Many of our members took it with pinch of salt when I said it likely to happen. As I was always saying from several months,  so also as per our Field Intelligence Unit is having info of the disgruntled elements are trying to destabilize me with some false and frivolous case or other, it appears it is true now.  It is outrageous and bizarre that the man who himself joined me by saying that he wanted to extend the helping hands to fight the land grabbers, the very man who said that he will hypothecate his house since no one is paying the money to me to fight against Dr.P.Shankar Rao, filed very case on society funds misappropriation when the association account is in freeze.   Amongst the first to file, as expected, the great Gayaneshwar, to defend his wrong doing, misdeeds and fraud in Green Fields association by running illegally for 23 years, he went offensive on me with a false and frivolous case against me with Alwal PS under the directions of the Medchal court. Interestingly, though all the issues are related to GFPOA, he filed case only on me is showing the mala fide intentions very clearly.

I was requested to be present with police on the 27th Jan 2015 and as desired by the police, I was present in front of them along with 2 committee members, Ram Babu and Inayat Hassan. The notice was served on me to seek my clarification related to the complainant charges. The notice is attached for your information. I will be giving my detailed statement in written with what he suppressed many facts in the complaint and what kind of details required from him to expose his own fraud that he committed from past 23 years.

This is nothing short of intimidate me to help the land grabbers, on whom I have filed 4 cases. This is nothing short to scare me to be away from Green Fields affairs. This is nothing short to gain the foothold to gain the legally running association to put us in trouble and destabilize the efforts of our team. This is nothing short of silence my freedom of speech with rejoinders after rejoinders on his falsehood and mischief he played by releasing the fudged information and tried to cover-up his wrong doing by charging me with such outrageous charges of swindling society funds, where by now he is supporting the very forces headed by Satyam, whose team have swindled the public funds, which he himself charged for years on them, but now they are friends . Why the equation has changed due to what facts? According to him, those who are fraudsters, headed by Satyam are his friends now and those who fought the very fraudsters with his information are now Gayaneshwar enemies? He will have to answer this in the court.

Now I have only one plea to make to all our members. If all our members do not come out openly with their support to refute these misappropriation of funds charges, the whole issue gets diverted and he will gain the foothold and all of us will have to be under his mercy and the games what he will play will be very well known to all of you for years. If all of you do not support my efforts, by coming to police station as my witness that I have done no wrong, the emerging invisible forces will take full advantage of the situation and exploit and draw fresh blood from our innocent and gullible members with their blackmail tactics. If we do not checkmate these forces, according to the our own FIU, Gayaneshwar is instigating few more persons to file few false and frivolous cases with his political and police connections to file few more cases on me with several false information and derail the regularization processes. I am not only sure but confident that GOD will help me to overcome this issue as well since I know I have not done any wrong. But these forces, with their clout to bring in paid witnesses (the same thing happen in case of Kanakadurga and Rajendran case, where they paid money to few witnesses and bought them as witness) and create havoc. 

I do not think that you all deserve such situation when a person, who is working 24X7 to get your plots, should be put into such situation. Irony is that those who really did fraud with society funds, who were asked to be exposed by the very Gyaneshwar is now siding them and taking their support to his so called expose on me. I already predicted with their movements that it is in the offing. Exactly he did it the same way I said.  If GF residents do not come forward to support me by refuting with such false allegation, even GOD will not pardon them. Do not hide your face from the truth. Not even a single person from the colony has paid any money to the legal association after I took over. If anyone paid to me, it is only after the 2012 AGM mandate, that too as pure personal loan, of course without interest. Out of the 260 residents, may be 4 of them paid as loan. Not even your so called founder President, who paid single rupee. 

But what would be the lesson some will learn out of such incident is that those who have given such false complaints will fall in to their own grave and get buried for such false charges. GOD will never leave them in peace for their wrong doing and that too on a chaste Brahmin like me, who is doing a yeoman service to get everyone plots ( including theirs) with so much of efforts, that too single handedly by fighting the land grabbers and land mafia and syndicate. If our members keep quite by not coming forward in support of me, the damage they will cause to their own interest will be irrevocable in the long run. 

