Dear Sri Chandra Sekharji,

 

You have 'n' number of ideas to deal with the illegal committee and put them in their limits.

You are already declared as a legally elected President of the Assn. by the members and approved by Court.

In spite of that, if one else poses himself as president to his peril, the same may have to be informed to the court with the proof that you have on hand. It is my feeling. Then the Court may come to conclude that their action is a contempt of court.

The illegal committee and its members and their activities most probably are limited to that group only. None of the active members of the legal assn. are associating with or encouraging their activities. I feel, we should ignore them as long as they don't directly obstruct our plans. However, you are going ahead with all your plans in getting the task finished as soon as possible by pressurising the Govt authorities.

Your proposal of going to the PS with a good number of members is an excellent idea. Hope, many of us must be consenting with you. I also appeal all those members those who not yet supported you financially, must now come forward and strengthen your hands. So that, you will be able to concentrate on work, without getting disturbed in arranging money for meeting the day to day financial needs. Now a days, nothing is possible without money.

We thank you for the invaluable work that you are rendering to the members of the Assn. and pray God to bestow upon you the required strength mentally and physically.
