Rejoinder for rogues circular cum Public Notice to the Green Fields colony residents
Dear All, 6th Sept 2015.
I am very sure, by now, you all colony silent/mute spectators/residents of Green Fields would have read the feku-eshwar circular No.1 of 2015 dated 29th Aug 2015 by the so called founder ( it is not even worth taking his name) of the colony, who has cheated you for 23 years as if he is the founder President of Green Fields without any legal entity. Still, you support him due to your own weakness or due to his blackmailing power of exposing your few colony residents’ misdeeds/frauds/cheating of those some of them did it from several years to you all? I am sure one of them is correct? Or else, you mean to say that he will get away with no support from you all, who have lots of grudge and axe to grind against him for his wrong doing? Who is blackmailing whom? That will be known to you all soon.
GVVS Murthy, who is the new force, backed by these anti social elements and land grabbers, who is also part of the FIR 479 of 2015 will sing in front of the police all the frauds they are doing soon. Leave all his gimmicks aside and see the fact below. You if you have little bit of brain or intelligence, you will know who is right, who is wrong. Let us update you after last circular in the month June 2015, since now you see several distortions spread by these rogue anti social elements in the colony as if I am sleeping and they are awake, which is actually the other way around. The facts are as follows:
- Let me first share you the happiest news of all time. The great founder, with help of his so called duplicate steel and cements dealers/land grabbers/radicals/goondas and his close relation, who filed an complaint on me on my emblazonment of society funds went kaput. The Alwal PS had conducted detailed inquiry for 6 months and found that the false complaint filed by the so called founder is only to defame me and found no substance to go for a crime investigation. The same is closed due to lack of evidences. The great founder, to whom you all support, could not bring even one person who paid money to me, which includes his close 2 supporters’ ( aka Mohan Babu and Nagarjuna) proof of the money paid to me.
- Yet another startling revelations is that the rival faction, headed by the new illegally self proclaimed convener, GVVS Murthy, who has colluded with the illegal association ex office bearers headed by one so called JC cum GS of the illegal association ( who is also named as accused in 2 FIRs so far and 1 more to be booked soon), Sadasheva Rao and the old enemy turned new found friend to the so called founder, and that is so called founder, who filed the contempt petition by forging GS/JS signature, is dismissed in expected line, which was well known to me as it will happen even before they filed, but they have filed to only put up a show and attract you all again by getting some order to easily fool you around. The grounds were well known that it will not sustain. But they played in to the hands of the enemies and to open their chances to earn once again. Or else, why they all illegal committee and so called founder joined? Is it not criminal Conspiracy to defame me? Who is funding them when they say they are also fighting on behalf of you? Have you been funding? If so, how much you all have given? Please give me account. I have more right to ask the accounts as legal Presidents from those illegal acts.
- This petition was filed only to antagonize the officials with whom I have good relations. In the past 4 years, this very so called founder said several times in his mails and circulars that I have developed very good relations with all the officials, including the police. Now he is just saying exactly opposite? You know who is opportunist? Only opportunists will do that to fool people like you who are susceptible to such gimmicks of the fraudsters. They thought that they will screw up my happiness by unsettling the cordial relationship I have with revenue departments. But since I made my complaint on their illegal acts in written to all the officials and the action on them is awaited soon for their illegal acts and they will face the music soon. How can they cheat the public repeatedly by telling 100 lies? It can happen only in GREEN FIELDS since they are many like you, which no colony has. But the officials fully cooperated with me and as well by me on this contempt petition and the counter were filed according to our common consensus. I did not even file my impleading petition since I know the outcome before. After hearing, the court dismissed the petition, which was not categorically disclosed by the so called founder/messiah of the colony in his latest circular No 1 of 2015, who himself is a rogue. Now where they will go to cheat for the funds? In other cases, just simply by filing the impleading petitions to make a killing after the obvious orders comes to earn money? It is unwanted and the ill advice to this old man GVVS Murty is misleading and he will pay the price in legal terms. If the order would have come by now in their favor, they would have gone gaga over it. On the 5th June 2015 order of the court said that “willful disobedience” is not made out warranting exercise of contempt jurisdiction. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. Are those hard core supporters are aware of this? Copy is attached for your . This was not disclosed by the great founder in his circular No 1. Why? This was predicted by me and it happen as I have updated in one of my circulars earlier. This was done only to put up show and now the 5th and 6th so called signature campaign also part of the same show put up. What way it will help, when the PIL 517 is pending and will Chief Justice have right to overlook such cases? The new way to earn the fast bucks have started. If one shop is closed, they open yet another shop to make a killing. You resident fall to them? God bless you.
