HMTV TV will shoot our story with special emphasis on 10 plot grab and 375 survey on 1st march 2013 around 9 am

I am happy to inform you that HMTV TV, a new upcoming and polular channel has agreed to shoot our GF story and will shoot our story with special emphasis on 10 plots grabbed by Dr.Shankar Rao and also on 375 survey on 1st March 2013 around 9 am. All those who wanted to speak on TV in these both major issues, one lead by SVGK Murty on 10 plots owners with his team of affected party and one lead by Mohan Babu, with all these 375 survey affected members must be present with their team by sharp 8.45 am for just 10 minutes shoot. They can go to their respective offices later. All other members, who are willing to talk on camera on their plight with Dr.Shankar Rao also must be present at SVGK Office for the shoot by 8.45 am.

Please confirm your presence since I have to make arrangements accordingly. Since I may not talk at spot and may sit in studio for debate, all of you must be aggressive to speak on cam on Dr.P.Shankar Rao atrocities.

Confirmed that the legal applicants will depose with CID....

Dear All,

After I had confirmations from several of our members to depose with/and in front of CID, while the investigation is on and is likely to peak soon. I had a detailed discussion with both the Chief of CID, Mr.T.Krishna Prasad, DGP, and DIG CID, Mr.Bagchi on this issue yesterday with a letter to them to come to them for deposing with Investigation Officers ( I/O). The copy of the letter to DGP CID with his endorsement to DIG (T) is attached for your ready reference.

The officials were pleased with our offer and they told me that they will send letters to those who are willing to come forward in course of investigation and send their names to the Collector as authorized members for clearing their application under GO 166 on first come first served basis. The MRO will send the valid applicants names, who are deposing with CID as legal applicants and will take up with regularisation these applicants for faster and better coordination with various agencies.

Now I do not know how many will come forward to depose, but I am sure many of our members, who think that the issue of Dr.Shankar Rao and regularisation must be de-linking is almost settled with this offer. In other words, those who depose, will be listed as valid and legal applicants for speedy regularisation after the same is confirmed by MRO. Though this co ordinations with several agencies is complex, I am sure the team will be in place as soon as the numbers are big. I hope that everyone will avail this offer? Or, some are still believing the illegal association short cut methods?

Last day ad last chance for peace offer !!!????

Dear All,

Today is the last day for those illegal association so called GB/MC members and to their illegally appointed lawyer to call for a truce with me, that too on only cases filed on me as vendetta. They must withdraw all these cases pending in different courts and join me to take forward the issue of our regularisation to a logical ends.

The case related to my membership issue, filed by the great Sadasheva Rao with help of Dr.P.Shankar Rao or to help Dr.Shankar Rao in RR Dist court must be withdrawn since the leadership issue is settled once for all with remarkable achievement and advancement I have made in the association matters. I assure him that I will not file any defamation case on him for all the damages he has done to me. But, notwithstanding his withdrawal of this case, he will not get any immunity for the fraud he has done by running the GFPOA illegally for 13 full years. He has to face legal consequences and prove that he is not guilty. The mandate for filing the criminal case is already approved in the last AGM ( 2012 ) and will be implemented as soon as the arrest of Dr.P.Shankar Rao takes place soon.
With regard to the false and frivolous case filed by the great illegally appointed lawyer, Rajendran, in Nampally court, with help of paid witness Nageshwar Rao and with help of one of the fake witness, I promise Rajendran that I will not file any defamation case or any complaint in Bar Council for all the damage he has done to me by this personal attack, with help of Dr.P.Shankar Rao influence or to help Dr.Shankar Rao and I am sure that he knows that the case has no substance to prove beyond doubt. The think, these cases might have been done at the spur of the movement and not with any motive. However, he will not be given any chance to be part of the conspiracy case in the GF fuds swindle since it is he who played key role in de-freezing the accounts without proper court order and with a blackmail letter to the Vijaya Bank. He must understand the writing on the wall and behave responsibly for his own good. Let us not precipitate the matter beyond a point with ego and prestige issues. I am sure, as a lawyer, he understands the legal implication, if a criminal case is filed on him.
With regards to great lady Ms.Kanakadurga, filing a false and frivolous case in Alwal police stn, (which is since closed due to lack of evidence on 31st Dec 2011) with help of the paid witness Nageshwar Rao and the great Sadasheva Rao (with tacit support of Dr.P.Shankar Rao and or to help Dr.Shankar Rao on his behest) she must be persuaded to publically apologise for her personal attack on me and to cause damage to our common cause and concern. I assure her and her 2 accomplish that I will not file any defamation against them (I will not assure them that Mr.Gyaneshwar will withdraw the case, since it is already filed is under way and it is between them) and come to terms. But she will not get any respite, as the case may be with other illegal association fraudsters for her involvement with several cash transactions for BPS, LRS, money collected in the name of payments to villagers and so on and loot, in the name of other accounts.
I suppose these offers are fair and the best chance for them to understand the situation and come terms and swallow their pride and ego and come forward for a peaceful solution. It is better for them to handle oe case at a time, rather several cases, which will make their life miserable I several fronts. Let them be fair to themselves than to me. I am sure law will take its own course and they will come out of the mess soon by facing the courts, as I faced the law enforcing agencies and these cases filed by them in courts. After all, they all are also going to benefit out of my outstanding efforts to get these plots and they must keep this in mid and not to attack personally, which I did not do all these years, despite they did it for their own personal gains. Those, who can call them and advise them to settle the issue, for better sense to prevail, must put their efforts and settle for better future. God bless them with better future. I have shown my dignity, poise, statesmanship, matured/responsible behavior, coming down for better solution by offering the peace, but are they ready? Only time will tell.

