The good news of the day is that the investigation on the fraud by the greats like Gayaneshwar ( who claims that he is found with draft bylaws, the illegal association headed by Satyam without any legal sanctions and his rogue group, Sadasheva Rao and Co has begun. The notices will be issued within few days to these culprits. I wanted every member to come out openly to substantiate my claim that they were running the association fraudulently by misleading everyone without telling that they were running the association with draft bylaws. They also cheated us by collecting money as if it is legal association as membership, settlement money and many other forms. I have submitted the legal validation of my election and the same will be taken on record. 

But in the meanwhile I understand from few local Telugu daily papers reporters, that Gayaneshwar is calling them and saying that I will be arrested for my Rs.45 Lakhs funds fraud. But he did not tell them that the so called case filed by him is closed, which he is aware of. I am sending copies of the closer report to all the reporters that the cases closed due to lack of proofs and evidences and since it is motivated case filed by Gayaneshwar to save his own skin and to save the MLA and Gaddar skin since he is supporting the anti socials and land grabbers at Green Fields survey No 377 and 378, along with other survey numbers. 

I also wanted to send a separate legal notice to Gayaneshwar, warning the legal consequences through my lawyer Kalanidhi, if he calls anyone in the future to mislead or distort the facts. I also requested those reporters to record his conversations if he calls again to help me with the copy of his conversation as my proof and evidence. He will be anyway booked separately with yet another case for his defaming me with false charges and such campaign. His days are numbered with such legal implications for his wrong doing for 2 decades.  

I wanted all those ex committee members to be cautioned to desist in supporting him. Or else they will also get sucked in to the issue for his wrong doing.

22nd Aug 2015, if no action by MRO.. we will have Dharna at MRO office at Neredmet

Dear All Loyal members.

With some success tasted last time at Police station meet to submit the complaints/petitions to the police at Alwal on those who occupied our plots and on illegal association and now one case is being booked already by police on so called founder of GF Gayaneshwar and aSatyam and Co on their fraud and cheating, now there is a members and public demand for such demonstration of our unity once again to put pressure on administration by those who joined last time and also from those who missed to join us last time. 

Of course, these kinds of demonstration and Dharnas are only confined for the time being to local Hyderabad based members with their families.Out station members will join for a major demo during the AGM, is to be called soon and those who are coming from out station must plan to stay even on Monday ( one day extra, if the AGM is arranged on Sunday, sometime next month) to make a grand success.  

Hence we have planned one such demo for the 3rd week of Aug as follow up of such request and demand. If, by 22nd Aug 2015, if no action is taken by MRO by removing the Huts in survey No 378 along with walls in 378, 373,375,379,  we will have Dharna at MRO office at Neredmet to remove all these or we demand the sack of MRO. This will be planned in front of major media presence. 

If you all ok it and say firm yes by our members in with unity, we will proceed with all these back ended arrangements along with funds, which will take 15 days. But every member must be in a position to bring in minimum 2 members from their family or friends for the projection the large number of members and for better impact in front of media.

Demolishing. at Green Fields.

When whole world is sleeping,  I am closely monitoring from the distance the demolishing of the walls constructed at Green Fields by the rogue MLA and his accomplish.Close 100 police and 2 JCB are on the job. I kept this secret only to show that I do not talk and do it. I am sure, this will be breaking news of the day? Good day.🏽🏽🏽🏽

Walls are under demolishing

Dear All,

The breaking news is that the MRO got full banging yesterday ( 23rd July 2015) from the JC (1) RR Dist, after JC 1 visited the Green Fields as sudden inspection along with RDO and MRO along with his team and MRO was instructed to go along with AMRI, VRO. VRI and surveyor and LP cell officials today and plan to identify the encroachments at the GF and report the compliance by today or by tomorrow evening. 

The team is already at Green Fields now.  Both Gaddar and Kanakareddy may be also helping the MRO to manipulate the surveyor numbers? If that is the case, I have my secret weapon and I will release it to the press with a press conference at MRO office in few days.

. Yet another good news and breaking news is that the walls constructed in 5 plots by the MLA Kanakareddy at Green Fields in Survey No 378, partly is demolished. The RR Dist officials found our complaint correct and they demolished the walls. Now the next turn is the huts. Let us wait and see what is the status. 

I wanted to thank the media for their solid support. 

I understand that MLA arrived to create rukkus. But by then, work was over.Officials left by then. Balance work will be taken up tomorrow. All are requested to be prepared to rush to Green Fields on short notice to give good exposure to media.

