Good morning.

I am back after 2 days short secret visit ( to Bangalore???) and I will back in to action mode "Operation Satyameva Jayathe" ( OSJ, code named to destroy the criminal minded elements to grab our lands at GF with help of Dr.P.Shankar Rao) and will activate my contacts with media/press meet at GF soon to be called first to inform the media about the wrong information given by Dr.P.Shankar Rao on his brothers names to court, RR Dist Collector, AD Survey and also playing dirty games with help of our own illegal committee members help cases after cases for their own financial gains with our rivals.

After this is over, I will be after these criminal minded so called illegal committee members code named as " Operation Green Belt" ( OGB) to put an end to all the illegal acts of the illegal committee members and to start with, we will target the so called ex illegal President aSatyam ( for signing the circulars illegal as President of the official GF and for collecting money illegal from members to pay to Judges. Collector, MRO and MLAs and so on) to which he is nothing to do with, Sadasheva Rao ( the so called illegal Joint Sec) for his illegal activities with help of illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran on behalf of the official GF by filing false cases, Sivanarayana/Durga ( the so called Illegal Gen Sec and his extra constitutional authority wife)  for their swindling lakhs of rupees from the members and Vijaya Bank, Rajaiah, the so called illegal Treasurer for helping these illegal elements for signing the cheques for 10 full years and even now signing without any remorse, all those whose names now appear in the recent circulars after the court order, along with other illegal governing bodies members( those includes SVGK Murty,the person who is in between the 2 association ), KBR Prasad, the so called Watch ( Barking) Dog, Satyanarayana, the so called Working/Vice President of the illegal association, who were with these illegal elements for 10 years with full knowledge of the illegal activities, who supported all these illegal activities in silence and so on.

I also understand that the so called illegal President aSatyam started spreading the wrong news of meeting the DRO ( no DRO is now working since he is out of country and only land protection SGDC is in charge, who can not help us), who is nothing do with our issue, JC and RR Dist Collector, MRO  and so on. But he did not disclose with any proof of his meeting with a letter to them and their actual comments. When they said to MRO that it is they ( aSatyam and Yogesh) fought and got the order from the High Court, MRO blasted them for their trying for undue credit without any efforts. I will also come back to you with comments of Collector ( who will be appraised with a letter to not to entertain such illegal elements, but he can entertain them as plot owners and not to misuse the GF association name as such) JC garu and other with official letter from the GF legal body, for not to entertain these illegal elements and also none in the name of the GF unless we have authorized to only protect our interest and not to allow the criminal elements to get in to the GF for the own extra earning in the name of walls constructions to secure the their plots, GO 166 and so on. $ of those who have paid to aSatyam have come to our Gemini TV live and few more follow. As soon as they press for the Police complaint, we will get in to action mode.

I yet again appeal to all of you not to fall in to their trap and get in to their mesmerizing and sweet talks for grabbing the money in the name of regularization's. It is for your own interest to be cautious with these illegal elements with their illegal acts. I also appeal to those who have paid illegally to those elements headed by aSatyam under the grab of "Operation Kamath Hotel" to come forward with their honest disclosers for better coordination's to fix them.

Gyn circular

Dear Plot Owners/Residents,

Firstly let me congratulate Mr. S.Chandrasekhar, our  President and his team  for successfully tackled to dispose off two important Court cases.  My  belated wishes to him and his team  since I was preoccupied due to some unforeseen domestic work.

As regards  the circular dated 27^th June 2012  issued by the  so called illegal association “President” & “General Secretary” about  court cases for disposal. Please note that they did nothing in the present 2 court cases except in making forgeries like byelaws and misusing of funds etc.  It is observed from Circular dated 27^th   that it is not originally signed by illegal “General Secretary” and fraud masters seem to have  cut the signature of him appeared on some other document  and pasted it on the circular and  thereafter taken Xerox to show their strength and unity.  It is all bogus unity and strength. They had  meeting at Chiran Fort  Club on 2^nd June 2012 and what it was transpired  in the meeting would be brought to the notice of members shortly.  If the members/residents are requested to closely monitor illegal “General Secretary” signature in the Circular, then it  will come to be  known  how they are cheating the members.  Why they are doing such nasty things and what face they have in the colony? and at least now realize and stop such type of forgeries and instead  join the  main force to materialize the decades’ old welfare of our own..  If they don’t realize this  still, it is their own fate. A day is nearer that at least minimum 5 office bearers of their illegal Association are going inside the barracks.  On this issue there is no compromise from our side since we have given enough time to them to rectify their misdeeds. 

