Police Protection for Boundary Survey on 1st May 2012

Dear All, As I have informed earlier by mail with copy of the demarcation survey to be conducted by the Inspector of Survey letter is sent to you all, the survey of boundaries will take place on 1st May 2012, the police protection letter is already given to the Alwal Police Stn, with copies of the letter to the Collector RR Dist, RDO, Chevella and the AD Survey and Land Records.

MRO letter to Alwal Police for Police Protection on 1st May 2012 ::--     Today, I collected these copies and served to all of them at Collector office, RDO office and also AD office. I have attached for your ready reference. With this, the Boundaries will be demarcated from 1st May 2012 to 5th May 2012. All the members are requested to be present at GF to support in numbers to complete the task without any hindrance and to keep the anti social elements at bay. We have right now all the more due to the villagers loosing the WA 333 as well. If they come, I will take care of them. The plot owners of the so called encroachments in Survey no 375 in actual terms and also those who got affected in the name of 375 must be present with cameras to take photos of the survey to upload the same in mail to me. Any anti social elements are seen around the area during the survey time, all are requested to take photos and send it to me. I will also carry a cam and also voice recorder to record any talking by them. We must finish them this time if they do any disturbance. I have also briefed the police on their role. All are requested to cooperate in this regard.

ETS Survey office order for 1st May 2012

Dear All, Yesterday, 24th April 2012, I had a detailed talk with Collector garu and informed him about the dismissing of WA 333 of 2012 and told him to keep his officials machinery ready for regularisation processes with survey team for plots to be kept ready to start as soon as WP 3000 is dismissed . He said that he has already asked the JC 1 to send letter to MRO to keep the application ready. He said that he will follow it up with his DO ( Direction Order) soon to gear up the activities as soon as the stay is vacated. When I have raised the issue of the ETS machine sanction, he immediately spoke to the AD Survey to complete the job with in 10 days and report compliance. Based on his directions, the AD Survey called their inspector Mr.Kasinath and asked him to complete the job by 5th of May 2012 and report the matter back to him to write to Collector. The Inspector issued office orders for ETS Survey accordingly on 1st of May 2012. The copy is attached. All those who have issue of boundary and encroachments and other demarcations of the plots are requested to be present on 1st May 2012 by 9.30 am at Mr.Gyaneshwar house and support the team and cooperate to complete the job as early as possible. those who have cameras, are requested to bring it to the site for photos to be taken for our website updating with current photos. Also, any of you have video cam, pl bring it for recording any anti social elements presence/movements during that time to stop the officials of their work for evidence of their offence. Mr.Dallappa has excused to be present during that time due to fear of his life by the goons attacking him. Hence no need to contact him on this issue. RR Dist court order of Sadasheva Rao loosing the case

Dear All,

The self styled, self appointed and illegal President aSatyam and Sadasheva Rao along with their all 10 years old illegally inducted 19 members of the Governing Body members and Management Committee members standing in the society has gone for a six.  

The finally, the RR Dist court dismissed illegal Joint Sec, Sadasheva Rao petition, upheld my election as President and is valid to run the association till further elections are held. I have attached the judgment copy for your detailed study. Please read the para numbers 19,22,30,37, 38,44,45,4751,52,53,54,55,57,very importantly 58,59 and 60 to know how these so called flag bearers of the GFPOA are double standard and also 2 tongued. All these days, I have been saying that these so called illegally and self proclaimed and self styled committee members are adopting double standard. Now even court confirmed my worst fear and I am vindicated.

With this court order, we must consolidate our position and get cracking even on all these illegal elements and also on the bank soon to put all these criminals behind bars. I have given them several chances to mend their fences and join me to fight against injustice meted out by their favorite friend MLA/Minister Shankar Rao.  But they were confident to rule illegally, due to the encouragement of the illegally appointed so called legal advisor, Rajendaran. In coming days, the situation will be much worse to them once our criminal case against them is booked since it is overdue. The AGM will decide the issue and we must get going to finish these criminal activities to be deterrent  in the future. If these illegal committee members handover the records peacefully and settle the matter soon, it is better for them. Or else, long hand of law will catch them and damage further their reputation, if at all anything reputation is left on them. Though they will not able to escape the legal implications since these so called flag bearers of the GFPOA,  who were running association from past 10 years illegally, it is better to settle the matter by cutting of at this level with less punishment than facing severe years jail terms. 

