The elections are over and results are out. Now the news government in Telangana has to be back to business. From past 3 weeks, I have been to various offices to see that we are active again and to keep our GF issue on boil and active. Due to the strain, I had a mild sun stroke and I am now back on my feet now. Some developments taken place during these times cannot be disclosed since few divisive forces got planted in our group ID to pass on our group ID mails to those who are opposing us our positive works. Interestingly, the very planting of members was confirmed by the rouges elements in their circulars.
Coming to the so called police complaint dated 3rd May 2014 on me to Alwal PS by both Gayneshwar and Mohan Babu. Their circular to the colony dated 13th May 2014 is with full of distortions, very misleading, twisted the facts, manipulations of words and with full of lies. Though the detailed rejoinder will be sent to you after the police Alwal approval of our circulars in the next week, few of the manipulations/mischief played by these 2 elements are brought to your notice as follows for your immediate consumption:
- The so called complaint by them to police dated 3rd May 2014, explicitly in written said that they are accepting that whatever I called in the circular dated 27th April 2014 as them. I am very happy that they identified on their own the names called by me, but I have not disclosed their names but they have disclosed they are the mischief makers as rouges, anti social elements and so on as written in the circular. I wanted to thank them for identifying that these are the elements creating all wrong impressions. But for some inexplicable reasons, they have not released the police complaint copy to the colony, only to keep the contents in wrap. If you read, you all will laugh and understand how a sane person can do such acts. But for your information, no such written complaint is entertained by police from them.
- Yes, Alwal PS SI Devender called me to at PS by 10.30 am on Sunday, 4th May 2014. But updated the SI the delay due to traffic jam and he was kind enough to say come whenever I can reach. There were no issues between us and the police at all, as projected by them. They are making making mountain out of mole.
- I was with only one of my advocate Mr.Lakshminarasimhan, who fought our case in Neredmet court against Dr.P.Shankar Rao, not with 2 advocates as stated by these elements. I had 2nd person, Mr.O.Ramesh, who is an anti corruption activist, members in Anti Corruption Enforcement Forum/India Against Corruption, who booked cases against MLA Akula Rajender in Malkajgiri. He was pressed in to service to keep ready to call all our anti corruption activist to PS to show what these 2 are in colony. Thankfully, no such situation has come.
4. After taking my full view on the letter dated 27th April 2014, our lawyer said that since they are accepting as loafers and rouges and so on as per the circulars ( the circular does not say them by name, but they conceded that it is they in writing to police ), where is question of any case against Sekhar? Our lawyer pressed for a FIR and detailed investigation on their complaint. No FIR was registered. Even the so called written complaint was returned with no ackn to them. If I am wrong and to prove me wrong, if they are men and with guts and cowards, let them release the complaint copy to colony with police stamp?
- I too told SI that not to go by their deceptive looks, innocent face with one sided circulars. I and my lawyer told SI that we will produce all those misleading circulars sent by them with false allegations to the members must be considered and book case on them too. These 2 got rattled with our offer and kept quite without agreeing for my offer. What does it means?
- All these days, I thought that these 2 forces are senseless, useless, mindless, brainless, thoughtless, shameless and spineless and so on, but I never imagined that these 2 are even heartless. Yes, I did emotionally broke down in the police station ( it is not called as crying and if it is so according to them, be it) when I was saying to police that I am fighting with risking my life, with my own money, my whole time, even police understood that these 2 are playing mischief and the police literally threw their complaint on their face. No copy of the complaint is with police even today, no ackn of the complaint by police neither to them nor with police means that they have not entertained their complained. If they are not cowards (they say that they are not cowards in their circulars), let them release the complaint copy to the colony (with stamp of the police) now and see what will be contents to understand their mind set. But they are manipulating the situation to their advantage for which they will pay legal price soon.
Our detailed rejoinder on the police complaint, word by word will come as soon as our lawyer get clearance of our rejoinder from the police. Till then, do not jump with any conclusions nor trust their versions. But you colony residence also know how big cheat, lire the great Gayneshwar and Mohan Babu is by now and more so soon..
By the way, till deadline date of 15th May 2014 to colony for requesting for a Colony AGM, I am happy to inform you that till today, I have not received even single request from the colony residence to conduct AGM at GF colony from neither the Satyam group nor the new hero Gayneshwar/Mohan Babu group. With 280 supporters to these 2, I am surprised that they could not even muster 100 members as required in the bylaws for a AGM request. They boast of so many supporters, but even both Gayneshwar and Mohan Babu along with the real man behind this idea, Mr.Nagarjuna garu, who is still our committee member till his resignation is accepted has not sent their request for an AGM at colony. This means, Mr.Nagarjuna Rao also changed his mind to support them? This proves that they are living in fool’s paradise. The AGM proposal copy is given by us to the police since police returned their complaint. I am thankful to police to suggest for protection to me if the AGM is organized at GF colony with majority demanding. The protection is not to them who are creating trouble as it quoted.