In the meanwhile, I am  filing defamation case  against Ms. Kanaka Durga for Rs. 15.00 lakhs and a notice is already served  and same  has been acknowledged by her.  Further,  the illegal President/General Secretary of the illegal Association  have enlightened about the case filed by Smt. P.Vijayalakshmi saying that they are closely watching the  case proceedings.  The undersigned has already explained in his Circular dated 3^rd April 2011 that  the Hon’ble High  Court had  sought some information, but still it is not complied by Petitioner.  The petitioner himself has  already withdrawn in favour of Greenfields Plot Owners Association before Additional Chief Judge, Sarrornagar, Ranga Reddy District some where in the year 1994 i.e.  before our Compromise with illegal tenants.  Now, where is the question of entertaining the above petition by illegal President/General Secretary. If anybody try to poke their nose they will be taken into task.   Whether at all  any time the matter of case filed by Smt.Padmavathi has been  brought to the  notice of members.? No!   This  is the first time,  the undersigned is hearing that there is one more case filed by Smt. Padmavathi  and don’t know how many cases the illegal association kept secret  which  God only knows?

Further, we have received a Endorsement  letter dated 15^th June 2012  from Home Ministry, New Delhi, addressed to Chief Minister, Govt.  of Andhra Pradesh as well as Central Bureau of Investigation, Hyderabad, to take appropriate action against concerned MLA and his henchmen on the basis of our  complaint submitted along   with  documentary evidence.. Since, we could not meet officials due to by elections in State.  As on today also they are very busy and we are trying to meet officials within a couple of days.

Be careful with unscrupulous elements and  let us  extend our unqualified support to S.Chandrasekhar, President who has taken up a life mission to sort out all the problems of the Colony and get rid of the clutches of unsocial elements.

Fraud of collecting money exposed in the name of regularisation...

Dear All Members,

Even after my cautioning the members about the fraudsters activities of collecting Rs.50,000 in the name of out of turn regularisation of the plots ( within 45 days) at Green Fields by a active illegal group (in the name of payments to MRO, Collector, Judge and so on,) headed by illegal President Satyam/Yogesh/Narasimhan/Purnachander Rao, still few of them, who are not aware of my message have fallen in to their trap and turned victims. One of the ex committee members, who met me recently told me that Satyam and Co, collected Rs, 10,000 as first installment ( out of Rs.50,000) in the name of so called  payment to MRO for the shortcut method of regularisation have lost that money. recently, this group have asked yet another installment for payment to some other officials. The name given by him are as follows:

1. Mr.D.Shankar Rao,
2. Ms.Nirmala,
3. Mr.Srinivasan,
4. Mr.Surendernath

Some more names will be published soon as soon as it is confirmed by those who have paid.

What really baffled me is that when I have widely published in even in every method that not to fall in to their trap, still few of them have missed this message. But at the same time, when I was asking funds only as loan ( that too after the pressure by the members to contribute and also after the due approval of the AGM,) many are yet to come forward, due to lack of trust deficit.  Having come to known about these kind of activities, I still appeal to members to not to fall in to their trap and do not be gullible such forces. Now I request all those, who have not reported this kind experience due to the stigma, must come forward and expose and collect back their money and use your hard earned resources in better way to get your plots. I have my full sympathies to you and I will surely help you if you want any help from me.

We met RR Dist Collector

Dear All Members,  Today, exactly, at 10.30, as per our prefixed appointment, we have met RR Dist Collector garu and presented our case after the WP 3000 and WA 333 court verdict in government favor. Thankfully, though, only just 10 of our members were present, it was very useful meeting with him. He assured us that he will instruct the JC and MRO to call for a joint meeting and sort out the pending issues for sending the demand notes. I have drawn to Collector, RR Dist attention that the survey is still pending even after issuing the orders and also the demolishing of illegal walls are not yet carried it out. I have given a 2 petitions with effect to the same. he has endorsed the same to JC for immediate action. Hope to see some uick results. Copy of the circular by illegal committee attached with our circular dated 29th June 2012

Dear all legal Members and Residents of GF,

As I said a little while ago, I have received the copy of the illegal association circular dated 27th June 2012 and it is attached for your information. I am happy bring the following discrepancies to the kind notice of the members only to educate you to decide what is right and what is wrong. After all the propaganda by these illegal committee members is not new for sake a fresh funds campaign. Be aware of the same.