But what bothers me the most is that with his such antics, Gayaneshwar is all likely to drag some of the decent residents, who were earlier committee members into deep trouble by sending blackmail draft legal notices and trying to checkmate the expose of the fraud of the land grab attempt by cheating few gullible non members as members by promising the plots in the name of surplus plots in the Green Fields. Now it is time for both Mr.PBR Rao garu and Mr.Parthasarathy garu to come out openly, wither support to me, or support of Gayaneshwar to be on the right side of the justice. If such notice comes, earlier committee members during the settlement money payment time, like those who were governing body members as per Gyaneshwar list to be submitted to the court and the police will be either treated as part of the crime or as witness to this fraud? Let the notice come signed by the lawyer and then it will be also dealt with proper reply by our lawyers as well.  Of course, the draft legal notice does not consist of any documents of their receipts ( I suppose some fake numbers are given by him) copies payment to these plots as membership fees and settlement money and no repayment documents with the bank statements copies and several other proofs to substantiate his false claim. Let us wait and watch.

Our strong supporters, who are sure to come, must write to me by mail for their support. All these days, you have said that you will stand by me. Now it is time to prove that we are united to finish such anti regularization forces legally forever from the map of Green Fields and prove that the law of the land is not that weak. Those who were watching from the sidelines, better to be sensible to be with me than feeling sorry later by those, who are cats on the walls.

‘Regularisation of house sites will be subject to writ orders’

A Division Bench of the Hyderabad High Court comprising Chief Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta and Justice P.V. Sanjay Kumar on Monday made it clear that regularisation of house sites under encroachment would be subject to orders in the writs filed, challenging GOs 58 and 59. The cases were filed by Prof. P.L. Visveswar Rao and others, who contended that the Telangana State government had issued GOs 58 and 59 to regularise encroachments without evolving a mechanism to impose penalty and check misuse. They lamented that such large-scale regularisation was against public policy.

The Bench directed the government to file a counter affidavit and made it clear that regularisation would be subject to orders in the writ and that all applicants shall be informed accordingly.

Though not applicable to us, New GO 58,59 Land regularisation subject to HC ruling

Dear All,

I wanted to be reassured of that the GO 58,59 is not applicable to GF is well known by my sending regular updates. Now though it is not relevant to us, as expected and predicted by me, the citizens have moved a petition with honorable high court and the court gave directions by saying that " Land regularisation subject to HC ruling". The detailed report is sent here with appeared in TOI today.

If any of you have seen in different papers, please send me the link or scanned copies to circular the same to members to educate them. 

By going through with application, with some misleading statements of the illegal association, the whole issues would have been created problems by getting struct with our money as well, if at all we followed them??

Land regularisation subject to HC ruling

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad High Court on Monday made it clear that all the ongoing regularization of plots of varied extents by the Telangana government would be subject to the final outcome of the judgment on the petitions that challenged the scheme. 

The bench comprising Chief Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta and Justice Sanjay Kumar made this interim order while hearing pleas filed by professor PL Vishweshwar Rao and Anwar Khan, a city-based lecturer who challenged the GO Ms No 58 and 59 issued on Dec 30, 2014 for regularization of encroached government land. 

The bench while observing that state has the power to deliver social justice, wondered if the state would do anything for law-abiding citizens as well. 

"Helping encroachers is your policy. But those people (who don't resort to such unlawful activities) too should be helped," it said. 

The bench directed the state to file its counter within four weeks.

