Dr Shankar Rao in to dowry mess

Dear All,

The great character, joker, and criminal minded Dr.P.Shankar Rao is at it again.  The Central Crime Station has filed a criminal case against Dr.P.Shankar Rao, his wife, the great daughter, son and also on his daughter close friends and police guard a dowry harassment case in the month of Oct 2012. The issue came up to fore and the complainer mustered courage to come out openly and went to the press after Dr.Rao was on the run due to Green Fields issue.