- Now the question is why they kept this development secret for all these long days when the order has come on the 5th June 2015 itself as it is showing? The fraud is played by them to open their shop again if the order would have come in their favor since you all residents are watching as mute spectators & believing them. This is the reason, I pleaded all of you to come to Alwal PS and join me to file a police complaint on these illegal & obstructive elements to take it forward as early as possible before it is too late. Over 100 members, most of them are open plot owners along with few residents responded & the FIR is made on all these illegal association members & the investigation is on. With this case, now they lost an opportunity to earn more money. Now where they will go? They have no choice than spreading such false propaganda on those who are doing a good job and go on repeat the same issues several times, only to confound the confusions created by these rogue/anti social elements to mute residents. Now they will play gimmicks on their visits to AG and high courts for more money by saying that they have impleaded in the case? When their own illegal association so called JS/GS Sadasheva Rao filed the Vakalat though the illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran, why they need again one more person to implead when they are having so much confidence for several years? According to the so called founder, when the final hearing is over in Jan 2014, why they file again an impleading petition? I am sure that these forces know that you all are dumb and they can fool you? It was unwanted exercise and with the ill advice to this old man GVVS Murthy, who is also misleading and he will pay the legal price. Now, GVVS Murthy is already named in one FIR.
- Yes, I filed an RTI only to be sure that how much truth is there on the legality of the great founder house construction. If he is right, he will be spared by the law. But, if he is wrong, he will anyway face the legal consequences. I am sure the truth will come out soon? He thinks that he can do anything and get away. But you colony people only will be able to tolerate all such nonsense, but not by me. When he supports the illegal huts coming up in the colony, you supported him by not coming out openly. Have you asked him now who removed it? Who is sincere in removing the walls? By Rogues/anti socials or by us? Those members without brains need not be updated since they will anyway will not understand the truth.
- Few rogue elements feel the heat of my growing popularity in society, social circuit, anti land grab campaign, anti corruption and activism. But even for that, which is outside the Green Fields issue, they feel jealous of me and now they even started a smear campaign to defame me with non issues as issues and send circulars to the unconcern and mute spectators of the GF colony residents. Joke of the year is that when the GF residents and few supporters of the rogues are not even bothered for very boiling issues like their own houses/plots regularization, will they bother on such rogues and anti socials campaign on my growing stature? But, still some idiots will believe them but few fellows who have sense will not support such police brutality. But at the end of the day, it is sheer coincidence that the TOI carried the article on 30th Aug 2015 on victims getting justice through SHRC and the police are at the receiving end. I warn these rogue elements, to which Mr.GVVS Murthy is a supporter to keep off from defaming me or else, face fresh legal consequences/complications not from me but from the NRI victims of filing a case on the so called founder for dragging their name as if I did this to help these hapless victims of police brutality for my profiting (as if I have taken money from them) with Ireland embassy getting involving in the matter to screw up their happiness. The victims are reaching the so called founder house with his supporters in couple days for dragging their name in the issue to withdraw the remark and apologize or file a police complaint. Very interestingly, the very so called rogue founder of Green Fields was seen around the SHRC to meet somebody on that day with swollen face and grim looks since he got jitters with my getting such huge free publicity at national level in both TV and Print media on this police brutality. But the rogue beat hasty retreat when he saw our big team of media friends and the victim's friends at SHRC. He disappeared in the thin air within minutes when he saw me as well along with our advocate Kalanidhi. But still you colony people and few misguided members wanted to sail with this great so called founder, please confirm your ideas to keep you all off from our activity. A man who justifies land grab is your leader? A man who supports all immoral acts is your leader? GOD blesses you for such wonderful company.
The other issues raised by your great colony founder will be dealt with an appropriate circular, though it is not worth to write to educate to you mute colony residents along with few misguided plot owners, we wanted to do it for putting the issues in proper perspective to come out clean.
The repeating the same issues several times are their habit since they do not find any new issues at all. But it will help me to expose their misdeeds, which you colony fellows do not know that such big fraud is played by them by supporting the illegal huts occupations in colony. You will shell be shocked what happen to these so called protector of the colony by saying they are fighting cases, even do not know such cases are filed and left to get orders as ex partee.
But you all will still support such elements to destroy your own future. There are several characters in your colony, which do not deserve to be residents and have no rights to question me. Can a fellow colony resident, who is in neck deep mess and corruption, can he accuse someone like me and question my commitment? A fellow who is capable to sell his morals to anyone, can he question me my morals? A fellow who uses his de-facto son in law to defame me ( I need not tell his name since he will identify on his own), can he question my integrity and values? Can a fellow, who is known for his cunning mentality, can he question my standing in the society? I leave to you proud Green Fields residents and few plot owners to decide with such people around. But I am sure you regret for your silence and it will be too late?