Before we give our comments on the so called informal meeting ( with no agenda and with no jenda than Chandrasekhar bashing on 18^th Jan 2015 by illegal association Satyam and new fund friends ) it looks like that the new GO 58, 59, released by the Telangana Govt recently has not only created ripple in the whole new Telangana state due to utter confusion, it also created such situation with our several members of GF residents who went tizzy, who were never logged on to the legal association from past 5 years of our efforts, that too despite our best efforts to convince them, but now they have surfaced and started calling me from past 6 days. So far, I have received 150 new members’ calls to seek our help to clarify. As emergency message to open plot owners, who are listed with us in mail, since I have to get a clear picture from the government official ( who are also under utter confusion) and till I revert to you, keep chill and do not worry on rushing to any offices for forms. The same will be updated as and when the clear picture emerges from the officials.  Since those loyal members who have houses, other than our committee members, like Inayat and Ram Babu and couple of the new followers joined recently from GF along with few of the old followers, who have houses, they will be communicated separately the developments by calling them on how to go about it. Those who have houses and support us are handful and we will take a call separately by protecting them.

Since we are already dumped by the house owners of Green Fields from past 5 years by not joining the legal association, overconfidently thinking that they are safe with houses, the fracture is clear with their attitude and it has further complicated the matter to large extent. What they would have paid if they would have joined 5 years ago was Rs.1,50,000 will be 10 times now. More complicated is that now they have to find out a new leader ( with clean image and not tainted like earlier)  to lead them to settle the issue by paying the huge cost of the regularisation amounts immediately, which is likely to burn their pockets and also their heart as well.  GOD is so cruel to open plot owners of the new state ( and to GF as well)  and the new government will pay the price for that with big backlash to be taking place soon. But let us think that in way it is good that the fight by the houses owners by not paying that big some, the fight is likely to benefit us as well at a later date since those who CRY will get benefits, those who SMILE and wait also will get the same later.

On 14^th Jan 2015, our Field Intelligence Unit called and said that there is rumor in the colony is that the illegal association ex committee members, headed by Satyam & Co/and or/ joining hands with Gayaneshwar and/or Anil Kumar ( defunct Sree Sai Welfare Association so called President) are now in panic mode and wanted to call a short notice meeting ( without any banner) with an paper advertisement on may be 18th Jan 2015. Possibly, this is a joint strategy by all these fringe forces to gain their lost group and try to attack legal association with some hidden agenda. Though we have all legal option open to finish their meeting with a stay order from the court, provided if they use the Green Fields legal association name, we will watch their moves only silently to fix them later from the sidelines. A new group of joint looters is emerging, more to fool the residents. Hence they must be more cautious.  My appeal to our loyal members is that:

1.             Do not respond to their appeal, since they have no right call meeting in the name of Green Fields Plot Owners Association, JAC, Green Fields Area Plot Owners.

2.             And do not attend such meetings called by any others useless forces, unless we clear it to participate. Or, if go now without our mandate, which may be projected as support to these anti regularization elements,

3.             All residents also must be kept away from this meeting to safeguard from their misleading assurances and bogus claims. Sadasheva Rao is the biggest culprit of all. I have attached his letter to RR Dist Collector. Read and decide how great guy this man, whose personal ego affected our cause?

4.             Tell also those Cats on the walls to keep away to protect their interest also, since they are more susceptible to such offers.

5.             Do not pay any money in the name of expenses for the future meetings, which may be only to distort the facts and distract your attention on legal association.  Yes, if they ask as loan, you must pay and ask them to seek a mandate like I did from the legal association AGM.

6.             Our undercover agents will give feedback to us and we will keep you posted the developments with their hallow promises. With several conflict of interest they have, will they do justice?

Why I say so? This way only to neutralize our pole position (since legal association is heading now) and try to distract few poachable members to cross fence. But though we are not bothered with such ficklest minded members, we must caution them with such offers from dubious characters. Rest left to their individual decisions.  But those who think that they will do it, please make your names public by participating the meeting. We will unplug them from the officials list of the GF members and mails as well.

I also appeal to all our loyal members to plant their own agents to get feedback than attending on their own and sign the register and seek the copies of the documents. Since it is likely public meeting at GF colony, anyone can attend. Possibly ask them record the proceedings with phone-cam, take photos and keep the copies of the docs distributed by them with you to bring it to us to file criminal cases at later dates.

