Dear All,                                                                                                                      1^st March 2014,

The last 4 rejoinders gave enough evidence of the Gyn/Mohan Babu nexus with illegal association along with illegally functioning lawyer Rajendran. No official word from illegal association headed by Satyam and Co to confirm that these 2 greats ( Gyn and MB) are their spokespersons to defend their wrongs. If so, why they are not coming out with confirmation with few left out members names that now onwards, these 2 elements will be their front persons to defend their wrongs?  Are you all not baffled that these sworn enemies are now friends?

The recent 2 circulars from past 3 days by Gyn/Mohan Babu show their nervousness that we at legal association gaining more ground after these forces left us. 4 more members from colony have joined us. We are now attaching the proofs of the Revenue Ministry petition filed by the villagers (shockingly, according to very Gyn/Mohan Babu, it was filed with clandestine understanding with villagers by illegal association) along with govt covering letter of the revenue department to prove that what we say is not only right, but also wanted to nail their lies on construction of walls issue. According to the eyewitness account is that the villagers went to the Hon. Minister Mr,Raghuveera Reddy and met him along with the villagers lawyer, whose friends have very good contact with the Ex-minister on the 15^th of April 2013 in noon. With dangerous intention, they tried to confuse the Ex-minister saying that the Green Fields lands are a SC/ST village and it is getting grabbed by upper cast people. The petition also was with several hidden agenda items to take back the lands. He gave a patient hearing and asked the OSD to forward the petition to the Revenue Principle Secretary, who was kept in loop on this petition to seek the report very urgently. The 25 pages petition was forwarded by a special messenger to the revenue department and the same was received by them on the 15^th April 2013 itself. Now let these elements by taking these proofs, the so called saviors/champions/new watch dogs of the colony, Gyn/Mohan Babu along with Satyam and Co with 20 years of failures in GF affairs can go to the Ex-minister and find out the truth. After due examination, the petition was forwarded to the Collector RR Dist vide letter Memo No 14695/JA.1/2013 dated 10^th May 2013 to examine the same and send Collector specific remarks to the Govt for taking further necessary action in the matter. The same was received by the Collector office on the 24^th May 2013. The issue came to my notice from both ministry offices, revenue department from our contacts, I had a meeting with Joint Collector on this issue. The file was circulated to the E section to prepare a detailed report to send it to the Revenue department to defend the government rights. Accordingly, the 5 page Collector reports was prepared vide letter No E5/1400/2008 dated 22^nd July 2013 and sent to the Principle Sec, Revenue. The copies were supplied to us vide their letter E2/3766/2013 dated 24^thAug 2013. All these documents can be downloaded if you wish from website. Or, you can send email or your email ID by SMS to us to send the personal copies to nail these elements, who are out to defame us. Now the question is our mind is why Gyn, who knows personally very well those villagers (that is according to Gyn, the villagers are called the other parties) filed these petition (I told him this info when he was with us and he confirmed to me that I was right) now defers? Please open your eyes and decide your future with these elements in colony. Since you all tolerate in the colony, they create hurdles.

Now these elements, instead of doing anything constructive to the members, their raising the irrelevant issue to colony residents, that is about the proposal for protective walls for open plot owners, leaving several important questions unanswered that I have raised in form of doubts in past 4 circulars, like what is the status of the WP 15895 counter copies filed MRO through by AG since they said the arguments begun? What is the status of Vijaya Lakshmi case WP 10469 of 2010 since the final argument is over on the 7^th Aug 2013? What is the status of their position in the illegal association after they left legal association? Were they are (un) officials spokespersons? What happen to the EP of RR Dist court? Their circular to the colony not only avoided all these crucial answers/clarities, but also concealed that the GO 166 is under stay by the AP High Court and misleading you all that they are the champions to save you with disposal of the WP/15895 and these elements have also shockingly also did not disclose one more stay order on regularization was served to the illegal association lawyer Rajendran/Sadasheva Rao by Dayanand ( WP No 24846 of 2013 filed on the 23^rd Aug 2013) and not disclosed by them with circular till today? This stay is on the RR Dist Collector order E5/1400/2008 dated 15^th March 2013.  Since they are champions to save you all, I will not file counter for this case since they are the one who are filing the counters through their illegally appointed lawyer, Rajendran in every case to delay further. Those who would like to have this stay order copy, can send their e mail ID to us.

