GREEN FIELDS PLOT OWNERS ASSOCIATION

As very rightly the famous poet Wordsworth said “MEN MAY COME AND MEN MAY GO.... BUT WE GO ON FOREVER”. That is what we are doing from past 6 years. But see what happens in case of the anti socials & rogue elements did from past 24 years. First, it was without any legal sanctity & sanction, without proper SOP, Gayaneshwar, who even kept all his erstwhile committee members in dark that the association was illegally run even without filing single returns from past from 1992 and he was running GFPOA illegally for years without any legal validity. Thankfully, the next set of illegal association rouge elements/anti socials removed him by voting him out and he was on the roads. He did his best to finger others in spare time. Since he could not do anything, he joined to use me against them. But he failed.
Then, the Satyam & Co, the pro Shankar Rao group of colony residents, who had understanding with him that he will not harm house owners ruled the roast for few years illegally with even with unapproved and forged bylaws to their illegal operational convenience. They too failed to use these forged bylaws against me with the Election Organizing Committee by sending through Rajendran, but failed. Thanks to Nageshwar Rao, this illegality was exposed by me. They were also now on the roads for their misdeeds.
Then came a set new group of rogue with help of collection master and fraudsters, Ms.Durga, with help of Sadasheva Rao/KBR Prasad & others, those who have collected several lakhs of rupees in the name of BPS ( it is well known that even before which was not applicable to us at all), LRS, ( which was also not applicable to us) along with several lakhs of rupees in the name settlement to villagers ( which was illegally taken even after settling in 1995 without even title) and GO 166 ( as if they got it with their efforts), came, collected and disappeared after the funds are collected with a false case on me. Not even single member lodged police complaint on these groups till now on their frauds due to the fear of booking false cases. They are not only roaming freely but also causing obstruction to us.
Then came yet another group, headed by Yogesh Gir ( planted by Gayaneshwar) /Narasimhan, who, in collaboration with few members of illegal association, headed by Satyam & Co, collected few lakhs of rupees in the name of out of turn GO 166 regularisation & vanished in the thin air & never appeared again, nor anyone filed criminal case on these elements due to fear of these elements. They too went underground and no talk of that. Their bravery is seen.
Then came new group of betrayers from our own group, headed by Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu/Nagarjuna Rao which broke away from us in the name of funds issue ( which was never been an issue at all) and started campaign as if they are going to topple me forever with such falsehood and by sending all distorted mails/circulars/bogus claims to all sundry & their lies were exposed by me by para wise their misdeeds and criminal intent. They too got buried forever under the weight of heap of lies, vanished from the map of GF and later they broke away themselves away due to their own internal conflicts amongst Mohan Babu and Nagarjuna Rao on sharing the booty. No one knows their addresses now.
Now a new & more mysterious combination of rogue elements emerged, in the name of Convener, GFPOA (the post does not exist in the bylaws 1992 or in their forged bylaws) with help of few old rogue elements. The so called Convener of this illegal unit is a new mysterious person called GVVS Murthy ( I understand that he owns 8 plots), who started sending letters to govt & members with help of the database available with few rogues, saying that he filed one contempt case on govt and he is handling all the 3 cases pending in AP High Court and he met AG as well.
I am happy that these illegal forces understood the implication out of my open public notice and changed their tack by not filing the case in their names due to legal implications. This means, the so called illegal lawyer Rajendran is out, since the new rogue element is not using the services of Rajendran?? So called saver of colony Gyaneshwar, who falsely claimed that the final hearing is over on 13thJan 2014 ( even in 2 cases, the cases are yet to be admitted since both are show cause notice before admission & he falsely claims that the final hearing is over & judgment is awaited) Gayanehswar says that he met AG and had meeting for 2 hours ( which was proved to be false) & going to fight all these 3 cases is also out of picture?? The so called JS & officiating GS of the illegal run association, Sadashiva Rao is out from these cases for good?? According to me...no. The new criminal conspiracy has emerged. Watch out.
Interestingly, according to GVVS Murthy, when I spoke with him on the 22nd April 2015, on his own admission, the so called contempt case was filed by him & not by Sadasheva Rao & nor by Rajendran as their lawyer. When I asked why he is not using the so called outstanding lawyers Rajendran services, he said both Rajendran & Sadasheva Rao are useless fellows & it is they who messed it up with association matters all the while for years and they cannot handle such matters anymore. But I am sure that is not the reason but the legal implications are the deterrent. I am happy that better sense prevailed.