Some more details emerged about the so called meeting of handful members at GF which was lead by Anil Kumar after the panic buttons pressed by few residence. In the processes, I understand that Gayaneshwar deliberately mislead the handful of these participating members that some land grabbers were trying to attack him at his residence on instigation of somebody.  This is only to gain public sympathy than the facts.  The fact is as follows:

The circular by me to the colony with MRO covering letter ( Gayaneshwar went and shouted with rage in front of all the officials at RDO at  newcomer of RDO office at RTI section as if he revealed these names, but the fact is by then when I came know that the letter is missing at RDO, I applied an RTI at MRO office and got it) was supplied some villagers to these so called grabbers. Among them, one of them is dead. How can a dead person can grab the land?? This is the question the family asked to withdraw the complaint on the dead. But he is trying misleading the public with false propaganda to gain public sympathy as if they came to attack him.  No such incidence tool place.

According to the so called grabbers, who are not yet booked by police with efforts of Gayaneshwar, after they met, he slammed the door at his residence and did not allow them even to talk Gayan. Immediately on call from Gayan to one person, they went to one duplicate  cement & steel dealer ( who is close to radicals and anti social elements) and he threatened these grabbers that he will call police and book them and asked them to not to disturb the great Gayaneshwar. The simmering differences are growing to blow away everyone. But I was unduly dragged into this controversy by these forces only to divert the main issue. I swear in the name of GOD, that neither had I met them nor I know them.  This is false propaganda to seek your support with sympathy.  Can anyone support land grabbers of Green fields? Please be assured that I will take up the very complaint of the great gayan with police to book the case and expose his revenge acts on those poor villagers. Then he will know what I am up to.

Now the question is why they both joined hands ( Gayan and this cement dealers ) to finish the land grabbers? I understand from our sources that these rickshaw pullers are turning into threat to this so called cement dealer as his competitor in all building material. Their differences have turned our GF as platform for their turf war to be used by the cement dealer to finish the poor fellows for the gain of Gayan close friend. One is aiding the other in their activities. More details will emerge after these so called emerging leaders meet me later at our term for a common meeting at GF if they were supposed to be calling. Let us not surrender our pole position to these elements. This meeting will decide the future of GF with rebels and true worriers.

No more statement with CID allowed

Dear All members,

The statement as witness with CID is closed for ever. No need for anyone to call. The CID officials are also surprised with such poor response, who are saying that why the plot owners do not wanted to come and secure their own interest, even after my putting such huge efforts. 

Even after explaining the significance of statement with CID in Shankar Rao land grab case, even after highlighting the need to secure our plots by making a statement with CID as witness, even after getting several extensions of the dates, close to 60 of them came forward and recorded their witness statements. This is the kind of apathy of the members with no seriousness for years has put our case for this long only due to exploits of the former illegal association members and as well as Gayaneshwar, who turned the Gun against us now.

Interestingly, only 6 of the house owners, including Ram Babu and Inayat has come forward to give witness. It would have been wonderful chance for all the 150 plus residence to coe and enmass would have given statement, the witness protection will be sought for all those residents. but due to their own fear, conflict of interest, many avoided the processes, which will put them in disadvantage. After all, the house owners since decided to not to come forward, it is for their own peril. Let us not break our heads with such forces. Let us live with what we have than going after what we do not have nor what some do not deserve the best from us. No need to cry for those who laugh at us for our agony.

On amendments to GO 59, not applicable to us

Today, I have received many calls to seek my comments on the new amendments to the GO 59 ( regularisation to those who have structures in Govt lands and not for open plots in Govt lands) by the government. This is not applicable to Green Fields since our applications are not yet rejected yet under GO 166 as of now, which is sub-judice since a stay is pending in high court. It is also not applicable to us only due to more so since the majority of our members are open plot owners and those who have houses, who are also part of the legal association will be taken care later with Apex Court, if warranted. Do not get panicked with such developments. 

