Thanks to Ms. Sabita for her accurate information that the very land grab incident happen on 14^th Dec 2014 as we expected. Last week warning on such incident circular was a 100% true to the core. To the utter shock of their life, the GF colony residents have seen the very encroachment happening right in front of their eyes on the day of the public notice and the huts are getting built by the land grabbers with support of the politicians and few known land grabbers. What I said has happen. We have also alerted our colony administrative team head, Mr.Ram Babu (since Inayat is off to Macca) to coordinate with the officials. On my request, thanks to Parthasarathy anna, who joined Ram Babu to help him as well. But the so called saviors of the colony, who are heroes along with their heroines, went around as if they are the one who alerted the officials to take the credit and send the bill to those plot owners, who suffered due to the encroachment?? The colony poisonous snakes came out of the pits along with Ali Baba and 41 thieves out of their pits/houses on that given day when the whole drama unfolded and started their acting as if they are the one who are flag bearers of the colony. the same zeal is not shown in survey No 375, 379 along with 373 land grabs at that time by these very forces. Now, please be ready to pay their service charges soon for their acting with the bills. Among the actors in the field were, Mahatma Gayaneshwar, Kananka Durga, Paid Witness Nageshwar Rao and few other Chamchaas have playing host to the MRO ( to impresses him), who was on a visit to colony for spot inspection on our complaint over the phone to submit the report to RDO. Till MRO arrived, they were even not aware of the same.

The first complaint to the RDO, on my complaint over cell phone at 2.13 pm, 3.34 pm and 3.35 pm and to the MRO cell phone at 2.02 pm, 2.37 pm, 2.51 pm, 3.33 pm, along with VRO was informed by 9.11 am and at 2.04 and they visited the colony and took the control of the situation. Police Alwal CI were informed at 2.45 pm as well to help with force. He was prompt to send the beat force. All the materials are removed and MRO warned them not to come again, if so they will book the cases.  He reported the same to me before he left the spot and questioned who those who gave signed petitions were?? But I told him to take the petition from them too without making politics and we will also supplement the same later, without making any politics on the issue.

Interestingly, one of the so called great leader of the colony, who vanished from the colony from the past 3 years, Mr.Anil Kumar ( the so called President of  the Sree Sai Resident Welfare Association) was seen around this time as mute spectator but with no support was lent to the officials and watched with dismay the activities of the rival Mahatma and the lady don. On suggestion from Ram Babu and Inayat, once I met Anil Kumar to extend his support. But he did not support us and insulted both Ram Babu and Inayat as well during that meeting. Some were so much amused that these 2 local rivals ( Gayan and Durga) talking to each others with laughing and with ease, even after so much bitter battle between them on fraud, cheating, molestation charges by Gayan on her and her FIR in Alwal PS on 3 of us and so on. Will any rational person, with sense of pride and prestige will compromise with such person?? Yes, only shameless will do it every day.

The colony FIU, lead by our secret agent “Kalidas” group also wanted to write an anonymous circular with their own details to me on few of the Mahatmas and send it by post to me soon. He said that he will circulate the same with their details as well to the colony.  They suggested meeting the son in law of one of the so called founders to seek his help to check mate one rouge elements. They are trying with help of one of the Tamil family, who knows that person very well.  Let us wait for his confirmation. They have contacted the common friend to post the copies of the circulars to him as well to update him from time to time. They did not disclose the name of the person, whose son in law he is. Let us wait and see. I understand that he recently shifted to Hyderabad from some Middle East countries. We must use this as weapon as stand by if any of them stoop to low.

By the way, I understand that the colony is yet to get the jointly signed circular of the 3 sum, ( that is Mahatma Gayaneshwar, Swami Mohan Babu and Acharia Nagarjuna) by saying that they are together in fight against my so called corruption. But as expected by me ( but to your colony residents surprise ) no circular has come till today and this vindicated that what I say is right that these forces have fallen apart due to their own internal conflicts.  Even the dead silence on the visit to KT Raj house by one of the fraudsters is very much visible and confirmed my worst fears?? Why the 2 sum have not spoken about all these with their own circulars as if they are heroes to justify the fraudster’s action and did not come out with their support circulars?? These 2 sum will not come forward to support the exposed cheaters than to hidden cheat leader.  They learned the lesson hard way, which I forewarned by me to them. But they were blinded. If they write any such confirmation, they know the legal pitfalls. After all no one will expose their life to such cheap fellows, who will backstab his own mentors. Can we trust such traitors?? I will never.

