Hi to all,

I have attached the paper clippings of the demolishing the illegal structures and huts at GF by the MRO and their staff yesterday. Today, they have finished the balance huts demolishing. The 375 plot walls will be the next in target. As soon as the survey is completed in next 3 to 4 days, the next phase will be getting ready for the action.

Those who saw the work at GF must send their report. In one of the papers, the name of Ramesh of Divya Travels have cropped up. He resides in one of the small shops in our GF and runs a travel house. But that has shown new dimension to the issue of land grab. Some outsiders, with active support of few so called illegal and defunct committee members might be parking themselves at GF in the name of tenants and colluding with these forces and grabbing the lands with help of illegal association members? That the doubt in everyone's minds.

Circular dated 12th May 2012

Dear All,

I just received one circular by post, signed by one Mr.Sivanaryana and  Mr.aSatyanarayana ( the so called illegal Gen Sec and so called VP ) of the illegal association ( but surprisingly not signed by the so called illegal President aSatyam nor the so called illegal Joint Sec, Sadasheva Rao who says he is holding the extra position of Gen Sec, without any authority) saying several things about me. Many of them were angered since the circular was with full of utter false and lies and members wanted us to go and seek their explanation on their authority to write such circulars since they are nothing to do with GF now after the interim court order. 

It is well known to whole world now that they are doing several illegal things from past 10 years in the name of GF association and we also should not get in to such illegal mode by asking those explanations in words than in writing or doing something illegal like them. We will seek court help for such circulars and we will seek court opinion on such letters writing without any locus standee. Let will law play its own role and the long hand of law will catch them soon and they will get in to mess deeper than what they are now in. After all, we respect the law of the land, unlike them, who do not even respect the law or the truth.

What shocked me the most with that circular more than the contents is that the names of the so called 9 members group of SVGK Murty ( including him), who said they have resigned en-mass, those names also appears in the circular. Even Mr.Mallikarjun, who resigned along with Mr.KP names also appears and many of those who say they have resigned, they also appears in the circulars letter head. This will create serious legal problems to those whose names appears since the illegal body is no more authorized to write any circulars/letters to anyone in the name of GF since their authority gets superseded by the RR Dist Court order. Yes, the main petition is pending and posted for 8th June 2012, but the interim petition in retraining me to use the GF name is dismissed or calling me as President of GF is also dismissed and I have every right to use the President title and GF names and the copy of the court order is already sent to you all. Since they are not able to digest the fact, now they are playing fool around with you all members with new issue. Illegally appointed lawyer role is not discounted nor ruled out since it is he who would have asked these 2 new guys to sign since Sadasheva Rao lost the case and he may have problems with the court if he signs at a later date. But what they must know is he filed the case on behalf of the association, where it is collective responsibilities of all those who are not named also will be taken to task by law at the later dates.

I suggest to all these gentlemen to call/write/meet these illegal elements to clarify their position and issue a circular to avoid any notice being served by the court later, when we seek the court help. Now these people are with me. So they might be plotting to undermine their position to take advantage of the situation to blackmail them? I assure those who are with me will be protected in every possible way, provided they publically send their circulars saying that they are no more in the illegal association. This will strengthen my hands as well to screw them in the court of law. These kind of playing around with legal system will be taken seriously by the court.

Interestingly, the following issues are not touched by them in the circular.

