New divisive forces group

Dear All,

It was brought to my notice that one more person, calling him as Mr.G.N.Rao (may be G. Nagarjuna since the cell number matches with his ) called few members over phone and asking them the mail ID to post the mails of the 2 earlier divisive forces like Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu.  If that is true, it is none other than Mr.Nagarjuna, who is still with us as committee member is trying to take information from us and undermine our efforts for some other benefit from these divisive forces, who have left us with grudge. When the so called 2 greats have 280 members support with them, why Nagarjuna need more email IDs? Why he is calling members to seek the IDs? What is the interest he has to go with those negative elements?  However, he can call me directly and I can give him the entire data base if it is put to use by them for good. Or, he can download the entire e mail Ids from the website, which is available. But they do not know how to get the IDs. All the 3 see website every day 6 to 10 times for updates, which is not sent to them. They are keen to see what is happening in our legal association circle, though they do not wanted to acknowledge that they are seeing it and feeling insecure.  So far, 1,87,555 hits of our website. I am overwhelmed with that kind of hits from more outsiders than our won members.

What shocked me the most is that the very person, Nagarjuna, who was brought in to the legal committee after the legal committee sacking of Narasimhan for his anti association activities 3 years ago, now getting indulged in to similar activities by the very replaced person?? Few months ago ( before the last committee meeting took place to deliberate the issue of Mohan Babu), Nagarjuna called me to say that he is very much depressed and disturbed to see the mails against President ( that is me) and he asked me to stop sending the mails to him to avoid reading the same to be in peace. On his request, I stopped sending mails to him. Is he such a selfish person, who is not willing to read the mails and counter those who are criticizing the President, when he was with us as part of the committee member? But now he wanted to read the negative elements mails with happiness?? See the double standards of the people.

Though Nagarjuna intention to side the negative forces was very clearly exposed the day of Mohan Babu sacking took place in the committee meeting (he was the only neutral person, who did not support the committee unanimous decision to sack/remove/impeach Mohan Babu for his anti association activities), but after the sacking of MB, Nagarjuna took out immediately his resignation from the committee from his pocket, which means that he is well prepared to quit along with MB to side him as preplanned, it was not taken so seriously since we thought the thing will change soon and that his resignation was also not listed in the agenda. But when the mind is blind, nothing works. We will consider his resignation in the next committee meeting in his presence by seeking his explanations. Before coming to the meeting, let him list out his achievements before he asks others?

My only mistake with these divisive forces is that since I was soft on them for all their failures while they were in the committee, took everything in my stride, they started acting against me as under -miners to cover their mistakes. Nagarjuna was in charge of collecting the complaints on illegal committee members in the colony 6 months ago. First he said to change the letter format. I gave freedom to change as he wanted. He did not respond since then. Not even single letter is collected from the colony along with his 2 coordinators with some pretext or others. Why? The coordinators, both Inayat and Ram Babu know the whole story what I am saying is right or wrong. This job of collecting the complaint letters from colony residence was assigned to Nagarjuna to only to check his loyalties with legal committee, which was in suspect, when the rumors were flaying thick and fast on his support to few negative forces. Though we did not believe then, now it is confirmed that he was with them much before with these entire incidence. Now it is confirmed that he played in to the hands of Gayneshwar and Mohan Babu? Thanks to him.

Interestingly, it was Nagarjuna, who instigated all these negative forces to conduct the AGM in the GF colony to create rukkus. But when I sent the proposal letter to the colony to support Gayaneshwar and MB, even the ardent supporter of GF colony meeting, Nagarjuna did not send his consent to add to the colony AGM demanders. Even Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu, who complaint to police ( as if the police will interfere in such matters to conduct AGM at colony) that I am not conducting the AGM at GF Colony, did not send their consents with their 100 plus supporters. I understand that these 3 are promising to get the plots under GO 166 now with some magic wand??? Let us wait and see. Earlier, few rouges elements took Rs.50,000 from 40 people and vanished from the thin air. Now these will demand different amounts and they too will vanish from the thin air as they did when I asked several questions?  You have to search their address now that already cheated.  Many of them changed their houses several times and few of them shifted from the colony for good.

Let all these know one thing. Before you start showing one finger on others on their mistakes, four fingers point out on you with several mistakes.  Now I know who are with me and who are with Shankar Rao group. Let us revamp the committee in the soon to called AGM at Rly Kalyanan Mandapam. Date will be decided in the next committee meeting as soon as the funds are raised. Let us weed out all these members with negative mind set and take it forward from here on the most difficult phase of the GO 166 with positive minded people, who will stand by us in the difficult days ahead than with those with hidden agendas. What is the hidden agenda of Nagarjuna to join these negative forces will come out on its own soon. No need to run after it.

Let us not get perturbed with such negative forces. They were existing from past 5 years in different forms and will be existing for now also and will also will be existing in the future. But will they do any good to the society? I do not think so. From past 8 months, did Gayaneshwar and Mohan Babu, along with Nagarjuna did anything towards GF good and GO 166? Please colony residents must list out.  Their life will run with criticizing others and not by doing something good to the society. They will perish with their own acts, not with our actions. Just wait and see their fate.  The best example is that those who survived with 100 bundles of lies from past 9 months were on the roads. Will they will be believed by members for their promises or with their dubious track record?

Interestingly, all the 3 did not fight with the same tenacity the real cheaters (like illegal association members, whom they say they opposed to be part of me and our legal association when I wanted to take them on board to solve this ticklish issue) when they were with me. But today, MB and Gayaneshwar often goes to SVGK Murty house, which they opposed tooth and nail when these 2 were with me. But now they wanted him? Why? They did not even take up one responsibility to check mate the Satyam and Co. The so called audit committee head, MB did not pursue the matter form years to book the culprits. He talks as if he is great and moral and ethics.  Let them know that the member’s funds are misused by these Satyam and Co and not by me. I spent my own money and later the AGM mandated loans only came as funds to fight the cause.

Let them go to the white collar crime department and file a complaint. I am ready with my complaint on them of their white collar crime. Some of them are even heinous crimes, which will be disclosed to the police. The support of few anti social elements with background of the land grab, duplicate steel sellers, cement sellers and killing of one prominent person with support of these elements also is listed by me with proofs. The way they suffered a setback in Alwal PS with my 27^th April 2014 circular, they will suffer the same fate anywhere in AP. I have listed 6 more legal team to split the cases in 6 different police stations. 1 in Alwal PS ( ready for next Sunday) , one in Uppal PS, one in Sultan Bazar PS, one in CCS, one in CB CID, one in some out station PS in Andhra Pradesh. All are with proofs. But I will wait for them to move against me first. Then you see what will happen to them. Now, as per suggestions of few members, we may have to include Nagarjuna name also for sabotaging the GO 166 with help of these anti social elements?? Let us wait and see. I will take legal opinion on this too.

The activity on GO 166, with several complex issues pending with government will be taken up soon. If these 3 negative forces can send on Rs.100 stamp paper that they will do it within 90 day without collecting any money from members and clear the GO 166 applications with demand notes, I will call for an EGM and put to the members and if they approve,  I will give up with immediate effect. But if they fail within 90 days, what will be punishment will be decided by me in the agreement itself as per EGM mandate. They must be ready to face the legal consequences for their failures.  Or else, they must shut their mouth and keep quiet and follow the leader with silence.