Is GF lands are Wakf lands???? a new issue

Dear All,

A New Dimension to GF lands.... by mischievous elements has come to my notice with the article appeared in one of the Telugu Daily " Surya" brought to my notice by my journalist Friend. It was claimed as wakf lands by some non concern persons and trying to create the new issue out of it. But what they do not know is that no such classification is reported in any government records as of the time, when the so called villagers surrendered the same lands to government. It is clear that this is a new motivated campaign by by rivals to derail the GO 166 !!??

No need to get perturbed by us since it is government, which said in all courts that these lands are government lands.

No mercy on illegal acts by illegal association

Dear All,

The last date for the illegal run association members joining the main stream ( legal association) without any strings attached expires on the 28th Feb 2013. As I said earlier that they will be pardoned only on cases they lost on me, which was filed with personal vendetta on me and not related to association account fraud, forgery of documents, bylaws, minutes of the meetings so on, falsification of accounts, statements, fudging of bylaws, Vijaya Bank account transfer and fabricating the bylaws, account books will not be pardoned.

I have assigned this special emissary job to the former VP of the association (who switched the side and now with us openly and strongly) Mr.SVGK Murty to talk to them to bring them around. He will submit the report by 1st of March 2013. If no cases on me (those in RR Dist filed by the illegal association so called on deputation Secretary and Joint Sec. Sadaseva Rao and Nampally Criminal Court case filed by the illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran) are withdrawn and those sabotage activities continue, I will not wait anymore to go on offensive on them, one for attacking on me personally with cases, the other on illegally running the association for 13 full years.

In the meanwhile, Vijaya Bank Chairman and Managing Director appointment is underway and I will meet him on this Vijaya Bank issue and take up the issue to end the stalemate. Yes, I know that these illegal elements have taken me for granted all these 4 years as soft speaking gentlemen with no action on them for all their illegal acts. But the day when I go berserk, like they have gone on me with false and frivolous cases, I will not be able to control myself and even their family coming to me will not considered show any mercy for their illegal acts.

Breaking News.. Govt approved our request to hand over Dr.P.Shankar Rao GF land grab case to CB-CID

Dear All,

In a land mark development, Govt approved my request to handover the Shankar Rao GF land grab case to Crime Branch, Central Investigation Department of the Police Department of the state (CB-CID) has been conceded and they have issued the orders accordingly.

I was called by the, DG, SP and Special Investigation Office ( DSP Rank) Crime Investigation at CB CID office, who were assigned this job today. I was asked to present my case with additional evidences to make it more strong since the case must be more watertight.

I can not disclose other details as I was asked to keep it confidential till further orders. We will have official announcement from Police Dept soon on this issue. Till then, I was asked to maintain a low profile in press. This was the undercover operation I was carry it out from 7 days.