Coming to Wakf issue and the CCS visiting the colony. Please refer the circular dated 11th May 2014 by great Gayaneshwar. I am sure you all are in for a shock with one of our greats writing to the Wakf that these few plots are Wakf plots and the issues has triggered the unnecessary Wakf attention and the CCS entered in to the picture to complicate the matter further. To give a sneak peak, I have sent an email of our greats as under. Please read and understand what kind of his fingering lead to an awakening situation to all of us. See how this circular also deflects as if it is someone sent a letter to Wakf. His mail shows that it is he pondered with such idea and sent a complaint to the Wakf. I have made an application to Wakf under RTI seeking a copy to expose his diabolic design.
My dear all members,
I would like to clarify about settlement issue raised by our great friends, who were never in the picture for last 16 years and raising their heads for their own personal benefits now with illegal committee members, particularly Satyam ad Co. The details as follows and it is only for the members to know and not to get mislead by these elements, who are in wait for some extra benefits from Satyam and Co.
(1) Settlement A/c opened with Union Bank of India, RP. Road Branch, Secunderabad.
(2) This Bank Account is maintained exclusively for payment of Compromise amount to so called protected tenants;
(3) This account cannot be used for any other purposes, or cannot be utilization for other expenses.
4) Whenever payment of compromise amount is involved, that should effected only after approval of Executive Committee/Legal Committee in writing.
(5) Legal Committee Members are: (a) K.Rajendran ( His advocate brother) (b) N.Jayaram, IFS (c) K.S.Krishna Murthy, JtSecretary (Revenue) (d) N.S.Murthy, Chief Engineer (e) B.Madhavachary, Retired Tahsildar
(6) Cheque signing Power: 2 Office Bearers i.e. President or General Secretary (any one) and Treasurer is must from GFPOA and Legal Comittee Members any 2 members must out of 5 members.
(7) All cheques are to be issued "A/c Payee only" no other mode under any circumstances in favour of beneficiaries. A request letter from Advocate by indicating the amount of cheque to be issued in favour of particular beneficiary.
As per my limited knowledge on this issue, approximately we have collected from members Rs. 59.00 lakhs and that including Bank's interest. Out of which we have paid Rs. 58.05 ( not Rs.54.00 as they say) to so called tenants by ways A/c cheques and Rs. 75,000/- GFPOA has taken towards loan to run the day to day affiars. As a President I never deviated any of the above conditions.This is a challange to members or any others person. I need not give any explanation to Mr. Yogesh since he is not a member of GFPOA. Let him take it granted that I am ready for a public debate before all the members anywhere. Also, our compromise was subject to the following conditions:
Compromise was applicable to only those who enrolled as members before 30th April 1996. A membership list is submitted to Jt. Collector & Hon'ble High Court. After that date, we have not given any membership. This is as per General Body decision.
After I left the association, there are so many irregularities, I need not bother about this and not interested to dig at deep in to that mess. You all know what it is.
As a General Secretary, Yogesh is answerable to public regarding accounts, issuing circulars ( which ever did all these 2 years) and similarly he is also answerable to members/public about the Court cases. Now I would like to know that when Mr. Sekhar is entrusted a job to look after 3 cases with an Advocate after paying @ Rs. 10,000 per case as expense (30,000/- advance for 3 cases) then why till today he has not visited the Advocate for a follow up? poor man, Sekhar was the one who was running about all the cases. Yogesh just sitting at home and enjoying the post. If he is interested I am ready for public debate on this issue. he is the Secretary of the Association and has right to call AGM or EGM. Let him decide the date and time and call me. I will come. Further, I understand from Mr Sekhar, he called several times Mr. Narasimhan to accompany him, but always he is to tell some stories. Now, they speaks about hinderance of regularization work.
When he and other 2 are so much worried about hindrance of regularization work, he should have attended the Court work and got it vacated the Status Quo order, which he promised in the railway club meeting. Why not he has taken interest? He should been aware that when matter is sub-judice, no Govt. official will process our applications. Instead of telling this truth to members, he is canvassing some other way to collect money and blame Sekhar. Why? Possibly, he is having some wasted interest in this?
