Dear All,
I am sure, by now, all of you have made up your mind to come forward to give your individual police complaint on the illegal association members, along with other supporters, who are causing hindrance in regularisation. Your letter will be only a supplementary to my main complaint and you will not have any problems with police calling you often. But you must give your letter for more than many reasons. See one more reason here below.
The relevance of your letter has grown more with yet another petition laying without any result in AP High Court from 28th April 2010, suppose to be fought by the great leaders of the illegal association lead by Satyam/Sadasheva Rao/Sivanarayana ( few other members, who have not sent their resignations to me till now) with help of yet another great lawyer Rajendran. Till today, no such information was forthcoming in form of their circulars on such case from past 3 years and no information is available with anyone. You can see below the petition copy in the court.

Interestingly, the great lawyer, who fights with persons for personal gains, who is helping to get your plots, ( that is me) in Nampally court, do not find time to fight these 3 cases ( WP 15895 of 2010, WP 16278 of 2013 and WP 10469 of 2010) to get your plots. But he has time to put spokes in my efforts to help illegal association governing body by filing cases on me. His counter affidavit is filed on the 21st June 2010. With their claim of so much influence in the AP High Court ( he says that he has more influence than former AG in AP High Court) and with contacts to depose the case with help of judges personal contacts, he could not bring this case to an end. Why so? Till today, this case was not disclosed to public with it status. Now they file a new case with AP High Court and mention of this case is still pending. Did any of you get any circulars on this case till today with the status of the same. Please provide me, if so.
Other than those active and strong supporters, by some of you all being mute spectators, watch the developments from the sidelines for the fun, it will only complicate the matters and delay the regularisation. You must make up your mind to support one side or other, who is stronger and sure to get your plots. Nothing wrong, if you still have mind to be with illegal association. Come forward and say so. Be honest and bold. I will not come to them and delete their names from the list of legal association mails/register and move on with my solid supporters, who are close to 200 plus members ( close to 303 plot owners). I am sure all my supporters in this ground ID also think so, as I think now. By Aug 15, 2013, we will start removing those who are not keen to support us from the mails and later, after the AGM during mid of Sept 2013 ( dates are yet to be decided) we will pass resolution to remove those who do not attend and give their affiliation to legal association from the register of the members to make it more clean and tidy. Let us remove dead stock from even the mail list. Many even do not find time to read mails even every 15 days and reply at least one line of ackn every 15 days. Do you need such members in our group??
As I said earlier, I am saying yet again that I do not need support of those who sit at home and watch fun. It is they who need a strong leader like me, who is sure to get your plots. If you think so, rush your consents. Or else think again. But I will assure those who are still thinking that the illegal association will help them to get their plots are in for shock and they have to face lots of hardship if they miss out the chance to come and join main stream association. Many developments taking place your knowledge, which off later started keep it secret on advise of our active strong members, those not active will loose out to the those active and they will not connect with the issue. Following on their own with 9 government agencies will not be an easy task.

Also send at least one mail every 15 days to this ID so that your ID is active in the group ID of Green Fields.