I hope some matured minds within colony or outsiders will convince these elements to accept the reality and come to terms and not to get in to more mess by precipitation of the matter. All these illegal elements must know that they are buying time and trying to postpone the very inevitable punishment for their mistakes. But  if they do not show statesmanship and grace at least now,   they have no choice than facing the serious legal consequences in the long run. I hope they understand? Better not to stand on false prestige. It will hurt them and harm them ore in the society if at all they are bothered. After all I can only advise them. I have no role to play to bring them around. It is their will and wish.

Now it is all the more important to be preset in the AGM on the 20th May 2012 sharp 10 am to ratify many resolutions and consolidate our position sooner than later to finish the much hurdle created regularization of our plots.

WA 333 dismissed

Dear All,

Today is a good day for me and all the sincere supporting members of the Green Fields . Just the day of Akshya Trithiya for next 2 days, a very auspicious day in Hindu calendar for doing good, GOD has done good to us. The frivolous and false claim and petition on Green Fields lands, filed by the villagers ( with support of our great illegal association so called illegal Joint Sec Sadasheva Rao)  in AP High Court petition No WA 333 of 2011 has been dismissed due to lack any grounds to entertain the petition. The detailed copy of the judgement will be sent to all of you next week as soon as it is in our hands. The efforts of roping in the Advocate General office with my representation has paid the dividends 

Not surprisingly, the so called saviors of the Green Fields and the so called flag bearers, headed by the illegal President, Satyam and Co along his illegal team, the so called back door entry Gen Sec Yogesh Giri and Co and 3some supporters and also the so called barking watch DOG, KBR Prasad, ( Who supports the Sivanarayana and Co for sharing the money looted by their team) along with their illegally appointed  lawyer Rajendran is not seen any where in the court complex on a very important day, when the Advocate General office SGP was arguing the case. Thanks to Mr.Giri Krishna, who did a excellent job in arguing the case, the bench headed by one of the best of the judges of AP High Court, Justice Mr.Sanjay Kumar, has quashed the petition and dismissed their contention for the claim of the lands. It is major moral booster and the WP 3000 also will suffer the same fate in the month of June, when court is opened after summer vacation. 

I just returned home only to share the happy movement with you all. The details will be share by next 2 to 3 days.

Dear All,

I have attached the letter of MRI to MRO on the status of the illegal occupations of plots in the GF in the several survey numbers and awaits to be demolished.  The boundary of the survey numbers have to marked before any crackdown on these illegal structures hence the boundary  survey will take place on the 18th April at 10 am. All committee members are requested to be present to help the team of MRO office and Inspector from AD Survey office to complete the task. The total flop show by aSatyam

Dear All,

The meeting organised by the illegal President went for a six today with just only 20 of them attending. The meeting outcome is as follows in short as first hand information from our undercover agents. More details will follow with their calls and mails.

