me soon with few more false police cases to gain the confidence of the anti regularisation forces. If we do not stand together, the rival plan will succeed. Their plan are afoot and I have clue of their attacking me with such false cases. If such thing happens, you all must come out openly and reverse attack them with tru cases, which was on hold due to lack of time.

No improvement on GO 58 and 59

As the stalemate related to the final operational manual of the GO 58 and 59 are pending, the  confusion is getting confounded and if any response coming to the regularisation, it is only to the GO 58, the free for 125 sqrds. 

Looking at the lukewarm response of the paid applications on 125 and above, the government is yet to come with proper response soon on what category will these applications will come. No clarity yet from any sources.

Provisional operational guidelines and Form

Dear All,

The utter chaos still continues and the confusion also continues as well on the so called 2 GO by the government. Looking at the present situation, the issue likely to continue to be in limbo in days to come. More so, the holidays on 2nd Saturday and Pongal, the BP is all likely to raise further for house owners with no clarity even on these category.

To add further woes to the issue, till today, the government released only provisional operational guidelines yesterday, that too unofficially and the very guidelines says that a separate operational guidelines will be released soon. (??)

I have attached the same provisional guidelines and the form and this is only development has taken place yesterday at highest level till evening. But as I said, the open plot owners are saved of both BP and Sugar shooting up for the time being.  Let wait and watch. The handful of the house owners will be guided and let us wait and see what will emerge in the coming days. 

But I request every member to update me any articles appearing in any English or vernacular dailies on this issue from time to time.

The news GO???

Dear All,

Looks like that the new GO 58,59, released by the Telangana Govt recently has not only created ripple in the whole state due to utter confusion, it also created with our several members of GF, who were never logged on to the legal association from past 5 years have surfaced and started calling me from past 6 days. From past 6 days, I have received 150 new members calls to seek our help to clarify. 

As emergency message to open plot owners, who are listed with us, since I have to get a clear picture from the government official ( who are also under utter confusion) and till I revert to you, keep chill and do not worry on rushing to any offices for forms. The same will be updated as and when the clear picture emerges. 

Since those loyal members who have houses, other than our committee members, like Inayat and Ram Babu and couple of the new followers joined recently from GF, who have houses, they will be communicated separately the developments by calling them on how to go about it. Those who have houses and support us are handful and we will take a call separately. 

Since we are already dumped by the house owners of Green Fields from past 5 years by not joining the legal association, overconfidently thinking that they are safe with houses, the fracture is clear with their attitude and it has further complicated the matter to large extent. What they would have paid if they would have joined 5 years ago was Rs.1,50,000 will be 10 times now. 

More complicated is that now they have to find out a new leader ( with clean image and not tainted like earlier)  to lead them to settle the issue by paying the huge cost of the regularisation amounts immediately, which is likely to burn their pockets and also their heart as well. 

GOD is so cruel  to open plot owners of the new state ( and to GF as well)  and the new government will pay the price for that with big backlash to be taking place soon. But let us think that in way it is good that the fight by the houses owners by not paying that big some, the fight is likely to benefit us as well at a later date since those who CRY will get benefits, those who SMILE and wait also will get the same later.

Dear All,

I got several calls after people heard the new of the new GO on Land regularisation. Though I too heard the same from the RDO and few more officials, the full details are not available till now. The GOO may be uploaded only tomorrow after the due validation by the IT department. let us wait and see.

With the new GO, do the old GO 166 supreseeds?? The Open Plots included?? The Green Fields benefits? are the question will answered after reading the GO.

Date extended by CID on my request for since Mr.i/o Mr.Karunakar garu was on leave... till end of Jan 2015

Since the i/o was on leave, the date got exteded till end of Jan 2015. I have approval from the CID to send few more strong members as witnesses to give statement. But I wanted them to be a strong anti Shankar Rao statement makers since he is the very origin of the delay for regularisation due to his letter dated 29th Nov 2008 ( attached). Please carry this attached letter of Dr.Shankar Rao along with you.