1. The circular is signed by 2 different groups from illegal body headed by 2 different illegal governing body members, to show unity among them for further loot. Though Satyam agreed that the he will respect the court order when he was in a meeting at SVGK office few days ago in front of 6 members, but now still he signs as President of the illegal association, albeit illegally for the defunct association,
2. Thankfully, this circular strikes down 7 names from the list of illegal committee members, like the SVGK Murty,TL Prasad, Rajamohan,(  who are now in between ), Mallikajunara Rao, N.Krishna Prasad,D.Srinivas and Mrs.Sugunananda (who are with me very strongly,) for the first time without any reasons for striking the names, I was saying all these years that these members have resigned 18 months ago. Though these members have not made it public their resignations with their own circular with their kingpin, Mr.SVGK, I only helped them to publicise those details long ago with firm information. I am vindicated of my making the public the issue and I stand to be appreciated by them now. 
3. The circular does not say what court ordered in WP 3000 said since they may be trying to conceal some vital details. I will send the copy of the order soon to the colony and also to the members by mail after it is duly received by me with my analysis and comments. They are jumping the gun only for publicity. 
4. Interestingly, this circular says about the WP 16006 is now operational after WP 3000 is vacated. But in actual terms, the WP 16006 was on hold due to WA 333 of 2011 for one full year, which I made to get vacated with help of AG. As usual, they conveniently avoided to mentioning the credit to me only to fool you all. Did you all notice the same?
5. This circular says that a new case number filed by villagers, which was not disclosed by them till now, that is WP 15895 of 2010. Why all these 2 full years in all the Chandrasekhar bashing circulars have not mentioned about this case? If we would have been known, we would have taken help of AG to even get it vacate this as well. But they concealed the same for their own reasons since they are colluded with them. Can you all ask why so with these great leaders?.
6. This circular also does not say anything about the status on the very old case WP 10469 of 2010. This case was defended by the illegal lawyer without any authorisation after we took over as legal committee. Why they have not used the illegal lawyers influences ( who said that it was illegal lawyer posted and vacated the WA 333 of 2011 and WP 3000 of 2010 with help of the judge who is very close to him) and settled in our favor. 
7. The circular does not speak of the removing the illegal walls on 8 plots construction in their own committee members lands in survey No 373. No mention of their action plan on their efforts. Can they fight against Dr.P.Shankar Rao, with whom they have close relationship?
8. Importantly, I wanted all the residents to that they have not mentioned about the case filed by Dayanand in Malkajgiri courts and which is due on the 11^th July 2012 for filing the counter.  Many members defected my camp also is not mentioned.
9. Last but not least, the so called illegal President and Illegal Gen Sec did not mention about their not getting interim order in a case in RR Dist court on me and also about filing 3 more petition filed on behalf of the illegal association by Sadasheva Rao in RR Dist court at cost of association funds.

Now I leave it to the members in the GF colony to decide which side they must be. If they have full confidence in the abilities of the illegal run association governing body, they are welcome to support them and come out openly on that by writing to me. I will not send any circulars in the futures those who are supporting them. As of now, I have only 15 members in my list of residents supporting me and some are taken on board the committee. I do not now the position of rest of them. If no letters coming from them of supporting them, I will take that all those who did not send letters are supporting me? Since the issue is in crucial phase, such hard decision must be taken now or never. It is left you all.

Informed RR Dist Collector on WP 3000 status

Hi to all,

Today, I tried to fix up appointment with RR Dist Collector ( after I informed him about the deposing of the case yesterday)  for detailed discussion on our regularization processes after the court order. When I met him yesterday, I told him that the case is deposed in government/our favor and he was very happy and he asked me to come today after taking time. But I understand that he had series of meetings at Secretariat hence he may be late to the office. I will speak to him and fix up for tomorrow.

