Hi to all members,
For the first time, in pursuant to
the AGM resolution to contribute to the GF cause by the members,
subject to maximum of Rs 10,000 ( in one instalment of Rs.10,000 or 2
instalments @ Rs 5000 each) has been passed, the members response is
pretty positive and they have on the spot contributed to the cause close
to Rs.70,000. The names of those members are published for the sake of
the transparency. Any names missing from the following list, please
update me to verify and account it as well.
Up till now, no funds were collected publicly. Any
contribution came in small way, it came as voluntarily contribution 2
years ago on account only. This is subjected to adjust after final
accounts. In between last year Oct 2011, bowing to the pressure of the
members, the loans were accepted by me. Now it is overwhelming to see
the members coming forward to support with finances to get going. I
thanks all those who argued and strongly supported in favor of the
resolution to support me with funds to take it forward from here. I must
respect their faith in me in my mind and account it as when it is
possible. All contributions must be only in cheques for sake of
accounting purposes and to avoid controversies.
Even now all these funds coming in will be treated
by me only as loans and advances from the members to avoid any
impression of seeking funds for own use. Let us work out a formula later
to see how much each and every members has to pay after final accounts
and adjust their advances on actual basis and return if it is extra
contributions to those members after collecting from those members who
have not paid or call for balance if they have paid less what actual
account is suppose to be.

all? Now I only appeal to all those members who have not contributed so
far at in last 3 years must come forward and support liberally for the
first time. It will give sense of belonging and you will feel of your
responsibility. All the cheques can be sent in the name of
S.Chandrasekhar, payable at Hyderabad to deposit in to 3 members joint
account to be opened in the name of Mr.Inayat Hasan, Joint Sec,
Dallappaiah, Treasurer and me as escrow account, on any 2 of the
signatures out of the 3. As soon as the case is settled, we will change
the bank from Vijaya Bank to some other professional bank like Axis
Bank, since the Vijaya Bank aided and abetted the forgery of the illegal
association and it is better to shift to an more professional bank.
Also, the contribution should not be made in to any
controversy and I request those who feel not sure and do not have self
belief need not join in contributing and wait for some time. Only those
who believe that they are with right horse in the race must come
forward.