Coming to the protecting walls of the open plots. It is pathetic to see that these disgruntled/out of favor  elements are trying to make “mountain out of mole” by creating the discord/mistrust in the minds of the open plot owners, who are dreaming to have the walls to their plots from several years much less before the regularization takes place. Interestingly, one of them who suggested to have walls along with 100 plus members 2 years ago was (after demolishing his plots illegal wall), none other than Mohan Babu himself and was a party to such proposal for his selfish needs once. Now since he left us, he is raking up controversy on our efforts with yet another controversial figure of the colony, who is the self proclaimed founder President of GF, Gyn. The issue of walls came up when I met CCLA with an appointment on the 16^th Nov 2013 at 2.15 pm at his chambers. He was upraised of the illegal construction in the GF with paper articles and he was kind enough to listen to me in detail. I have proposed to construct walls to entire open plots in GF government lands along side, I have also proposed to the share cost if the government gives permission to individual plots owners as well on cost share basis since it is government lands to construct walls. I gave written proposal and the same was forwarded to Collector RR Dist vide CCLA office letter No BB1/1123/2013 dated 21^st Nov 2013. These all copies also can be downloaded or can be had on request. The new “Watch DOGS” (old Watch Dog, KBR Prasad is retd after barking for several years) can run around to CCLA and obtain or can be had through their proxies. The Collector received the proposal and the same was forwarded to the new RDO (Malkajgiri Division) to seek their report with marked sketch of open plots to identify to consider our proposal. In any of my communication, I have never said that the walls constructions were permitted to individual plots ( but only government land will be protected with walls) and we are seeking permission to construction walls to open plots also based on the MRO report, that too only to the eligible GO 166 applicants. To project that I am wrong, these elements are trying to cover-up their mistakes with someone rights. What they did not do in 22 years, I made attempt to help the members.

Till now, the proposal was not communicated to the colony with circular since you all are comfortably living with houses and you do not need walls. You need only people like Gyn and Satyam to create trouble and not one who will solve like usand you all put up with such elements. Even GOD will not pardon you all for such kind of attitude. Except around 25 members of the colony residents, many of you are watching from the sideline what will happen if you do not join us. But one day your own houses will be demolished by Dr.P.Shankar Rao (which he is now planning with his contacts in new state). That day, no one, I repeat, no one will support you, other than Chandrasekhar. Think again and decide to be with us or with those who ran way when 8 plots were occupied by Dr.P.Shankar Rao/Dayanand. The orders to demolish and book the case are already issued. Think again to be with those who did not protect 60 plots in 375, gave NOC and took money and kept quite till I booked cases on all of them.The orders to demolish and book the cases for this also released. Think again to be with those paid money to the villagers without title and kept quiet for 20 years without booking cases. Now, I have booked the cases and Govt also issued orders to book the cases and take action on them. It is matter of time . All these 3 order copies of the government can be had on email request.

