I agree that we may take up on 11th July 2015 at 11 am with police??

THANKS TO DEAR MURALIKRISHNA ANNA for his proposal. 

Let me be and make it very clear. 

I agree that we may take up on 11th July 2015 at 11 am with the police since it is again a 2nd Saturday. Those who are twin city of Hyderabad BASED GF MEMBERS and those who have intentions to come surely with their family of at least 2 members should be known before hand and the list must be ready on 9th July 2015 itself for 11th July 2015 meeting with police for better plans. 

However, If Numbers are less than 100 members ( that is 50 members with each of 2 of minimum family members), NO such gathering will take place SINCE WE WILL HAVE HUGE MEDIA PRESENCE on that day with our complaint and it is waste of expenses of everyone to come all the way. If Numbers are less. NO need. The impact will be minimal if we have less numbers. 

If Numbers are less, I do not need members to take trouble of coming. I will go some other working days ( if not on a holiday for benefit of members)  with few committee members and manage. No need waste members time, energy and money and waste of publicity at that time. 

Since we will release 2 complaints with proofs to police, the press support is a must. Hence, let us take a call of this meeting the police will take place on the 9th July. No before that? Not before that date since we have to asses the situation.

I request all the members to ponder over this issue and revert with their views. If I am wrong, please correct me. I understand that everyone will have something or other for those who are even city based GF members. But let us plan well and implement. BUT No complaints on you, if you are not coming. 

Let us decide.