Coming to the great Nagarjuna Rao greed to earn more money at any cost over the safety of the Sai Enclave residents. This man talks of so much about the ethics, human values, sincerity and honesty and so on. But does he practices?? Just read further. After the expose of the so called duplicate cement dealers fraud of selling both steel and cement to few of the colony residents by Nagarjuna Rao, the drunk cement dealer was lamenting the GN by saying that at cost of the colony residents health and safety, GN rented his top floor to some telecom cell company for making some fast buck at cost of radiation expose to the colony residents. This may cost health and many may get cancer. Some wanted to fight. But no one was dared to protest due to his anti social elements connections, which are using his open plot to store building material.  He wanted to make more money by supporting few Mahatmas with some extra plots at throwaway price at Green Fields?? Let us wait and see his version also to be heard.  But I will assure the colony residents of the Sai Enclave that I will see that the tower is removed ( if it is not removed till now) within 2 days if they approach me with a complaint, of course secretly without disclosing their colony residents names. This GN, as if he is sincere himself, he carries threat on behalf of the duplicate cements dealer that he will close the water business of our committee members Ram Babu, if he does not support these anti socials. Ram Babu told them to go to the hell and warned that they will to face the same fate as much as their threats. Now they are scared to come to him.

Yet another interesting development is that the great Gayan confirmed by a mail that he knew who is Mrs.Kumaran, the lady who leaked out the important details of this guy’s fraud, by Gayan sending mail to me as follows to confirm my statement. He says she is a relative of a police officer. That would be a great help to me as well since I do not know that she is a related to police officials to fix these guys. When I asked her by sending this mail copy of this rouge, she confirmed that she is related to an officer the rank of IG and she will help me to fix these guys for telling wrong information to CCS CI, Satish on me. I thanked her for her personal interest. She revealed to me how much black money this man earned out of the real estate deals and bought several flats in Madhapur and near Green Fields in benami and family names out of the cash he earned in land deals. She assured that when I open the case (I have showed the ackn of the police of my complaint in detail related to the CCS SMS) with police she will help me. Even one Lakshmi (name changed) confirmed that these elements have earned crores in black money with plots sale. Gayan also confirmed that he knew that the so called close friend of Dr.Kamat, Mr.Chandrasekhar, who will take action against me. I wish it is true and it will be chance to me to fix these fraudsters, who cheated a hapless physically handicapped man of his hard earned money. I will release Chandrasekhars more fraud with help of Kamat letter to me soon. Our legal team asked to me to provoke these elements so that they will file case and our job will be easy during cross examination.  I am sure they will fall again in my trap, as it happen several times in several issues.  See the mail hereunder, a blackmail tactics by the rouge.

Date extended by CID on my request for 7 days

Dear All,

I have approval from the CID to send few more strong members as witnesses to give statement. But I wanted them to be a strong anti Shankar Rao statement makers since he is the very origin of the delay for regularisation due to his letter dated 29th Nov 2008 ( attached). 

Read the attached letter. This letter by Shankar Rao is very critical proof of his direct involvement in delaying the regularisation. Some of them think that why we go after Shankar Rao than regularisation, who are ignorant of the fact that he is the key obstructor. Also, he is the very origin of delay due to land grab attempt to benefit his family. The WP 3000, filed in his brothers name in AP High Court without disclosing the losing 3 cases in Apex Court is also a cheating. Only those who understand that this is correct must go to CID to give statement based on the evidence sent by me now. 

I have educated all of you to large extent from past 5 years on daily basis on every developments related to Dr.Rao involvements in grabbing our members plots in GF. Now I think you can make it on your own. 

Those who already made it by going to CID must write to me their experience and their feedback to others to get encouraged. Those who already wrote need not write again.

What is the logic behind more witnesses?? and the points during the statement recording with CID.

Dear All Members.

After I have shown my agony of not responding to the become witnesses in Dr.P.Shankar Rao case, few f our strong loyal members responded and they joined the list of witnesses to help our cause and our case as well. 

