PUBLIC NOTICE CUM CIRCULAR to all Green Field Plots Owners

I am happy attaché the FIR copy ( to only those who are in email) to see and believe that I have really booked the cases and the punishment is inevitable, if not today, down the line in few months/years to Dr.P.Shankar Rao ( Minister/MLA, ) if proved guilty and those, who supported him from our own GF members community, who have swindled the association funds, with more or less with same charges. I wanted all of you to tell all your friends that this is possible, when you do a solid ground work and attack them with no fear. See the IPC Sec applicable to Dr.P.Shankar Rao and other 4:

1. Section 120B. Punishment of criminal conspiracy

120B. Punishment of criminal conspiracy.—(1) Whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy to commit an offence punishable with death,[imprisonment for life] or rigorous imprisonment for a term of two years or upwards, shall, where no express provision is made in this Code for the punishment of such a conspiracy, be punished in the same manner as if he had abetted such offence.

(2) Whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy other than a criminal conspiracy to commit an offence punishable as aforesaid shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding six months, or with fine or with both.

CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE :Para I: Punishment—Same as for abetment of the offence which is the object of the conspiracy—According as the offence which is the object of conspiracy is cognizable or non-cognizable—According as offence which is object of conspiracy is bailable or non-bailable—Triable by court by which abetment of the offence which is the object of conspiracy is triable—Non-compoundable.

Para II: Punishment—Imprisonment for six months or fine, or both—non-cognizable—Bailable—Triable by Magistrate of the first class—Non-compoundable.

2. Section 197. Issuing or signing false certificate

Whoever issues or signs any certificate required by law to be given or signed, or relating to any fact of which such certificate is by law admissible in evidence, knowing or believing that such certificate is false in any material point, shall be punished in the same manner as if he gave false evidence.

CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE :Punishment—The same as for the giving or fabricating false evidence—Non-cognizable—Bailable.—Triable by court by which offence of giving false evidence is triable—Non-compoundable.

3. Section 420. Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property

Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person deceived any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE :Punishment—Imprisonment for 7 years and fine—Cognizable—Non-bailable—Triable by Magistrate of the first class—Compoundable by the person cheated with the permission of the court.

4. Section 468. Forgery for purpose of cheating

Whoever commits forgery, intending that the ¹[document or Electronic Record forged] shall be used for the purpose of cheating, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE :Punishment—Imprisonment for 7 years and fine—Cognizable—Non-bailable—-Triable by Magistrate of the first class—Non-compoundable.

5. Section 471. Using as genuine a forged document or electronic record

Using as genuine a forged ¹[document or electronic record].—Whoever fraudulently or dishonestly uses as genuine any ¹[document or electronic record] which he knows or has reason to believe to be a forged¹[document or electronic record], shall be punished in the same manner as if he had forged such ¹[document or electronic record].

CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE :Punishment—Punishment for forgery of such document—Cognizable—Bailable—Triable by Magistrate of the first class—Non-compoundable.

6. Section 406. Punishment for criminal breach of trust

Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE :Punishment—Imprisonment for 3 years and fine, or both—Cognizable—Non-bailable—Triable by Magistrate of the first class—Compoundable by the owner of the property in respect of which breach of trust has been committed, with the permission of the court.

7. Section 506. Punishment for criminal intimidation

Whoever commits, the offence of criminal intimidation shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both;

If threat be to cause death or grievous hurt, etc.—And if the threat be to cause death or grievous hurt, or to cause the destruction of any property by fire, or to cause an offence punishable with death or ¹[imprisonment for life], or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years, or to impute, unchastity to a woman, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, or with fine, or with both.

CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE :Para I:Punishment—Imprisonment for 2 years, or fine, or both—Non-cognizable-Bailable—Triable by any Magistrate—Compoundable by the person intimidated.

Para II:Punishment—Imprisonment for 7 years, or fine, or both—Non-cognizable—Bailable—Triable by Magistrate of the first class—Non-compoundable.

These Sec are apart few more to be added during course of trail, which may be under again under IPC, Prevention of Corruption Act and also under the People Representation Act and so on.