I would like draw kind attention of Plot Owners/Residents that Mr. Yogesh is having 6 plots (or May be more ) and that too purchased the same in the year January 2006 when the registrations ban was in force (Plot No.s 145/b, 146/b, 165/A, 167/A, 169/A - 1st purchase) from GPA Holder Bade Venkat Swamy and 2 others. With my limited knowledge, Swamy is not GPA holder. Syed Akbar Nizamuddin Hussain is given GPA to only 4 persons (1) NR Pandu (2) K Murali and 9 others (3) P.Pratap Reddy & 19 others (4) Balaiah & 6 others. From where Bade Venkata Swamy and 2 others have come into the picture? As per document value of the plots approximately Rs. 34.00 lakhs.
Bade Venkat Swamy filed an application for ORC with Jt. Collector which is dismissed and he appealed to Hon'ble High Court on the basis of Jt. Collector orders, which is also dismissed. Then on what basis Yogesh has purchased above plots from Bade Venkat Swamy & 2 others? The plot Nos. 165/A, 167/A and 169/A falls under "MUSILM GRAVE YARD" ( Wakf Property) and there is also an advertisement issued by Wakf Board in Deccan Chronicle in the year 1998. Whether he & his coterie knows? I decided to write a letter to Chairman, Wakaf Board on the letter obtained from Sub-Registrar. Further, I have something in my hand about Survey No. 386, the facts will be revealed soon.
In view of the above circumstances, he might have realised that he may not get these lands if he is with Sekhar and switched sides since he bought all these with help of Sivanarayana and Co and may be decided to recoup his loss, therefore he has joined these ex-illegal committee members to make quick bucks??
Let us not waste my time on all these distructive forces. They change colours based on the time and their requirements. So let us concentrate on our future plans. This shows the double standards these forces adopt and mislead you all at every step. His circular says some anti social elements have risen. But he accepted that they both are anti social elements and this mail confirms who complaint to the Wakf. From one side they wanted to impress you and from other side they are raking up on issues of Wakf to complicate the GF issue for their own personal ends. See his audacity that Gaynehwar writes that only police approached him and he has given what documents to CCS. But deliberately, he has not give the Wakf Board NOC letter to our members at the time buying the plots, confirming that these lands are not Wakf land in the year 1986 or 1996, which copy is with Gayanehwar. He has not circulated the Wakf letter to even colony till today to keep the open plots in their hands to grab at an appropriate time with help of those anti social elements. I will bring this matter to the CCS notice with open plots list and also those plots with GPA and applied for regularization to nullify their claims.
In the meanwhile, I met Mr. NR Pandu with my contacts and requested him to cooperate in this matter. He too was annoyed with those who gave unwanted complaint to the Wakf and he too gave his statement to CCS with his total GPA documents and so on along Wakf Board NOC copy in original. I will update from time to time the developments after I meet the DIG. CCS with over version also to protect the 1000 plot owners than with statement of Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu, who claim that they are heroes for 10 plot owners? They are not authorized to speak on behalf of the legal GF since they are sacked as members. If at all their statements are recorded in individual capacity, I will allow, but they have given any statement on behalf of the GF legal association, I will approach the DGP with a complaint with court orders. I also understand from few contacts at CCS that he is spreading wrong information on our GF matters. I will update as soon as the details emerge. We must blame colony residents for their role as mute spectators for emergence of the rogue elements in colony.
In any case, as per appointment on the 19th May 2014, I was present and I am happy to say that they have tallied by then all the records with CB CID as well. I just had no work more than 5 minutes since they have already done their job very well. Unintentionally when the CCS officials met the great Gayneshwar at colony 10 days ago, he told the CI of the CCS that he is nothing to do with GF association, he was only founder President and only Chandrasekhar is the present President and can be contacted. Sometimes, the truth will come without their knowledge and more so with a person who is not in sound state of mind.
I am sure those who did are in for a shock. While I was disposing with the CCS officials, one SMS came from one unidentified colony member to one of the officials from one of rouges/loafers saying that not entertain one Mr.S.Chandrasekhar, if he comes as President of the GF since he is not President and only one Mr.Satyam is the President and he must be contacted. The SMS also went on to say that several cases are pending in various police stations on Chandrasekhar and 2 of them are one at Panjagutta for threatening the advocate, one at Kushiaguda for land grab. The SMS went on to say that Chandrasekhar did not give account for Rs.50 lakhs and that these rouges will approach the CCS white collar crime department soon. Police did not identify the sender but we too need not identify them. We know that those rouges will again approach the police and they will know what awaits them there. GOD is great. When we do the good, the good will come back to us. If we do bad, the bad also come back. Preliminary investigation by police shows that that the SMS draft came from one resident from the adjoining colony of GF to the colony residence and he in turn sent to the CI, CCS. I am sure by now they will help us by deleting the SMS from their phones, to book later cases against them under destroying the evidence also. They will help us only this way. The rouges will dig their own grave this way. More so, by not knowing that those forces themselves have done enough white collar crimes ans what awaits them in the long run is not to their imagination to them those who lent helping hands will be also booked under IPC 120-B and IPC 34 as well. During the investigation, police also will retrieve the total phone call details and SMS details along with all mails transmitted between them. It is matter of time to put them behind bars.
