Rejoinder cum Public Notice to the Green Fields colony residents

Let me wish you all Happy Ganesh Chavithi.
Those Green Fields silent and mute residents, who trusted the rogues/anti socials/radicals/loafers, who claim that they are saviors of the colony, headed by so called founder and also by the illegal association, run by the group of rouge elements are now doomed.
All these years, having not come out openly to support me from past 6 years to get your plot titles with my solid fight, now you all are back to square one. By any chance your colony great rouges and GVVS Murty sent any circular what I am trying to update you? Or a new force, Srinivasa Reddy, who claims that these forces are doing right thing by not supporting me is going to take responsibility to 2 such flop show in the courts & apologize to public for their misdeeds? Just see the below the statement mentioned by Telangana Govt to high court.
The Hindu: AP, TS not to implement GO 166. LEGAL CORRESPONDENT
The State governments of AP and Telangana informed the Hyderabad High Court that the GO 166 issued by the then Congress government under late Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy for regularisation of encroached government lands will not be implemented by them. The Division Bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising Acting Chief Justice D.B. Bhosale and Justice S.V. Bhatt was informed about this on Thursday. The Bench was dealing with a batch of writ petitions filed by CPI (M) and others challenging this GO. It was averred that occupation of lands up to nearly half acre was permitted to be regularised and this is against public policy. When the case came up for hearing on Thursday both the governments said that the GO will not be implemented.
The so called savior of your colony and the so called founder, in his circular No 1 says that they have impleaded in this PIL 517, which is now deposed of on the 10th Sept 2015. Have you all been updated by rogues what they got out of it? Do you know the status? Please go to GVVS Murty and your so called founder and the self-styled aSatyam and Co along with Sadasheva Rao and find out what happen to the case and seek the order copy, which would have been ready with them by now since they are party to the case.
After all, you colony resident (except few sincere people who know who is doing right thing) you only believe cheaters, anti social elements, radicals and rogues. Please go with them now to get your plots. Your own approach doomed you & brought you all to such situation. Even few colony elite, who are requested to persuade the residents to come out openly to support our legal association after the illegal association run by aSatyam and Co have lost 2 case in the courts related to our election, did not take interest & now they brought this grave situation and lost best opportunity. The outcome of the judgment is known, as dismissed, but they filed for only as gimmick to make money by impressing you all.

Now coming to these anti regularization elements impleading in the cases mentioned by the so called founder. First & the foremost fraud expose is that the case No WP 24846/2013, the number is masked by the rogue since he himself said in one circular that the final hearing is over, that too without AG/Government filing the counter at all & the judgment is awaited in the year 2014 Jan itself. Now in such case, why they are impleading when the final hearing is over? Their own print out says that the last listed date was 1st June 2015. How come a case finally heard & ready for judgment is listed again after it is heard in Jan 2014? Joke.
The earlier 2 hours meeting (now the Circular No 1 says 1 hour meeting and few days later, gradually, it will say no meeting took place with AG) with AG by these elements has not helped them to file counter even now after 18 months after meeting? Why? If the AG filed the counter, why not these elements seek a copy from their good friend & release the counter copies to colony? If your colony residents have little brains, you know who is cheating whom?? The outcome of the judgment is known, as dismissed when it is heard, but they filed for only as gimmick and earn few fast bucks
Now coming to WP 15895. According to these rogue elements, even this case was also heard finally without government final counter in Jan 2014 itself and the orders were expected in few days at that time. If that is the case, why they are now impleading in such situation, when the orders were expected? Even according to the rogue own circular, the status of the case shows as still to be admitted. It is stating very clearly in posting column as “for admission and hearing”, which means that the case will be heard after admission. When they had 2 hours meeting with AG and the he was to help them, why the final counter is not filed by the AG and why the help is not coming to them with their highly powerful and influential contacts? Who is putting flowers in your ears? Even here, the outcome of the judgment is known well before, as dismissed, but they filed for only as gimmick.
Yet another fraud the rogues are playing with you colony people is that they have concealed with your residents 2 more cases filed by 2 of their own created demons in which they have not impleaded and the details as follows:

The following case is filed by Mr.Gaddar Son, to keep Mr.Gaddar away from this controversy.

The first one ( 22733) is filed by the hut dwellers, on whom these so called saviors are going soft and did not even given a single complaint to authorities till now and watching as mute spectators. The 2nd case is ( 7481) is filed by Mr.Gaddar (through his son) with whom these forces again closely associated. If that is not the case, why they are not yet impleaded in these cases till now to protect our interest? Please seek their clarification since the huts are in Survey No 378 and the case is filed as if the huts are in survey No 377. Are they will implead in this case also to fight for your interest? Or will they help these hut dwellers to stay put in colony? At least now wake up and support a sincere and hard worker like me. Or else, you will never get your plots till your death due to these forces mishandling. Decide now before you all are doomed further.
Or, if you still have reservations to come to me, it is better to go on your own and get your plots without these rogue elements in picture. Otherwise, you all are in for more shocks from these elements. God save colony residents.
