Thanks for your mail related to the efforts I have put in from past 5 years on GF. But let me go through the events that followed after I took over the very complex, ticklish and thorny issue of Green Fields 5 years and what I thought earlier as easy to finish in 18 months in 2009 is totally different when I got in to the issue at right earnest in 2009. Few of them listed as follows:

1. I was not aware of the secretive deals by the illegal association committee with Dr.P.Shankar Rao on not touching the houses in Green Fields even the land grabbers aiming the open plots to be encroached. If that is not the case, why the so called saviours of the colony, both in illegal association and the so called founder did not file cases till today? That answers our members doubts?? But as promised we have done our bit. The FIR 485 of 2011 is the testimony of our efforts to checkmate them. The illegal association neither had guts to do so, nor appreciated our efforts in this issue. I said it and did it. 
2. In the year 2009, when I took over, by cheating the gullible members, I was not aware of the 200 plots bought by various so called ex committee members at rock bottom price in their family members and friends names, including few founders of GF and the illegal committee members with help of the villagers illegally, with whom they have now clear understanding and also have soft corner even now due to such deals. This is one of the reasons, the illegal committee did not join hands with me to cooperate and solve the issue along with the so called ex founder President, who was with me and broke away when he realized that I will not extend any helping hands in grabbing these legitimate buyers lands in GF. If that the not case, why these forces kept quite for 22 full years by not booking cases on these villagers, who not only cheated us by taking Rs.58.05 lakhs ( the full records are with them even now) but also the villagers family members, who are even now antagonising us with cases after cases and these so called saviours watching as mute spectators???  But as promised we have done our bit. The FIR 908 of 2013 is the out come of our efforts in this regard on villagers.  I said it and did it. 
3. I was not aware of the nexus between the lower rug officials of the Malkajgiri Mandal and the land grabbers in alienating the plots in survey No 375 and 379 by Suresh Babu and Ravi Kumar ( Gadder ex-son in law)  in the name of NOC by the so called office bearers of the illegal association. The plots running in to close to 100 now. This was exposed now by us and the cases are filed by us and not by the so called saviours of the colony with help of the most dynamic lawyer, Rajendran, who files cases on drop of hat on those who are fighting for his own rights to get his own plots? Even by the so called legal expert and legal committee head and the so called VP of the illegal association, whose plot is grabbed by the accused was not helpful to restore due to the fear and tainted image they have. The undercover operations are on and will be taken up with cases on them as well. 
4. I was not aware of the huge fraud in the association accounts and the shares the illegal association office bearers and EC members are taking in form of the kickbacks from lawyers and others before I took over. When the issue was brought to my notice, I cracked the whip and acted on these elements. Even, the so called founder president, though he is well aware of the fraud, watched as mute spectators when he was with us and he used to instigate us to act on them, than acting himself only to seek some bargaining chips from illegal elements. Now he is all praise of the illegal association lawyers efforts in 4 cases in High Court. If that is not case, when he was with me, why he did not share the burden of booking cases in these elements, when he had grudge on these elements are true? The outcome of the FIR 252 of 2013 and the present CB CID inquiry with High Court notice are the testimony of our efforts in this regard. I said it so and did it so. 
5. I was not aware of the back ended operations to grab 8 plots in survey No 373 and the so called office bearers of the illegal association were aware of and is well know facts to the illegal association members with plan and coordination with illegal members by Dayanand in advance. But since the illegal association had some grudge with SVGK Murty due to his differences of opinion, they did not disclose the hidden agenda by Dr.P.Shankar Rao and Dayanand with such illegal acts and stayed out of the city to carry out their plan to help the grabbers. If that is not the case, why they did not come forward to help their partner in crime, SVGK to save his own plot with a case immediately to consolidate their position in the colony by now?? The outcome of the present new FIR at Neredmet is the testimony of our efforts. I said it and did it. 
6. I was not aware of their hidden agenda to keep me out of the association affairs due to my upright and straight forward image. If that is not the case, when the very so called cheater and swindler Sivanarayana was not questioned for being the so called General Secretary of the illegal GF for 10 years, though he own the plot in his great wife name, why they objected to me to be the President?  If I take over, they are well aware that I will clean the system and corruption with my iron hands and that will affect them. That is one of the reason, they fabricated an bylaws in the name of 2005 ( first they circulated ) and 2006 ( they changed it by hand and wrote in circular that it is 2006) as amended and try to fool the members. but these thieves headed by satyam and Co got caught with one word in the bylaws and they are finished with that one word. The criminal case is in the offing and when I said it, I will do it. 

The illegal association members celebrated ( prematurely) when the so called founder left me thinking that they got boost by his leaving me. But they did realise that they will get a boot soon, when the criminal acts of that guy was exposed and that put them in back foot and now they are threading caution. I am happy that better sense prevailed. But their game is up and we will finish their illegal acts soon. Even the so called founder will not be spared for illegal acts. He will not get any immunity for his being with me for few years.
