Public Notice cum Rejoinder
Dear All GF Colony members. 9th Aug 2014.
First let me update you all on the 8 plots occupied by Mr.Dayanand with help of Dr.P.Shankar Rao in survey No 373 on the highway side. One of the affected plot owner is none other than 20 years legal consultant of the illegal association and ex illegal VP, SVGK and his family. Though the incident took place on the 27th May 2012, with all my best efforts and with several letters to and by the Collector, RR Dist and by RDO to book the cases and remove the encroachments, the erstwhile MRO did not act to remove the encroachments nor booked the cases with due to threats of Dr.Rao. I was told that he Dr.Rao called MRO to his house and warned him. The final letter from Collector to book the cases and remove the encroachments was sent for follow it up with MRO to SVGK through Mr.Parthasarathy garu a year ago. But he due to fear or due to some favor from some anti social elements, he failed to execute the plan. Later on, he went underground due to some unknown reasons and refused to even take my calls. Without any prejudice and past acrimonies relationship with these elements, even when I decided to take up the matter in to my hands, when I called SVGK last month to help with plot sale deeds by coordinating with 8 plot owners, he said that he will take up on his plots on his own (which he could not do it in the last 2 years) and slammed the phone with disrespect. This is kind of leaders the colony was ruled from past 20 years.
After several warnings to the officials of the revenue department from past 2 years by me and also with a final notice to CCLA, I have taken up the matter with police on the 9th July 2014. As usual, the police did not act due to the fear of Dr.P.Shankar Rao. After 3 rounds of talks with the police officials (when I was meeting them often a with police complaint to ACP, DCP, Commissioner on SMS by the great Gayan to CCS CI and this is reason, I did not press for FIR on these 2 rouge and anti socials due to paucity of time), the police officials requested me to move private complaint to the criminal court and the same was done on the 4th of Aug 2014. The honorable 10th MM Court, Malkajgiri was pleased to order the police to book the case and also complete the investigation on or before 6th Oct 2014 and submit report to the court. These acts of booking cases on all of them proves that I do not care all the criticism by the sundry, so called saviors of the colony and the rogue elements with support of few anti social elements/ duplicate cement and steel dealer with whom they have financial support, but I do my job as dedication towards the cause, unlike them. This also proves that even if the comfortable living colony residents do not support me, I am a 24/7 custodian of the GF lands in the minds of the people of the both the states. I have more bigger fan following outside the colony along with my open plot owners than the residents of the GF colony and the residents must understand that if at all any serious crisis comes to demolish the present houses by these land grabbers with support of Dr.P.Shankar Rao after he ropes his legal support (which the land grabbers are planning with an Execution Petition in the RR Dist court), you will have no choice than coming to me at that time. But by that time, it will be too late for you all to retrieve the situation due to your own foolish silence. Since you all believe these rouges and illegal elements of the colony as your protectors, you all do not know what is going on behind your back on these lines and you all will pay the legal price soon for your own mistakes. Even Rajendran will not help you since he is aware of the same and not acting on it due to his own reasons.
In the meanwhile, I understand from our field intelligence unit ( FIU) and our undercover agents (UCA) within the colony rouge elements and anti socials ( I do not need to tell their names since they will go to police with this letter saying that I have called them rouges and anti socials) that during morning walk, they said it seems that they are making few letters to the CCLA, RR Dist Collector, RDO and MRO to not to give permission to the open plot owners on my representation by saying that I am so called President of the colony and not to entertain me on these proposal since I am nothing to do with GF. On this credible information, our active supporters were pressed in to serve and they have found that no such letters were given till now in CCLA and Collector. But the clue have come few days ago that they have either given a letter to RDO or MRO as RTI application and trying to seek some information only to stall the processes of compound walls to protect our open plots. This is nothing but to sabotage our efforts to protect the open plot owners from land grabbers and to help the rivals and anti socials. But let me assure you that of such letters are found, I will also seek the same with an RTI and screw their happiness forever in the colony and they will regret in their life time that why they did such foolish act. But interestingly, when I came to know from our FIU /UCA that they are planning to do such criminal act, I only laid the trap to these elements to do such foolish acts and I even openly said it in my circulars earlier to only confirm our inputs. They have fallen in to the very trap I laid and it will come handy at a later date. I proved time and again that I am one step ahead of these criminals and I succeeded by laying a trap to these rouges and anti socials to call CCS CI on me the day when I was visiting. They fell in to my trap. Till today they did not deny since they know that I have proofs. I laid the trap saying that the petition to Revenue Ministry is filed by the villagers and they denied it by obtaining the fake letter. But the villagers with whom they are very friendly also ditched these saviors with wrong information by not telling these elements saying that they have filed a petition. These are few traps. Few more will be laid. I also wanted to thank them for falling in to my trap and keeping falling further more.
By the way, have you colony silent residence received the final order copy of the WP 15895 to which the hearing was over without government counter, the status of the so called case filed by them related to 375 survey and that too according to your own colony new savior Mahatma Gayan/ Swami Mohan Babu and Co?? Please send me the copy if you can?? You all may not believe me, but I am sure these 3 sum are hiding something from your gullible residents?? Or they are bullying you with all such falsehood/mischief/lies to execute their hidden agenda/land grab/collection of money from 280 members, who are their supporters and you all are keeping quite due to your fear of these elements?? If so, GOD blesses you colony residents.
I wanted you residents to notice few interesting points these rouges have raised in the circular dated 20th July to the colony by the so called savior of the colony. Due to the fear of my following it up the illegal acts by these 3 sum are doing, the circular is saying that not to waste my time by fighting against these Gayan and Mohan Babu and it is written by them and not by anyone. Can you imagine how much fear is created by me on them in their minds?? The fear they are trying to create in us is by saying the IT act and NBFC acts is not just applicable to me alone but applicable to them also as well. All these 3 are big time businessmen earning in crores. But let us see also that they have complied with all these
- NBFC acts when they took individual loans from me and others in lakhs (in the name donations without any legal sanctions)???
- Let us see did they filed IT returns even on huge cash they have received from land sales ( both cheques and cash), plots purchased( both cheques and cash), from where the cash came while purchasing houses and flats in the city by them in benami names in Madapur and Opp to Gf colony ( both cheques and cash),
- Let us see from the cash they stanched in form of black money by selling duplicate cement/steel/ and spare parts???
- Let us also see they have complied with all these sales acts and CST acts by doing business in benami names??
- Let us see they complied and obtained the permission to even construct their houses in their respective places to the extent of 2 floors???
- Let us see how they obtained the business permission in residential areas by few of them?? Following all labor laws?? You colony people are silent, but the day when I take it serious, they all will be behind bars.
Let all these rogues & anti socials confine the issues related to the GF regularization and come to me with an argument. If they try to blackmail and try with such none issues with me personally, the legal course will be the last resort. This will any way will take place sooner than later. But I have to take decision to advance these cases first, by leaving the regularization process behind?? Interestingly, their circular say all is over in one place on regularization and if the order comes, regularization will take place immediately, but they contradict also that it is sub-judice in another place. Do they know what they are talking in the first place?? Since it is written by a B.Tech guy & signed by another Telugu medium guy, without even looking at the circular, this is what will happen. I suggest the circular is signed by both of them so that it will jointly they will hold responsible when they face legal recourse?? Or else, one is trying to escape and traps the other only to escape from legal consequences?? But they have clear understanding to sink each others?