Please wait for the developments unfolding after Feb 28th after the date expires. I also understand that the new GO on open plots may be coming, superseding the GO 166, after the court cases is vacated. Let us wait and watch.

AGM probable dates...direct, or virtual or set of members?

Dear All,

I am putting these following proposals to public opinion to make matter simple and easy related to the AGM of the GFPOA. 

Option 1.

If the AGM is called to passing few important issues, can it be 

1. By the Sunday, March 29th 2015 at 10.30 to 4 pm ( before it is too hot) , or 
2. With lunch? 5th April 2015??
3. Or without lunch?
4. At Railkalyan or some other place in city?
5. Must collect Rs.300 or Rs. 500/-???
6. Must send agenda by mail or not??

Option 2. Alternatively, we can have zero expenses AGM?

Can we have email based ( a novel way) the AGM? Where by on that day, the fixed date and time, the whole matter will be send via email to everyone, who will participate in the debate. It will be hooked to whatsup also. The same will be consolidated as one resolution and everyone will download the resolutions hard copy and sign and send it, as we did last time? This is virtual AGM. 

If conduct the personal presence AGM, it will cost around minimum Rs.50,000 with all copies of the minutes, agenda, other copies of the documents. 

Option 3: 

Now yet another idea is that every Sunday, a mini AGM kind will be organised at my house with 20 people interacting with each others and those who come on that day with advance appointment and or information, they will taken care of. This will give better chance to discusses with each others and a consolidated report will be sent on these developments. 

Unlike the other issues, every members must give their open and clear feedback on this proposal. This idea will be floated in the website and facebook also along with whats up. Let us how may will come with clear ideas? 

The final call will be taken after the 9 members governing body and committee meeting on the 1st Feb 2015 at 4.30 pm to review the results at my residence.

Colony meeting

Dear All,

I am happy to say that not even a single person from our legal association affiliated members attended the meeting, called by the illegal association ex illegal President Satyam. They made close to 500 calls and the attendence to the colony meeting shows that close 50 attended, including 9 from the colony.

One of the attendee is the one who promoted the cause of colony AGM meeting, Nagarjuna, who has jumped the fence now, attended this meeting with such low numbers would have been in jitters. This vindicates my statement that, though I am not afraid to conduct the meeting at GF colony, the very numbers are not worth the trouble and there is no justification. If at all we conduct our AGM at colony, hardly few residents will come ( those who have hidden agenda) and only disturb the proceedings and cause inconvenience to the members who came all the way from city to attend with hope for a solution. 

Since no official members attended as per our appeal, we have no first hand feedback on the whole episode. Till today, we are surprised that they did not send any minutes or circular to the colony. Interestly, I understand that only 9 members from colony attended the meeting.

Since few members wanted to know the outcome, I am publishing this info. Except the defreezing the bank account to spend the money in the bank,

Dear all,                                                                                       24^th Jan 2015.  

I have been saying so and it is happening again and again. 16^th Jan 2015, there was a big commotion in the colony with several huts surfacing again at various places. I have received the first call from our undercover agent at 3.05 hours followed by several calls right up to 9.57 PMfrom him by reporting from time to time. I also called the officials as follows:

1. VRO Gangadhar at 3.15, 5.26,5.59 PM. MRI at 5.51 PM,
2. MRO at 3.46,4.10,5.37 PM. 
3. RDO at 3.34, 3.36, 5.34, 5.35 PM. 
4. Alwal CI at 5.06, 
5. ACP at 5.08, 
6. SI at 5.11 PM. 

On our alert, thanks to all officials, everyone acted very swiftly and the major encroachments were checked, thanks to police, they too sent the forces and the cases will be booked soon and also the illegal huts will be removed in couple of weeks by government after the new collector is updated on the issue. Let us see who will stop. I understand that some anti regularization forces in the vicinity are behind these activities. The inquiry is on and the details will emerge and those also will be booked.