Read the attached letter. This letter by Shankar Rao is very critical proof of his direct involvement in delaying the regularisation. Some of them think that why we go after Shankar Rao than regularisation, who are ignorant of the fact that he is the key obstructor. Also, he is the very origin of delay due to land grab attempt to benefit his family. The WP 3000, filed in his brothers name in AP High Court without disclosing the losing 3 cases in Apex Court is also a cheating. Only those who understand that this is correct must go to CID to give statement based on the evidence sent by me now. 

I have educated all of you to large extent from past 5 years on daily basis on every developments related to Dr.Rao involvements in grabbing our members plots in GF. Now I think you can make it on your own. 

Those who already made it by going to CID must write to me their experience and their feedback to others to get encouraged. Those who already wrote need not write again.

Our legal committee members wish you all Happy New Year 2015 in advance.

After last week revelation of the failed land grab attempt by the Bhoodevinagar Slum dwellers with help of the son in law of Gaddar and one MLA, I understand that the colony was shaken with our advance predictions. Though all the residents of GF admit in private that our intelligence network is excellent, they could not come out openly to support us due to fear of few rouges elements in the colony, who are very close anti social elements, who may harm them. That Fear Is the Key. But what many might have missed is that the so called colony saviors, headed by few anti social elements, pro Shankar Rao elements, though they knew that it is in offing soon with their own contacts, they just kept quite only due to their own conflict of interest and did not alert the officials. But after we complained the same, they just wanted to come to the scene and make a killing out of it as if they acted. The drama unfolded on that is very much understood by the colony residents and the feedback says so. There is no circular by these rouge forces with effect to this is ample evidence of their collusion with land grabbers. But what all of you also must also realize is that the great Mahatma and their so called broken away supporters, Swami and Acharia, who met Gaddar few months ago at his residence ( this was already disclosed to you colony residence few months ago based on the credible information and witness and when we questioned the Gayan in one circular, he is silent on this even after 4 months), they did not seek his help to ward off these land grabbers, though they are close to Gaddar. If that is not the case that they are not close to him, why they went to his house at that time and now again few days back? Why they met him? What transpired between them? What was the understanding they have now with him?  Even few days ago, it was rumored that these forces with help of one anti social element, went to him in their a/c bullock carts in the night after become dark to avoid public glare to Gaddar house and had a detailed discussion with him. From one side, in the colony, these forces say that they complained to the revenue officials and the encroachments were stopped. But with Gaddar, they say to him that it was I who complained and the officials came to stop the encroachment. One version of the rumor is that these cowards were trying to carry tales against me as I was the one who gave complaint to the officials since they could not take against me on their own directly. It was rumored that these forces suggested to take all Gaddar 1000 plus supporters and show his strength to revenue officials and threaten them. The others version of the rumor is that these rouges were trying to instigate Gaddar against the revenue officials, who are consider being close to me.  The targets are MRO/RDO along with JC 1, RR Dist Collector.  I am waiting for more information from my own FIU on this. I will share the same. But I will draw the issue to the notice of the CM, Telangana on these government lands up for the grab by few powerful elements and direct the police to book the cases under PD Act. I have already put them on notice.

Now, we the official and the legal GF association has taken a stand that since the colony residence did not even appreciate our efforts in stopping such large scale encroachments, they still think that these rouges are who stopped the illegal acts 15 days ago and they are watching as mute spectators, we will not interfere with any such complains with officials in the near future and the heroes and heroines will complained to the officials and act on their own with their own efforts. They will call MRO, RDO, JC1/Collector RR Dist along with  CI, Alwal and prevent such activities. Let us see will they give written complaints to these officials with the names of the encroachers and stop such activities. According to the FIU and our undercover operators, the fresh attempt to put up huts and tin sheds will be made by Jan 2015, when 3 or 4 days holidays will come continuously to finish these encroachments.  GOD save this colony.