1. About the cash collected by them in the names of settlement to villagers amounts, GO 166, BPS and LRS from past 10 years and it accounts. The cash will be close to Rs. 90 lakhs. No explanation given by them about that cash went in to which/whose accounts?
2. About the cheques amount accounts and the withdrawal in the name of lawyer fees. No clarifications were given till today for my 3 years old questions,
3. The amounts withdrawn by the illegal committee members from the bank account by defreezing the accounts with help of Rajendran, after it was frozen with my election 2 years ago. Now the account is showing nil balance from Rs.28 lakhs. Where these Rs.28 lakhs go? In whose accounts?
4. About the forgery of the bylaws (they themselves do not know it is 2005 or 2006 bylaws) in the name of amendments to suit them. You all were given 2005 ( SVGK Murty says he amended this bylaws) bylaws in the illegal EGM last year, but submitted different bylaws to court, by forging/altering bylaws as 2006.
5. The Central Vigilance Commission inquiry on the forgery and fraud they have committed in Vijaya Bank account. The CVC letter is sent to you all as proof. No explanations.
6. The challenge of proving the 58.05 lakhs paid to villagers, to which they were also party. I have every proof with me. They refused to accept my challenge. Why?
7. How they gave NoC (after collecting how much money they have taken as their commission) and allowed the plots to transfer after the ban from government? I have 220 plots list with me, registered by the Regd of Lands after the ban is in force.
8. How much money in Ms.Kanakadurga account in cash and expenses went in to the account of Syndicate Bank, Alwal Branch? Thanks to Narasimhan, I have the cheque details ( Paid by member from Chennai) and bank account details. Even they close the account, bank will give the statement to police when I file a fraud case, through court.
9. The Rs.1000 per Sqrd offer given by Dr.P.Shankar Rao. And their share for them?
10. No talk about the survey, which we did it and it was on hold because of their support to our opponents. 
11. No talk on demolishing of illegal structures in GF colony.
12. No mention of our AGM on 20th May, which now they are worried. This circular is to divert the attention of the gullible members. 
13. No talk of survey 375, which they gave NOC to many outsiders.
14. No talk of the 14th April flop meeting and no minutes has been sent till today. Why? because it  a flop?
15. No mention of the rift between 5 factions, aSatyam, Sadasheva Rao, SVGK Murty, Sivanarayana, rest of the groups. 

I wanted all of you to think it over and analyze and take a decision about who is right and who is wrong. Better draw your own conclusions than asking me. This circular came to undermine the AGM. Please do not fall in to their trap. All of you must acknowledge if such circular has come and condemn the contents.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Green Fields ( Legal) on 20th May 2012 at 10 am

Dear Respectable members of Green Field,

Following “Before the court of the Chairman MACT Cum 2^nd Addl Dist Judge, RR Dist, NTR Nagar,  the Court Order No IA No 1437 of 2011 in OP No 431 of 2011 dated 28^th March 2012 “ by dismissing the petition filed by the illegally run GFPOA’s illegal  Joint Sec, Sadasheva Rao, to take it forward from here, the AGM of the Green Fields Plot Owners Association ( Legal) is called for on the 20th May 2012 at 10 am. The same will be held at Railway Kalyana Mandapam, Chilkalguda, Secunderabad (the same place, where we had our meeting last year). The advance/deposit payment Rs.7,500 to the SCR hall is made vide Payment receipt No 173920 dated 20^thApril 2012. The scanned copy is attached to know how much I have paid to avoid any controversy as it happen last time due to the false propaganda of Yogesh/Poornachander Rao and Narasimhan accusing me of the misuse of the funds as if they have collected and paid to me.  Now,  all the members are request to avail the opportunity to be present and know the first hand information of the regularization processes.  The tentative agenda of the AGM approved by the Governing Body and Management Committee on the 14^th April 2012 is as follows:

1. Review of the court cases, if any by then, after dismissal of the WA 333,
2. Review of the Survey and Regularization Processes, if started by then,
3. Review of the future plans,
4. Extension of the Governing body tenure by 2 years,
5. And electing the New Gen Sec and one member, who have fallen out of the association, along with whoever wanted to get relived. 
6. Funds for the future operations,
7. Mandate to President/Governing body for expelling the members who are indulging in the anti association activities by scuttling the processes regularizations with several hurdles and undermining the duly elected bodies efforts.
8. Sub Committee for Survey 375, to follow it up with concern officials.
9. Any other matter with permission of the chair.  

I am sure all these items will cover the issues you have in your mind and will strengthen the hands of the present committee. However, you can also propose any items to add in the list to take it up with the permission of the chair at the venue of the AGM on the 20^th May 2012.