This has relevance only to the open plot owners and the mails/SMS and circulars went to only open plots owners. Why these elements are so much frustrated with such developments? Those who wanted to have my proposal letter to CCLA to permit the walls, the letter by CCLA to collector on our proposal to Dist Collector and his letter to RDO, RDO letter to MRO, MRO letter to the VRI/VRO/MRI can be had from website or can be requested for personal copy by mail. The officials at these revenue departments do not know who is Gyn/Mohan Babu since they are also new ( even admitted by Gyn in his circular that they new) but the old MRO and DyMRO are kept in loop in this issue & the copies of the letters given CCLA are with them as well. Since it was asked to keep it confidential all these days till it was communicated to MRO, they would have been cautious. Moreover, the original proposal was with CCLA, why these officials come to know now what will be the decision. The detailed report called by CCLA through Collector RR Dist on urgent basis will take at least 120 days since our layout is too big. Let us wait and see what will happen. I am sure if the government permits, these elements will have problems since the open plots cannot be encroached by these elements’. I have proved time and again, I do not tolerate nonsense & misdeeds, be it Shankar Rao, be it Ravi (so called son in law of Gaddar), or be it Satyam & Co or Gyn & Co. I have no love lost with such elements. Now it is your time to prove that you are with me or with them, that too for your own good. All these days, the reason to be away from me is since I was with Gyaneshwar. Now I am not with him forever. No more excuses from residents of GF anymore in the name of Gyn or likely to join the illegal elements? Do not leave this settlement to your children. Move on quickly.

How much money they have paid to late Mr.T.Jagadish ( advocate), the relative of Mr.KBR Prasad, the so called watch DOG???

Dear All,

I have been saying from last 4 years that these illegal elements paid several lakhs of rupees to lawyers, for even small cases and took kickbacks from them. But when we asked the accounts, how much they paid, they refused to give the accounts. Now I have tumbled with clinching proofs on the same. I have given the details as follows:

1. On the 26th Nov 2004, they have paid Rs.25,000,
2. On the 26th Nov 2004, again they have paid Rs.15,000,
3. On the 16th Feb 2005, they have paid 50,000,
4. On the 1st Oct 2005, they have paid 25,000,
5. On the 8th Dec 2005, they have paid 25,000,
6. On the 7th Jan 2006, they have paid 50,000,
7. On the 20th Feb 2006, they have paid 50,000,
8. On the 7th March 2006, they have paid 10,000,
9. On the 28th March 2006, they have paid 20,000,
10. On 26th June 2006, they have paid 1,00,000
11. On the 20th Nov 2006, they have paid 75,000,
12. On the 7th June 2007, they have paid 50,000,
13. On the 16th Jan 2008, they ave paid 25,000,
14. On the 13th March 2008, they have 20,000,
15. On the 13th Jan 2009, they have paid 25,000,
16. On the 23rd June 2009, they have paid 50,000,
17. On the 12th Nov 2009, they have paid 20,000.

The total amounts works out to be Rs. 6,85,000 for nothing of big case. These amount are paid to him for one case ( WP 11777 of 2005) in AP High Court? This case is settled in the year 2005 itself. Why they have paid money to him till 2009, that is till his death? How much kick back they have taken?

These amounts is apart from Rs.135,000 they have paid to yet another great lawyer, K.Rajendran. What for? To fight one false rape case on me, one false attempted murder/threat case on me, one as not member in Malkajgiri court, one case to appeal this lost case in RR Dist court? No one come forward to ask them?

I will not leave them. They have to face the legal consequences. All those members, who have not sent the consent letters to Alwal police, must send now to give finishing touches to the complaint. I am sure everyone of you understand the veracity of the situation and come forward?

Gyn positive Circular dt 4th August 2013 on President.. Why now changed??

Dear  Residents/Plot owners,                                                                                      Dated 4^th Aug 2013.

