JC court argument

Dear All,

Yesterday, the hearing on the false and frivolous objection petition filed by the criminal minded Dr.Shankar Rao, through his brother and also by instigating the Kanajiguda villagers has taken place at JC RR Dist office. No one of flag bearers of the illegal association ( aSatyam and Co, nor Yogesh Gir nor Sadasheva Rao nor the great illegally appointed lawyer Rajendaran) have come along with their lawyers. Interestingly, for some intriguing reasons, the very complainant, Dayanand and Co himself did not show up. The only lawyer present was of the villagers. I was representing the GF interest as party in person and Mr.Ananthiah of VWA came to support me. 

The Villagers lawyers was arguing the objection petition as if he has come for the title dispute. JC told him that the issue to argue today was on his objection to the GO 166 and not anything else. The lawyer was putting blank face. He was saying something else. Then JC stopped him said that he will give one week time for him to come with his objection on the GO 166 and nothing else since his petition WP 15852 is pending on the title issue in AP High Court for relief and it is sub-judice for him to talk on the title. The case was posted on 30th Aug 2012 at 3 pm.

Those who claim tall results in short time by collecting money @ Rs.50,000, are not even aware of that such objection petition is pending to fight with criminal minded MLA's in JC court. Let us take it up on our own and fight it out. Even in RDO court, the so called flag bearers of the illegal association were ex partee on the title claim by villagers. I saw that petition in nick of the time and argued as party in person (PIP) and got the order in our favor. Again, the appeal in JC court on this RDO order was also not contested by these illegal elements and they went ex partee. I only contested as party in person and got the order in our favor. Both the order re on our website. Now they have eaten as much as they want and dumped all of us and living happily.Let us pray for the best.