The issue of the removal of the illegally appointed lawyer Mr.Rajendaran is very critical since he is causing lots of hurdles  by representing the illegal association in AP High Court by causing hurdles in WP 3000 as if he is legally appointed lawyer. This is causing lots further delay in our smooth operations of the settling the cases in the high court. Moreover, his filing a frivolous and false case on the present sitting president must be viewed as anti association activities and he must be shown the door.  A notice must be served to him for seeking his NOC in all cases if at all he is representing illegally with support of the illegal association committee members, particularly the so called officiating illegal Secretary ( self appointed), Mr.Sadasheva Rao, who is the illegal association illegal Joint Sec and he must also must be shown the door if he not mending the fences and accept the reality.

The Vijaya Bank, not honoring our legally elected committee by following the illegally running committee members statements must be viewed very seriously and must taen as breach of trust and we must pass a AGM resolution to book a criminal cases against the bank officials along with the illegally running 19 committee members.  Or else, the issue may drag on further since all these hurdles are thorn in the flesh created by these illegal elements.  We wanted all of you to view these issues to protect the larger interest of the members than a personal ego clash or any other politics played by them.

The audit committee must be revived for finding out the truth in the accounts frauds. The letters must be sent to all the members signed by the committee Chairman and must request for more details of the cash and cheque payments made to the illegal committee members from past 10 years.  A new 5 members Audit committee with experience of account and for ripping the past frauds must be formed for accountability by co-opting 3 outside members along with both President and Gen Sec as core members. All are requested to keep the payments details ready to send it to audit committee on their request at a later date.

I hope and also request all of you to respond positively and I am sure with your solid support getting extended from the present set of strong supporters and further new members joining our movement against corrupt MLAs, ex illegal committee members, the matter will be resolved soon by your support. Despite our best efforts to come for a solution and compromise, the illegal committee stood their ground and filed 2 cases in 2 courts and both of them were dismissed and did not respond to our call for settlement for some unknown reasons. All these appeals have been sent as public notices to them in colony and also to all the members by mail. Though they did not respond due to thei won reasons, thankfully, based on our complaint to the Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi, the forgery and fraud in the bank account, on the CVC directions, the matter was taken up by the Central Vigilance Officer of the Vijaya Bank, Bangalore and will be followed it up by a separate special committee for logical ends so that it will deterrent.

It is for the best interest of large open plot owners, who are suffering in the hands of the illegal committee members, who are predominantly the resident/house owners dominated in the illegal committee in the past 10 years, headed by the so called illegal President Mr.Satyam and his set of exploiters, who have exploited us for maximum, you all must join to protect the open plot owners interest more with present committee. Thankfully, we also have solid support of few sincere residents of GF, who are backing us to take this movement forward for logical ends. We wanted to place on record our sincere thanks to those residents for their support, even by risking their lives with these illegal committee members and also with the goons of the MLAs.

Now, all of you must join hands with us for further strengthening the fight for our rights. Or else, it will end with our peril, due to 3 way split in illegal factions taking the advantage of the situation, by some joining the MLA for further exploitation. I am sure you all agree now and come forward to extend with your helping hands?

You are also welcome with your suggestions and improvements in the whole operations "Green Fields". Since the AGM secession will in 2 parts, (Pre-Lunch and Post-Lunch) the lunch will be provided at AGM Venue. Since no funds are with us and since it is self financed, Rs. 300 will be charged per person/member. Your confirmation letter is attached to be posted to my address mentioned in this letter. Only those who send the confirmation by this written letter/by mail to greenfpoa@gmail.com or by SMS to 9703672234, with your/their names and number of people coming to meeting only will be allowed.  This is done to keep the trouble makers planted by the illegal association headed by Satyam away from the purposeful meeting.  All are requested to comply with the request with their written/mail/SMS confirmations for smooth entry on the AGM day, on or before 15^th May 2012. All are requested to keep an eye on such trouble makers.

