Fwd: Special Update-CB CID Speeding up the case-- Witness names approved

Dear Members,

The following 23rd April 2014 mail was sent to all the members with list of the 33 witnesses approved by the CB CID. I was suppose to get response from those names the certified copies of their sale deed for authenticity. But till today, execept one member, no one responded.

I am happy to inform you now since the so called MLA is no more MLA since the assembly was dissolved and now the police does not need sanctions for his prosecution. Even, yesterday, the CB CID I/O confirmed that they will speed up the case due to this reasons. All the MLA supporters ( both villagers, illegal association members, newly formed paid supporters) are down and out with the development, who took his support and thrived all these years. For us, this is the best time to finish their evil designs since they are at their low ebb. 

I request all those who are listed must come forward without any fear and dispose in the court to speed up the processes. If you want to back out now to give witness, please send a letter to CB CID and also a copy to me to add new names and take it forward.  But you all have to decide before 15th May to start a fresh and delay further the probe. No need to fear of Ex MLA since he is no more MLA and few more cases are coming up soon on him in various police stations. with that, he will be in jail along with his brother for few years.

I wanted everyone must join to take it forward and finish the task as soon as possible. Or else, with old forces, few new forces are already working overtime  to destabilise me from years to stall the processes. If once I am out of picture, the whole regularisation processes will come to stand still. Please understand and take a decision and inform me.

I am happy to inform you that after the His Excellency Governor letter to government, subsequent follow up by the CS to Legislative Secretary,  the CB CID is also gearing up to speed up the case on Dr P Shankar Rao to file the chargesheet. In this connection, the CB CID has approved 33 names out of  the attached 27 names are also as witness in the case out of 51 plot owners who gave statements. Those  names, which are approved as per the list is attached must organise one set of certified/Attested by gazetted officer xerox copy of their sale deed land documents to file it to the court to take order in their names. Please organise one attested copy as when you find time, or before end of May 2014. Those who out of station, they can arrange as soon as they are back or during the time of disposing, which ever is earlier. 

I understand that MLA is trying to use his clout to stall the prosecution with help of few illegal association and newly formed group of Cahoots to avoid the press glare. But let me assure you that the MLA will not succeed in his efforts. Even he may try to buy few witness in his favor with some lure like money, plots and threat as well. If such Cahoots call you, please report to me for taking legal steps with court directions to say that they are trying to influence the witness, which is very big criminal offence under law.  If possible, please record their conversation in phones while talking to you.  Some of the rogue elements also may call you from colony to pull the plug of your support to the cause with several promises. Do not fall to such loafers. 

But in case of officials, what they  must understand is that once if the case is not taken it forward with pressure by the MLA, we will approach the AP High Court with a contempt of Apex Court petition for not sanctioning the prosecution within 120 days by the officials, which is mandatory as per the Apex Court order. If the officials don't do it due to pressure of the MLA, it not only contempt of court, but also attracts many other provisions of the law. 

Moreover, I have already complaint to CB CID that yet again, the so called patta holder and benami of Dr P Shankar Rao, that is his brother Dayanand is trying to play around law by filing one more petition to further complicate his personal stand under the law. Thanks to him, he must do such mistakes more than expected and it will help us more. I am sure this time, once they are arrested, they will not be allowed bail for at least 15 days till the loopholes are tightened.  Till then, let them feel happy and enjoy their life.
