New dimension to Green Fields episode

Dear All,

From one side, I put my best efforts and foot forward and fight for our rights on Green Fields plots to secure and get regularizations done, but unfortunately from the other side, one of the ex committee member goes to Wakf Board and complaints on encroachment by few elements and say that it is wakf lands and that lead to more messy situation now since it was not handled properly. The article give enough of the jitters due to one man mistake.  

On the 25th Nov 2012, the letter by one of the disgradulted member to the Wakf Board without much follow up lead to new situation, whereby, the Wakf Board Task Force, headed by Mr.Quddos came to the colony and claiming the entire lands as Wakf Land, whereby the very complaint by one member was to take revenge on Yogesh Gir to say that 2000 Sqrd was occupied by him is nothing but Muslim Graveyard as wakf land. The long inquiry lead to awakening situation and the matter reached to worst proposition. See the Press release of the wakf board.

Wakf Board official nails the ‘lie’

It has turned out to be a slanging match between Wakf Board Special Officer Shaikh Mohd Iqbal, and the suspended Mutawalli of Dargah Shah Khamoosh, Syed Akbar Nizamuddin Hussaini. A day after the latter denied sale of Wakf land attached to the dargah, Mr. Iqbal came up with documents to nail the ‘lie’.

Suspension extended: He produced bulky sale deeds and copies of GPA executed by Mr. Nizamuddin in favour of one N.R. Pandu to support his argument that the Mutawalli had sold away nearly 219 plots of land measuring 84 acres and 3 guntas of land in survey Number 373 to 381, 385, 386 and 402 situated at Khanjajiguda representing himself as the owner. “The suspension of Mr. Nizamuddin will be extended and a regular enquiry carried out,” Mr. Iqbal told press persons here on Thursday.He expressed surprise that Mr. Nizamuddin, who was in possession of the wakf land after the death of his father in 1982, had no knowledge of 865.37 acres of land belonging to the dargah at different places. As a Mutawalli he ought to have protected the Wakf land.On the other hand he constructed 36 shops and did not show the rentals derived in the budget, Mr. Iqbal alleged.

Charges:

He charged Mr. Nizamuddin with misappropriation, breach of trust and causing loss to the organisation. A complaint had been lodged in CCS and police would find out the truth. The Wakf Board chief denied the charge that principle of natural justice was not done and said only after serving notices and not getting satisfactory answer the Mutawalli was suspended.

Today, the FIU ( Field Intelligence Unit ) of the colony said that the 2 Central Crime Station inspectors have landed at Gyn house for more information. No details are available beyond this. I alerted many of the colony residence to keep a close watch for more information and development. 

Now what is the stance of the colony residence? Will they show any record that these lands are not wakf lands? Do they have any documents to avert the crisis? Many of these residents have time for internal squabble and not for good of the GF. 

See what they did. After this revenge act is over, these forces started attacking me with falsehood and even went to the extent of complaining to police with several falsehood. More those CATS on the Walls continue to be silent, more likely of trouble to our cause.  The GF residents ( including those who are educated)  are very indifferent with me and not supporting even after several appeals to shed the inhibition to support my efforts  and this lead to this situation and the myth of their houses are safe is no more valid if the wakf board goes to Apex Court to repossess these lands with a specific orders. Remember, the Lanco Wakf land scam. Even such powerful politician Lagadapati R Gopal could not do anything. The case is still pending in the court and work is stopped. 

Now also my offer to you residents is that if some of you to come forward, I will hand over the charge. Even till today,not even a single request for AGM application from the either the supporters of the Satyam nor Gyn have come forward with a request for a an AGM at GF colony. I am happy that the residents are not supporting them. But at the same time, even now also the residents have not come out openly with their support to me with request to call for a AGM at any place I wanted to conduct. Residents must wake up or face the hurdles of the new issue, Wakf. 

Or alternatively, few gentlemen from colony ( those who do not feel that they do not wanted to take sides and support a person like me due to their own internal reasons) must form a separate group and take care of your houses from the wakf take over. Or, I have to work with vengeance to play my cards to retain the p-lots from this crisis only when everyone come out openly after dumping the negative elements. I have hint of the letter by Wakf Board writing to the Nizzamuddin that these lands are not wakf lands. Once I get hold of the the letter, we will be safe. But these forces will allow me to work ?? Please communicate your consent and we will plan accordingly. But If you still have full faith in those destructive forces, please believe them and chalk out your own course. You wanted to sink or save yourselves must depends on your immediate decision. You must have confidence in me.