It is not out of place to mention that the contribution of the Vani Welfare Association member’s support to us in the fight is well known from past 3 years without any conditions. Hence they are also invited to participate in the AGM since they are rewarded free membership in the GFPOA as one time chance. In case of the defunct Sree Sai Resident Welfare Association, since majority/most of them members since already have joined GFPOA and no request came from the handful of left over members to join us has come, no offer is extended to them for now as open offer. However, those who feel that they must join for their better future, they must contact their erstwhile secretary Mr.Gayneshwar or Mr.Inayat, Mr.Ram Babu, Mr.Dalappa ( who are part of CAT team ) or so on for further processes of their request to admit them on selective basis only.

WA 333 judgement copy attached

Dear All,

The WA 333 of 2011, which was pending for the last one year due to no interest taken by the illegal association lawyer Rajendran and Sadasheva Rao, was disposed of on the 23rd April 2012 in AP High Court bench presided by THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.RAMANA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.DURGA PRASAD in one sitting after the AG took over the case. But the illegal association says it is not required to AG to represent the case only due to they lost money from the villagers since it is pronounced the judgement. Always, these illegal elements wanted everything I did with negative orientation to save their own skins. But we need not give any importance to them at all. One non issue, that is the judge name wrongly written by me is made an issue. Is it an issue than getting the judgement in our favour, which I have struggled?

Circular---Fri, May 11, 2012

Dear All Residents and Plot owners of Green Fields.

I am sure, by now you all knew the developments taken place in the last one week regarding the encroachments by few of the residents of colony with tacit support of the defunct Sri Sai Ex President Anil Kumar, whose nephew Mr.Ramesh of Divya Travels ( whose name has cropped up when MRO office investigated, found and it is also mentioned in the news papers), who resides in our colony at the entrance along with one Suresh, the blood brother of Anil Kumar.

The issue of their grabbing the open plot with support of few anti social elements on Plot No 340 in A venture is a classic case of the fence eating the crop. The so called Presidents of the Sri Sai and the illegal President of the erstwhile GF Satyam have a tacit understanding with several land grabbers and these illegal elements have kept quit when such activities are going on in the day time as well in the night time. These elements have always claimed that they have protected the open plots to impress the members from open plot community to only collect the money in the name of protection money. But hardly, they have lodged even a single complaint with concern authorities till today when such land grab or any illegal constructions have taken place.

On hearing such activity by us, I have gone there to warn them to not to grab the land nor construct any structures but they refused to oblige. I also warned that the illegal constructions in form of walls and or rooms will be removed if they do not fall in line. But they refused to budge even after stern warning by us, which are CAT team.

I have then consulted our President and he too advised me to meet the MRO garu and lodge a complaint in written to him for necessary actions. MRO garu was kind enough to depute their field staff to check the veracity of the complaint and they too warned to these elements to stop the constructions and remove the material. But with support of some big wigs, they have continued the walls and room constructions. The field staff moved in and partially demolished on the 8^th May 2012 in the morning and they came again on the 9^th with MRO garu and completely razed the walls and other structures. This action followed by yet another visit by the MRO staff on the 10^th May and completely removed all the huts in open plots. The only encroachment to be removed is the so called 375 survey constructions. The Collector has issued the field staff to submit the report soon to start these demolishing also.

But this has shown new dimension to the issue of land grab. Some outsiders, with active support of few so called illegal and defunct committee members might be parking themselves at GF in the name of tenants and colluding with these forces and grabbing the lands with help of illegal association members? That the doubt in everyone's minds. I suggest to check the credentials of the tenants to avoid such land grab by our so called friends.

I have attached the paper clippings dated 10^th May and 11^th may 2012 of the demolishing the illegal structures and huts at GF by the MRO and their staff yesterday. Now, they have finished the balance huts demolishing. The 375 plot walls will be the next in target. I suggest that every colony member must come to the AGM and support Mr.Chandrasekhar, to carry out good work for our own good. Or else, we may have to face the perils of the illegal elements.