Hence GVVS Murty is taking up the contempt as part of the conspiracy. First he said that he will only fight contempt case and not all the other 3 cases. But what he said and what he is doing is doing exactly opposite. This is a new group was floated to protect those who realized that they are now cornered legally by to fix them legally. Let us see how many days this man will run the show?
But the true fact emerged now is that the contempt petition is in the name of Sadashava Rao ( though Murthy says that Rao is useless fellow, hence he will not allow him to file) but without Rao knowledge , Murty used Rao name for some mysterious reason. It is not signed by Sadasheva Rao either but forged or falsely signed by Gyaneshwar, according to the copy of the petition seen by me. I think Murty, to secure his personal plots, is picking up one from illegal association, one land grabber, one antisocial and trying to emerge as Convener for this new rogue elements???
In the meanwhile, on advice of the revenue officials, I met AG garu & I had 2 minutes short meeting with AG few days ago. Since he was going out, he asked me to meet him later this week with few documents along MRO or RDO. During that time, when asked him about one Gayaneshwar meeting him for 2 hours few months ago, AG said that no one in that name ever or never met him. But AG garu admitted that someone met him (he do not remember his name) few days ago for 2 minutes & sent them without much entertaining them. I understand it is none other than GVVS Murty. Now the question is...
- If sincere, why Murty is now trying to finger our efforts and if at all he is sincere to solve the issue, he should have come to us & extended his helping hands than joining all illegal forces?
- Who is behind these forces? and who is funding them? Who is trying undermine us?
New dimensions to our episode since many of the residents are watching these developments as mute spectators. It is a serious issue, which will further delay our regularization. My best solution would be to file a criminal case (signed by all members) on all these forces with these documents and put them behind bar? With a complaint, we will assemble at Alwal PS on a holiday and lodge the complaint with police for their cheating, impersonation, breach of trust, criminal conspiracy & so on. Or else, these will grow as yet another monster??
It is a shock of their life to those who are having tacit understanding with the so called Protected Tenants ( PTs/villagers), who are villagers in this case ( who turned rogue elements with help of our own colony residents), to whom they have paid Rs.58.05 lakhs compensation of money collected from open plot owners (without even before the title issue was not decided by the government in the year 1995, paid by one founders misleading the members) that they will not be allowed to sell any plots illegally ( as they were doing with underhand dealing with the former so called founder & illegal association members) in Green Fields anymore. In a major breakthrough, on our representation, the government issued new orders now as well the ban of the sale of these plots, which will safeguard your open plots. But if any of our loyal members come across with the suspicious activities of the grabbing of plots or sale of our members plots, they must report immediately the matter to Alwal Police, Collector/RDO/MRO and to legal association for necessary follow up with authorization to us.
Earlier also, the Collector, RR Dist, directed the MRO to issued orders Sub Registrar to not to entertain any registration in these Survey No at Green Fields colony with a ban letter to the Sub Registrar Vallabhanagar, Begumpet in the year 1995 itself. The order copy was with our illegally run association from past 25 years. But the issue was kept under wrap by the so called founder and not made public with warnings when such sale were going on since they were beneficiaries. But the illegal trade was going on with help of many anti socials/rogue elements support of the colony. Having changed the status of all the survey numbers as government lands in Pahanis, now the next logical step was this to happen. And at last the government issued proceedings to the concern authorities to ban all sale of open plots and even houses in Survey No 373,375,376,378,379,380,381,386 of Kanajiguda Village, Malkajgiri Mandal. Those sales taken places after old and new ban will be identified separately and will be cancelled with a special order by the new Telangana Govt for their quick action. The work is under progresses.
Some of those traitors/rogues elements/anti socials/the so called illegal governing body members, who were ( in the group mail) passing on our internal secrets to our rivals, are now shocked & they never had the clue of my efforts to impose these bans due to the secrecy I have maintained. Now they will scramble for running around with panic since they will not able to sell any open plots illegally. These forces, sit at A/c comfort at home, go by newly bought a/c bullock carts ( unlike I go by a/c car), eat grass ( instead of food like me ) & make such irrelevant comments & try to make an issue out of nothing. They have audacity to say to verify the acts of my claims to be true or false, where by not even single person believe them for years. They are decimated only due to their own conflict of interest. God is great. Their game is up. No more short cut profits by selling government lands in Green Fields illegally.