Last night, what I understand from one of the person, who was also in the meeting with SVGK last week, is that SVGK has provoked Satyam to use the letter heads of Green Fields to send circulars, but without those who have resigned, like him so on. I am sure this is trap to these so called illegal committee members that he may be lying and I am thankful to him if so. All these days, the Vijaya Bank was asking proof of the so called illegal committee members Gen Sec signature in any papers. Last circular was signed by him along with Satyanarayana. Those 2 are already sent to the Vijaya Bank CVO. I wanted now Sadasheva Rao and Satyam signatures or any other illegal committee members signatures on some latest circulars. I am sure they will send soon on GF letters head with their signatures. Now since the WP 3000 is over, I will be after these criminal and illegal elements to fix them soon. I will fix up an appointment with Vijaya Bank, Bangalore during first week of July to present the total picture on these illegal elements illegal operations of the accounts. The CVC has instructed the CVO to go in to details before the case is booked. Hope to get to that soon? I will also report about the illegal lawyer Rajendran role to the bank.e efforts put in by the legal association. I am sure all the members will cooperate with me in this all important next step?

I am also happy that those who were with them all these years, understood the illegal associations so called illegal governing body members double standards and change their stand quite often than not. They something when some members are present and twist the same with others and use in their favors. I am sure the day will come that all members will join together and expose their misdeeds?

I also request everyone who are in the mail to update their cell numbers and also plot numbers for any urgent communications. All of you must be ready to travel to Hyderabad in short possible time.

Dear All,

Just 2 minutes back, I was told that the illegal association committee members, Sivanaraynana and Sadasheva Rao signed circular was issued by taking full credit of the deposed  WP 3000. But I also understand that they have not mentioned several burning issues like illegal compound walls in their own committee members plot ( Anjaiah) , 150 illegal electrical connections, illegal AGM to be conducted and so on. I will react to that circular as soon as I get the copy.

But I wanted to thank SVGK, for provoking them to send the circulars in the letter heads of the illegal association, signed by those important 2 illegal governing body members, which will be very useful for us for filing the same with Vijaya Bank and also with the police soon. My next job will be after these illegal elements to be fixed since more or less, the criminal minded Dr.Shankar Rao is out of the way now, unless the illegal committee indirectly support him with some other case.

 

I also understand that the owner of the present illegal office ( who has given notice to vacate the illegal office with immediate effect) was told that Sivanarayana will be in Hyderabad only on 7th July to settle the accounts of 24 months rent dues and vacating the office. But how come he signed now the circular without being in Hyderabad?

 

In the meanwhile, both SVGK and Mr.Anjaiah must clarify about the resignation of Anjaih from the illegal association before we file the counter on case in Malkajgiri court. According to SVGK, he advised him to resign on ethical grounds before he comes to me and he did it according to him. But his name reflects in the circular letters head today. SVGK to please clarify. SVGK must ensure that any of these affected members must not play double game with me, which may prove fatal later.

Clinching evidence of their sabotage of WP 3000

Dear All,

I have been saying  from the day one that the notice copy of the WP 3000 shows clearly Mr.Raghavendra Rao address and the notice was handed over by the postal guys to us. But why illegal JS/GS, Sadasheva Rao is playing the game by filing the 2nd counter with his illegal lawyer Rajendran? That too after I have filed the counter? See the 2nd page of the notice.

Even, the counter filed by Dayanad also shows the same address as above. Just see the attached first page copy of the counter.

This shows that these illegal elements wanted to delay the case by helping the Shankar Rao and his henchmen. Or else, why they are keen if the notice was not for them?

New Petition No 1 notice of Sadasheva Rao...

Dear All members,

I have attached the notice of the new petition sent by great Sadasheva Rao,to be filed in the same RR Dist court, where the court earlier did not grant the interim injection and confirmed our election as valid since I was member of the association even as per their own records. This time, they made all the legal committee members as parties and shockingly, a new twist to the tales, he says that the following names are not members of the association and they are contesting the same. Only Sadasheva Rao decides who is member and who is not member of the association.  Those who are not members as per the mad man is:

1. Mr.D.Narasimhan,
2. Mr.Inayat Hasan,
3. Mr.Dalappa,
4. Mr.Rambabu,

What baffles me the most is that they are saying now is that the great Sri. Narasimhan,( who was with us earlier and now with aSatyam/Sadasheva Rao and Yogesh group)  the so called man who wanted to take bull by horn is not a member, which I was not aware of all these years and the election committee headed by Sri.Nageshwar Rao ratified his nomination only after verification of the documents. How come now suddenly, his close friend, Sadasheva Rao who offered to sell Narasimhan plot at Rs.8000 PSY 2 years ago says that he is not a member? These great so called men only can answer to the public. In a way, I wanted to thank Sadasheva Rao since he is helping me to get rid of Narasimhan in this way, who turned pain in the neck for legal association, by saying that our election is backdoor method election. If he contests this petition, first he has to say and prove that he is member of GF for his long term interest. If he says that election are a facade, then he will automatically get out of the association with court order by disqualifying him, which is a disgrace for anyone. That will be a proofs of his guilt and I am happy that Sadasheva Rao is helping me in my cause. Who ever is not going to contest this petition, they will be out of the association. Keep it up Sadasheva Rao garu. 

More interestingly, these mad guys are saying tat their new found friend Yogesh Gir is a member. So, all these years, they said he is not a member and now they accept him as member. Thankfully, they are not saying that I am also not a member, which was publicly and falsely propagated all these years by Sadasheva Rao & Co and he filed the very case in the court for this reason. Now he is not saying so. Thanks Sadasheva Rao.

8 more members joined us as group... more to follow

Hi to all,

Yesterday, the major development is that 7 ( out of 8 ) of those plot owners, whose plots are under siege by constructing walls by Shankar Rao have met me at Hotel Yatri Nivas and promised to support the legal association from now onwards. I have explained the significance of they coming to us and also made it clear that once they come to us, they will not able to go back those illegal elements. They have understood the issue and discussed amongst themselves and came to conclusion that it is better to be with a person, who fighting for all of the open plot owners than with those who are fighting for their own benefit.  One of the plot owners who will join me surely is none other than SVGK Murty own sister and 6 others. The other names are on withhold till they sign the consents to join us by a binding letter.

After knowing this development, the illegal elements ( namely, aSatyam, Sivanarayana along with the Rajaih) are going overdrive to wean these people back now by promising moon. They had a special meeting at SVGK Murty office today in the night. These illegal elements have suggested the affected members that the great lawyer Rajendran will fight for them and they wanted SVGK to bring them back to them. What is the final decision is not known to me yet. But,what I wanted these affected members must know is that these illegal elements are safe with their houses and they will not able to help the open plot owners since they have tacit understanding with Dr.P.Shankar Rao to save their own skins at cost of open plot owners. Those who attended meeting names are known and are with me but will on hold till they sign the consents. 

However, today, I have taken all these 7 affected members to our lawyer and had one sitting with him and they have decided to be with us. The final call will be taken by me after our lawyer gives final look at the case. It will be filed in their names and all the cost will shared by these affected members proportionately by them. Hope similar change will come from those who are CATS on the wall?

What surprises me the most is that the illegal elements wanted call for a illegal AGM without any legal sanctity and are trying play with fire by doing so.  I have my plan up the sleeve and I will use that weapon when the notices are sent, which is supposed to be 21 days before the AGM as per the bylaws 1992.  I also know that the so called lawyers are misleading as if it is legal meeting. They will also have shock of their life.  I wanted everyone of you must come  out openly to stop all these illegal activities.

If we loose the WP 3000 of 2011, it is only because of Sadasheva Rao and Rajendran

I just returned from the AP High Court after one part of the final hearing of the WP 3000 is heard by Justice Ashutosh Mohatho. Before the argument started in first half of the day, our legal council Mr.Ashwin wanted me to persuade the rival association lawyer Rajendran to not to interfere in the matter since he got several chances in past ( 4 times) and we compromised only to avoid any clash hence now we wanted to take the opportunity to argue our best interest. I made it very clear to our council that these elements are the part of the Shankar Rao group and they will not come forward for such compromise and said to them that I will not be able to cut the ice since they are very rigid from long time on this issue.  But still our council suggested that without me, he will try for the compromise and he as a gentlemen, went to Rajendran and suggested to him to keep quite today since we wanted to put our arguments forward to the single judge bench. But neither he agreed for that nor refused for the same and kept us in dark.

 

The arguments of the rival lawyer ( that is Shankar Raos council ) had one part  before lunch and went on with one more time after lunch ( 9th time in the last 15 months) and judge said that let us start our arguments. At that time, again, Rajendran got up ( as usual obstructed our council arguments) and started his irrelevant arguments and wasted the precious court time and also our best chance to finish the issue is further scuttled by him. When judge could not understand what he was saying, he said come back with more clarification by day after tomorrow, 20th June 2012 after lunch. The court got adjourned on our matter and went on with other matters.