Demolished one and huts are removed

Dear All,

Since the survey was put on hold by the illegal elements with support of some of our illegal GF ex members due to fear of getting exposed their land grab, I have requested the Collector garu and MRO to demolish the illegal structures other than 375 till the survey is completed. One illegal structure with compound is already done. Te huts are getting removed just now. The team is in GF and demolishing the huts and other illegal structures. When reports last came in, the squad is in GF and work is going on in swift phase.

Today Telugu papers carried articles on these demolishing and also states that it will carried out even today.

Collector meeting today, 5th May 2012 and the petition

Hi to all,

Today, our meeting with Collector RR Dist went on well. Around 25 people joined me at Collector office  We understand that Dayanand gave a petition to stop by saying that the  ORC and Decree are in his name and it is violation of the court order if it is surveyed. But I have put up a strong defense along with our objection petition and Collector told me to have a sitting with Joint Collector and we had a meeting with him and it will be settled by Monday or Tuesday after they call the criminal minded Dayanand and warn him for wrong information.

AGM confirmation

Dear All,

Those who have not sent their consents by writing or by SMS or by e mail by 15 May 2012 for the AGM, will not be allowed since the arrangements will be made for only those confirmed. This is done to avoid any  waste of expenses in form of the food and other arrangements. Also, the total expense are coming in form of contributions from our own members, we must not waste even a single rupee.Please cooperate with your consents and confirm before the deadline date , that is 15 May 2012.  

This mail is only for those who have not sent confirmation. Those who have sent must ignore the mail. Cause of concern is that very few outstation members have confirmed out of the total 180 so far. Those who are away, must take more interest to be represented by their kith or kin or some friend to see the support the cause to get back our lands. i hope those who are away understand the significance of the same? For your information, so far, 180 confirmation have come.

Also those who have their own Cameras/Movie Cameras are requested to bring the same for recording the event on the AGM to upload the same in our sitewww.greenfpoa.org. You can also see the updates from time to time in the site. Those who joined late in the group mail, can see the developments with retrospective effect.

Typical Andhra veg food will be severed on that day. This is to clarify that @ Rs 300 will be charged as cost to cost basis per person and not per member since we have no Funds to use from the association . Many of the members wanted to come with their family to convert the meeting as good family outing to support and have lunch and stay for the day to enjoy. I am very happy for such kind of support coming to me for our support. It is better to come with family so that they also know the total development of the Green Fields, which was blacked out by the illegal association members for their own selfish ends. All these years, it was doubt of getting the lands. Now since it is sure to get, better come now and enjoy the feelings. It is matter of few months. Please pray for us.

Feedback on boundaries survey

Dear All,

Yes, today is not only holiday due to May day, but also happy day since much awaited boundary survey has just started and they have fixed the points of tipans on the external borders of our GF boundaries. The internal boundaries will be starting after they download all these data and work with those details day after tomorrow, that is on the 3rd of May 2012 at 10 am. Since they also have meeting with all surveyors tomorrow, they will come only on the 3Rd May at 2102.

Please vacate the illegal elements from your plots

 TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN 

Thanks for your call for supporting my efforts to get our plots in GF. 

I hope you have seen the copy of the court order of RR Dist Court, dismissing the contention of my election as President of GF filed by few rouge elements of the illegal association, for their own selfish gains. But GOD and the judiciary are kind to me and the truth prevailed and the case was dismissed for any interim relief. This judgement establishes my legitimacy as President with proper elections and I have been vindicated.

Coming to the issue of you not asking the illegally run association headed by the so called president Satyam, so called Joint Sec Sadasheva Rao and the extra constitutional authority of the colony Ms.Kakanadurga ( a sweet talker but with cunning hidden agenda)   in your plot number 314 and 315, my humble request to you is that you must throw these illegal elements out of the office and take over the lands to avoid any legal complication later since I am moving the seal the office if the documents are in that office through court order. If once it is sealed due to their illegal activities, it will complicate the matter for you to regain the place for few years till the case is settled. Looking at the court order, there is no likely of any relief to them coming even from AP High Court since the higher courts will go by with the lower court orders in such small matters. 