As seen the textiles minister P.Shankar Rao shot into another controversy this time as a land-grabber. Now his reputation is alleged to be under clouds. Rao along with his brother had been making attempts to grab the land where houses existed under Alwal municipality.
The green fields plot owners’ association office-bearer has filed a complaint against textiles minister P.Shankar Rao for misusing his official position as a minister to scuttle the smooth process of land regularisation under GO MS 166 dated 16-2-2008.
It was stated in the complaint that the land measuring 62.15 acres bears survey numbers 373, 375, 376, 378, 379 and 386. Approximately 875 plots have been made and all the purchasers paid the stamp duty. Nearly 300 of them constructed houses with the permission of Alwal municipality with bank loans. But in 1995 Shankar Rao sent a legal notice to them that they had illegally occupied the land.
The said association president S.Chandrashekar has complained to the police commissioner, Cyberabad, that the minister has brought his brother P.Dayanand’s name as a benami name to grab the lands in the green fields falsifying several issues and filing false cases in the high court.
It was alleged that Shankar Rao also threatened the association leaders and prevented the officials from discharging their duties to grab the land. Rao also tried to pose a problem to them with the connivance of the behest of revenue officials while misleading the courts.
The complaint running into 20 pages brought to the notice of the commissioner how Shankar Rao misused his official position using letter pads and influencing the government machinery to harass the green fields association members of Kannajuguda village, Malkajgiri mandal under Alwal municipality in Rangareddy District.
The survey work was stopped by Shankar Rao in December 2009 employing his goons with the support of Tahsildar Mukunda Reddy though the high court had declared their plots in the survey numbers in 2005 as government lands by confirming orders of Joint Collector, Rangareddy District.

Immunity to ex illegal GB and MC members??? No

Dear All,

Many of you have mistook that I wanted to let the criminal and illegal elements from illegal association will be let off if they join me to fight the evil forces. Sorry it is not. I too agree with Sri Antony suggestion that we must punish them for what they have done, not only to all of you by cheating but also particularly to me by filing false cases.

But we must show our statesmanship to bring them in to our fold and show to the world that we are not vindictive to them if drop the cases booked on me and I will not file any criminal cases related to my cases. But they have to face the legal consequences for the illegal operations they have done, fraud, forgery and falsification of accounts, fudging the bylaws and fabricating the minutes of the minutes of the meetings of both committee meetings and as well the AGMs from past 13 years. So, instead of facing 2 legal cases ( one from association, which is very sure, one from me, I will exempt cases from my personal side like defamation and criminal cases for intimidating me with false information to our members. That is what I mean.

Myth of Dr.P.Shankar Rao power brought down to earth

Dear All Loyal Members,

I am sure by now, you all would have seen on TV and read the news papers about Green Fields getting "Independence" from yesterday and now can breath a fresh air in GF as our lands and now we are released from the clutches of the "The Land Mafia Don" Dr.P.Shankar Rao. This is the first time, a Sr Revenue authority ( MRO from Malkajgiri and also the MRO of the Land Protection Cell ) and officials coming on TV and in front of the print media to confirm that these lands are Govt lands hence demolishing illegal structures. This means, what I was saying from past 4 years ( after I took over the GF issue) that these are government lands was achieved and our basic objective to secure these plots under GO 166 is on the roll.

Yesterday, yet again, I have ascertained my control on the Green Fields issue and shown to the world, that even an ordinary citizen can smash the land mafia network, provided if he takes it up with sustainable basis with his brain power, of course fearlessly. Legal system is place, but it not allowed to work by these goons. Those who obstruct such processes, I have shown their place and I am sure that in the coming days, it going to more miserable for them and not likely survive further more my relentless pressure. Even if they die due to pressure, I will not be surprised.

I am sure, yesterday night, after I achieved my first objective, that Dr.P.Shankar Rao is brought down to the earth and after these massive warning bells started ringing on Dr.P.Shankar Rao future as well, our few illegal committee members ( including the great cheater Yogesh Gir and the illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran) met at Satyam place for drink and started reviewing their position, which will be much worse than Dr.P.Shankar Rao.

The message to them is very loud and clear. If you tamper with law and legal processes, you have to face legal consequences. I know that they have taken me for granted, as much as Dr.P.Shankar Rao took me. But let them know that one man brought down the Citadel of Shankar Rao to earth. But in the case of illegal association fraud, the total members will made partners to bury them forever under heap of legal cases. But it is still not too late. Let them buy peace with me by withdrawing all the cases and surrender. If not, I am afraid that their families will suffer so much due to the court matters that they can not even imagine. The one mistake what Dr.P.Shankar Rao did should not be repeated by these illegal elements. Dr.P.Shankar Rao did that with every power under him, but still I brought him down to the earth with only my kid gloves. In these illegal GB/MC of GF case, it will be high asking to survive my legal onslaught once I start with iron hands and not with kid gloves. It costed heavy to Dr.P.Shankar Rao my kid gloves, let these illegal committee aspire to see Iron Hands. Please let them not think that I am not talking these with arrogance, but full confidence. Within few days, Dr.P.Shankar Rao will be at right place. Let them not aspire to give company to him in the same place. I am giving one more chance to them for sake of their own best interest. Let them not think that I am on weak wicket. One start the legal processes, I will not retreat with any sentiments, the sentiments I believe only before I start.