 

I have been saying from past several months ( almost 15 months ) that we have freely hired the best legal brain, that is former AG garu and he was kind enough to offer his services to see that it is foreclosed within few days last year in the month of April 2011 itself. But due to the undue interference of the illegal association office bearers, headed by Sadasheva Rao with help of illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran, it got dragged on till now. No one was willing to come out strongly and openly to oppose these elements.  Now yet again, they are putting spokes in the issue to drag and help Shankar Rao for their own selfish ends.  Let me go on record that if this WP 3000 is kaput, it is only because of the poor and weak defense by these illegal elements and surely not because of our best efforts, like best legal brain, support from Govt AG and from Collector garu and MRO as well.  Tell me now, how to neutralize these elements? Who will tae the lead to see that they do not put spokes at least now?

Proposal to get out of te tangle of encroachment in 373

Dear All active members,

I have very strong reasons to write to you to seek your opinion on the following.

The encroachment Dr. Shankar Rao ( through his criminal minded brother Dayanand as his proxy)  to begin with in the survey number 373 ( Plot nos 15 to 21)  has taken place in the colony with motive to spread their tentacles in other survey numbers soon. This step is only a test marketing of  the criminals intent and are trying to do for testing the waters. The sinister design of the enemy from outside, with possible tacit understanding with enemy within is very visible since non of the top echelon of the illegal association ( read the illegal so called governing body members, aSatyam, Sadasheva Rao, Sivanarayana and the new entrants Satyanarayana) who are silence, hence it is the a very strong proof of their involvement. However, I have strong reasons to stop the criminal minded Dr.Rao team spreading their wings in the colony with strong resistance.

 

Since my old friend ( SVGK Murty), who was part of the illegal association all these years, felt that I am the right person to handle, I have no reservations to take it up with concern authorities along side with legal recourse with the affected party funding the same with my lawyer contacts. But before that, I have strong reasons to seek their consents from the affected parties to swear their support to me and our team and must recognize my/our authority as legal president/committee and must be given in written. Or else they have the following proposal, which Mr.SVGK Murty must put it across to them and seek their clear consents to be sent to me by them. If they feel that they have swallow the bitter pill, they have no choice but to do so if they have join us.  Why I say this is that I should not land up in the same situation as it happen in WP 3000/2011, in which the high court notice came to me and I filed the vacation petition in AP High Court through the former AG Sri DV Sitaram Murty garu through his juniors, where by the illegal association so called general secretary Sadasheva Rao, by putting spokes with the help of the illegally appointed lawyer, Mr.Rajendran in between and spoiled the matter and got postponed vacation of the stay for over a year. Now it has come for final hearing with so much of lobbying with government support by AG stepping in. The proposal to them are:

1. They must swear their support to me and I will take up the issue according to the best of my abilities, both with government and legally, albeit with their cost. OR
2. They will go to the illegal association illegal GS, Sadasheva Rao/ illegal President aSatyam and or so on, be with them and fight with their great lawyer Rajendran. OR
3. Not to believe both us, they must go on heir own to the lower court/higher court and fight and win and secure their plots.

I appeal to all the members to react with their views since it was you who all supported me our team and we are stronger today only because you all stood by us and I am sure you all agree with me that we must not make any politics out of the agony of others and join the fight to deliver justice to one and all. What I do must be above board and I sure you all support my view. I am also aware of that some of them may make it this as a political platform to fight the enemy within. But by my helping the sufferers, it does not mean that those wrong doers in the illegal association will get reprieve.

Urgent to All out station members and those who could not attend the AGM

Dear All out station members and those who could not attend the AGM.

On suggestion from some members and our legal adviser, I have modified the AGM resolutions to those who have not attended the AGM from Hyderabad and also from out station to excise their right to support our team.  I appeal to all those support, those who could not make it to AGM, must download the copy of the same and sign and send it to strengthen the fight against injustice.

Surprisingly, till today, I have received only 2 of them signed these consents sent by me earlier, though many of the members say that they are with me at times of crisis. Hence I request everyone of you to spend few minutes of your valuable and costly time to save your own plots by coming forward to support me for my selfless service? More stronger I am, faster the solution. More weaker I am,  more delay. Hence it is better make me stronger to take it forward faster.

