No more statement with CID???

Now the statement as witness with CID is closed forever. No need for anyone to take trouble. The golden chance to get ratified your documents by the CID is lost for the residents. The CID officials are also surprised with such poor response from the real residents, who are suppose to secure their places, who are saying that why the Residents, more than plot owners do not wanted to come and secure their own interest, even after our legal committee putting such huge and best efforts.  Even after explaining the significance of statement with CID in Shankar Rao land grab case, even after highlighting the need to secure our houses, plots by making a statement with CID as witness, even after getting several extensions of the dates, close to 60 of them came forward and recorded their witness statements. This is the kind of apathy of the members with no seriousness for years has put our case for this long only due to exploits of the former illegal association members and also due to Gayaneshwar, who turned the Gun against us now for their own selfish goals. It would have been wonderful chance for all the GF residence to come en mass and would have given statement, the witness protection will be sought for all those residents. But due to their own fear, conflict of interest, many avoided the processes, which will put them in disadvantage at the later stage. After all, the house owners since decided to not to come forward, it is for their own peril. Let us not break our heads with such forces. Neither let us live with what we have than going after what we do not have nor what some do not deserve the best from us. No need to cry for those who laugh at us for our agony.

Let me also clarify to you residents that some rogue forces within colony, those who claim to be the founders are spreading the rumors that I had talk with some forces to reach compromise with illegal association illegal governing body members to join me.  Though I made such offers openly and no secret at all, no such development took place as secret talks at all. But the fact of the matter is that, though few of them tried to do so, the back channel talkers were made clear that no condition will be imposed by these forces to join the legal association, which now they conceded by sending circulars to colony in white papers, with no banners and no address but signed as if President of India. They must come unconditionally and work under us. If they do so, we may decide to drop all the charges/cases on them, if they cooperate with us. This will be, of course a golden chance to them to sink differences with us (legal association) and work for the cause of regularization than the false cases. If they are ready, let them contact me directly, without any brokers. Let the colony gentlemen, like Mr.PBR Rao garu and Mr.Parthasarathy garu, or if any are willing, who are having a statesmanship quality come forward with such proposal. Or else, let it be as it is.  No need to spread falsehood or rumors. Let them live their life, so I do live my life.

Several calls landed up yesterday night and today after I sent the false and frivolous case filed by Gayaneshwar due to only jealously and with grudge since I exposed his several frauds. I have suggestion that those outstation members, who wanted to give statement in favor me in case filed by Gayaneshwar, may send the mail itself, with which I will try to manage without your presence for outstation members with police as proof to prove he is misleading the police. Or, I will talk to our lawyer and design a standard statement, to be sent by every members to me as signed statement. I will convince the police and try to submit the same to police. This can be used for both local ( who are too old to come to station) and outstation members or not will be confirmed after our legal team confirms.
