MRI letter to MRO

Dear All,

I have attached the letter of MRI to MRO on the status of the illegal occupations of plots in the GF in the several survey numbers and awaits to be demolished.  The boundary of the survey numbers have to marked before any crackdown on these illegal structures hence the boundary  survey will take place on the 18th April at 10 am. All committee members are requested to be present to help the team of MRO office and Inspector from AD Survey office to complete the task. I may be delayed since I am on the way to Beechapally on some religious work and I will back by 2 pm.