I would like to bring to your kind attention of all the  Residents/Plot Owners of Greenfields that Dr. P.S.Rao, who is cornered with several cases including our case, who has since filed a case against our President Mr. S.Chandrasekhar under SC/ST Atrocity Act  at 6th Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal as per news  item appeared in “Namasthe Telangana” dated  2^nd August 2013.   Wherein it is observed that the Hon’ble Court directed the Alwal Police to enquire into the matter and submit its report as early as possible.  As on today  we have not received any summons from the Hon’ble Court/Alwal Police on the   subject. One thing I am sure that  due to solid efforts of 4 years by our President (Mr. Chandrasekhar) our case has come to closing stage.   But, we have some concrete information that some illegal association governing body members have instigated MLA  to file this case as final assault to gain foot hold by the illegal association. Of course Mr Sekhar was expected the same long time ago and brought the same to the notice of members in one of the  circular  i.e.. 2 months ago. A similar case was also filed at Banjara Hills Police Station, but due to MLA negative image, attitude of the complainant the police have not entertained the same.  When Mr.Sekhar is fighting for our common cause vigorously and that too without having other ulterior motive behind it, then why these illegal Association governing body members are joining with Dr.P.S.Rao???  Either Mr. Sekhar  nor any of us don’t want any credit nor any name but if illegal Association members wants any credit/name, let them take it, but allow our team to work sincerely.  Further, if the  illegal association governing body members wants any  falicitation, we will do it   with our own money for their great work.

Let us be clear on one thing,  it is not new to Mr. Sekhar  nor to me being in such situations. We have gone through this several times due to the indifferent attitude of our colony resident/plot owners, who are largely biased on Mr Sekhar for some unknown reasons or due to the fear of the goons in the colony supported by MLA. We will also fight this case and on receipt of full papers from Hon’ble Court, we will plan our strategy to cancel his conditional bail granted by Nampally Court since he is intimidating/threatening us to withdraw the case filed by us at Malkajgiri Court and compromise in CID enquiry  by  filing  such false cases. 

With regards criminal case filed against me as well as on our President (Mr.Sekhar) by illegal association Advocate Mr. Rajendran.  Court verdict delivered  on 18^th July 2013, the undersigned is  acquitted due to lack of evidence and our President (S.Chandrasekhar) fined Rs. 1000/- towards penalty for the false case. Here I wanted to draw one important issue to your notice  that I was not yet all at High Court on the date of incidents, the so called paid witness ( Mr Nageshwar Rao, who is paid witness in Kanakadurga false case along with Mr. Sadasiva Rao)  gave his false statement before the court that I was present in the  High Court at the time olf  incident. To quash  the penalty imposed to our President (Mr. Sekhar),  we are appealing higher court before 17th of August 2013.  Let them file any number of criminal cases against us by Mr. Rajendran (the illegally appointed lawyer of the illegal association) or anybody else from few left out illegal association government body members, we are not afraid of them and we will not yield to any pressure and black mailing tactics of these forces and  are ready to fight it out without any fear.  Apart from, we will devote our time to carry out the regularization work entrusted to us.

Let me also draw to your kind attention  that few important points emerged in the court judgment. Some of the extracts are reproduced from Nampally Court Judgment for  your information:

Page  No. 4 Para 1.  P.Dayanand filed writ petition in W.P. No. 3000/2011 against (1) District Collector, R.R.District (2) Greenfields Plot Owners Association and (3) Vani Welfare Association before Hon”ble High Court of A.P. PW 2 i.e. Rajendran is a practicing Advocate and he has been appearing on behalf of the Petitioner i.e. P.Dayanand in the said Writ Petition before Hon’ble Court A.P.  ……….. The above said facts are not in dispute. (This is an extracts from Court Judgment)  By seeing this extract of the judgment at least members should realize who is having underhand dealings with opposition party??? At least now all resident members are requested to extend your full support openly to our President S.Chandrasekhar for his tireless, selfless efforts to save our plots/houses. 

Further, residents/members are already aware that our President (S.Chandrasekhar) who brought to the notice of resident vide his Circular that the so called illegal association governing body left out members have filed a case at Hon’ble High Court of A.P. vide No.  16278 against Collector,.R.District  What we have observed in the petition that there are so many lacunas and they have discussed all irrelevant subjects in the petition. There is no difference in subject matter with petition filed by Villagers vide bearing No. 15895 in the year 2010.  Both the petitions are similar one and some words and paras are changed here and there.  In our opinion, this petition should have been filed before  double bench instead of single bench and it was not required to discuss about others and creating a confusion to Court  It is clearly understood  that their intention is to drag the case further since the illegal Association is not interested to settle the matter amicably by cooperating with Mr Sekhar due to their self interest getting effected therefore they have discussed about others in the said petition. 

