What happen exactly 5 years ago??

Dear All Loyal members,

For late comers,who joined us recently in our fight, they must be updated what has happen 5 years ago and still we are not able go forward even with such orders from Collector only due to the disgruntled elements, who have undermined our best efforts. Just read the letter issued by the Collector RR Dist dated 9th March 2010. What it says is self explanatory.

The letter from Collector says clearly that from past one year ( that from 22nd jan 2009 onwards) I was following it up to regularise our plots.