Moreover, if at all I take legal course on these illegal guys to seal the office and subsequently filing the criminal cases on these all 19 so called illegal elements , I do not wanted a person of your standard, who is an ex army officer with very good standing to get in to such tangle and more so since you of late started appreciated my efforts and supporting us for good work done by me. Our ground work for the legal course is ready and it may be moved any time, if you say you are not asking them to vacate them. I have delayed only to help you in this matter. It should not embrace you and your name for no fault of you since there will be huge media support for my efforts to put these elements behind bars. I hope you take immediate action to vacate them from your plots to secure your plots since they are known litigant and they may create more problems to you at a later date. 

Till they are there in your plots even from past 10 years, they have used it for several illegal activities and we have tumbled with several evidences in this regard. Moreover, it was used more as a bar for the drinking purpose in the evening by these illegal elements with share of the loot of members and it was confirmed by many local residents. I hope you are aware of this? In the name playing shuttle, they used indulge in several illegal activities and many of the residence have come forward to give evidence if I book the cases on them. Before it goes out of your hands, i suggest that you take remedial actions and protect your valuable plots from these goons.

I will wait for your reply in next 6 days and till then I will postpone the legal crack down on them. I also request all the members to subscribe to their own  views on what I said and send their reactions to send the same to you as well.

Gyn Circcular dt 29.4.2012 sent for members

Dear Residents/Plot Owner of Green Fields,

The residents and plots owners meet called by so called illegal ex-President S.Satyam on 14^th April 2012 turned to be “UTTAR FLOP” and this is already well known to most of the plot owners/members of the colony. During this meeting, it is a surprise to note that those who earlier called as non  member and who was thrown out from the illegally organized Extra Ordinary General Body Meeting , that is  back stabber Yogesh and those who are called as conspirators with Mr.Chandrasekhar during election and thrown him out of the so called EGM, that is mercurial M.Nageshwar Rao have attended the meeting and they were called to sit on dais by the very persons who used to speak all nonsense about them, that is the illegal Ex President Satyam. But to their shock, our supporters/members who attended the meeting questioned illegal ex-President as on what basis Yogesh is allowed into the meeting and that too  sit on Dias since he is neither a member nor a plot owner in Greenfields?  But, there was no satisfactory reply from either of them and it was said by Satyam that he was invited to clarify the legal position of the land.  When illegally appointed legal man, Rajendran was available, why Yogesh was called who was hated by these very committee and even kept Mr.Chandrasekhar out of the illegal EGM meeting for supporting Yogesh? What legal knowledge does he got! For that also there was no reply from him.

I am high lighting some more information about Yogesh  who is the man beyond in preparing the duplicate documents in respect of Plot  220 and sold to Narsing’s wife (who is Power Grid employee).Certified copy of document obtained from Sub-Registrar is available with us.  Actually the plot belongs to one Mr. K.P.Sharma who is our member and presently staying at Nanded, who parted his documents to Yogesh, when he was with Chandrasekhar, not knowing that he is  person of fraud nature.  I request all the members/residents not to part your documents to  “mini land grabber” Yogesh who is now partnered with all these illegal committee members, particularly Satyam, Sadasiva Rao and Ms.Durga for organizing the records in benami names.

Further, what I shocked is   that the  professional like Nageshwar Rao (Election Officer) joining the hands of those who kicked him out publicly from Extra-ordinary General Body  meeting held in the last year. The  illegal ex-President issued a circular  suspending him as Election Officer and also total illegal Executive Body humiliated him in the presence of members during the course of EGM.  It appears that Mr.Rao is shameless creature and attended the meeting held on 14^th. Being a professional, do such persons have any credibility?