I also understand that the pressure from Dr.P.Shankar Rao is mounting on revenue officials in demolishing the illegally constructed houses/walls in the colony since the government has taken a stand to restore such government lands. He was saying to government that these are Dalits lands and we have grabbed it. This is very serious situation and will these rouges will be able to handle this?? The survey team roamed recently to submit the list to the officials to act and the same was carried out by the team and I understand that no one were aware of this, including the Mahatmas and Dons. Or else, they would have written in their illegal circular by now. Out of the total 169, 59 are only compound walls. Rests are houses. Did anyone coordinate from colony in supplying these data?? I do not think so.

In the meanwhile, I understand that the so called complaint on the encroachments on Dr.Kamat’s plots in written to various revenue officials was missing at their respective offices and mysteriously the ackn stamp was visible in the complaint copy. When they investigated, we understand they just managed to put stamp on pretext that they will bring the copy, they vanished without giving copy. The officials are seeking the copy from these rouge elements and they have called them as well. The manipulators are not just making fool of you in colony with misleading information, mischief, lies, concealing the true facts, suppressing many true facts and so on, but playing their tricks with even officials. They will be caught soon for their wrong doings.  The blanked out complaint copy circulated to the colony itself is the testimony of their mischief.  Or else, why these rouges have not circulated the original copy even after we pointed that they manufactured/manipulated the circular to colony to prove their credibility and sincerity and also the very origin of their claim of transparency as their motto and failed several times in the past one year and went underground with their supporters?? Those who wanted to know the truth, please call me, so that I can give phone numbers of the revenue officials how they mislead them with the copies of the complaint.

By the way, did the colony residents get the clarification related to the visit by the Mahatma to the Mr.KT Raj house or any denial?? Did the residents get any rejoinder on the yearly submission of the updates/account/committee members anmes by paying Rs.100 to the RoSF by the both so called founder President and the illegal association, headed by Satyam and Co from past 23 years? Did you all get denial circular that these forces mislead the CI, Satish of CCS with wrong information on me, to which it lead to police investigation and found to be true? The case is to be registered. Ms.Kumaran (named changed, but the rouges knew who she is) will help me as and when I want it with their relatives from the police department.

Yet another interesting development came to light few days ago. One bank officer, Appa Rao and his wife Rajashree, (both the names name changed), who were introduced to me by the great Narasimhan Desikan 4 years ago when he was with us ( Narasimhan broke away later from the legal association to join Yogesh Gir group along with one ex committee member for “Operation Kamat Hotel” loot) called this family 2 years ago to join him for the out the way regularization by paying Rs.50,000. But this gentleman asked the great Narasimhan why he changed his stand by leaving sincere guy like me and going with such rouge elements. He had no answer. Narasimhan could not convince him with his 100 justifications and failed to lure him. This very Narasimhan, the so called torch bearer of sincere people of the 3 broken away faction members, talks of so much about  sincerity, honesty, truthfulness, morality, transparency, etiquettes, claims himself to be as if he is Gouthama Buddha of the present years has any right to talk on others by doing such big fraud? More so, by sacrificing and dumping all the above qualities of him, now Narasimhan is fully justifying all of the frauds of the great Mahatma by supporting him on daily basis, who once disclosed to me that it is because of Gayan, the whole affairs GF is at this stage.  They were never seeing eye to when Narasimhan joined me. But it was me who brought the peace between them. Today, since both are wrong doers, they joined hands? Good luck. I have all his mails with me and can be circulated if he denies. This is kind of people are called as opportunistic to the core.  They will die their natural death and will go in oblivions sooner than later. Now they are not be seen anywhere and all their illegal acts are closed and went underground.