But many of our silent majority keep quite and watch it from the sidelines by not knowing the importance of the witness. The highlights are as follows;

1. After due verification of the registered sale deed of our lands with concern authorities, your name will be officially in the list of chargesheet, where by you will have legitimate claim on this lands at a later date with the favorable order from the court. This will help us even if any change in the present GO.
2. No one will dare to tamper with your lands records since CID will endorse the verifications,
3. More the witnesses, more the stronger our case. The defense lawyer will have more headache of cross examination of some 200 members. 
4. Dr.P.Shankar Rao and others will have torrid time in days to come while the case is on trail by coming every day when the witness deposes, a torture no one can withstand since he will be in accused box. We can enjoy the fear in his face. 
5. We will enjoy police protection from the threats since we are witness, if they do so.
6. More the members, more the moral support to members and police. 

But I failed to understand why the members are so passive to such valuable contribution. May be due to fear of Shankar Rao?? Let them tell. They even do not tell that. But only following 6 points are required to answer.

1. When did you buy the land, from whom? ?
2. Must say that Shankar Rao is no way concern with these lands, but claiming the lands as his in his brothers from past 24 years. No proof is produced by him of his title. 
3. How Shankar Rao mislead with his letter dated 29th Nov 2008 by saying the lost case are as pending? He made the MRO mislead the court with false information, which delayed our regularisation.
4. Even after selling these lands by villagers to us by taking 58.05 lakhs, the villagers join hands with Shankar Rao to grab these government lands. They cheated by selling these government lands and joined again Shankar Rao. 
5. GO 166 implementation was stopped due to Shankar Rao false information with WP 300o, filed in his brothers name by not disclosing the 3 lost cases in Supreme Court. Due to this cheating the court, GO implementation delayed. 
6. Shankar Rao goons headed Mr.Fahim and Yedla Madhu, stopped the survey and due to this, the GO 166 is delayed.

I still appeal that those who wanted to strengthen their own case, better make it to the CID in next couple of days to use the best and golden chance. I do not think anyone in our illegal association will give such spoon feeding? If you still do not go, it is for our own peril

Update on colony encroachments today.

Today, I sent a circular to the colony by alerting the colony residents as follows:

The squatter are likely from Bhoodevi Nagar slum colony dwellers due to relocation of the railway line in their colony.  She was saying that she called the ex President also to support us to see that it does not happen and appealed to him to extend support to us. Her fear is palpable since she was saying that the whole colony will be an open toilet with every slum and huts will be without any sanitation facility.  The residents will face serious health issue due to such unhygienic conditions. I can give her actual name & plot numbers also if anyone of you men wanted it from the colony. Please call me and identify your name and plot number. I will provide the same. Why he is not disclosing what for he met him?? Why they met even one MLA is also not disclosed with help of an anti social help. The names are not disclosed by them till now along with the purpose. They talk of transparency?? JOKE. Only if I do not give loan account, is at fault. 100 faults by them is pointed out by me on them they are keeping quiet?? Do they have morals, shame and right to talk of etiquettes?? " unquote.

Though the colony residents are neither bothered nor keen to join the legal association in solving the thorny issue of Green Fields, last week, few like minded open plot owners along with our loyal Colony Admn Team members, Ram Babu and Inayat ( Who are with legal association forever, despite the attempts to break them with few non issues), met RDO, Malkajgiri Division and upraised him on various pending issues. We have also submitted 2 petitions to RDO garu on pending demolishing of illegal structures and walls along with permitting legal walls construction for legitimate members of GF, based on the CCLA report called for. He assured us to look in to it. Even pleaded him to take up our cases with AG along with us to settle the cases in high court. He assured to do so. The CM policy related to land grab also was drawn to his attention and he appreciated and promised to look in to our case. I also understand from RDO garu that Collector called for a joint meeting of RDO, MRO, SGDC (LP) and DRO along with JC 1 on the 15^th Dec 2014 at Collector office to discusses in detail on GF exclusively. I am sure that some tangible results will come soon.

This meeting followed by our visit to the DCP, Malkajgiri Division on various pending cases in Alwal PS and Neredmet PS. The petition is submitted to the DCP in person and the same is under active consideration with her for an early action of arrest and charge sheets. You hear more soon.