As regards Mr. Nageshwar Rao I have some  information that he  demanded Yogesh in front our President Mr. S.,Chandrasekhar to pay Rs. 50,000/-  towards his fees for conducting  the Elections. But Mr.Sekhar refused to budge, therefore he is showing the grudge against our President by jointing the opposition party. May be now Yogesh would have paid money hence he is with him? Interestingly, Nageshwar Rao  pressurized me several times through our President Mr. S.Chandrasekhar to file a criminal case against all these illegal Office bearers/Executive Members for their criminal activities and helped me with the documents for the same. Further, he also told us that Satyan, illegal ex-President has offered him some booty, if he supports him.  Now, you all clearly understand that he has joined opposition for “booty purpose”.   For filing criminal cases against Ex-Office bears, he  supplied all the documents pertaining to Association.

Silent futures of the resident’s  meet

·  Only one committee member, Satyam was present, out of the 19 so called illegal committee with very fancy designations for every guys in that illegal committee. What a shame.

·  Some of our supporters asked why Yogesh left legal committee. This back stabber said it seems that Mr.Sekhar collected Rs.30,000 from 6 people in the last meeting at Chilkalguda, but have not given accounts. When asked,  he quit. For  information of members that I was out of station and could not attend the said meeting.  The information gathered by me is that  Yogesh came to the meeting at 12.10, but when the meeting  started at 10.30, he was not round. Moreover, Sekhar was on dais. The whole collections were made by Purnachander Rao and Narasimhan. If at all they have collected those big amounts, they might have not given  to Sekhar and they are trying to shift the blame on him.

·  Many members asked Satyam to list out his achievements in the past 10 years. He said it seems that from past 15 years (even before he was a member he had a house in GF) he constructed roads, brought lights, planted trees, worked as watchman in the nights to protect the plots in the colony from the goons ( ???) and so on. But members showed anger on him and asked him what he did for regularization? He had no answer. But he said it seems that he went several times to MRO office and Collector and JC office. But he did not say what for and with whom. But none of us did not see him even once in the last 3 years  in any of these places but once I saw him loitering helplessly outside the MRO office.

·  When few our members said that when he is not able organize meeting with so called his 19 illegal committee members to be present in such so called crucial meetings and that too only with 20 people, why he is not quitting? He is not able to answer. They doubted his capabilities to handle all sensitive issues at this stage and asked him to quit. He was very nervous and his blood pressure shot up. 

·  Satyam told it seems, that he even sold his gold ring (he did not say what for) for conducting one meeting,  even after knocking off several lakhs of rupees from the illegally operated bank account for the past  10 years and also from the cash collected by Ms.Kanakadurga. At one point of  time, when few members took good work done by Sekhar and his team and for his efforts, his blood pressure shooting up and started talking emotionally against us. Many members told him to shut up and asked him to handover the reins to legal committee if he is not able to do.

·  Many members told him that when Sekhar is doing good job, why he is coming in his way? They insisted to handover the charge to Sekhar and give a chance to him since he is doing a good job. He is not able to digest this kind of praise on Sekhar and again his blood pressure shot up. Many members advised him to control his blood pressure. 

·  When everyone were after him for his misrule and one ex committee members told him that he is committing  mistakes after mistakes, Satyam said that he will call AGM after the so called illegal committee meeting by next week and call for AGM, albeit illegally. Many members objected to this and said that when AGM is already called by Sekhar,  for whose  meetings, 450 people came, but when Satyam call such meetings, only 20 showed up. This shows his popularity is at low ebb. For this also his BP shoot up.

·  Even some members desisted for an AGM to be called Satyam for now since it is  already called on the 20th May 2012. Our supporters said to wait till that meeting and then call for a meeting later in June. Will his ego agree for such? Or he will do more mistakes? WAIT AND WATCH how we will teach him a good lesson soon, albeit legally. 

·  Many of the supporters said that when Sekhar could manage with his own money since 3 years  why  the illegal committee is  not able to manage  and that too after looting so much money in cash? For this also his BP again shot up. In all, whenever someone takes Sekhar name, his BP shot up. 