1. It started at 6.45 pm and ended at 7.55 pm,
2. Only one committee member, aSatyam was present, out of the 19 so called illegal committee with very fancy designations for every guys in that committee.
3. Yogesh ( our Ex Secretary, who says that he entered association through back door) and M.Nageshwar Rao ( who was election officer appointed by aSatyam proposal and voted by in last AGM by members) but whose illegal committee Joint Secretary Sri Sri Sri Sadasheva Rao considers him as cheat since Mr.Nageshwar Rao was projected as my man and files a case in the RR Dist court was also present among the members. But for some intriguing reasons, the man who filed the case, Sadasheva Rao was not present with his team, that is paid witness Mr.Nageshwar and Ms.Kanakadurga.
4. Unfortunately, due to their own greed, both Yogesh and Nageshwar Rao have face the wrath of the members when they were asked to get down from the dais since both are neither the committee members nor have any right to sit in the meetings as any other form. Adding insult to injury, they were not allowed to give the justifications of their presence and rebuked by our supporters.
5. One member, who question even the presence of Yogesh in the meeting, who have no plots in GF. But the illegal association president pleaded him to be allowed to sit to explain the legal position through him but not through the so called illegally appointed legal man with hefty fees, Mr.Rajendran, the great man who does not know how to win a case under Sec 23, which was taught by my our lawyer. But Rajendran claims as official lawyer. How come? I think it is only for fees and kick back, he is the lawyer? Thanks to those members for very valid objection. Well done.
6. Some of our supporters asked why Yogesh left me. This back stabber said it seems that I collected Rs.30,000 from 6 people at last meeting at Chilkalguda, but I have not given accounts when he asked , hence he quit. For your information, Yogesh came to the meeting at 12.10, but when the meeting started at 10.30, he was not round. Moreover, I was sitting in the dais. the whole collections were collected by Purnachander Rao and Narasimhan. If at all they have collected that big amounts, they have not given account to me and they would have shifted the blame on me. I swear in the name of Shakthi mata Goddes, I have not collected any money from anyone in that meeting, even though several of them offered, other than approved Rs.300 per person as self financed meetings expenses and that too on members insistence.  What lie. God will not leave him for his wrong allegations. Wait and watch.
7. Some of our supporters said that the very aSatyam said during EGM that he is not a member, now how come Yogesh found favor of aSatyam and co?. He had no answer. Thankfully, Yogesh was not allowed to talk in the whole meeting, by adding insult to injury. Can any of you guess why they joined hands now? Better guess. 
8. Some members questioned the very wisdom of the presence of Election Officer Nageshwar Rao in the meeting, who was kicked out of the meeting in the so called illegally organised EGM last year and was removed from the post of election officer illegally. This man, instead of supporting the right people, who stood by him in the movement of crisis, but now went to these illegal committee members who insulted him with so much of abuse and humiliated him. May be for some personal benefit? Does these people have any morals? Interestingly, the very Nageshwar Rao fought with me to sack Yogesh as secretary few months ago and appointment new Secretary ( keeping his name in mind since he nursed the ambition to be GS) some time ago. I did not fall in his trap. He is such cunning guy. Even aSatyam do not know that. 
9. Many members asked aSatyam to list out his achievements in the past 10 years. He said it seems that from past 15 years ( even before he was a member and had a house in GF) he constructed roads, brought lights, planted trees, worked as watchman in the nights to protect the plots in the colony from the goons ( ???) and so on. But members showed anger on him and asked him what he did for regularization? He had no answer. But he said it seems that he went several times to MRO office and Collector and JC office. But he did not say what for and with whom. But I did not see him even once in the last 3 years 3 months in any of these places but once I saw him out side MRO office for 2 minutes but not with MRO.
10. When few our members said that when he is not able organize meeting with so called his 19 illegal committee members to be present in such so called crucial meetings and that too only with 20 people, why he not quitting? he is not able answer. They doubted his capabilities to handle all sensitive issues at this stage and asked him to quit. He was very nervous and his blood pressure shot up. 
11. aSatyam told it seems, that he even sold his gold ring ( he did not say what for and at what rate) and conducting the meetings, even after knocking off several lakhs of rupees from the illegally operated bank account and also from the cash they collected by Ms.Kanakadurga. At this time, when few persons took my names and my efforts, he got his blood pressure shooting up and started talking emotionally against me. Many members told him shut up and asked him handover the reins to me if he not doing.
12. Many members told him that when I am doing good job, why he is coming on the way? They insisted to handover the charge to me and give a chance to me since I am doing good job. He is not able to digest this kind of praise and again his blood pressure shoot up. Many members advised him to control his blood pressure. 
13. When everyone were after him for his misrule and one ex committee members told him that he is committing mistakes after mistakes, he said that he will call AGM after the so called illegal committee meeting by next week and call for AGM, albeit illegally. Many members objected to this and said that when I call for meetings, 450 people come, but when aSatyam call such meetings, only 20 showed up. This show his popularity at low ebb. For this also his BP shoot up.
14. Even some members desisted for an AGM to be called aSatyam for now since I have already called on the 20th May 2012. Our supporters said to wait till that meeting and then call for a meeting later in June. Will his ego agree for such? Or he will do more mistakes? WAIT AND WATCH how we will teach him a good lesson soon, albiet legally. 
15. Many of the supporters said tat when I could manage with my own money for 3 years plus, why are the illegal committee not able manage for just 2 months? for this also his BP shot up. In all, when ever some one take my name, his BP shot up. I pity on him.

I wanted those members from our network, who were present in that meeting ( I have those names) to write by confirming what I written is right or wrong and or additions and corrections for circulating your views also to others to be more transparent? The impleaded petition ( as instigated by illegal association to be filed by villagers) also appears in the notes as filed o the 27th March 2012, in this year March, as late as March, after 4 hearing took, after the AG took over the arguments. You might have received Circular dated 9^th instant released on 12^th April 2012 by Sri S.Satyam “who feels as if he is the President of India.” Satyam feels that “after long time they felt that the members/residents are frustrated with land case since they are losing faith in the legal system”  In this regard, I would like to question him how many times he and his loyal illegal committee members along with Sadasiva Rao/KBR Prasad and new found friend Nageshwar Rao, (who is the paid witness in our case) or their Advocate attended the Court proceedings from January to March 2012?  Legal system is working correctly, but these corrupt people who are hand in glove with our rivals and opposition party for earning extra money by cutting throat of others. It is the illegal committee members only financing villagers to file some or other cases to get frustration among members and they are habituated for this type black mailing tactics.  Otherwise, how come the court summons went to Sadasiva Rao house?  When the new committee address is known to  the Villagers?