Thanks to him, few days ago, this gentleman Appa Rao came to my house, appreciated my efforts and promised to extend his full cooperation and paid Rs.10,000 loan ( 2^nd installment of loan of Rs.10,000) and promised to pay 10k by end of March 2015 or whenever I want it.  He also said that he will try to help me with some political contacts he has to seek their help. I was overwhelmed with his gesture. This is what I expect everyone of you, who got such call from these elements 2 years ago for an out of turn GO implementation with Rs.50,000 to call them now and check what happen to them? They addresses has to be searched and found out where they are since most of them are underground. All of these forces are hiding and nowhere to be seen.  Even Satyam and Co, who was part of this operation, shifted his base to Guntur or some other city and comes once in a way by hiding his face.  Let them release their list of members from whom they have taken such large amounts and got the regularization done? Do they have guts? Or release the list of the amounts how much they collected with their names and amounts with help of the great Mahatma/Swami/Acharia as their auditors , who are asking the account from me on my loans since now they are with them? they will vanish in the thin air, as they have done and now doing it on several issues.  The double speak is well known to you all. But to due to the fear of these forces, you all are keeping quite.

Thanks to Ms. Sabita for her accurate information that the very land grab incident happen on 14^th Dec 2014 as we expected. Last week warning on such incident circular was a 100% true to the core. To the utter shock of their life, the GF colony residents have seen the very encroachment happening right in front of their eyes on the day of the public notice and the huts are getting built by the land grabbers with support of the politicians and few known land grabbers. What I said has happen. We have also alerted our colony administrative team head, Mr.Ram Babu (since Inayat is off to Macca) to coordinate with the officials. On my request, thanks to Parthasarathy anna, who joined Ram Babu to help him as well. But the so called saviors of the colony, who are heroes along with their heroines, went around as if they are the one who alerted the officials to take the credit and send the bill to those plot owners, who suffered due to the encroachment?? The colony poisonous snakes came out of the pits along with Ali Baba and 41 thieves out of their pits/houses on that given day when the whole drama unfolded and started their acting as if they are the one who are flag bearers of the colony. the same zeal is not shown in survey No 375, 379 along with 373 land grabs at that time by these very forces. Now, please be ready to pay their service charges soon for their acting with the bills. Among the actors in the field were, Mahatma Gayaneshwar, Kananka Durga, Paid Witness Nageshwar Rao and few other Chamchaas have playing host to the MRO ( to impresses him), who was on a visit to colony for spot inspection on our complaint over the phone to submit the report to RDO. Till MRO arrived, they were even not aware of the same.

The first complaint to the RDO, on my complaint over cell phone at 2.13 pm, 3.34 pm and 3.35 pm and to the MRO cell phone at 2.02 pm, 2.37 pm, 2.51 pm, 3.33 pm, along with VRO was informed by 9.11 am and at 2.04 and they visited the colony and took the control of the situation. Police Alwal CI were informed at 2.45 pm as well to help with force. He was prompt to send the beat force. All the materials are removed and MRO warned them not to come again, if so they will book the cases.  He reported the same to me before he left the spot and questioned who those who gave signed petitions were?? But I told him to take the petition from them too without making politics and we will also supplement the same later, without making any politics on the issue.

Interestingly, one of the so called great leader of the colony, who vanished from the colony from the past 3 years, Mr.Anil Kumar ( the so called President of  the Sree Sai Resident Welfare Association) was seen around this time as mute spectator but with no support was lent to the officials and watched with dismay the activities of the rival Mahatma and the lady don. On suggestion from Ram Babu and Inayat, once I met Anil Kumar to extend his support. But he did not support us and insulted both Ram Babu and Inayat as well during that meeting. Some were so much amused that these 2 local rivals ( Gayan and Durga) talking to each others with laughing and with ease, even after so much bitter battle between them on fraud, cheating, molestation charges by Gayan on her and her FIR in Alwal PS on 3 of us and so on. Will any rational person, with sense of pride and prestige will compromise with such person?? Yes, only shameless will do it every day.