By now, I hope you have received a circular from the greats of the colony Mahatma group headed by shameless Gayaneshwar along with his broken away faction members (MB and GN) signed circular to assure the colony members that they are together?? If so, you please sail with them and leave us alone. Only issue what we wanted to clarify to you colony members is that if they use the GF legal registered name by any chance, the leaders and their supporters will be booked under relevant laws along with contempt of court case on those who used it along with Satyam & Co for their tacit understanding. I am forewarning them now that if I say, I do it and let them not take me for granted. I am (first gender) man and not 3^rd gender like few of them. But I can assure you that even without their signatures, the feku chund will not send any circulars now since he awaits more shocks after shocks with more proofs tumbling with documents on them.

In any case, you residents like it or not, we have to be on alert. As per our Dynamic CM garu recent orders, even their own party MLAs or MPs will not spared if they grab government lands, leave alone anyone from the colony. I have taken up with the CM recently with detailed report to him & the letter details will be disclosed soon with his letter number to colony with copy of the same. Few weeks ago, few loafers claimed that they met CMO but kept silent after that when we asked proof of the same. When I asked the total SOP details, they went underground. In my case, what I say will have Pakka proof and I am not a FEKU CHUND like them. I am man of proofs.

Coming to the cheating by the great Mahatma, related to plots to few gullible and innocent people took interesting turn. This great Gayan went to my brother Mr.KT Raj house few days ago and tries to seek his help to neutralize me on the plots issue of cheating. I understand that he remembers the Sai Baba Temple at Moual Ali, which was constructed by me with help of my brother in law in the year 1997, with KT Raj as President now was known to him since he came to that temple when he was with us due to my proximity during those years since he was sitting in our office. He went to that temple by searching in the early hours and met the watchmen and sought his help to take him to Raj anna house by paying Rs.500. He readily obliged (but made him to wait till the temple is closed)  and took him to Raj house after the temple was closed at around 12 noon. Thankfully, this rouge prayed in that temple, that the Baba to save him from this crisis. But GOD knows who is right and who is wrong.  On information from Raj anna, me and Inayat met him few days ago and the details as follows:

1. My brother Raj did not recognize this crook at first instance. But later, he could see his face and identified that it is this anti GF elements and told him that he may be Gayaneshwar. He said yes.
2. Then Raj anna asked him how is GF issue going on as if he does not what is going on?? This loafer said to him ( as if he does not know) that I am cheated Rs.50 lakhs by taking it from the members. Immediately, my anna got furious and told him that he will kick him if he says such falsehood and told Gayan that anna is aware that I (Sekhar) spent my own money and did not raise any money. Gayan was embraced with such update.
3. Then my anna said that fighting with Dr.P.Shankar Rao is not a joke and he (Sekhar) did it with guts and you ( Gayan) is spreading such mischievous campaign for his own selfish ends?? Anna fired him and Gayan kept quite.
4. This rouge Gayan asked Mr.Virunchi address and phone numbers along with S.N.Chaterjee. Raj anna did not give, nor shown any interest to help ( though he is having both the address and telephone numbers) and just simply told him that one is at Mumbai with wife and another is with his child at Kolkatta. Raj anna knows what for he asked. He kept quite.
5. Gayan wanted to ask him some help related to the plot he sold and cheated them. But he did not have guts nor ventured and kept quite since Raj anna was well briefed on the GF developments on daily basis on mail by me. This loafer was shocked with such updates.
6. For courtesy sake (that too due to me and our family decency) Raj anna offered him Tea. Shamelessly, he said yes and after taking tea, he walked out. At the gate, Raj anna told this rouge that he knows what for he came and warned him to not to play these politics with Sekhar, his brother. If does so, Raj anna and others are with me. But as any other professional, Raj anna advised him not fight for nothing asked him to patch up with me. This loafer did not show any inclination.

Note: The Chamchaas of this great 3rd gender can come to me, I am willing to take them to these 6 members, who were cheated by the Mahatma.  

Those who wanted to talk to my brother Raj, can call me. I will give you the address, telephone numbers. You can go and check and confirm what I said is right or wrong.  

Now the fundamental question is why this so called founder went to Raj anna house if he is not at fault of cheating him or if does not know him and other 2 members, or if I am wrong of saying false statement?? How come he knows Raj, provided if he has not cheated them?? Why he wanted by name those 2 other members address & telephone numbers, if he not involved in such cheating act? That answers all your doubts & questions in your mind with this rouge acts. Gayan knows that I have their 3 letters of this fellow cheating them, which Gayan want to cancel by paying the balance Rs.75,000 now out of the Rs 1 lakh he has taken to sell these plots. I laid a trap and he fell in to it. I have been writing that I have laid a trap, but this joker thinks that I am joking.  I wanted to thank this rouge to for vindicating me. Or else, let him come with his version why he went to Raj anna?? I have more proofs of his cheating. I will release it to the colony.

