Details where to go to give statement with CID

Dear All,

After I sent the mail on poor response related to statement with CID, few members called me to come forward to give their statementtomorrow or by Monday. They wanted the details of the place where they must go. The details are give below.

Few members said that they waited for the call from the I/O, Mr.Siva Ram Prasad. Since he was not doing good job, we had problems. Now we have new I/o and you must use for our good advantage.
