As expected, the Contempt Petition Dismissed

Dear All,

I just returned from the high court to check the cases status.

The rival faction, headed by the new rouge element GVVS Murthy, who was colluded with the illegal association ex office bearers and the so called founder, who filed the contempt petition is dismissed in expected line. The grounds were well know that that will not sustain. But they played in to the hands of the enemies. 

This petition was filed only to antagonist the officials with whom I have good relations. They thought that they will screw up my happiness. But since I made my complaint on their illegal acts in written and the action on them is awaited soon for their illegal acts. But the officials fully cooperated with me and as well by me and the counter was filed according to our common consensus. After hearing, the court dismissed the petition. now where they will go? 

It is unwanted and the advise to this old man is misleading and he will pay the price. The order copy is as follows: 

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR

CONTEMPT CASE No.643 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 29.03.2011 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.16006 of 2010.

The Tahsildar, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District filed a counter-affidavit setting out the events that took place after passing of the order by this Court.

He further stated that G.O.Ms.No.166 dated 16.02.2008 under which the applications made by the members of the petitioner association were directed to be considered was stayed by a Division Bench of this Court in a Public Interest Litigation, PIL.No.517 of 2013.

In the light of the narration of the developments since passing of the order in Writ Petition No.16006 of 2010, this Court finds that the basic ingredient of ‘willful disobedience’ is not made out warranting exercise of contempt jurisdiction.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed.