The Central Crime Station has filed a criminal case against Dr.P.Shankar Rao, his wife, the great daughter, son and also on his daughter close friends and police guard a dowry harassment case in the month of Oct 2012. The issue came up to fore and the complainer mustered courage to come out openly and went to the press after Dr.Rao was on the run due to Green Fields issue. Green Fields plot owners call Shankar Rao's bluff

Greenfield plot owners association president S Chandrasekhar addressing a media conference on the plot controversy in Hyderabad on Monday | A Suresh Kumar

The Green Fields Plot Owners Association, on Monday, came down heavily on Cantonment MLA P Shankar Rao’s daughter Sushmitha for claiming that her father was innocent. The MLA had tried to grab the government land which was sold to the association members fraudulently, it said.

“After the matter went to courts and after Malkajgiri tahsildar P Narsimha Rao wrote to the government in June last year stating that Shankar Rao interfered in the matter, how can his daughter say he is not involved?” questioned S Chandrasekhar, president of the association, at a press conference here.

He lashed out at the MLA alleging that he tried to grab the 75 acres of the government land by showing forged documents. Chandrasekhar also exhibited a copy of the letter written by the tahsildar (lr no. B/855/2012 dated 1-6-2012) to the Ranga Reddy district collector, in which he said Shankar’s brother P Dayanand carried out illegal construction on the land.

“The MLA was let off due to political pressure and the statement by his daughter that the chief minister was behind his ‘arrest’ is absurd because Kiran Kumar Reddy became chief minister only in 2011, whereas Shankar Rao lost court cases over the issue much before that,” Chandrasekhar said.

He added that the main contention arose when the association members found out that the 75 acres, which belonged to the government, was sold to them falsely.

'Enough evidence to nail ex-minister in land grabbing case'

HYDERABAD: A day after former minister P Shankar Rao's daughter Sushmita accused the CM and top officials of the state government of conspiring against her father, S Chandrasekhar, activist and main complainant in the Green Fields land case, on Monday claimed he had enough documentary evidence to prove the former minister's involvement in the land grabbing case.

One of the plot owners in the 75-acre Green Fields layout in Alwal, Chandrasekhar, said, "A case was booked against Rao even before Kiran Kumar Reddy became the chief minister. If Kiran Kumar or other top functionaries in the government wanted to go after Rao, they could have done that much before. Action was taken against the former minister only after court had issued an order," the activist said at a media conference here on Monday.

Shankar Rao was hospitalised following a high drama when cops picked him up from his Musheerabad residence to quiz him in the case last week. Reacting to police claims that they had gone to Shankar Rao's residence only to question him, Chandrasekhar said: "Though Rao was booked under non-bailable sections, police are under pressure to go slow in the case."

Disputing Shankar Rao's daughter's claim that her father was not involved in the Greed Fields case, Chandrasekhar said, "Shankar Rao had written three letters on his official notepad between 2008 and 2009 to the revenue officials concerned not to allow any activity on the Green Fields land. These letters are available in government records. If he is not involved in the case why did he write these letters asking officials not to allow any activity on the Green Fields land," he questioned.

Chandrasekhar requested dalit organisations not to make a issue out of this. "There are 350 plot owners in Green Fields who are SCs, STs and BCs along with 150 Christians and 50 Muslims and all of them are suffering because of Rao. We are fighting against encroachers and caste has nothing to do with the case," he said.

Cranky ex-Min Shankar Rao facing arrest in land grab case

Former minister Dr Shankar Rao who triggered CBI raids and case against YS Jagan in the DA case is now in big trouble. The Cyberabad police may arrest former minister and Secunderabad (Cantonment) MLA Dr P Shankar Rao as the AP High Court has vacated the stay on his arrest in connection with a land grabbing case in Greenfield Colony at Kanajiguda village under Malkajgiri police stations limits.

The residents of Greenfield Colony lodged complaint with the police accusing him of grabbing valuable land. They alleged that Shankar Rao and Dayanand occupied as many as 875 plots in the colony by creating fake documents showing that they were the owners.

The residents also alleged that the development of the colony was hampered due to the acts of the minister. The police registered a case but Dr Shankar Rao got a stay on the proceedings of the case. It may be recalled that Shankar Rao was sacked from the Cabinet as he was not in good terms with Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and also at Home Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy by leveling several allegations against them.