Last week, after I released the news of Nagarjuna Rao (GN) was the one who said that the duplicate branded cement/steel dealer details were given by him on cases booked by various people of Sai Enclave and since it found to be true what I said, the dealer is trying to contact me through our common friend to leak out some news related Nagarjuna fraud or some profiting he has done at his colony. Please wait for more details soon.  This is what people who talk of sincere and honest do it? Some of them even claim to be Satyanarayana Swamis of the colony and some of them claim to be Ayyappa swamis, but do exactly opposite and against the very preaching of these GODS. Even why GN avoided calls of Gayan from 3 days? More info from Kalidas group also coming. Wait and watch.

Utter disappointment with response of our members

Dear All,

When the CID took over the Green Fields case, there was deluge of members coming forward to give the witness on our case to see that their names are in the list to speed up their regularisation. It will become official documents with government to even fight our case at later date, in case of any eventuality.  I have explained the same in detail at that time. Investigation Office ( i/o) of CID Police took 36 names and after I made a request to allow some to join as witness, the police promised that rest of those members will be accommodated just before filing the chargesheet. 

Now government ordered the CID to not only to file chargesheet on Dr.P.Shankar Rao, but they also sanctioned to approach the Supreme Court in case of the Dayanand fraudulent order from high court, by paying heavy amounts. 

Now since the time has come, the DGP of the CID approved to take as many witnesses as we want to add to the present witnesses list. When I made appeal by e-mail/Whatsapp and facebook to our GF members, I am shocked, disappointed, dismayed, feel consternation and distress with the lukewarm response from our members. From one side I my best foot forward, the members do come forward to secure their own plots by means of their own support to their own cause. Interestingly, outstation members call to come and Mr.K.P.Sarma garu came all the way from Nanded and given his statement today. many of them called to seek few days time. But our local members did not respond. It is very demoralising to a person, who is dedicated to the cause of our own welfare. 

This is the very reason, the group of those illegally run association headed by Satyam & co and the middle pokers like Yogesh & co and Gayaneshwar & co have exploited the gullible and vulnerable and cheated the members by playing around on their psyche. As many as 45 members paid Rs.50,000 during "Operation Kamat Hotel" to these fraudsters. 

But when I do noble service to all our members cause, our members not coming forward, their response is so pathetic and disgusting.That too which is for their own good, they do not come forward. 

I wanted every member to participate in every effort of mine only to neutralise the detractors and destroyers of our efforts. But out of 555 members in the mail and whatsup list, just few handle full members come forward, even when I offer that their reps can participate if they are from outstation. No unveil.

I am crestfallen, broke, disheartened, disappointed and forced me to think where I went wrong. More so since this kind of attitude of our members gives opportunity to our opponents and rogues to celebrate our failures and making them to have last laugh.

More witness can be taken by CID

Dear All Loyal members to the Green Field legal.

Since we found some members, who gave statement with CID are out of our favor, I suggested to  the CID to take few more new legal committee affiliated members as witnesses to add to the present 36 witnesses related to Green Fields case, pending with CID. Since government ordered strict action on land grabbers, the CID has been ordered by the CMO to speedup our case.

I am happy to inform you that our I/O, Mr.Karunakar ( DSP) of CID called today few minutes ago and confirmed that that the CID dept approved our request and he can take another 10 witnesses ( 5 of them tomorrow, 10th Dec 2014 and 5 of them day after tomorrow, 11th Dec 2014 after 11 am.

Those who are keen to strengthen their case with the attested copies of the title to get regularized as early as possible, please confirm to me enable me to arrange the meeting with Investigating Office of the CID.  This is possible only with local Hyderabad based members hence you please use this golden opportunity to come forward to record your statement and get benefited.

Last week, you have seen the distortions of my first mail. The 2^nd mail is on various issued they raised in the last circular on Jan 4^th 2014, less than a year ago. But gracefully I conceded to give the details, if they comply with the following conditions. But they vanished in the thin air for 10 months and surfaced with the same questions now as repeat circular for 10 times, as if I and you have forgotten. But they have dementia (a chronic or persistent disorder of the mental processes caused by brain disease or injury and marked by memory disorders, personality changes, and impaired reasoning) and sorry to say that they forgot this mail. Now those 72 so called supporters of Gayan of the colony men or women from colony, if have you anyone of you have guts as his guarantor, take up and come to me. I will fulfill all the following. Those who are supporting in the colony, according to them 260 members, must counter sign the assurances letter. Let us see how will come forward and stand as their guarantors by trusting them.