Cases booked on the illegal association members.

Hi to all Loyal members.

No doubt that I am the face and voice of the Green Fields in public and media. But, my belief was that when all or large members come out openly, it would have had more and different kind of impact on our story much earlier. I have made several appeal to come out openly against all these rogue elements to finish them once for all. Though I had self belief that I will do it, many of our fence sitting members did not have either self belief or courage due to fear of false cases by these elements on us. I have proved time and again that I am right with these cases on them and they went underground after that.

Now few our loyal members coming out openly to the police station last week had quick impact on our complaint to police due to the visibility in press. 9 papers covered our story prominently and the 2 complaints submitted were duly considered by police. In the fraud case, the police saw the merits in the case and booked criminal case under IPC 420 and 406 to start with and will add more sections as the investigation progresses. Now I appeal to every members to come out give evidence and finish these forces as early as possibly to speed up the regularization. I will send a detailed on what statement you all have to make after completing of recording the committee members statements as prime evidence. I am more concern on those who are in slumbers must wake up and join the main stream to expose these bunch of fraudsters and  save your own plots with strong presence of our team of legal committee members. 

Or, those who decided that they will use their own brain and muscle power to handle these goons with support of different politicians different parties, it up to them to decide and communicate to us to leave them behind to move on with our loyal members to follow the due processes of law and get going. 

The copy of the FIR on all these prime accused along with Gayaneshwar and Satyam with 11 others can be had on request and will be sent to those who are interested. 

Those who have paid the following amounts will recovered from these fraudsters from the year 1992. Please come forward with your statement on the following and if you have the receipts and documents, it is well and good. 

1. The so called membership fees from 1992 without any legal entity of the association being legal, run illegaly by Gayneshwar even without knowledge of the other members of the very committee who were part of that committee.
2. Settlement money to villagers ( tallied amount is Rs.58.05, which was paid to villagers with records and agreements but more amounts was collected without receipts by these fraudsters ) paid from the year 1995 till 2008 to Kanaka Durga and others, who blackmailed the members. 
3. Amounts paid in the name of BPS to these illegal committee, both cheques and cash for a non applicable scheme to us, cheated by the illegal committee, by deliberately misleading our innocent members.  
4. Amounts paid in the name of LRS to these illegal committee, both cheques and cash for a non applicable scheme to us, cheated by the illegal committee, by deliberately misleading our innocent members.  
5. Amounts paid in the name of GO  to these illegal committee, both cheques and cash for this legal applicable scheme to us, cheated by the illegal committee in the name of faster settlements, by deliberately misleading our innocent members.  
6. Any amounts paid as protection money to these illegal association members collected by deliberately misleading our innocent members.  

My humble plea to all members is that even if you do not have receipts and documents, please make statement with police to seek the records from these illegal committee to prove that you are wrong. In any case, since they burnt all these records, it will amount to destroying the evidence and the relevant IPC section will be imposed on them. the recovery will be easy and we will use your hard earned money to fight this case now by the legal committee. 

I am sure members will come forward to support their own cause? Time only will tell.

Case filed by rogue Gayaneshwar closed...

Dear All Loyal Members.

The so called fake and rogue founder President, who filed a criminal case against me by saying that I have swindled society funds to the tune of Rs.45 lakhs ( hahahahahaha) has been closed due to lack of evidence and the closer report has been given to me yesterday, when we went to give complaint on these very rouge. Yet another rouge Mohan Babu along with his accomplish, Nagarjuna were also disappointed with their assistance being failed to establish the swindle even to the tune of Rs.45,000. 

It is now well established that these forces, with help of Dr.P.Shankar Rao and Dayanand and others ( who also wrote to the award committee to prevent me in getting the most prestigious Bravery Award 2015 from Ministery of Urban Development, Govt of India),  have criminally conspired to destabilize the legally elected body of our team with court orders from the helm and take over the association from the backdoor and rule to roast. 

But GOD have other plans and now we will play the same coin against them and show that how big these fraudsters are.

UPDATES

Hi,

I have attached a police complaint copy on land grabs at Green Fields government lands, which is happening with help of the present incumbent MRO Sri. Srinivas, who is benefited with such acts.

All the documentary evidence also attached. 

This MRO took over on the 10th Oct 2015. After that, close to 120 land grabs have been reported. No action even after several complaint to him, JC 1-RR Dist, and Collector RR Dist. 

Hence we have taken up to book the cases on behalf of the government to secure these valuable government lands.