Now, since this is over as I promised, I will now handover the file to our lawyers to coordinate with our CAT team to follow it up with courts to see that he goes to jail with his brother as his company and also those 3 women co-conspirators, who have filed WA 333 with no grounds and move on with booking criminal cases on our good friends, Satyam and Co, Sadasiva Rao and Co, Sivanarayana and Co and SVGK Murty and Co along with their new comrades in arm for the fraud they committed in our association to swallow the funds and cheated us by delaying the rightful ownership of our plots.

My appeal to all those CATS on the walls (GOPI's, i.e. Goda Meedha Pillis) to come out openly and support me to speed up the whole process of regularization. After all by doing so, it will help you all than helping me since I proved my worth beyond doubt and at least you must sink your differences and come to me for better tomorrow. Or else, it is your loss and Shankar Rao/Satyam and their super team gain. Now or never.

In the meanwhile, I have issued 2 circulars challenging our great illegal President aSatyam and Co to come and accept to prove the false charges they have leveled against me and take the kitty offered to them, along with, one more separate circular, I have offered same kind of challenge to the new found friend of aSatyam, that is Mr.Yogesh Gir/Purnachander Rao/Narasimhan to prove the charges to the allegation they have leveled on me in their circular. Or else, they have to come to Abids circle and apologize in front of our GF members and also in front of general public on a prefixed date. Since they have not accepted the challenge till the deadline given by me and it is over now, they must now apologize to me or else, the consequences will be unknown to them. This must be taken as public notice since I do not have address of aSatyam, (who did not specify his address in his last circular and turned address less President of the address less illegal association) and Mr.Yogesh Gir vacated his residence for some mysterious reasons and I do not have new address either.

By the way, the illegal constructions, with tacit support of few goons of aSatyam and Yogesh Gir, will be demolished after booking case on them and I feel sorry for those who trusted these elements for protection for such illegal activities for Rs.50,000. I still only humbly request if not warn them that to not to trust such elements and get in to trap and lose your hard earned money. It is better to be with a person like me, who is asking only fund as loan than who promise you moon for Rs.50,000 and say to pay it to MLA/MRO/Collector and Judges, which is not possible and correct.

In the meanwhile, I am happy to inform you that the TRANSCO has sanctioned one more transformer to our colony and the same can be commissioned as soon as our CAT team identifies the place to install the same. I request the CAT to consult the other colony residence to have consensus to complete the job before this summer to enjoy the benefit.

I am also happy to say that to keep the whole operations as transparent as possible, I have also launched the website of our Green Fields and you can log on at www.greenfpoa.org and see all the updates from time to time. No need for poaching of information for few elements, who have planted some of them to know what documents I have.. After all, I am more transparent than government agencies and I do not have any reasons to hide anything to anyone. I suppose showed my worth to maximum and now it your turn to come and extend your support, if you feel that I am worth supporting.

Green Fields Plot Owners Association president S. Chandrasekhar, one of the petitioners in the case against Dr Shankar Rao, also alleged that Mr Dayanand Rao and others were misleading the courts and officials and were also threatening officials to grab the land of the owners’ associations. The plot owners alleged that though the Supreme court has given orders in favour of regularisation of their plots, Dr Shankar Rao and his brother mislead the revenue officials.

The three associations, Sri Sail Residence Welfare Association, Amrutha Vani Residency Welfare Association and Green Fields Plot Owners Association are fighting the case against Dr Shankar Rao. The Neredmet police confirmed that the court had referred the case but said that they were yet to receive formal orders. A case will be booked against Dr Shankar Rao under Sections 120 b, 197, 420, 468, 471 and 506 IPC.

Mr Chandrasekhar said that the he had petitioned against the minister, his brother, Ms B. Padmavati, Mr E. Prabhavanit, Ms B. Sugunavathi and others for furnishing false information and for creating false documents. “They tried to grab the land using these false documents by misleading courts and the government,” he said. The Green Fields Colony is situated at Kanajiguda in Alwal. Unaware that the land belong to the state government, the plot owners purchased it and later fought a long-drawn legal battle in the Supreme Court, “Following this, the Supreme Court gave orders in our favour,” Mr Chandrasekhar said.