Those who are willing to work as undercover agents to safeguard our interest of our plot owners, in the future, they must call directly MRO and RDO on encroachments and identify with your name to them and tell them to send workforce to remove the encroachments and book the cases. The RDO No is 8978887713 and MRO No is 9849904240. Keep our team also updated. We will follow it up.

Till MRO arrived at around 6.15 pm, on orders of RDO to inspect, no heroes, other than, thanks to our Colony Admn Team and Committee members, that is Mr.Ram Babu and Inayat along with our undercover agents, no one were seen at scene of crime. The savior of the colony, who fingers on every issue, Sri Sri Sri Gayaneshwar, was not even aware of the commotion. Later, after several years in exile, Mr.Satyam surfaced to capitalize his presence to earning few brownie points during the time of MRO arrival. No complaint in written was lodged by them to book the cases. By then it was too late. But the very forces tried their best impresses the MRO. But he did not even bother and of course mentioned one word very clearly. That is Chandrasekhar has called several times RDO to press MRO to be rushed to contain the illegal acts. He did not even bothered who were these and do not know who these forces (who claim that Sekhar is not doing anything but MRO recognizes Sekhar) and trying impresses him. But their claims will be as if they are doing wonders and I am sitting at home, travel by a/c car, eat in 5 star hotel, but they project as if they are going around in their bullock carts and eating grass and doing it. Even if these forces have to give complaint, they have no legal rights over using the GFPOA name in any capacity and they are welcome to lodge complaint in their personal capacity. Will they do it?? Let us wait and see.

At the same time, even after several hurdles created by certain forces to put me in silence mode with filing false and frivolous cases, some forces tried to call illegal but informal meeting of members at GF last Sunday ( first they said that it will be at old GF office, but later quietly put up tent and conducted at open place near the ground since the plot owner at old GF office objected to their illegal meeting, which they did not disclose it) to say that only due to Sekhar, the Vijaya Bank seized the bank account with balance of Rs.20 lakhs plus they are not able to do anything. Some forces trying to spread miscommunication with several distortions in that meeting, but no circulars in their personal capacity is released by spreading awareness and what transpired, who attended, who said what and what is out come. This show that it is a flop show and so called “Transparency International” members, like Gayaneshwar, Mohan Babu and Nagarjuna, did not even bothered to come out with a personal joint circular ( along with Satyam joining them) with what transpired and what was agenda and people said and what is the future course of action, other than de-freezing the bank Vijaya Bank account and use it for their luxury. But if they do such mistake of passing any such wrong information to bank to de freeze, they will be held accountable for their criminal acts. Those who vote to such bizarre proposal (a signed letter and resolution is required now) will be part of the criminal conspiracy. The CB-CID will be informed of the same as part of the case under investigation under high court order. One proposal was to start a so called JAC, which I was holding for years. Or maybe they will start a new association with all those who have fallen association or others to work for cross purposes?    But how did they manage the expenses? Who paid to such illegal meetings and their names must be release for the future use? What are the accounts procedures??  What is explanation they will give for their saying I collect loan is wrong and they collected the expanses from members is right? You must observe the double speak and understand what is the situation of Chandrasekhar, who is battling the whole set of rogues such as Shankar Rao and co single handedly. But let us not give any importance to those who spread falsehood and trying cash up on by playing on public sentiment, but those will be wiped out soon.