I not only appeal, but also our team will approach on behalf of our President (Mr. S.Chandrasekhar) along with their Office bearers/Executive Members to each and every resident/plot owner of the Colony to-day for authorization letter to file a criminal cases against the persons who are creating hurdles in regularization work without any authority. If members are not willing to give authorization, let them not give, we know how to tackle the issue and we have already received 100 authorisation letters till now. If you miss out, support now to him.

I have seen 3 mails dated 21^st and 22^nd August 2013 and it is very painful to me that your own committee are  questioning your integrity. Reasons best known them.  I am interested to discuss about your Committee.   Please clarify the following points:

(a)    How many of your Office bearers/Executive Members are in touch with you regularly? i.e. on daily basis/weekly basis/monthly basis

(b)   Whether you are entrusting any job to them, if so they are coordinating with you?

(c)    Till now whether they have financially contributed, if so what is the quantum by each of office bearers/ member?

(d)   Whether at any time your members enquired status of  criminal case filed against you by Mr. Rajendran, Advocate of illegal Association.  If not why they have not enquired.

(e)   Whether your Committee is aware that Mr. Shanker Rao file SC/ST Atrocity case against you, if so whether they have extended any  moral support if not financially?

(f)     At this stage why so much frustration expressing by you? Reasons thereof?

I would like to bring to your kind attention, people say so many things without doing any work, the same thing I was suffered during the period of my Presidentship. Take it easy.

As regards petition filed by 3 villagers i.e. B.Padmavathi and 2 others, it appears that they might have colluded with illegal Association.  Hitherto, they is to make party  Sadasiva Rao  in every case and now they made party G.Shivanarayana since he will not in town. If anything goes wrong, illegal Association will through blame on G.Shivanarayana.  This is only adjustment by arrangement.

To curb the activity of illegal Association members is only the way to file a criminal cases against them. By doing this their activity may come down.  Before taking such hasty decision first consult your Office bearers/Executive Members since some may against your proposals.  Carefully, take decision.

Secondly, the entrusting the job to SVG and GP regarding demolition of compound wall of 8 plots illegally occupied by P.Dayanand.  This is good job, but I have my reservations whether they will carry out the job entrusted to them.  Further, it is my opinion that they will do because they are only fit for passing irrelevant comments against the persons who are doing good job.  When you are entrusted the job, one of the gentleman reporting the developments to me instead of reporting to you.  I told him to report the same to   who  entrusted the same to you.

Thirdly, you want make 9 sub-committees, for making sub-committee is nothing but only to spoil the entire work done by you till now.  It is better to drop out such idea since no committee will work and if necessary they will make mess of it.  It is my sincere request not to take such decisions.

As regards if you want money I will give my house documents, pledge and take loan from any private financier.  I can do this sacrify.  Otherwise, wait till November end I  will fulfill your requirement.

IF YOU TAKE ANY HASTY DECISION ALL PLOT OWNERS HAVE TO FOREGO THEIR OWNERSHIP. PLEASE DROP THE IDEA OF FORMING SUB-COMMITTEE’S ETC. AFTER SEEING YOUR MAILS, I FELT THAT YOUR COMMITTEE MEMBERS WANT SOFT CORNER TWOARDS ILLEGAL ASSOCIATION MEMBERS. MY SUGGESTION IS AT THIS STAGE YOU SHOULD NOT SHOW ANY SOFT CORNER TOWARDS ANY BODY, YOU CRUSH THEM ONCE FOR ALL. FOR THIS ALWAYS I WILL EXTEND MY INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT.

