Dear All members of legal Green Fields
( GFPOA),
I am sure by now, all of you have
received an undated circular in white paper and that too without his other
illegal committee members names in the circular from illegal association
President aSatyam, from past 12 years ( even as per RoS) by now with several
tall and false promises. Let me awaken you in detail with point by point on his
circular as follows.
1). The circular says that the WP 3000
of 2011 is deposed, but without mentioning my best efforts with help of
Advocate General arguing our case. He also did not say that their close friend
and partner in crime Dr.P.Shankar Rao ( through his benami ) has filed an
objection petition with Collector RR Dist to delay regulation which is posted
for hearing soon. It means, the final hurdle is not yet crossed and aSatyam is
concealing the true and very important development on this issue for his
political mileage for impending illegal AGM called by him on 26th Aug
2012. You can call the DRO ( 9849904225) and find out what I am saying is true
or not. If I am proved wrong, I will resign as President cum General Secretary
of the legal association with immediate effect. Copy of the objection

2) This apart, aSatyam says that he
has met AD Survey & Land Records. But in his circular, aSatyam did not
mention yet another objection petition filed by Dr.Shankar Rao brother with AD
dated 24th July 2012. Copy can be had from our website www.greenfpoa.org .aSatyam,
also did not mention that when they went as representative of illegal GF, the
AD asked them give in written proof of his credentials since he do not
know him at all other than S.Chandrasekhar from past 4 years as per the records
of AD office with regard to GFPOA. AD told aSatyam and Co that all their
representations in the future are requested to be in written in GFPOA name. I
hope I will get hold one such letter to file a criminal case? No such letter
has been given by him nor did they go to him again. Those who doubt my
credentials, they can call and find out the truth with AD saab and find out the
truth (his Cell No 9866167398) to know the truth. If I am proved wrong, I will
resign from the association. Also tell him not to entertain them.
3). Notwithstanding all these
statements, admittedly, the D/D for Rs.40,000 paid by the GF association from
the members funds and not by aSatyam from his personal account as he was
claiming. The amount was approved by the members in the AGM in the year 2010
May when I was having demand note for the money to conduct the boundary survey
& not plot survey. On member’s insistence, the AGM approved the amount and
the association paid it to me in name of AD. Has aSatyam done any favor to me?
He just paid the GF money and went underground. I was the one who put my best
efforts from past 30 months to see that the survey is started. But, it is he
who is creating the hurdles with his good friends.
4) The AD Survey never conducted from
past 30 months any survey for 40 long days nor observations were recorded nor
any reports were prepared till now. While 3 times the survey of boundary was
conducted for 1st time for a day, 2nd time for
2 days and 3rd time again 2 days, and all these 3 times were
obstructed by the goons of Dr.P.Shankar Rao with some false pretext or other.
None of these illegal elements were present to help us since they are in league
with them. aSatyam and Co are aware of all these but hoodwinking all of you for
unlawful gains and sympathy from you and trying to blackmail you emotionally
and run the association illegal for some more time.
5) The AGM ( it is not clear that the
AGM is called as per bylaws 1992 or fabricated bylaws 2005 of SVGK Murty or
forged by laws of aSatyam 2006) called by illegal association on 26th Aug
2012 by the illegal President is not valid & no one should attend since it
has no legal sanctity. If you attend, it will encourage them to do more illegal
activities and delay the processes.
6) aSatyam says in his circular that
the so called committee met on 29th July 2012, but he did not
mention which of the other illegal committee members were present and how many
are present to approve the AGM by signing the minutes of the meeting. The
illegal Gen Sec Sivanarayana ( who is suppose to be must for taking
decision for AGM as per their own forged and fabricated bylaws 2005/2006 or
1992 legal bylaws) was not present for such decision to conduct the
meeting. As per their own circular dated 29th June 2012 on
illegal association letterhead, 8 of them, that is SVGK Murty,
Mallikarjuna Rao, TL Prasad, Raj Mohan Rao, N.Krishna Prasad, D.Srinivas and
Mrs.Sudharshan and later Anjaiah ( who has shown his resignation letter to me
before joining me) have resigned hence they removed their names from the
letterhead. Jaganmohan Rao also did not attend the meeting. The illegal
meeting was attended by the illegal committee members are manipulator aSatyam,
K.Satyanarayana, Litigation Master Sadasheva Rao, Watch Dog KBR Prasad, Yes
Master treasurer Rajaiah, dilly dallying VV Ram Mohan Rao along with non
committee members and undercover agents Purnachander Rao, Narasimhan and
Yogesh. Now do you know who are the members of the illegal association are and
defunct committee run by aSatyam are? For your information, he sent the
circular in white paper and that too without date to avoid you all not to see
cutting/removal of several names of the illegal committee members,( who have
resigned from the illegal association ) from the letterhead after the RR
Dist Court interim order in my favor. Court order can be downloaded from www.greenfpoa.org.
As per their own forged and fabricated bylaws 2005/2006 articles of association
(page 5) clause No 06, the quorum was 10 members must for MC meeting. When 9 of
them resigned, 4 of them fraudsters and kingpin Sivanarayana, CAT on the wall
Ashok, hot tempered P. Satyanarayana, confused Dananjeyudu did not attend
the MC meeting out of so called 19 members, with no quorum for such MC
meeting to take AGM decision by illegal association without even illegal Gen
Sec being present, which is a must? Minority 6 can take decision?
7) As per their own forged and
fabricated bylaws 2005/2006 ( which was circulated in illegal EGM in 2010),
clause 08-e, titled General Body, ( Page No 5) only Gen Sec can send notices
for AGM 21 days before the AGM. How come illegal President sent the AGM notice
for an illegal AGM after 2 years and that too after expiry of their term 2
years ago? The notice is not only sent by illegal association President
aSatyam, but also for a illegal meeting when the legal committee in place with
court order and the same is subsequently ratified by legal association AGM on May
20th2012. All such acts are again illegal activities by them.
8) As per their own forged and
fabricated bylaws 2005/2006, clause 08-f, titled General Body, ( Page No 6)
even to call a AGM, 1/5 of the members ( 650 members divided by 5= 130 members
must sign for requesting the AGM to be conducted) are required to sign. Have
they signed to demand the same meeting, albeit even to conduct illegally the
AGM?
9). The quick regularization word used
by aSatyam is only to fool you as they did for several years. The formalities
after the objection petition is deposed by the RR Dist Collector is very
complex and you all can go to your nearest MRO office to verify my claim and
confirm me the same. Prove me if I am wrong. The details of the complex