The colony FIU, lead by our secret agent “Kalidas” group also wanted to write an anonymous circular with their own details to me on few of the Mahatmas and send it by post to me soon. He said that he will circulate the same with their details as well to the colony.  They suggested meeting the son in law of one of the so called founders to seek his help to check mate one rouge elements. They are trying with help of one of the Tamil family, who knows that person very well.  Let us wait for his confirmation. They have contacted the common friend to post the copies of the circulars to him as well to update him from time to time. They did not disclose the name of the person, whose son in law he is. Let us wait and see. I understand that he recently shifted to Hyderabad from some Middle East countries. We must use this as weapon as stand by if any of them stoop to low.

By the way, I understand that the colony is yet to get the jointly signed circular of the 3 sum, ( that is Mahatma Gayaneshwar, Swami Mohan Babu and Acharia Nagarjuna) by saying that they are together in fight against my so called corruption. But as expected by me ( but to your colony residents surprise ) no circular has come till today and this vindicated that what I say is right that these forces have fallen apart due to their own internal conflicts.  Even the dead silence on the visit to KT Raj house by one of the fraudsters is very much visible and confirmed my worst fears?? Why the 2 sum have not spoken about all these with their own circulars as if they are heroes to justify the fraudster’s action and did not come out with their support circulars?? These 2 sum will not come forward to support the exposed cheaters than to hidden cheat leader.  They learned the lesson hard way, which I forewarned by me to them. But they were blinded. If they write any such confirmation, they know the legal pitfalls. After all no one will expose their life to such cheap fellows, who will backstab his own mentors. Can we trust such traitors?? I will never.

Coming to the great Nagarjuna Rao greed to earn more money at any cost over the safety of the Sai Enclave residents. This man talks of so much about the ethics, human values, sincerity and honesty and so on. But does he practices?? Just read further. After the expose of the so called duplicate cement dealers fraud of selling both steel and cement to few of the colony residents by Nagarjuna Rao, the drunk cement dealer was lamenting the GN by saying that at cost of the colony residents health and safety, GN rented his top floor to some telecom cell company for making some fast buck at cost of radiation expose to the colony residents. This may cost health and many may get cancer. Some wanted to fight. But no one was dared to protest due to his anti social elements connections, which are using his open plot to store building material.  He wanted to make more money by supporting few Mahatmas with some extra plots at throwaway price at Green Fields?? Let us wait and see his version also to be heard.  But I will assure the colony residents of the Sai Enclave that I will see that the tower is removed ( if it is not removed till now) within 2 days if they approach me with a complaint, of course secretly without disclosing their colony residents names. This GN, as if he is sincere himself, he carries threat on behalf of the duplicate cements dealer that he will close the water business of our committee members Ram Babu, if he does not support these anti socials. Ram Babu told them to go to the hell and warned that they will to face the same fate as much as their threats. Now they are scared to come to him.

Yet another interesting development is that the great Gayan confirmed by a mail that he knew who is Mrs.Kumaran, the lady who leaked out the important details of this guy’s fraud, by Gayan sending mail to me as follows to confirm my statement. He says she is a relative of a police officer. That would be a great help to me as well since I do not know that she is a related to police officials to fix these guys. When I asked her by sending this mail copy of this rouge, she confirmed that she is related to an officer the rank of IG and she will help me to fix these guys for telling wrong information to CCS CI, Satish on me. I thanked her for her personal interest. She revealed to me how much black money this man earned out of the real estate deals and bought several flats in Madhapur and near Green Fields in benami and family names out of the cash he earned in land deals. She assured that when I open the case (I have showed the ackn of the police of my complaint in detail related to the CCS SMS) with police she will help me. Even one Lakshmi (name changed) confirmed that these elements have earned crores in black money with plots sale. Gayan also confirmed that he knew that the so called close friend of Dr.Kamat, Mr.Chandrasekhar, who will take action against me. I wish it is true and it will be chance to me to fix these fraudsters, who cheated a hapless physically handicapped man of his hard earned money. I will release Chandrasekhars more fraud with help of Kamat letter to me soon. Our legal team asked to me to provoke these elements so that they will file case and our job will be easy during cross examination.  I am sure they will fall again in my trap, as it happen several times in several issues.  See the mail hereunder, a blackmail tactics by the rouge.