Contribution from members as loan... for GF cause as per AGM resoultion

Hi to all members,

For the first time, in pursuant to the AGM resolution to contribute to the GF cause by the members, subject to maximum of Rs 10,000 ( in one instalment of Rs.10,000 or 2 instalments @ Rs 5000 each) has been passed, the members response is pretty positive and they have on the spot contributed to the cause close to Rs.70,000. The names of those members are published for the sake of the transparency. Any names missing from the following list, please update me to verify and account it as well. 

Up till now, no funds were collected publicly. Any contribution came in small way, it came as voluntarily contribution 2 years ago on account only. This is subjected to adjust after final accounts. In between last year Oct 2011, bowing to the pressure of the members, the loans were accepted by me. Now it is overwhelming to see the members coming forward to support with finances to get going. I thanks all those who argued and strongly supported in favor of the resolution to support me with funds to take it forward from here. I must respect their faith in me in my mind and account it as when it is possible. All contributions must be only in cheques for sake of accounting purposes and to avoid controversies. 

Even now all these funds coming in will be treated by me only as loans and advances from the members to avoid any impression of seeking funds for own use. Let us work out a formula later to see how much each and every members has to pay after final accounts and adjust their advances on actual basis and return if it is extra contributions to those members after collecting from those members who have not paid or call for balance if they have paid less what actual account is suppose to be.

Hope this format is ok with you all? Now I only appeal to all those members who have not contributed so far at in last 3 years must come forward and support liberally for the first time. Hi to all the members,

Yesterday, we have collected the endorsement of  the Joint Collector (1) RR Dist, asking the DRO, RR Dist to put up the file for survey to start at GF( stopped due to the criminal intent of Dayanand)  and must be done on urgent basis. The scanned copy of the same is sent for your ready reference.

Though I am not clamouring for any attention for what I have done so far nor for what I am going to do in the future, I wanted all our loyal members must write once in a way some words of their own opinion to build a strong testimonial to bring in those who are under the influence of the criminal and illegal elements, in our favor  to strengthen our movement to get the lands at GF. I request/appeal/plead to come forward to write their  own reactions/opinions/observations and so on from time to time to show the visibility of our strong support base to show the unity and integrity among our members. What shocks me the most is that I do not see many participate even seeing even the mails weekly once to write their ackn as seen the mails and their few lines of appreciation on the progress. Surprisingly, when I ask people to write to to de-list their names from the group mail,  if the mails from me are clogging their mails box and not useful, non wrote. This leave me with disbelief that mails are not useful. So better be reactive at least if not proactive from time to time.

The latest development on encroachment on GF is that on my complaint, the compound  wall in said plots are broken by the MRO officials and only 3 written complaints have been received up till now. Rest of them also requested to rush their complaints to book a criminal case on these elements.

Update on plot numbers encroached by Dayanand

Dear All Members,

I just have update from SVGK Murty( who spoke with me in the morning)  on the plot numbers encroached by the goonda elements of Dr.P.Shankar Rao through his proxy/blood brother Dayanand. The Plot No surely identified  are 15,16,17,18,19,20,21 and may be not sure is Plot No 22. This is just opp to Indira Gandhi statue on the main road. I think we have our loyal members plots also in that. They will be anyway taken care of. But I advised the rival elements to cooperate with me with their complaint in written to take it up with Collector and MRO right away to see that it is restored to government now and later to us. Now it is left to them. Those whose plot number appear here must contact me immediately with their complaint. I will do the needful.

Among the plot owners who suffered are SVGKs sister, brother, the illegal association Treasurer Rajaiah, who could not defend their own plots from the very persons, who assured them that they will not touched. Interestingly, the so called illegal secretary Sivanarayana was in town and all other so called pal bearers and illegal association so called GB and MC of the colony, who are close relatives and friends of Dr.P.Shankar Rao were also in colony during this whole crisis  and just watched to fun with no intention to solve the issue with neither MRO nor with the police. 

Irrespective to of their supporting me or not by these illegal elements and some CATS on the walls, we have to act firmly with these anti social and criminal land grabbers to see that they do not get foothold in our colony, which will be a problems to us in the long run. I hope these elements understand now and come to terms and support me to strengthen my hands for more stronger fight? Or else, it for their own peril....!!!!