We have already made complaint with Alwal Police against 42 beneficiaries i.e. those whose are received compromise amount. The complaint is sent  to their legal department for opinion and due to unforeseen reasons it is getting delayed.  In case, they are unable to register the case we will approach Criminal Court under Section CrPC 200 and also CrPC 153. Members, may not be aware that Dr. Shanker Rao & others have taken anticipatory bail from Hon’ble High Court against orders of Civil Court, R.R.District. Mr Chandrasekhar, President, appealed Hon’ble High Court to quash the stay petition of these criminals those who are troubling us.  

Further, ex-President wants valuable guidance and suggestions to get workable solution in the matter.   It is nothing, but Dr.Shankar Rao and his henchmen wants to  go for private settlement for  Rs. 1000/- per sq. yard  and this  is already exposed  by us. They are making one more attempt this time by making some confusion among members.  One of the  leader from the Colony is working beyond the curtain since he is going to retire from the service and he has not constructed the house, therefore by hook or crook he wants money to construct the house.

It is pleasure to inform the Chief Vigilance Commission, New Delhi, has written a letter to Vijaya Bank, Bangalore, to initiate action against the culprits of the Association. A copy of the same is appended for member’s information.  

The meeting called by ex-President Mr.Satyam is illegal/unwarranted since they have already lost the case in Civil Court against Mr. S.Chandrasekhar, President,   if they still go a head, it will attracts contempt of Court.

Important notice on AGM

Few clarification sought by members are as follows:

1. Meeting is on the 20th May ( Sunday) at 10 am, not 20th April, as many mistook.
2. The members, who send their confirmation by SMS/Written/by Mail only will be allowed, as we did last time to have exact head court for making arrangements.
3. The AGM was suggested to be self financed as we did last time. 
4. As many suggested even now, the charges will be collected only at the venue from those who attend only.
5. It will be charged @ Rs 250 to 300. We are working out for the same.

Illegal meeting by aSataym on 14th April 2012????

Hi to all,

By knowing that I have called for the AGM ( with mails to all 535 members sent on the 7^th April 2012) the so called President Mr. Satyam of illegal GF association, sent a circular today (dated 9^th April 2012, but sent only on 12^th April ) to colony ( possibly to all others without telling that they lost the court case in RR Dist on me)  saying that the illegal association lost faith in legal system ( which they were saying all these years that they are fighting cases for several years to protect your interest in several courts with help of good legal team headed by Mr.SVGK Murty as legal committee head, by paying hefty fees to late Mr.Jagdish, the lawyer, who is related to Mr.KBR Prasad and may be to Mr.Sivanarayana)  but now they say that they lost the faith in legal system and courts. 

Why suddenly they think so? Because they lost 2 cases on me in courts? Because they wanted to ask you all to succumb to the dickat of their MLA friends to pay Rs.1000 per square yard and settle the matter by blackmail? Because they wanted all of you to bow to the Mr.Sadasheva Rao engineered/foisted case through villagers and pay money to them also and settle the matter to those who tow their line of thinking? Because they wanted to cause further divide in all divided colony people to dance to their tunes with such extortion? Because they has no faith now in their new found illegally appointed lawyer Mr.Rajendrans capabilities, since he lost all important but small case in 2 lower courts? Because they wanted to what is their position with members, to see how many are supporting them now after all mess they created to access their status in members mind?