Congratulations!! Mr Chandrasekhar – “As per RR District Court verdict  he is the Legal President of the Association – A remarkable and historical Verdict! -

Dear all,

I wanted to confirm the following out of the points made in the circular.

1. Yes, Mr.Nageshwar Rao, election officer called me to his office along with Mr.Yogesh after the EGM took place ( I do not know it was Pre-planned by Yogesh) and Mr.Rao wanted Rs.50,000 as his fees for the election organised by him. I told him that he must give the total cost for the election expenses after accounting the Rs.20,000 given by the illegal association President  as his fees( possibly to help aSatyam, the illegal president would  have given this 20k) and if he has really incurred more than the amount already given, I promised to give the balance extra expanses incurred by him only for towards the actual election expenses on actual basis and not as much as he has demanded arbitrarily. But he insisted that since now I am elected president, it must be paid immediately. I told Mr.Rao that I do not have money and  I refused budge and said to him that without  members knowledge and that too without AGM approval ( since he is elected in an AGM) I will not pay even single rupee. He was disappointing. But by chance, all these might have been a conspiracy by few of these illegal elements to trap me to blackmail later I to do as they say?? It gives some thought for us now. 
2. Yes, Mr.Nageshwar Rao was kicked out of the illegal EGM. But what surprised me most is that he was to be present for the EGM in front of the members at 9 am in meeting. But he came after the meeting about to be concluded. By any chance, it was pre planned by aSatyam with some offer? This may be a plot to trap me? Their special invitation to Mr.Rao to be present in the meeting on the 14th April and his invitation to deck the dais gives credence to such theory. 
3. I have been saying all the while from the time of AGM last year and also even now that I do not know any person called Nageshwar Rao as member in the GF association from past 18 years, from the time I was a member. I met this person for the first time and though he was very hostile on me in the AGM, I did agree his name as Election committee members since I was confident to win the elections, if at all conducted by the illegal elements filing their nominations.Mr.Rao used to doubt my confidence, though it is not his job and he used to demoralise me.  Fortunately for me and unfortunately for them, the conspiracy hatched by the illegal elements ( with few outsiders elements funds and their active support)  went haywire and I along with my appointed panel candidates were elected unopposed/unanimously. This is not for their liking. So a new conspiracy of questioning my membership and the election were raised and they went to the court. Now the members know the out come of the court. 
4. Interestingly, Mr.Nageshwar Rao, the only election officer out of the 4 members was part of the respondent  in the case filed by Sadasheva Rao.  But he went Ex-parte in the case, means he did not contest his case in the RR Dist cour with his strong defense. Why? Please read point No/para no 25 of the court order of RR Dist carefully. You will know that.  By any chance, this is also done as part of the conspiracy to topple me with help of their close friend? They thought by Mr.Rao not contesting this case ( which is a pre planned), I will loose the case. I am not that weak my dear sir.
5. Yes, several times, he called me and used to bang me for you not filing the case in the court on all the illegal element of the association. When he was not with me fully, why he used to take so much interest to file the case on all these elements? That question can be answered by him only. Why he was keen to file a case on these illegal elements? By any chance he was playing with each others and create wider rift and if we both fight, he may be planning to take over the association to run? This theory can not be discounted. 
6. Last but not least, he used to say to other 3 election committee members that I am seeking many clarifications on the illegal GF association to set the things in order before elections. But he told them that he is not keen to help me. Yes, he did not reply to my many mails by asking several clarifications on various issues. Why so when he says he is not biased?  may be with some hidden agenda? 

These all mails for the education of the members, who are part of the strong group with us to know the very background of all these elements. but some of them, like Mohan Rao garu, do not relish and says why long mails. He has no time read, no need to read. 

Anyway, thanks to you for bringing out the truth, which I think you came to know though your own resources. I do not wanted to bring out this since it may be viewed in differently by members. Now since your brought it out in open, I am only confirming what you said and wrote with little extra clarity.