But I am going about the way it should be done. I am happy to say that we have professionally went about and opened our channel of communication with the new RR Dist Collector garu with seeking an exclusive appointment with all the officials of RR Dist as joint meeting to sort out many pending issues. This way, every collector was met by me earlier and things have been brought to the notice of the new admin to best way we could do. The petition is on his table for consideration. Now I appeal well in advance that we all members must meet him in "Praja Sadassu"-"Citizen Interface" on the 2nd Feb ( Monday) 2015 at 11 am in person and take it up from here on with pending issues list, which is delaying the regularisation. Looking at the present new collector garu task on hand, with his dynamic approach, we must see that we must add our case as well to move the same as top priority case. Even if those who can make it every Monday with some petition or other, like one week pending issues, one week demolishing, one week court case and so on,   we must keep our issue on boiling for 4 week with their attention. But I am not sure how many will come forward from colony since everyone will have their own work, ego, reservations and do not find time to come and support such cause. Since the disgruntled elements spreading falsehood and mischief on legal association,  now onwards, I will release few select documents to public through website since few forces are misleading that we are not doing anything ( in the informal meeting to gain support from the members) hence the delay of regularisation. I wanted to checkmate them with proofs yet again. 

Yet another interesting fact came out to open is that Narasinga Rao of Power Grid Corporation, who was cheated by selling KP Sarma plot by one of the so called Gne Sec of the association, tried to put up his application with power bill an application under GO 59 few days. But Narasinga Rao was not told by his perpetrators and architects was that I have already briefed the officials not accept any applications of GF survey numbers since the litigation is pending in high court, thank to Dayanand. But the great colony worriers are yet to meet the AG again ( with whom they spent 2 hours) even after my confirming that the draft is submitted to file the counters even after submitting the same on the 14^th Nov 2014. Interestingly, poor Narasinga Rao, whose wife was booked by MRO a criminal case, has lost the case at lower courts and now they have moved to high court  and the person who put him to such trouble is safe and roaming free with threatening me. It is matter of time that he will fall prey to his own trap.

Thanks to speedy inquiry by police, the complaint filed by MRO on Dayanand (and possibly on Shankar Rao on 8 plots land grab), the unofficial news is that the charge sheet is ready or to be filed. We will revert to you and will be updated as soon as it is done. Now you colony residents, though heartless and thankless to us, can breathe easy. Now onwards,, no trouble will be created by Shankar Rao and Dayanand along with his henchmen anymore. If they do so, a land grab cum rowdysheeter will be opened with my request to DGP/CP. Those from the colony or the village, who supported these forces, with a tacit understanding will be also will be booked.  Though a person like Satyam, Sadasheva Rao and Gayaneshwar, with his group of supporters , unfairly targeted me alone with falsehood and mischief, you colony residents did not come to my rescue at all, I did my best to protect your interest. If you still do not change your attitude to support a person, who is safeguarding your interest, GOD will never pardon you. Since one person is growing like a monster in the colony, it will only harm you in the long run, if you do not come forward now. GOD save You.

Opened our channel of communication with new RR Dist collector with a petition, seeking a joint meeting with a letter

Dear All,

Even after several hurdles created by certain forces to put me in silence mode with filing false and frivolous cases, some tried to call illegal but informal meeting of members at GF to say due to me, the Vijaya Bank seized the bank account with balance of Rs.20 lakhs plus lakhs, some forces trying to miscommunicate several distortions in that meeting, I am going about the way it should be done.

Deposing before CID

Dear All.

Urgent message is that Mr.Karunakar garu, the DSP of the CID and our investigating officer related to Dr.P.Shankar Rao land grab case, who was on leave for sometime is back now. 

Those who are ready to depose tomorrow ( waiting for his confirmation) must be with him by 11 am tomorrow, 21st Jan 2015. Please confirm your arrival to join you at DGP office. I will also send a format for you to easily complete the same in short time as soon as i receive your confirmation. This must be done end of this week. Do not forget to bring certified sale deed copy with you to identify your plots and membership.

GO 58 and 59

Dear All members,

The much hyped GO 58 and 59 ( which is not applicable to us) is yet again extended till of Jan 2015. We need not bother since as of now, we will come under the ambit GO 166 only. 

I request all of you also to watch what are the news items coming various dailies you read related to land regularisations and let me know the page numbers of the articles of the paper to see, or send scanned copy, or the link of the same if it web articles.