All these 10 years, they illegal association governing body could not move an inch of our file in government in the name false statement of cases pending in several courts in every illegal AGM’s. After I took over 3 years ago, albeit without any prejudice, with determination, with strong and sincere commitment, I have brought the issue to a very good stage. Even now, instead of cooperating with me, they have tried their best to confront with me at every stage from past 3 years, with several false pretexts, even after I have offered to them several time to cooperate with them, by offering olive branch, after I become very strong in the GF association, with my acts and deeds.  But these illegal elements wanted the matter to be drifted and they wanted bring the issue to this stage of saying that they lost faith in judiciary and make you all pay a price for their misdeeds and surrender to the sadist demands of their MLA friend. Are you ready? Do not you all see the conspiracy theory emerging very strongly even now? Thanks to Satyam and Co, now we will know how many are with us and how many are with them. Our team will be present at the venue, to see how many members are coming and their names and details will be noted and will presented to us to decide their fate at a later date when things will emerge in a very strong way in our favor soon. Are you ready for such plot? Are you ready for joining them to ruin your future? Are you ready for paying 3^rd and 4^th time to the illegal elements and again pay 5^th time to government under GO 166, without any guarantee from these untrusted/untested/unreliable/unauthorized elements to do their business? Breaking news... AGM on the 20th May 2012 at 10 am

Hi to all,

The breaking news is that we will have our AGM of the Green Fields on the 20th May ( Sunday) 2012 at 10 am at the same venue, Railway Kalyanamandapam, Chilkalguda, Secunderabad. The detailed mail/circular/notice will be sent to all of you soon, after my friend, Mr.Narasinga Rao garu confirms the date of availability of the place. I am sure all of you are happy this development?

This advance intimation for AGM is sent for those who are out of Hyderabad, who are must to come and share your views on the whole strategy, adopted by me.  I am making a special appeal to all those, who are away from Hyderabad to come to this all important meeting and extend your support as a solidarity. This AGM will be a do or die AGM for all of us since the issue of regularisation is at very critical stage by being in the court and we must mobilise the members in number's who are with us to go with them than go on after those who are not keen to join me, without their heart with me. This meting will also identify the clear case of "Cats on the wall" and we can isolate them as well. Along with these, let us also isolate those negative forces who are not keen to join us. We will make a list of members with positive mind and work with them only.

I wanted everyone  of you to come forward with your solid support by making available on the 20th may 2012 at Hyderabad at any cost. By then, by GODS grace, many positive developments will place for good of our Green Fields.

Stay Order on Arrest of Dayanand

Moral victory... Due to fear of arrest, Dayanand took stay order on his arrest in our case....

See now the status  of these cheats. After I argued the case in the 10th Metropolitan Magistrate and made the police to book the cases, the so called don, land grabbers Dr.Shankar Rao, to save his face, applied the anticipatory bail, took stay on their arrest through the AP High Court. Smartly, to avoid his name to come out in the open, Shankar Rao applied the bail, stay and quash petition on his loyal blood brothers name and waiting to apply on his name later, after his brother get the bail/stay and the petition get quashed. This is a great moral victory.Due to fear of arrest, Dayanand took stay order on his arrest in our case. The copy is attached for your info to see and believe. 

This is what our earlier so called illegal committee members were suppose to do. Go on offensive on the rouges. They will be defensive. But since these guys took money from the Dr.Shankar Rao and Co, they played to their tunes and did not go offensive till now.

I will surely resist the move of their bail and see that it is not allowed, for interest of justice. If they manage here, ( as they have done now) I will go to the  bench AP High Court and also up to Apex Court.

In the meanwhile, the hearing on WP 3000 will start either from next Monday or by next Thursday since the judge was on leave due to some family function.

Sadashiva Rao lost case.

Hi to all,

A new development taken place in our WP 3000. Since Dr.Shankar Rao came to know that he will loose this case in next few days, he instigated the villagers to file a impleading petition to only delay the case judgement and prolong the issue to only antagonise us. But the issue was brought to the notice of the MRO just now since I just returned from the court now.  he will take it up with Advocate General and follow it up with court. 

Though, according to our lawyer, there will be no consequences on the judgement, it may be one more persons hearing, which may delay the pronouncement of the results. Since all the hearing of all the lawyers are over, except our lawyer and AG, the result would have been quick with our follow up. But the criminals are trying to delay the processes. The tacit understanding with our illegal association committee members are evident with this. However, I will update you the developments on this soon.

I request all of you to spread the hard follow up done by me to those who are our common co plot owners of the Green Fields and ask their names to enlisted in our mail to write to them the latest developments. Also,you all have to advise them to be ready for any large scale agitation like, rasta roko or so on.  All these years, we have had a major leadership vacuum and those who were suppose to protect our interest were with our enemies. Now, I am sure I could deliver the desired leadership and take it forward the issue in a very professional way with regular followup on all fronts, be it courts, officials and politicians and so on. It is matter of time if we all come on one platform and show the unity, which many of our rivals do not wanted to happen. but we must make every Cat on the walls to understand the significance of joining me to strengthen the war on injustice.