3. Yes, I will give you full statement of account of my source of funding. But you must be ready to give list of those 3 plots documents (sold without my knowledge to my clients/friends/relations & later they complained to me for not registering the plots in their names, (but I did not interfere since I wanted to save you) you promised to Mr.K.T.Raj, Mr.Dasari Virunchi, Mr.S.N.Chaterjee when you were sitting in my office to collect the Villagers settlement money 1995? Or, if you have paid back their money as refund since they came to know that you have cheated them, please give that cheque numbers to prove that you have not done anything wrong and sincere in returning the money? I am sure you remember this incident. If you say no, I will bring all the 3 members to your house or to the AGM. Are you ready?
4. Yes, I have 4 plots in Gatkesar & sold 2 of them with GPA. Though it is my personal matter, since you have dragged this issue to GF domain, I will give you the documents to you. But you must give the equal amount to me of the present market value to compensate for your defaming me. Interestingly, your close friend, Vijaya Kumar (Malkajgiri), who is the one who helped me to contact a broker to sell this plot. Mr.K.T.Raj (you know who is KT Raj) also is involved and I will bring him to you, who are asking your house address. Please call them & take confirmation before you sign the bond on Rs.100 stamp paper.
5. Even in this committee meeting, we have discussed and we will send you the proof of the account opening with statement of account every month, provided if you send your copy of the legal notice sent by some useless fellow, who sent you this due to an attempted land grab by you. ( Now it is already public and you residents know who is right and who is wrong)
6. Let us 2 ways and not one way. We will exchange the documents simultaneously after a middleman ratifies the documents asked by you and me is matched. I am sure you for the game?   

Yes, you told me and I have sent this mail all the members and to you too to join in the meeting to clear the misunderstanding with us, if any. But your mail rebounded by saying it is blocked. But how come you got this mail now? Thanks to MB? I am very happy that you also confirmed that you have blocked my mails but still you reply to my mails.  By the way, if you wanted to buy 2 more plots, or may be 20 plots in our layout at Gatkesar, we are ready. Can you organize funds from MB and buy all those plots? You can do wonderful real estate business as you have done in GF earlier with other illegal committee members with GPAs. Or, bring some member and I will sell directly to him with some handsome commission to you. Be fair to be in good and real rates. The title is clear, not dubious, like yours.  Sekhar.) 

Before they broke away from Gayaneshwar, how the 2 sum played the fool of an ass role to help the rogues of the colony. 20 days ago, one person called me ( assumed name is RK) &  told me that one of the loafers of the colony walkers club, called RK & asked him to call Gayaneshwar to know more about me. He gave Gayaneshwear cell number also to him. But this RK asked him point blank what for he should call Gayan, when he has not done anything for 23 years & why this loafer is supporting this yet another rogue. RK embraced this loafer with several such questions, to which the caller could not answer. The same way, this loafer called Vijayananda few months ago & got her piece of mind. We waited for this confirmation of this call & now RK met me yesterday & gave me the full details. This has happened before these 2 sum, Mohan Babu & Nagarjuna broke away from this lire cum rouge group of the colony. Good culture is imbibed from the family & parents. Just see how wonderful these guys are??

What will happen to me if such acts are carried out by Nagarjuna?? I saw similar anti socials elements in the colony, who looted the members hard earned funds ( including from this 2 sum shameless Nagarjuna and Mohan Babu, who are now supporting them)  in various names, headed by Sadasheva Rao, though kicking physically, but died his natural death in the colony affairs due to his own misdeeds. Giving false evidence in the case of Kanakadurga case itself is enough for this guy to be buried along with colony paid witness Nageshwar Rao, GOD took care of that. Why Rao is not to be seen anywhere with his flashy circulars on regularizations with 9 left out so called illegal committee members with their names in the new letter heads?? With advice of his illegally appointed lawyer, who took money for fighting GF cases, that too as member of GF himself, Sadasheva Rao did not dare to send such circulars to the colony or anyone else since he knew the legal consequences if he does. I predicted this & it happen. It was this loafer, who wrote few letters to Collector, RR Dist to not entertain me as President, hence the WP 3000 was delayed & other cases are also delayed now since he joined hands with Gayan and this rouge is their (un)official spoke person.  

