Clarification on your stand on Rajendran???

Dear Mr.Gyaneshwar garu sirji and Mr.Mohan Babu sirji,

I have received the circular sent by you to colony few days ago and found to be wonderful with facts and figures.

In the para, you wrote that quote" Through this Circular, we would like to inform the members that the Main office bearers and their Advocate Mr. Rajendrzm are pursuing the matter sincerely and diligently, inspite of seizure of funds by the Bankers and they are doing their best for the last 4 years without any support from the members. This is by verifying all the facts and is no dispute about this.Unquote.

Again in in one more circular...

Quote" Our lawyer Mr.Rajendran, has been fighting our case strongly by put his views before various courts. This great Gentleman started maligning the lawyer too by giving false information about him and others, therefore we have trapped under him.Unquote.

But the mails sent by you at various occasion as below says otherwise and exactly opposite.

It is surprised me after seeing your mail regarding one more case is pending at A.P. High Court. From the beginning I am telling that these people are having dealings with other parties. For example: Recent Nampally Court judgment Extract is reproduced hereunder:

Point No. 1 (Page No. 4) ...... Mr. Rajendran is practicing Advocate and he has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner Mr. Dayanand in the said writ petition No. 3000/2011 before the Hon'ble High Court of A.P. Hyderabad. ....... The above said facts are not in dispute.

This extract itself is sufficient that they are having some underhand dealings with other parties.

The illegal Association never brought the notice members that new case is pending at A.P. High Court. We have to check thoroughly, if there are any more cases are pending at any other courts.

Dear Mr. Chandrasekhar Garu, President,

I will congratulate you for giving notice to illegal appointed Advocate by illegal Association. On urgent basis we will file a complaint with Bar Council for his illegal activity. Just recollect on the basis of our complaint against Shri Shivachanran and late Shri Veerabhadra Rao, Advocates, their practice was banned for 3 years. However, both the Advocates approached to Supreme Court for stay, whereas Shivacharan was given stay and other Advocate was denied stay.

This is urgently we should do and I will also join with you.

Mr. President Garu,

After seeing your mail, what I understand from the mail that Mr. Rajendran is playing some mischief and not only that he is having under hand dealings with Villagers/our opponent. If he is having good intention to help the members definitely he would have given to you. There is no compromise on this issue, please make immediate complaint to Collector/Jt Collector.

Further, whatever counter he files, please see each and every sentence and its meaning. Why I am cautioning you once upon a time he was given some suggestions to late Shri Gopal Rao, erstwhile Advocate, then immediately late Shri Gopal Rao fired Mr. Rajendran saying that next time onwards you should not climb my stairs and keep 'vaklath' with yourself and don't try to teach me. You believe me or not since then he never visited late Shri Gopal Rao's office.

Now what we wanted to know is which one is correct? Why such a change of heart? Is it now because of you are exposed? Because you both are now saviours of the GF so you must come out with these details on moral grounds. Then you will become heros. Or, ZEROs.