Date extended by CID on my request for 7 days

Dear All,

I have approval from the CID to send few more strong members as witnesses to give statement. But I wanted them to be a strong anti Shankar Rao statement makers since he is the very origin of the delay for regularisation due to his letter dated 29th Nov 2008 ( attached). 

Read the attached letter. This letter by Shankar Rao is very critical proof of his direct involvement in delaying the regularisation. Some of them think that why we go after Shankar Rao than regularisation, who are ignorant of the fact that he is the key obstructor. Also, he is the very origin of delay due to land grab attempt to benefit his family. The WP 3000, filed in his brothers name in AP High Court without disclosing the losing 3 cases in Apex Court is also a cheating. Only those who understand that this is correct must go to CID to give statement based on the evidence sent by me now. 

I have educated all of you to large extent from past 5 years on daily basis on every developments related to Dr.Rao involvements in grabbing our members plots in GF. Now I think you can make it on your own. 

Those who already made it by going to CID must write to me their experience and their feedback to others to get encouraged. Those who already wrote need not write again.

What is the logic behind more witnesses?? and the points during the statement recording with CID.

Dear All Members.

After I have shown my agony of not responding to the become witnesses in Dr.P.Shankar Rao case, few f our strong loyal members responded and they joined the list of witnesses to help our cause and our case as well. 

But many of our silent majority keep quite and watch it from the sidelines by not knowing the importance of the witness. The highlights are as follows;

1. After due verification of the registered sale deed of our lands with concern authorities, your name will be officially in the list of chargesheet, where by you will have legitimate claim on this lands at a later date with the favorable order from the court. This will help us even if any change in the present GO.
2. No one will dare to tamper with your lands records since CID will endorse the verifications,
3. More the witnesses, more the stronger our case. The defense lawyer will have more headache of cross examination of some 200 members. 
4. Dr.P.Shankar Rao and others will have torrid time in days to come while the case is on trail by coming every day when the witness deposes, a torture no one can withstand since he will be in accused box. We can enjoy the fear in his face. 
5. We will enjoy police protection from the threats since we are witness, if they do so.
6. More the members, more the moral support to members and police. 

But I failed to understand why the members are so passive to such valuable contribution. May be due to fear of Shankar Rao?? Let them tell. They even do not tell that. But only following 6 points are required to answer.

1. When did you buy the land, from whom? ?
2. Must say that Shankar Rao is no way concern with these lands, but claiming the lands as his in his brothers from past 24 years. No proof is produced by him of his title. 
3. How Shankar Rao mislead with his letter dated 29th Nov 2008 by saying the lost case are as pending? He made the MRO mislead the court with false information, which delayed our regularisation.
4. Even after selling these lands by villagers to us by taking 58.05 lakhs, the villagers join hands with Shankar Rao to grab these government lands. They cheated by selling these government lands and joined again Shankar Rao. 
5. GO 166 implementation was stopped due to Shankar Rao false information with WP 300o, filed in his brothers name by not disclosing the 3 lost cases in Supreme Court. Due to this cheating the court, GO implementation delayed. 
6. Shankar Rao goons headed Mr.Fahim and Yedla Madhu, stopped the survey and due to this, the GO 166 is delayed.

I still appeal that those who wanted to strengthen their own case, better make it to the CID in next couple of days to use the best and golden chance. I do not think anyone in our illegal association will give such spoon feeding? If you still do not go, it is for our own peril