I saw the great Satyam & Co, who got buried on his own weight with falsehood & contradictions. He boasted that GO 166 is ready to be implemented by few weeks in his circular dated 1st Jan 2012 by wishing happy new year to colony residents & then vanished in the thin air, which I predicted. No circulars even from him from past 3 years with his few left illegally holding posts members. He too knew that the legally, they are down & out. Or else, with help of other criminal minded lawyer, he would have created havoc with such senseless circulars. RR Dist court , LB Nagar order is the death knell to them. Hence they are finished. Legal consequences are known to them, if they raise their head.

I saw the great back stabbers group headed by Yogesh Gir, who is introduced by the Mahatma of the colony Gayan. He is nowhere to be seen than making few bogus transactions of land deals in GF, including selling of KP Sarma plot. His own 2 group members are back to me unofficially & wanted to send a circular to colony of their mistakes of joining this man. They share lots of information on this local fellow. The day when I exposed that he joined his hands with yet another rogue group to collected Rs.50,000 in the name of out of turn GO 166 with help of one corrupt MLA & MRO, they are out. Even this MLA, with GODs grace, is out of circulation. By the way, anyone of you got the regularization done out of the way within 45 days with the 50k money paid by you?? If you show me, I will give my neck.

I saw these MB and GN mentor, Gayaneshwar, who said he will fight till his death against my success & he will dislodge me with help of these 2 Chamchaas. He is nowhere to be seen when I asked them to send signed circulars along with the 2 sum to colony 15 days ago. They knew their days are numbered, if they send such signed circulars to the colony since the criminal case is ready, waiting for such proof. Someone alerted them not to send such circular from our own mails, who are traitors. These 2 sum broken from Gayan due to their own differences & keeping low profile. Or else, they were seen in their most modern Bullock Carts in the colony on daily basis to work out the strategy to topple me. Now, it is conspicuous of the presence. These elements got buried  only due to their one point agenda, that is kill me from the GF association with false propaganda of collections as if I have asked the money, which was given as loan as per AGM mandate. They were confident due help of one goon of the area, who was booked in several cases for selling spurious brand steel and cement.

Interestingly, it was this very shameless recently resigned Nagarjuna Rao, who told me when he was with us few years ago, that one Raghavendra Rao of their colony ( Satya Sai Enclave) filed criminal case against this duplicate cement & steel dealer ( who is called as de facto son in law of one of the ex founder of the colony) for supplying the material a temple in their colony. The very traitor Nagarjuna also told me that one Santosh Goud filed a criminal case on this dealer on similar offense in Alwal PS & we are trying under RTI to obtain the copies of the FIR to expose these forces more as we have obtained in case of Mohan Babu criminal case filed by the villagers on similar manner. Now they all are friends??

Urgent confirmaion from members to meet RDO Malkajgiri on 6th Dec 2014 at 11.45 am.

Dear  All embers affiliated to legal GF association,

All these days, RDO garu was busy attending his sick mother. But now I am happy to inform you that the RDO, Malkajgiri Division, @ Plot No 48, Road No 1,  Vayupuri, Secunderabad 500097 has called me and confirmed our appointment with him tomorrow ( 6th Dec 2014) at 11-45 am at his office at Vayupuri, Opp to DCP office, Malkajgiri Division. This office is about 500 meters from Neredmet MRO office. Please reach by 11.30 to sign the petitions. Please send your confirmation even by SMS. 

Since it is Saturday and being a holiday to most of you, I request everyone of you must make it (even few of you by applying the leave if it is not holiday) to meet him to seek the permission for walls construction to secure our plots. The common petition will be made by me. Those local members, who are interested will come and sign at the office. Those who are coming to RDO office ( city based) must send their consents by mail their willingness to add your name in the petition to sign. Those who have cameras, must come with the same to take pictures to upload to the website. 

The out station members petition will be sent later by mail. They will sign and send the 3 copies to me to submit and take acknowledge for necessary follow up.  

Interestingly, today, even CM garu of Telangana has warned the officials to see that Government interested is protected to get money out of the regularization of such plots like ours.