Can you both help us with final order copy of WP 10469 of 2010

Dear great Mr.Gyaneshwar garu sirji and Mr.Mohan Bau garu sirji.

Good morning to you. Yemiti Visheshalu??

You both are doing wonderful job from past 22 years on GF sir. You both are fighting all the cases in all courts with help of your earlier enemy lawyer turned friend  along with illegally running the association with help of Satyam and Co sir. But what surprises me is sir, that even after final hearing is over ( please clarify me if I am wrong) the order copy is supposed to be with you and is it suppressed by you sir??      As the court site says that the final hearing took place on the 8^th July 2013, 7 months ago, why your lawyer with his good personal contacts could not get the copies of the order sir? I am sure you must be knowing the true story since you both are the one who tell truth sir, unlike me.

In the same way, if the WP 15895 final hearing takes place in the first week of March 2014, the order also will take few years to come sir? Please clarify since you both are next AG and you must be knowing very well the rules and all court matters better than even supreme court judges sir. The members must be informed through your own mails to all the 280 members mail ID you have sir.

Sir, when you both will send the confirmation letter in new letterhead of the few left out members that you both are their spokespersons??? It is very urgent sir. Please call for a press conference and tell the press also that you both now active in GF as spokespersons and not Chandrasekhar due to my financial misdeeds. You both will garlanded by the press and they will come to you only now onwards and not to me.

I know and the whole world now knows that you both are greats, who did everything in last 5 years but I take the credit. But if you both are MEN, send only the following case counter, filed by the AG on behalf, before the argument begun 2 weeks ago along your erstwhile sworn enemy turned  your now close friend Rajendrans vakalat and counter filed in this case. I am sure you do not have capacity to provide all the six case details I have asked. But I know now that you will take personal interest in the below said case since your both future hangs in colony and GF members minds with the successes or failures in providing the small information. You proved with your own mail that the argument in the court.i will prove that argument has not begun. Then you see your and Rajendran fate. Only 3 days go. I gave 6 days. Then you will know who has to go in the colony by hanging their heads in shame ( you hanged your head in same several times and you are used to it) , me or you both. I will release the proof of fraud you both committed with documents. Then you see with what the colony residence garland you both.  

On WP 15895 / 2010. Now you say that the hearing has begun with efforts of Rajendran, let us accept with your efforts only it has begun. Please provide us the counter copies of the AG, Vakalats copy filed by Rajendran in all cases, your counter copies and the final date when it will be decided and the judgment will come to our hands since it is final hearing. According to your own mail, final hearing would be taking place on the 4^th March 2014 since government has already filed the counter. Please provide us the copy of the same as proof of your statement in written to the colony. Or, you both and Rajendran are playing mind game? If so, you both  and Rajendran will be facing the serious legal consequences for misleading and criminal breach of trust since till today, Rajendran did not deny that you all are together. Revenue ministry letter copy please????if you have really??

I am very happy know that you both are now becoming new copy cat to go around the departments and gather information and filing RTI to nail me down on my lies.  I am more happy that you have details from the revenue minister department in written confirming that no case or petition or plea is filed by the villagers related to GF with the minister. I will be more happy to have the scanned copy of the ministry if you really have since your circular does not say the letter number of the department but only date. With this, I am sure you both are lying and trying to mislead the members with your falsehood. But if you are sincere, please send the copies to the colony with new circular and also the proof of the letter. Or else, you will be stripped bare minimum with the truth next week with your lies. It is easy to get copies of the petitions from your friends, villagers like Satya Praveen/Jagan/Santosh/Ravi/Raghu, out which some are visiting you regularly. Or, they told you wrong information and trying to gain out of it?? They will never get any benefit and they game is up soon along with those who supported them.