His circular says that I am claiming
as legal office bearers and also as President/Gen Sec and so on. It is EOC,
headed by the very man, Mr.Nageshwar Rao, appointed by them in AGM in the year
May 2010 has declared me as President unopposed after due formalities. The same
election was challenged by them in both Malkajgiri Court and lost and RR Dist
Court and lost with an interim orders. Members are requested to not believe his
false propaganda and not to fall in to their trap. Copies of these orders

The circular neither denied nor
confirmed the illegal funds collection by aSatyam with help few touts on behalf
of him. It is unfortunate that 6 of the members out of 56 members, who are
cheated by Satyam and Co ( though we knew all the names now who have helped him
by gathering at Kamat Hotel, Clock Tower, Secunderabad, who are part of this
cartel is to be revealed by Satyam) those who, with a promise to regularization
their plots out of turn ( without naming the officials such as MRO, MLAs,
Collector and so on) by taking Rs.50,000 to Rs.10,000 has come to light.
Those who gave the money are, Shankar Rao, Nirmala, Srinivasan, Surendernath,
Narasinga Rao and few more coming with the details. After all this
group is new cartel other than the old cartel headed
Sivanarayana/Ms.Kanakadurga and Co with support of KBR Prasad and others, who
have collected lakhs of rupees in the name of old dues settlement with
villagers, BPS,LRS, in the name survey and GO 166 ( no clarification from
aSatyam on this in his circular on their fraud) and vanished in the thin air without
any tangible results. But they still lay claim for the illegal association with
some frivolous and false cases filed by Sadasheva Rao, with help of the
illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran. However, the long hand law will
catch them soon and since we are in the final stage of the GO 166, let us not
waste our valuable time in these small but all illegal issues by these
elements. After all, now you have confirmation, who are behind these illegal
members since aSatyam rewarded his undercover agents as the committee members,
that is Purnachander Rao and Narasimhan ( but according to Sadasheva Rao,
Narasimhan is not a members and filed a case in RR Dist Court), which was only
a doubt all these days but now confirmed. Yogesh Gir also will find
place, whom they have accused of a non member and it is shame of their part to
be with them after so much insult showered on them.
Coming to the illegal construction of
walls in 10 plots by Dayanand with help of Dr.P.Shankar Rao in GF survey No
373, the illegal committee so called President aSatyam ( who has taken money
from few affected members in this issue as listed above) no mention of this
issue in the circular nor clarified & he has not put in any efforts to
demolish the walls with help of their so called close friends, Collector, DRO,
MRO and MLA Akula Rajender/Dr.P.Shankar Rao, as they claim as their very strong
supporters. If few gullible members have paid for their regularization out of
turn with help of these so called officials, why the MRO has not demolished
these illegal walls till now if they have paid to him to protect these plots
for which aSatyam has collected? Why you are not asking these so called saviors
of your plots to take you to the MRO to find out the facts?
Let me be very clear. The present MRO
garu at Malkajgiri is not such person to do anything out of the way and
illegal. When he is trying to follow the rule book, these 2 MLA’s are trying to
transfer him to pave their way for their illegal activities. If you do not
believe, it is up to you. If we do not take a firm stand on these 2
MLA’s, we will have a 2nd front getting opened. He has to be
our next target to neutralize him or else it will be a pain in the neck. In any
case, since MLA’s are backing now the illegal committee, villagers and not
helped us to take us to the CM to solve our issue, which he promised in the
meeting at his camp office 18 months ago, we will not allow him to come to our
colony during his term even for 15th Aug 2012. We must show him
black flags if he comes anytime in the future as well. It is our right to seek
his help as so called constituency MLA but he failed. This will be brought to
the notice CM garu and to President of APCC notice for a direction to either
help us or face ire of the voters during next election.
Some more details will be sent by next
week with proofs of their fraud and how they defamed a very good person of the
colony for their own selfish ends. Hence please understand the veracity of the
situation and take final call and join the main stream. Or else, you may be
left on the way side? You heard lot of the “Maya Matalu” for 14 years
from these elements. Do not fall in to their "Jaal" yet again.
