Giving complaint to Collector on Land grab at GF

Dear All Loyal members.

Now the update is that the revenue officials at lower level are in favour of the ruling party establishment in helping the land grab in government lands at GF, we have no option but to moving to the courts as we have done earlier. The legal advise is obtained and they too feel that even after bring in to the notice of the officials, if they are not acting, we have no option than going to the court of law. But before we go to the courts, the ackn of the complaints by the plot owners with government officials ( RR Dist Collector/RDO and MRO) are critical to use it as evidence in the court of law. 

Hence I request all those plot owners ( I repeat all all those affected plot owners in all survey numbers, including 373,375,378 and so on) in various survey numbers of the GF, that is 373, 375,376,378,379,380,381 and 386, every members must download this format of the petition ( and changes as per your own requirements or your way of communicating), and rush yourselves to these 3 offices and submit the complaints in the inwards, obtain the ackn and give the ackn photo copy to me. We have to move very fast since the issue is going out of our hands, despite the fact I have put in my best efforts. 

The petition must be in 4 copies. You take ackn in one copy with all these 3 offices by submitting the same in inward. Submit one to MRO, RDO and Collector office inwards. Keep the 4th copy as your copy with their stamps of ackn and send that ackn photo copy to me as evidence by post/scanned to me. 

This will be followed by an SMS campaign by every member, which was very tested formula. We have to bring to the dynamic RR Dist Collector notice and make him act.

Please note that those who have submitted petition ( few years ago or recently) earlier and not acted by the government also must be sent to use the same to obtain the court order in favor of us.