Now,  you both and your team of illegal association governing body and your illegal lawyer fully responsible for any mishap since you both are lying . Since I have firm information along with dates that the villagers/PTs with help of their lawyer met minister ( the villagers told you also when Satya Praveen and Co met you recently at your house) to influence the case. Now you are saying that no such case is pending.  Or you will be held responsible with legal action on all of them since you are claiming as their front person and spokespersons.

I understand and I feel sorry for both of you that you both got caught in the web, which you thought you have lied to me. But your silence confirms my worst fears that I have now all the proofs to expose you on your lies, falsehood, misleading information you have spread on the WP 15895 only to impress the members and not for your sincere efforts to help them. As a fair person, I gave fair chance to set things right for 6 days, which was too much when you have all the records to scan and send it to circulate the members your genuine efforts.

Yes, I am speaking of your  time is up for your reply regarding the WP 15895 with copies of the Vakalats filed your great sincere lawyer and all others lawyers of the other 145 respondents ,  counter filed by your sworn enemy turned close friend Mr.Rajendran and the counters on behalf of govt,  GP or AG ( you should be knowing better than me since you are the one who is following with minister)  and the hearing dates from last 4 years after the villagers filed case this show cause notice before admission, which now admitted just few weeks ago on (my ) your efforts.  

Sir, you both are greats sir. You both know about law more than anyone else in the country since you both are doing wonders from past 22 years in GF.  One of the greatest achievements of you  is paying money to villagers even after it is known that the title dispute is pending and by then, many said that it is likelihood that it may be government lands, which you might know beforehand.   

Now also, you know that law and show cause notice before admission is not a status quo order but  just a notice to respondents to admit the case or not.  Why your sincere lawyers Rajendran kept quiet for 4 years on this matter sir? Please clarify. When you have greats like Sivanarayana, why Sadasheva Rao filed the counter sir?

By the way, who all argued on behalf of this case during the hearing past 4 years sir from government side sir? I am sure your lawyer argued for hours in last few weeks. But some government ( Collector RR Dist) rep also would have argued since they are being the first respondents? I am sure you are present in the court hall to see who argued for hours. If not earlier, you please give feedback from now on during all hearings that who argued on behalf of the government, GP or AG sir? Report the same to us free only to impress members with your both outstanding works and help us to solve the issue with your lawyers judges contacts and with your courts contacts from 22 years sirs. I will circulate your achievement through me in our GF group mail sir, since with you circulate, many of them sent testimonial praising your efforts sir. I have not received the Sekhar Bshing mails received for your circulars till today. No list also produced sir. If your supporters are disclosed, I will remove their names from group ID sir.

As said by you several time, it was all these years, only your speculation that the survey number 375 plots were alienated ( by giving NOC to the villagers and they got ORC with help of our illegal association support)  by the illegal association headed by Sivanarayana, Sadasheva Rao and Satyam and Co by giving a weak defense and allowed the villagers to obtain the ORC in the year 2004 from RDO, Chevella by receiving consideration from villagers by your new found friends. Though it was alleged by you as so called founder president of the GF earlier several occasions on this issue, no solid proof were provided by you nor did you put in any efforts to deal with such allegations to book the culprits. When I saw no special interest is taken by you, this issue was in my radar and I was watching closely these developments as soon as the new RDO, Malkajgiri has come and it was boon to us. Moreover, even your partner Mohan Babu also failed to gather all these documents, I did my best to obtain the same and strengthen the case. Now we have full blown proofs of the illegal association fraud with us now, how they committed this crime with help of few villagers and illegal committee members for financial gains.  Who shared how much money is matter of details. That will come out soon. See their brazen violation of our rights to get our plots for sake few lakh of rupees. Now since you are supporting them though it is their misdeeds, please come out your clear stand on this issue as their spokesperson as soon as possible to clear the air of doubt of your role. 