Those who spread such falsehood, such smear campaign, lies and distortion will be taken care of by the Snake GOD and they will see soon what will happen to them in their family as punishment to them for such wrong doings. I do not want to act on them now since I am busier on regularization works. They will be taken care by the GOD first and then by me. It is known now that colony residence is going to be mute spectators and will not be able to take on those negative forces anymore.
Yet another conspiracy to defame me is unveiled by few people, ably aided by Gayneshwar and Mohan Babu. The very purpose that Gyn said that he left me was that he received a legal notice from one lawyer (whom he called useless fellow) in the month of Nov 2013 proved to be wrong. I understand from one of his close associate, who happen to be a duplicate brand steel and cements suppliers, in an inebriated condition told one person in colony that the legal notice was served by one Dr.Ram Manohar Reddy only in the month of March 2014 ( date not known) not in the month of Nov 2013 as published by Gyn with support of Mohan Babu in his mail. Can any of you give more details on this Dr garu? I understand that this Dr, met me once with SVGK Murty at hotel Yatri Nivas to pick him after SVGK meeting with me.
This shows that these 2 forces clearly conspired to defame me to take over the association by fragmenting the legal mandate I have from the courts and the trusted members to rule the roast. But to their misfortune, the plan did not go through as they expected. I also understand that the legal action against these forces for cheating with a civil suit is also filed sometime in the month of April and I am trying to trace the victim, who sent the notice and filed the case to expose these elements with the proofs. With this, I am sure many more skeletons will tumble from the cupboard??
These 2 elements project as if they are hero’s of the colony and colony residents watch it as mute spectators to damage to their own cause on such forces emerging from the ashes, which they were buried few years ago. For 3 years, they clung to me and raised from nowhere to do such mischief. I only can pray that GOD only save the GF colony residents not by any human can help them in the future.
As soon as the details emerge on this case with full details ( which these 2 forces kept it under wrap deliberately to see that their names are not exposed to the GF colony public to project that they are heroes) we will update the developments with a bang. I am sure it will be sensational? With those expose, many skeletons will tumble from cupboard of the colony residents.
This is one of the reasons I have been saying that if these forces emerge strong, the GF cause will get into background and the grabbers will have field day. We must go to police en mass by next Sunday, 25th May 2014 or later Sunday and tell the police with a common complaint that these 2 are villain of the (peace and ) piece and we must ask police to book the cases on them for their wrongdoings. Their very grand design by these 2 to go to police in advance is that I must be weakened and they gain ground. If that happens, I may be personally be affected in a small way, but the GF cause will go for a six in a big way. The very idea by these forces is that I get out of the way with false cases and they enter and gain ground to do the nefarious activities.
Hence I propose that those who are willing to join me with a common complaint ( will be designed and will be signed by you all at that time when you meet me at Police Station) on these forces next Sunday, 25th May 2014 in the evening or subsequent Sunday with help of few well wishers with appointment ( they have promised to take appointment with CI/ACP/DCP) with concern officials and you all well wishers please confirm the same. Now if you all do not come forward to checkmate them, they will grow bigger and bigger day by day with their political clout and it will harm our GF cause and help them in their personal agendas. I wanted to assure you that you all will not be put in to trouble at all if at you come to Police station and support me. Local and Hyderabad based members/supporters must join and with their confirmation since it is a Sunday, it must be in large numbers. Think and decide.
Few forces from colony have sent mails to all the GF members asking them to give copies of the land documents, whereby they are not authorized to collect such documents at all as individuals. What for they want documents> What for they are entering in to GF affairs without any positions? What for they are trying to project they are doing something good to colony? I am sure the residents are watching the same by now? Even by overlooking my warning, if the residents decided to give the documents by trusting these forces, it is to their own peril. These documents may be used for some other grand design than for regularization??
Even now the colony residence silence means they are backing these forces indirectly to further delay the processes and suffer with agony? They have decided to pass of the hardship to the next generation, that is to their hapless children to take over the most anguish processes to ponder on the issue for next 5 years? The educated GF residence wanted to be so indifferent on this sensitive issue for some more years?? I leave the judgment to them and suffer for their silence with such elements playing spoilsport. Though few of them call me to support, they do not wanted to identify their names for some strange reasons? Let us see why??