All these day, we were under the impression that illegal association fought to protect our rights for these plots in even survey number 375. But in reality, these illegal forces helped the villagers to get ORC vide file No-L/945/2004 dated 30^th July 2004 in the name of one Mr.Yedla Ramesh Babu and few others, who was part of our agreement to forgo their share of rights over these government lands in the Survey No. 375 before the title dispute was settled in the year 1995. But to our utter shock, the Collector RR Dist order No F1/4578/1998 dated 29^th Jan 2002, already declared these lands as government lands, including the survey No 375. But how come again they obtained the ORC much later in the year 2004? How they managed the officials? By any chance you are aware of this and kept secret to join the very forces you opposed for 15 years at a later dates for benefit? Please clarify as their spokespersons. 

Now the questions to you both are as follows:

1.      How come these villagers/ so called PTs managed without our association knowledge got the ORC for a small portion of land and that too without any proof of neither their legal heir certificate nor the succession certification? Was a match fixing with you all? That may be reason, even Mohan Babu did not take interest in 375?

2.      How come the villagers and illegal committee members managed so secretly with few illegal committee members involving the fraud to lose the plots in Survey No 375? By chance you are also aware of this as part of the deal, which might have been kept secret? How come now Mb rakes up a new name, which was not told him in any meetings, that is Suresh Babu???Please clarify on all these as their spokesperson of the illegal association, which you are doing it now and of late. 

3.      How come the legal committee head SVGK Murthy (who claims that he is legal brain of GF for 10 years, with whom you both don't get along well all these years, now suddenly lovehim) did not disclose nor fought this case at RR Dist Collector office, for which we all trusted all these years?  Now you both go to SVGK often, please get clarification as his spokesperson. 

4.      Moreover, how come a Jagir lands can not be granted ORC when it was surrendered in the year 1953/1955 under the old survey number 289 and plotted in the year 1987 itself? This issue was not disclosed by you 20 years, which I found in the JC order now? Why you kept this secret? 

5.      Why the your illegal committee have concealed the order of the Collector RR Dist No F1/2893/2000 dated 20^thMay 2002 related to survey No 375 all these years in various AGMs, whereby we have paid to the villagers for an out of court settlement Rs.58.05 ( the only kind achievement by Gyn) is not mentioned in their written arguments, while fighting this case? As spokesperson of illegal association, please clarify along with Mohan Babu in a press conference. 

6.      If the illegal association knows that such fraud was committed by the villagers with your knowledge, why you all have not booked criminal cases for cheating all these years for selling these government lands? Can you clarify with a circular to the colony? 

By helping the villagers/ so called PTs, your illegal elements in the association headed by your new found friend Satyam/Sivanarayan/Sadasheva Rao/ both the Satyanarayana’s/KBR Prasad/Rajaiah/Jagan Mohan Rao/Dananjeyudu and others have caused willful loss to the plot owners. Will you book criminal case against them soon, by taking a moral stand, on which you both talk of late, if at all you have morals???

The recovery of Rs.58.05 lakhs with 12% simple interest per annum petition filed by me as legal association (Crime No 908 of 2013 at Alwal PS) will take care of the recovery of the money with an attachment of the property notice on those villagers/PTs who cheated us with your help. The case is under investigation and the government has confirmed that what I said is right with a letter. The police have to act on them soon. For some reasons or political pressure, the police do not act, we will take legal course and fix the issue. Can we/you use your political contact in government to settle the issue soon? You are great person sir. You will be more greater with Mohan Babu is is on your right side. Please help. 

I will send a separate mail on your clarification and moral stand in case of several cases pending, which were filed by your earlier sworn enemies and present good friends in illegal association and their lawyer Rajendran now, how and when it will be solved since you are now in the forefront in regularization of the plots in GF. Thanks for such free service with your own money and your own efforts you are doing. Why not organize one press conference with Rajendran that you both are helping illegal association and send one circular with illegal left out members names printed in a new letter head to strengthen your position in colony that you are with Satyam and Co??? Please update.
